Be sure to try their scrubs as well, they saved me from a world of pain after going through the winter months without touch ups! My only ask is for you guys to bring back the ceiling tvs & lofi hip hop music! Nothing like getting a wax while chillaxing & watching a little Law & Order: SVU! 🤣

I’ve been coming to this place for years. I started in college and when I moved back to Atlanta, I found this place. I’ve tried other places but the one in midtown is the best. Their estheticians are gentle and makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the process. I get Brazilian and underarm wax every month and I’m in and out with no troubles. The parking always causes me a little anxiety 😬. It's VERY tight, and I have a 2 door hatchback with a dime turning radius. But I've been coming here for over 5 years for waxes. They have a great menu of services with reasonable prices. They also have great weekday and weekend hours. You rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes after you've arrived for your appointment. You can do a little clothes, jewelry, and candle shopping while you wait. The business is very clean and sanitary and the staff is very nice.

My only issue with this location, which has nothing to do with these incredible ladies. The parking is ridiculous!!!! Before the service and after the service, it’s one or two of us trying to direct each other in or out of the parking lot. Very dangerous and scary! The parking space doesn’t really exist. I had a small vehicle and it was still rough. Now, I have a SUV and I’m thinking about parking at Trader Joe’s and walking to Sweet samba. Please change the parking or move to a parking friendly location.

But then a I started seeing new employees and the service wasn't as good anymore, especially for the price being charged. One lady left a bunch of wax on me. I usually have a wonderful experience here, I've been coming here for years. But recently I had an allergic reaction to an enhanced treatment for ingrown hairs and even toning of skin, and I'd asked on multiple occasions(even had one esthetician go find out) if my allergen was in any products that were used or being used on me and was assured no...well I was severely burned after that treatment. But when I returned after healing to show what had happened and attempt to get a wax, I was only offered apologies...I felt like, and I feel like there could have been more done as far as damage control and customer satisfaction. This establishment has lost a star with me and has the potential to lose more if this is their customer service practice.

A few days ago I went to sweet samba in midtown to get a Brazilian wax and the services was amazing. This wasn't my first time going, but it was my first time working with Jenn she is the best I have been there at 5 times now probably more. Each time all of the girls were nice, but they weren't authentic. I left there thinking to myself I wish I could be friends with Jenn outside of here. Not only that she was super professional. The most important thing I noticed is that she is very attentive, she does the best method so there is least amount of pain possible. I hope she stays at this location, because if not I am following her where ever she goes, because she is the best. This is the first time I have ever written a review, but this is also the first time I have met someone to give the best customer service. If you don't like pain and you have time on your hands request Jenn when you go to sweet samba.

LOVEEEEED MY EXPERIENCE!!! I had my first ever sugar waxing done on my face by Deyonna and a young lady named Kennedy was shadowing her. I was expecting to just have my face waxed, but since Kennedy was training I was offered a free bikini wax and a free eyebrow waxing! I had never had a bikini wax before and Kennedy did such an amazing job. It was not nearly as painful as I thought it would be. She took great care and attention as did Deyonna! My face is sooo smooth and I decided to opt for sugar waxing because I had issues with ingrown hairs and burned skin from regular waxing places. It’s been about 3 hours and I don’t have ANY of the irritation I normally would have from regular salons. I was just so impressed with my appointment today and I’ll be a regular from now on!!

This is the second location I've had my wax done at and Inman park's staff does a better job at giving me a clean wax - without stubble. Their staff however, no matter which location, is always welcoming and the place is very sterile. The staff here however doesn't give you as many resourceful techniques on helping ease the pain like the one at Inman Park. This particular location does have a boutique attached to it, that I have not seen at Inman Park's location.

This was my first Brazilian wax ever!!! I was terrified because my hair is course, but my esthetician, DEMETRIA, was GREAT! She talked me through the entire process (which lasted maybe 30-40mins) and recommended products to make my next visit less painful. The pain wasn't as bad as I thought, though it did hurt a lot! Overall, I'd recommend DEMETRIA to anyone, especially first timers! **************Make sure to tip your esthetician to show your appreciation!**************
