Client left hairs on Brazilian wax and got glue stuck in the hairs. I went home and had to pull wax out my vaginal hairs. Ouch My first time at this place and not the best impression. Only good thing is the wax is very quick but maybe that’s why the wax glue was left in different spots. Prices are bit high compared to other wax centers in Atlanta for the same service. Not worth it! But it’s good with the membership plan.

I love this place I drive over a hr once a month to get waxed by Bianca. She's absolutely amazing, she is like a source of info and very friendly. The trip is worth it 👌🏾 I've been getting Brazilians from EWC for yrs like 4 to be exact. But this is the 1st time I've had someone who waxes me, explains exfoliation, but most importantly doesn't leave wax on me she wipes me clean

I had an issue for years with the app not syncing and Naya was so kind to work with the system and me with my app until she finally got them to sync and my issue was finally resolved! Naya was so sweet, friendly and patient with everything!! I did have an issue with one of their representatives right before this, by telephone about this same concern, (the person didn't know what they were doing not what to do AND they were unnecessarily rude), but Naya? We need more reps like her as the first and last face you see and speak with when you go there!! Thank you so much for making my experience there so much better and I'll see you next time!!

I’ve been getting waxed at EWC Moreland for a few months now, and definitely recommend it for anyone that is looking for thorough, consistent services. I try to go to Dominique as often as possible. She’s fantastic, friendly, always giving superb hospitality, and is very good at what she does. I have extremely sensitive skin, and I’ve not once had a poor reaction from her services, which has historically been fairly common for me. I highly recommend this location generally as I’ve never had a bad experience, and Dominique specifically as she’s always genuinely wonderful.

This was my first time at this location. During my visit I met Natasha whom works at the front desk. She was kind, and completely did not mind that I asked probably too many questions and chitchatted for far too long. She completely went with it, laughed, and made me feel welcomed. After, a year in quarantine- this was deeply respected. Danica did both of my waxing- and she was thorough , and made me feel so comfortable. We shared a few good laughs during the process and I would suggest her to anyone. Great experience over all.

I have been getting waxed for 10 years at many different waxing centers and now have been going to European Wax Centers for several years and I LOVE THEM! I have used several of their locations (which is very convenient) but my current location is in Edgewood. They are awesome! From the friendly administrative staff that answer the phone and schedule to my amazing specialist, Danica! She is professional, a joy to see each time, and she does an excellent job! Danica takes the time to make sure I am well taken care of and that I receive quality service. She makes the process so great that I look forward to this time as my Self-Care and I always leave feeling wonderful.

Omg I just left and the two women at the front desk rock!!! Beautiful professional ladies! The Howell Mill location had a receptionist that did not care about giving great customer service so I came here and glad I did. My wax specialist was sooooo dope. She did breathing exercises with me to ensure she provided the most comfortable service and removed all the hair. She should definitely be a trainer. I am over the moon 🌚. I will be calling corporate to let them know about these rockstar women.

I just relocated from Austin and had to find another EWC to go to and this one has been great! All the front desk ladies have been very friendly in person and when I call to book, reschedule, etc. I’ve seen two wax specialist for Brazilian and under arm (can’t remember their names) but they both did a great job and were very polite.

I’ve been getting Brazilians and leg waxes for years at a different salon (because I’m lazy and don’t like to drive more than 2 miles from house), but I drove by this place, noticed how fresh and clean (and brand new) it was, so I decided to check it out. The other salon I was going to was pretty sketchy but inexpensive, but after all this Covid stuff, cleanliness is more important to me than price. The EWC was offering a discount for first time customers, and I liked their website and philosophy. They emphasized cleanliness, which I appreciated. On the day of my appointment (I was SO excited because it had been more than a year since my last wax), there were some scheduling issues on my end and I was able to slip in exactly at my appointment time. The staff was gracious about it and were all very nice. The woman who did the waxing was super nice and courteous and GOOD at waxing. After a year, let’s just say getting waxed was shocking, but she was super professional and fast. I was really impressed with the outcome! The hair didn’t start growing back for weeks, and my skin felt amazing! Will definitely be coming back and paying a bit more than I normally would, but it’s totally worth it for the cleanliness of the space (which was great!), the service and the results. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try waxing for the first time, or if it’s your hundredth time getting waxed.

I’ve been using European Wax Center for about 7 years, and I have been to a ton of locations. Today, I had one of the best experiences at EWC, and wanted to give credit where it was due. While pretty much all of my experiences have been good at EWC, Angel went above and beyond today. This was my first time using her as my wax specialist, and she exceeded expectations. She was extremely meticulous, friendly, and real with me. The facility is always clean, and she made sure to uphold that standard very well. Thanks, EWC & Angel!

Clean! Clean! Clean! I appreciate this so much! Dimonika..I may be spelling her name wrong..but she was AMAZING. Kind and considerate conversation even in the most awkward moment. It hurt, but she was quick and careful. I'm buying the package to be able to book with her routinely. The front desk lady who checked me in was marvelous. She has a lowcut and is truly delightful. The woman who checked me out..not so much. But by then everyone else made up for her attitude (credit card machine was not properly processing my payment or another client's). Overall, I'm pleased.

