Excellent service, this was my first time using Organic Wax Sugaring. For starters everything was nice and clean. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and my appointment went by smoothly. I was helped immediately upon entering the building. As a new customer I had to fill out a wavier in which it was a short simple process.(I seriously appreciated that.) After that I went straight into my appointment with Maria. She was very attentive and personable. She not only gave me tips about aftercare but she made it a comfortable experience.

I’ve been going here about 3 years now and I’ve great experiencing with all the estheticians I’ve tried but Maria is amazing and my top pick. Reception is always nice and professional. Property is beautiful. Facilities are always exceptionally clean. Maria is always amazing in her work. Brazilian sugaring has to be her middle name. Her knowledge about waxing and skin is astonishing. If I can’t get in to an appointment I just leave it alone. This is the ONLY place that I go while living in Atlanta. Yes it’s that amazing. Strongly recommend making and keeping your appointment. They book back to back, which confirms they’re booked and busy for a reason.

I’ve gotten been to Organic wax and Sugaring a couple of times now and have been very satisfied with the results. Jessyca did a great job and made feel comfortable throughout the process. Excellent and professional treatment. Sonia was very careful but precise. I think it was one of my best sugaring treatmens I experienced so far. You can grab a small water for free and Sonia gave me an extra peeling for my sensitive skin. 100% recommendable, felt very comfortable.

Let me just put y’all on.. this is BY FAR the best studio I’ve been to. Jessyca does my Brazilian and I’ve never had a better service from anyone else. She has such an amazing energy and her technique is very incredible. I moved 30 mins away from the studio and decided to try somewhere new, but quickly realized the drive is worth it because I always have a positive experience. This was my first Brazilian sugar wax and first time here after getting hard wax for a while and I loved my experience! The front desk was very open in accommodating me even after tardiness due to traffic and Dasha was amazing! I was nervous about the pain and about being "exposed" in front of another person, but from the moment that Jessyca greeted me, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. Tonya is the BEST! I just scheduled a sugar appointment today but since it had been 3-4 months since my last removal she highly recommended the waxing. I was nervous because waxing is always so painful (and I didn't take half a muscle relaxer like I have in the past which helps tremendously). She was professional, friendly and did an AMAZING job! She had her work cut out for her but was efficient and cleaned things up quickly. SUPER happy with the results and very low to no pain! I'll be back for regular sugar appointments now that I've found this gem. It's clean, free parking, easy to get to and the staff is super friendly, no snotty vibes here. Love that they create their own organic wax it makes a difference during the procedure and significantly reducing the pain. My only suggestion would be to provide a towel or something to cover up with once the esthetician leaves the room for you to undress. Thankfully I had a long shirt on and was able to cover up while she was walking in. Next time I'll wear a long tunic or dress and will definitely be back! Thanks Tonya I"m a fan :) 2021 UPDATE: Tonya moved on but I've been with Maria for over a year and she's amazing. Friendly, professional, and does an incredible job! I won't go to anyone else and even traveled up to Alpharetta because I won't trust anyone else but Maria!

I have been coming to this place for about 2 to 3 years. I go to Maria and she is my favorite I have tried a few others that are good as well too. They truly take time to learn your skin and care for your skin. I do both sugaring and waxing here and have had amazing results. I have almost no ingrown hairs ever nor dark marks nor irritation or redness. I can also wait up to six weeks before returning because the hair stays away! Maria has even squeezed me in after hours and is truly a sweetheart

So happy I came here this was my first time ever waxing and they made me feel very comfortable. I'm not going to lie it hurt like hell but I feel like the lady who gave me a wax made it better. She talk to me the entire time ask me was I okay and was very nice to me. The building was very clean and pretty love the interior design . Saw a review for Mahi and needed an underarm sugaring. I was able to make an appointment the same day (woohoo!), within a half hour’s time and parked across the street; only on my way out did I find that parking is validated when parking in the public lot in back of the building. That right there is a huge benefit! Mahi took great care of me: she was friendly, personable, quick and thorough. The prices are a bit less expensive than others in the area, which is another plus. I’ll be booking my next appointment w Mahi for next month!

