Such an amazing experience!!! I’ve had both Amanda & Kim give me waxes during my pregnancy and they are both super sweet and made me feel comfortable. Being pregnant, I was worried about sensitivity but these girls made everything EASY! Definitely forever will be my go to for my waxes.

I used to be a loyal customer at another place here in Midtown but my favorite girl left so I was in the market for a new spot. I love sugaring so somewhere that offers that was a must. After reading the rave reviews about Kimberly & Amanda I called to book a last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. Kimberly was AMAZING! We discussed my service and decided to go with hard wax this time. Hard wax usually seems way more painful to me than sugaring but Kimberly made it very comfortable compared to my previous experiences. She was extremely sweet and carried on a good convo to keep me distracted. This will definitely be my new go to and I will always book with her!

On 3/1 was my first time visiting this place for a waxing service. I scheduled my appointment with Kim. As I walked in I was greeted with a positive attitude by the lady at the desk. Kim came out to inform me that it’ll be just a few minutes for her to sanitize and set up the room. I loved the fact that they kept me updated and I didn’t just sit there waiting. Kim was very attentive and acknowledged all of my concerns. During the process she constantly kept checking and asking if I was doing okay and she kept a positive attitude and conversation. Overall I must say Kim is great. If you are looking for professionalism and someone with experience- book with her !

Kim is amazing. If you read the bad reviews... many of them are people who haven't done sugaring and know that it can be more painful at 1st and then it gets easier when you are regular. Well, I was looking for a new regular waxing location and I find my person!! She's so professional, kind and thorough. Absolutely 10/10! I’m not new to waxing and I’ve been to serval other places before coming here. I had Kim and she very sweet and made it a comfortable experience. Kim came out to inform me that it’ll be just a few minutes for her to sanitize and set up the room. Confirmed what/how I wanted do with very little pain compared to my other experiences. It was my second time here and I booked my third appointment. Side not for the for the lady and her mom who wrote the bad review how can you consign an experience you didn’t have unless you were in the room (which is weird) And if you were physical crying. Kim is pretty attentive, so at no point while you were “crying” did you say hey Kim this is to much I need a break. Like not even a bad esthetician would just have you crying and not stop.

Kim is my go-to for Brazillian sugaring in Atlanta. I've been coming to her for about 5 months because of her great technique. She always makes sure I'm comfortable, takes her time, and is fun to chat with. When I first started coming to Kim I was fairly new to sugaring - had only been doing it for a few months at a different establishment in Atlanta. I've stuck with Kim because she does a more thorough job, with less pain, in under half an hour. Kim's also given me great advice on how to take care of myself during and after the appointment. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect spot to get waxed! I came here to get waxed for my first time a couple months ago and Amanda made me feel beyond comfortable and it was not awkward at all. Amanda is incredible at what she does! She’s so sweet and chats the entire time making you feel relaxed and comfortable in a not-so-relaxing situation. I got a sugar Brazilian with her and she was very quick but also so meticulous! 30 minutes total in and out. Sugaring is definitely the way to go! It was surprisingly less painful (not painless of course) than wax with almost zero irritation afterward. I will 100% make the hour and a half drive back to see her!

I’ve been waxed by a couple of people and I just really didn’t like the service. The wax hurt extremely bad and the women weren’t patient and gentle enough for me. I met Amanda a year ago and i’ve never been to anyone else. She’s perfect for me! She is so gentle, she takes her time but still does my wax so fast. She got all my in grows hairs out and made the experience more comfortable through her genuine convos. I’ve been getting waxed for about a year and a half, and it was by far my best wax. She made me feel comfortable cause my body is in progress🤣 (I got a Brazilian sugar) it was still painful but she made it tolerable. IF I ever want to go through that much pain again, I will definitely ask for Sam. I only gave 4 stars because of price.

My experience was amazing. The hospitality was incomparable!!! Hubby and I were visiting from Nashville, TN and decided to eat breakfast at The Flying Biscuit. I noticed a Brazilian Wax Spa directly across the street and thought why not try it...for the first time!!! The atmosphere was relaxed and very welcoming. I believe Simone assisted me and she made me as comfortable as possible. It took only 15-20 minutes!! Her 11 years of experience was definitely evident. The reason I am sharing is because this business has a perfect 5 stars so my expectations were high and unfortunately I left disappointed. I am not from Atlanta but have had MANY Brazilian waxes in different cities with different technicians. Although my lady was very sweet and kind, I will not be back to see her. My main complaint is the efficiency- this type of wax needs to have success first time around, but she kept going over the same sections to remove the hair. My skin was already raw and to then apply hot wax and repeat the process was awful. Today I am swollen, burnt and still very sensitive. She also failed to properly cleanse the area to remove any residue, so when I got home my panties were sticking to my raw skin- not fun. I know there’s a finesse to making sure you get *most of the hair in the first pass, so I don’t think she has mastered it yet. I will say I am 7 months pregnant so I anticipated higher sensitivity and know my hair is probably more stubborn, but that was not the experience I was looking for. The place was clean, had its own parking (huge in midtown) and she was extremely kind-hence the 3 stars.

Since it was my second time gett6a Brazilian, she did it in smaller steps to make it a little bit more bearable. I will definitely be back again. I've been meaning to write a review for a bit. I always have sherry, who is funny, gives care tips, and best of all amazing at waxing. I do regular Brazilians and brow and lip. After a pretty mediocre Brazilian elsewhere, Sherry has since gotten rid of the bumps and ingrown hairs. I'm definitely only going here now! Oh and great prices! I don't know why many of these services are so pricey in Atl. Expensive, but the price definitely was why I first went here,and the experience is what kept me as a regular.

this is a nice place to go to. I walked in I was greeted by a nice lady and she was patience enough to wait on me to get prepare for the wax. During the process, she explained to me about what she going to do and she helped me to relaxed. She gave me a warning of when she would be pulling the wax of me by telling me to take a deep breath each time. She was nice to talk to. The process was quick and easy. I did felt some stinging but it wasn't so terrible at all, especially when I'm pregnant and I really should have felt a lot of pain, but the pain was bearable. And it was my first brazilian wax. I would go back again. Ask for Dawn, you would like her.

Very good brazilian waxing experience! I was in Midtown for work and was able to book an appointment before I had to leave to catch my flight. The location is convenient and was within walking distance of my hotel. The staff was courteous and professional. The wax didn't hurt as bad as I was expecting, which was a huge plus! Very personable and well-versed about post-wax care (I thought I knew it all already) and remedies for discoloration. I really appreciated her being so meticulous with getting every single strand of hair and making sure that all was nicely "shaped-up". I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Relax & Wax. My esthetician was very professional and kind, and was able to answer all my questions. This was my first time at Relax and Wax, and I appreciated the first-timer discount ($25)... that is what caused me to try this place out initially. My esthetician completed my service (full Brazilian) in about 10 minutes -- much faster than anywhere else I've been. The only downside was that I felt the actual wax could have been higher quality, and it left some residue for a few hours afterwards. All in all, I would recommend to a friend and will probably return!
