I've been going to Birmingham Electrolysis & Skincare for almost two years, now. Zainab is a sweet lady and I really enjoy conversations with her...not just the treatments I receive. I read a negative review about her so this is why I'm writing this. I actually live in the Birmingham area and she has been treating many clients here for over 20 years. I have been getting hair removal treatments for a long time. At the end of the day, not everyone gets along with every personality. I don't think it's fair to go so overboard to discredit a woman who has gone through many accreditations and worked in aesthetics for so long. Oh, and the person who left the bad review said Zainab is from one country when it's actually another. So, I'd take that review with a grain of salt.
