Angela did my Brazilian wax and did amazing! Took her time and didn’t rush yet still got it done quickly. Educated me on how a true wax should be done. Most importantly the wax was painless. I’ve never had a Brazilian where I didn’t jump but seems like the extraction hurt more than the actual wax(I get lots of blackheads). I would definitely recommend her and continue to see her myself! She had great energy!

I went here once before, when my regular lady was out of town. My experience was great! I left a review and all! It’s been a while and I live closer to them now so I decided to try them again. When I went on line it said they were open till 7 so I called around 4 to be sure they still take walk ins, there was no answer then the young lady called me back via caller I’d I guess? When I asked here if they took walk ins she said “it depends on how far you are? I was confused so I ask ok well what time are you open to? She replied that’s why I’m askin you how far you are cause if you too far imma go ahead and close up. I try not to be anyone last customer or keep anyone open why I was headed there at 4 cause online said they closed at 7. Guess my best advice is be there when they open? SMH I really wanted to be able to go here because waxing causes anxiety for me, and the last time they were really nice. But I’ll go with what I know that was probably a sign.

Angela was perfect! Shes a perfectionist so made sure everything was taken care of. Her waxing is fast and clean as well. I do recommend booking with her. I scheduled an appointment and got in before my time and greeted right away by her.

I have been waxing and tanning here for close to 2 years now! 5 stars all around- staff, cleanliness, pricing. For over a year I didn’t see any particular esthetician, because everyone is amazing, but after a traumatizing experience with Terris I make it a point to make sure I see anyone else. Do not let this woman touch you even for a second. I am shocked and appalled she is still employed at Aloha- after telling another employee about my horrific experience, I was told she previously put 2 clients in the hospital and they were looking to replace her. 4 months later she is still on the schedule and I have a huge problem with this. 😬 I still wholeheartedly give 5 stars, Myesha is wonderful.

LOVED THIS PLACE! Will definitely be returning. Convenient location, friendly staff and GREAT atmosphere inside the studio. Only thing that wasn't ideal was that I had to wait 20 minutes even though I had an appointment, but I'm not going to let that affect my positive review because 2 new customers had just walked in right in front of me when I got there, so it wasn't really anything to do with the staff being inefficient or anything like that. Whoever was working the front desk (wish I had gotten her name!!) was super friendly and accommodating and made my waiting time pleasant, offering me refreshments and keeping me updated on when I'd be able to get serviced. Pam was my aesthetician and she did a great job! I was nervous about going back to hard wax because it hurts so much worse and I've been doing sugar the past 2 years, but Pam got it done super quickly and relatively painlessly... not sure what she's doing differently than the other hard wax places I used to go to but she got EVERY LAST HAIR off! One day later and my skin is the most smooth and the LEAST irritated it's ever been after a wax. I will most definitely be returning for my waxes, and more than likely will try some of their other services too. Highly recommend!!

This is my second time coming to Aloha for my Brazilian and underarm wax. The staff are always welcoming and super friendly. This trip i decided to try the Nu Free wax which i really like. Olivia was awesome! She was super patient with me and showed great care and attention to my lady parts. She made it as pain free as she possibly could. I will definitely be rebooking with her! I love coming here because everyone’s always so nice, welcoming, and professional. The estheticians are also personable and make me feel very comfortable every single time. Kameo is literally the absolute best, she was social, super funny and meticulous. She was gentle with my wax and even went the extra mile during the clean up process, like plucking what was missed, which most estheticians don’t do, AND my girl waxed the surrounding area. Cute small shop, clean, nice girls however I've been 3 times & have yet to see the same girl. Rather it's a wax or steam you never see the same employees. Services were always decent however I always had an issue w/scheduling my appt. The date would always be wrong & I have to call & dispute. Last appt the owner scheduled me for a wax & I said steam luckily the girls were able to work it out b/c the steam room had been booked for tge time i requested. I drive a hour 15 mins to this spot however Im sure last week was my last visit!

I went here for a Brazilian wax and my girl Alissa was so great! Super sweet & very thorough & made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! Will definitely go back just for her 🥰 BUT 4 stars, bcuz I originally found this place on Groupon & w/ me being from out of state I knew nothing about salons in Ga, I made an appointment but of course when I went to go pay they said I cannot use a Groupon voucher & would have to have let them know that when i made the appointment, then I asked if they could just scan it for me to see if It would go through & I was told that they would get in trouble for doing that. Honestly, if that’s how your business is going to be about Groupon, how about maybe just taking it off Groupon ? Or, maybe just throw that in as a question when booking appointments to avoid the confusion and inconvenience to customers ? I was definitely upset I had to pay $10 more than what I would’ve paid on Groupon & now have to go through the process of calling & getting a refund etc. and wouldn’t have even went if it weren’t for me buying the Groupon, if it weren’t for that I would’ve given that 5th star.

Okay, so I was driving around after work trying to find a place to get my Brazilian wax done. I just happened to stumble upon Aloha as I was driving by. So I pulled in the parking lot, and called the number to the spa. I was greeted with a warm welcome from an energetic yet peaceful spirit! As I spoke with the young lady she informed me that even though they accepted walk in that they were quite busy that day with pre-scheduled appointments. However, she asked how close I was and what I told her that I was right outside she told me that they would try to squeeze me in between the young lady finishing up her current client and the next one arriving! Needless to say, I hurried inside and was again greeted by the wonderful spirit that answered the phone! She informed me that Brooke would be doing my waxing. Now I can experience was very informative oh, and gentle as it could possibly be LOL! They've definitely made a customer in Me! Thanks guys!!

I went to Aloha for the first time today to get a Brazilian and vagisteam. Ashley performed my wax and was incredible. Very sweet, professional and thorough. Everyone there is so welcoming and accommodating. With the exceptional customer service, convenient location and soothing atmosphere this will be my new spot. The vagisteam is what was the real show stopper though. Honestly everyone should try it! It’s very relaxing, smells great and you feel incredible after. From the entrance you feel a sense of calming and the entire experience is the same - even as you get waxed. Trust me you’ll want to give this place a try!

Brazilian took a while longer so it was a little bit more painful since its slower I guess smaller sections. got most the hair off! would recommend because of the intro $25 but not sure if ill be back

I’ve Visited this waxing spa twice and I’ve had a very pleasant experience as far as my waxing experience but not customer service . When trying to use my Groupon you are not appreciated at all , it is always a iffy or stuck up type of attitude when using one so if you plan on using Groupon don’t even waste your time because you will feel unwelcome and it was not a good feeling because either way I still paid for the service !