I loved the atmosphere, all the people were great and Danielle is amazing at what she does. I cant rave enough, if you are looking for a place to get waxed look no further. Loved it! Update: Today was great as well. I saw Jessica for a sugaring which is way better than waxing in my humble opinion. I left with no irritation or barely any pain. The procedure was very quick and the esthetician made me feel very comfortable. This is my go to spot unless something changes. I always leave feeling nice and well taken care of.

Such a wonderful experience at Organic Wax Sugaring, from beginning to end! Booking online was a breeze! When I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late, Jessica at the front desk was so sweet, telling me it was no trouble & to focus on driving there safely! When I got there, I was impressed with the space right away - The bright spacious waiting area is modern & elegant, and the ambient music is soothing. When I went into the room for my services, there was a perfectly positioned flat screen mounted high in the corner, & the TV show Friends was on. I had a great view of the TV screen throughout, which kept me relaxed and distracted during the less comfortable parts of the waxing process! Also, I tried 2 services I'd never tried before, so I was pretty nervous, but Jessica was amazing, keeping me comfortable, distracted, and upbeat! Since waxing is painful, it always feels like it takes forever, but she did a thoroughly fantastic job in half the time I expected. Highly & enthusiastically recommend to one and all! They are the greatest!!! :)

I used to drive from Atl to the Alpharetta location to see Maria when she was no longer in Atlanta at one point.. that’s how great she is...but that became too much so I started back going to the Atlanta location and Tori gave me my Brazilian... and let me tell y’all! I'm not sure if they accept walkins but it depend so I recommend you call first or make an appointment online. I walk-in and made an appointment for later the same day. (I walked in Monday morning at 11am). Had my first sugaring with Jessica. She was extremely professional. It seemed very quick. I believe it was approx 40 minutes from the time I walked in until I left. Thet validate in the lot behind them (it's $5). I parked on the street (because I didn't know.) The man in the front was very nice. I would use them again. The staff was diverse. That was a plus for me.

Been going for a while now, only had an minor issue with one of the esthetician but it was quickly resolved. If it wasn't that a couple weeks ago, I sent someone to get its brows waxed and whoever did the job left a horrid scar on the brow area the rating would have been better. It's a shame the person doesn't remember the name of the esthetician who did the work.

Believe the hype ladies! I’d been searching for a new esthetician and I read some reviews about this place. I took a leap of faith and it was so worth it! From the customer service to the sugaring experience itself. Xante was my esthetician and it was her first day! Had she not told me, I wouldn’t have guessed! She’s great!!! I visited yesterday for an eyebrow wax. It was very fast and the environment was clean, but it was extremely painful. As soon as it was over I could feel that my face was burnt. Today I have long red raw areas under each brow that are burnt and I expect will scab. The person I worked with also did not do any sort of tweezing clean up but rather left it to me to ask for it if I wanted it. I’ve been waxed many times and have never had anyone burn me in this way or not go back over their work with tweezers to inspect. I will not be returning, and I’m hoping that I don’t have scabby eyebrows for the next week. UPDATE - An owner/member of management reached out to me regarding my experience and was very helpful to provide a resolution. I’ve updated me review to 3 stars.

I love organic wax. My favorite Atlanta esthetician works here. The rooms have the usual waxing bed and chair and equipment dresser with a long mirror opposite the wall the bed is on. There's a TV up in the corner so you can distract yourself while getting waxed or sugared. There is a nice lobby and two bathrooms. You can pay and easily tip with cards. There are a few skin care and pampering products at the front desk, but not an overwhelming amount. They have online booking though you can't really tell who you're booking with when you book which I don't like. If you book as you leave with the front desk, you get an email notification. There's also a confirmation email that shows up a day or two before your appt to remind you. There's also covered validated parking. They are next door to a restaurant I haven't been two and one door down from Trashy Diva.