The positives - my esthetician Niya was excellent! She’s very nice and knowledgable. The wax was the BEST wax I’ve ever experienced. The negatives - it was entirely TOO COLD in there! You’re already nervous because of the torture ahead and on top of that, you’re shivering because it’s TOO COLD! It’s fall, turn that air down. The wax times are too short. I know it’s supposed to be express waxing but everyone’s hair is not the same and some of us need a bit more time. Also, for stubborn hair that won’t come out with the regular wax, it would be great to be able to offer strip wax (if the client is okay with it) just to get out the stubborn hair.

I didn’t even feel the pain because she was so good! She gain me pointers on what to expect. How often to follow up and exfoliating tips. I purchased the exfoliating gel and I am loving my wax. This location has been good to me but this last time was not a good experience. I had to reschedule and I assumed I'd get my regular waxer, Tink, but I did not, so that was my error. My appointment was at 12, but did not get seen until 12:30, and there only seemed to be one waxer. Mya was the one who did my wax and it was not well at all. Compared to my other times there and other waxers, her process was not what I was used to. When I told her that the wax was too hot, instead of trying to lower the temp she insisted it was because I had exfoliated but the temperature should not have been that hot either way. When I got home, I noticed there was still some wax left on me. Also, I was not as smooth as I usually am, so I had to do some extra work. Everything else about this location is great but Mya is NOT a good waxer.

My first time here was a couple months ago and they had a special that your first Brazilian would be $25. Awesome! Every time after that is has been $50 but totally worth it. Staff was incredible and was extremely thorough to make sure they got as much as the hair as possible. They were also super informative about the after care products but not pushy which as a broke college kid I appreciate. I don’t remember my techs name but she was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend especially since almost every other place went up in wax prices so price wise it’s pretty comparable. Also! They remember when you had someone that used your name as a reference so you will always get your $10 off unlike other places!

I chose to come here for my first wax experience and OMG I'm so glad I did! First off the location is super cute, smells nice, and they play pretty good music. Second, I was running late and they had no problem accommodating and moving me to the next available appointment time. Last but certainly not least - my aesthetician Imani was AMAZING! I wasn't even thinking about the fact it was my first time because she was so nice and we were having a great conversation the entire time. 2/2021-UPDATE: I want to talk about Ky the manager. It was night before my birthday and my appt was cancelled through the new system. When I tell you Ky and the rep who made sure I was accommodated. Ky contacted me to discuss the misunderstanding and when I tell you the service is the reason I come to this location and referred others to this location. I live miles away and my aunt came from Snellville to this location based on the excellent customer experience and waters. 2016- This was not my first time getting waxed at this location. I can’t recall who was my previous waxed but I do remember it was painful. HOWEVER, Devona was amazing! I had the Brazilian full waxing. She was very detailed (step-by-step).. and had fun conversation. Devona help modeled breathing techniques while waxing. I was extremely relaxed and not in pain. I will definitely be back every four weeks. She also showed the different products for aftercare.

Extremely pleased with my first visit to European Wax Center! The center itself is situated in the Edgewood - Reynolds Town shopping district off of Moreland avenue. Upon entering the establishment you are greeted with gentle smells of the all natural products used. All areas are very clean and well organized. Services are provided in individual rooms behind closed doors to provide privacy. Michelle, the esthetician that serviced me, was very professional. Conversation was fluid and she provided an explanation with every step as well as a description and ingredient list of each product she utilized. She started by gently cleaning the area I was having serviced. She then treated the area with light oil base and a cornstarch coating to ease the wax process. The wax used is a warm and quick hardening beeswax based product that does not require the used of fabric strips. It went on very smoothly and comfortably. She made sure each area was to my personal specifications and clear by tweezing hairs that were being stubborn. She then finished the treatment with a cooling serum to alleviate any pain or redness which it did. She took time to go over all questions and concerns that I had and answered each one knowledgeably. Upon completion of my wax I was then taken to the lobby area where they're is an exstensive supply of face and body grooming supplies and products available. Michelle provided me with a quick explination of each product and answered all questions I had about said products. Given the level of service performed I find the pricing to be fairly reasonable. For example, an eyebrow wax is $20, chin or lip waxing is $12. Mention my name, Sherri McCoy, as a referral and get a free eyebrow wax on your first visit!! I have already scheduled my first follow up in 3 weeks as I was extremely pleased with my service today!!

But my waxer was Michele doesnt do eyebrows very well and kinda messed up my brow shape I was aiming for. I was better off sticking to the nail shop getting my brows waxed. I will go back for other waxing services but not my eyebrows!

I Went To European Wax Center For The First Time And Imani WAS AMAZINGGGGGG‼️My Daughter was with me (3yrs old) and she was ok with her being with me and super friendly to her. We talked like we knew each other forever and she took my mind COMPLETELY off the pain! It was almost painless idk what she did to minimize the pain but she did. She left not a strand of hair on me. I've used her twice and will continue to reserve my appointments with her. She is very personable, and efficient. I'm always in and out really quickly. The receptionists are always nice and helpful.
