This is an AMAZING waxing studio! They were so nice up front! Jasmine helped me as soon as I walked in the door! I needed some advice on ingrown hairs and she was knowledgeable and honest about what I needed. Aliyah did my wax and she was amazing too! I was comfortable the entire way though! We also had good conversation which makes it easier! I will definitely be back! They are my new waxing home!

Also, the staff of one guarantees a totally private experience. 3. Great prices! There's a first-time customer discount and the monthly e-newsletter always features a special. 4. The place is so relaxing. This is a big one for me, because when I go for a beauty service, like waxing, I want to be pampered. It is well-decorated; there's soft music on depending on your recommendation ; the rooms are good size , but cozy. Even when you dash in for an quick wax, it doesn't have that in-and-out feeling.

I will say, as a guy getting waxed for the first time, I was nervous and anxious. You see all the videos on TV of people in paid from waxing so o had an idea before I went in and I will say it was nothing like that. The staff was super professional and welcoming, the office was CLEAN which was very important and shout out to Jaylah for making me feel comfortable and talking about other stuff while doing the waxing. Everything was super smooth and clean once the waxing was over. Will definitely be back.

Visited this location for the first time on a Friday. I called for a walk-in appointment and they were able to fit me in. The reception was super friendly when I arrived and very accommodating. The location inside was nice and clean and my wax specialist Jaylah was amazing. I have such a low tolerance for pain but Jaylah took her time and provided an almost painless experience. I would recommended this place to everyone.

When I tell you, this is the BEST waxing spot I’ve ever been to in my life! I had Jaylah, who kept me laughing the whole time while making sure I was comfortable during my Brazilian wax. She pays attention to details which I love, and notices some ingrown hairs creeping under my skin. Jaylah asked if I could stay a little longer so she could pluck these individual hairs out so I wouldn’t bump up later. She educated me on how to prevent hair bumps and recommended some of their excellent products. This waxing place used to be called Lunchbox and changed its name recently, but it still has the same sweet owner that cares about her customers. Spotless and modern inside look building. You can always get an appointment, or walk-ins are welcome with little wait time. Thank you, Radiant Waxing. I will be back soon! FYI- They have a monthly unlimited waxing membership for $52.

All i can say is 😍😍😍😍 jasmine provided such an AMAZING experience. She was attentive, had great conversation ( i almost forgot i was getting waxed i was laughing so much) and literally didnt leave a hair behind!! I was skeptical about soft wax at first but she was so informative and actually let me know that radiant wax’s manufactures their own soft wax that actually helps get all the hair up and isnt abrasive. So I was in need of getting my armpits waxed. I was a loyal customer of Ten Spot in the Morningside neighborhood until they unfortunately shut down. Randomly cruising through Groupon one day, I found Radiant Waxing which happens to be right up the street from me. How did I not know about this place sooner? Oh well. I set up an account online because they were advertising half off services for 1st time customers. Sweet! Got there about 10 minutes before my appointment. Filled out some paperwork and was lead to a room to be waxed. Let me just say that this is probably my best waxing experience yet! It was quick and swift. But Radiant Waxing Howell Mill made me reconsider allll of that. I was serviced by Jayla and she was AMAZING. From the time I walked in, the owner Nicole (an Atlanta native) made me feel extremely welcomed. I am used to going to random places for a wax in search of a good deal, but this place made me reconsider that. I literally almost fell asleep on the table - that’s how gentle Jayla was. The space was so clean and soothing. I highly recommend this place. This is definitely my new waxing home ❤️

SO! Normally, I wax myself with the Veet strips, but this time I wanted something more intricate. Was I nervous? UM YES. I’m talking bout sweating, shaking, trying to predict the “pain”..ALL THAT! 10 out of 10 experience!! I loved my experience at Lunchbox Wax. I went in to get my underarms, Brazilian and legs waxed. I’m a first timer to any type of hair removal, so I’m sure you can imagine my anxiety. I seen a facebook ad about a new waxing salon near my home called Radiant Waxing. Not only is it close to my home, but they are currently offering first time guest a BOGO (buy one wax, get another wax free)! Pretty sweet. So since I have never had any hair removal done, I had 50-million questions. So I called Radiant to inquire about their services. I was greeted by the lovely Jazmine. She went above and beyond and answered all of my questions. She also talked about what to expect for when I finally grow a pair (lol) and book my appointment, and she even educated me on the products that are used since I have hypersensitive skin. Even though I haven’t visited YET, I just wanted to take the time out to recognize Jazmine for answering all my questions, providing me with all the information I needed for a waxing appointment and for having great customer service!

Highly annoyed with the way my call was handled this morning. I called around 9ish-website says they are open at 9am.. I got no answer and immediately got someone who began texting me... now this isnt a big problem, but I advised the person that I'm driving and prefer a phone call. I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow that I can not make and wanted to come in early today instead.. still no call over an hour or two later.. But again, multiple text messages. I replied to just CANCEL and again explained what I wanted to do... Mind you, I'm in the middle of running many errands at this time, hoping to get a call so that someone can tell me that I can drop in before my window of availability closed around 11am... Again.. this person continued text me!! If this place opens at 9am. BE PREPARED TO TAKE CALLS AT 9AM, INSTEAD OF TEXTING US REDUNDANT QUESTIONS. I went in for a Brazilian wax. The technician was very thorough and mindful of any pain. This studio uses wax strips in lieu of hard wax so keep that in mind. The wax wasn't my fav, left more residue than I'm used to and didn't attach as strongly as other waxes that have been used on me. The rooms were bright and very clean, everything felt extremely sanitary. She wore a mask and gloves the entire time and spoke to me about additional down there care (not sure what I can say on the internet). All in all I recommend going to this business and trying them out.
