, I've been with the company at 2 dif locations over the span of 3 years and I've only ever had 1 bad experience. Love it! The receptionist are polite and the ladies that work there are super cool too (atleast the ones I've had 😁). I've recommended all of my friends and they like it too! Give it a try, if you dont like one person's style of waxing, switch it up. ✨communication✨ always works

Marci was awesome and very good with explaining the waxing process as well as the care afterwards. The front desk staff was nice, helpful, and welcoming. I scheduled an appointment and did not have to wait at all. It was fast and thorough service. I will definitely be back.

Their CEO is a master waxer who has cultural ties to waxing from Brazil. Marci is a person of excellence and you can see that influence in the aestheticians that work in her spa. She really does her best for quality control and because of that I've been able to have consistently great experiences from 15yrs old to 22yrs old.

I've been a long time customer of this place. Since the pandemic, things have changed on appts and costs. Starting last year, the owner started a new policy requesting clients to pay a deposit for their appt. If you are 10mins or more late, you forfeit your deposit and slot time. The costs have went up for services pending on which one you get. An employee was stating they don't get paid by hourly wages but from clients. I'm not sure how accurate that is though. I went recently and had to wait an additional almost 30 mins due to the prior client not communicating what all services she got. My observation was she was intentionally causing confusion so she didn't have to pay for add'l services. Yikes! Anyway, I was late to my next appt because of that customer. I'd go back for my next service! I love their scrubs!

I've been going to Brazilian Wax Spa for almost a year now. We move often, so to be able to find an environment that is not only convenient but great in value has been fantastic! I've seen a few different wax specialists, and all but one have been extremely comforting. The front staff is pleasurable. My previous appointment the went above and beyond to give me some information on where I can find local events and restaurants.

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are so quick and efficient, never have I had such a good experience at any wax spa. None can compare to Marci's standard and expertise, she holds her entire staff at the highest expectation, and they don't disappoint. The quality and cleanliness of her spa is above and beyond, and never once have I felt un-welcomed or judged. Highly recommend any of Marci's staff, they are all excellently trained and brilliant at what they do.

My very first time here and first waxing in several years. I saw Briana (sp) on 8/29/19 and she was fantastic! Very quick, efficient, and thorough! I had a lot done with back, shoulders, chest, stomach & front/back male Brazilian. I’m enjoying the smoothness! There was never an awkward moment. Have my next appointment with her scheduled in October and look forward to it! (also shout-out to the receptionist who was amazing, but don’t know her name right off) thank y’all and see y’all soon!

I used the location in Vestavia a while ago and liked it. For some reason, maybe my misunderstanding, the experience in this location was not as expected, a bit rougher and definitely more painful.

I love this location. I’ve been to the Vestavia location and after coming to this one, I’ve never been back. The Hoover location never disappoints. On top of that, their building score is 100. Clean environment & nice decor. On the other hand, I’m dropping in to brag on BRI! She is the best!!! Her personality is positive and welcoming. She provides fast, efficient service. Bri keeps you calm during the waxing process (she even has you laughing) and she makes sure to get all of the hairs lol.

Kaylene is 5+ stars every time! The front desk lady, however, gets zero. She was exceptionally rude on both the phone and in person. Get one of the Vestavia people to take her spot because I never want to interact with her again. If it wasn’t for Kaylene I wouldn’t come back.

Although the front desk lady was a little dry (granted everyone doesn’t have good days but i definitely noticed that)! I had a great experience with BRI doing my Brazilian wax! It probably took us 15-20 mins but it felt like 10! Literally felt nothing! Not only was she good but she had a great personality! Definitely my spot now!!

Carrie is the absolute best. She's gentle, yet thorough. And offers a delightful conversation during an awkward service. I've been going to her for over a year and I plan to continue. The Hoover location is a new store front so it's shiny and inviting. It's very a clean and sanitary environment. They offer a variety of waxes that include hard, soft, and sugar. They also sale scrubs and other options to treat hair bumps. Kris, the receptionist, is in the perfect role. She greets you with a warm smile and hearty greeting. Everything about this place makes you want to return.
