Rebecca is a wax guru, my sisters and I have been going to her for years. I live out of state and only trust her to do my waxes and worth waiting each time for when I am back home !! Would trust and recommend 10/10.... Pleasantly surprised and happy with her newest Esthetician, Kasey. Becca was booked and Kasey did just as good as Becca and most important pain free. She took care of me and was very sweet knowing I was nervous to go with anyone but Becca. Happy to know I now have two go-to's !! Thank you Kasey <3

I’ve been going to Face Forward for about 3 years now. Staff is amazing, truly a 10/10 for customer service (and I have high expectations). I travel from out of town, so having evening and weekend appointments available is a must. Staff is flexible with times and very accommodating. I like that you can make appointments via text. Took my 11 year old almost step daughter for her first brow wax, they exceeded my expectations, as usual. Staff is all very friendly and kind. The decor is beautiful. They have a Keurig in the waiting room, which is so tastefully appointed and relaxing that I never want to leave. I’ve had waxes in New York City, NY, Phoenix, AZ and Central Pennsylvania. Face Forward surpasses all of my past experiences by far.

Lots of skin care businesses dont understand that darker skin tones can scar easily and hyperpigment and have different needs than lighter tones/shades. Not all estheticians are the same! I am a Black American woman over 40 and I've been seeing Rebecca for 11 months and I would continue to see her except I'm leaving Alaska. Seeing her is like hanging out with a girlfriend. I LOVE her. And she's made my skin radiant. I had lots of hyperpigmentation and acne spanning decades and with her magic I have NO evidence of that and my skin is amazingly clear. She understands darker tones and manages appropriately and uses customized products for my our skin type. I've had acne for decades and now I have no acne now due to her skill and expertise AND I receive compliments on my skin all the time. I'm moving to California and my concern was who's going to do my facials?!?!?! She's an expert with all skin types. For brown skinned girls looking for clear, radiant skin to enhance our natural beauty and someone who understands our skin without a one-size-fits-all approach, please support this business. I'm highly satisfied with the service I've received over the last year. Plus the staff are all amazing!

Rebecca did excellent , she was very nice and made sure I was okay each step of the process , She also educated me alittle on waxing and I must say I'm impressed .
