Encore is absolutely amazing! I've had my hair done by Chelsea and she does amazing work, and then I did the whole works for waxing with Rosie and she is absolutely perfect! Made my first time amazing and comfortable! Monica the owner is the sweetest lady! I would absolutely recommend encore for all your esthetic needs.

I had an amazing experience today with Rose. She gave an expert Brazilian wax (that I was really worried about since it had been months since my last wax), and I had a great hydrafacial as well. She was so easy to talk to I ended up with several great recommendations for food, tattoos, and of course skin care! I can’t recommend Rose enough and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!!

Monica is absolutely amazing! I have seen her on two occasions for a Hydrafacial and I cannot recommend her enough. She takes her time and is meticulous, which I greatly appreciate. She explains the process and went over any questions/ concerns that I had. The atmosphere is super inviting from the staff to the suite, very clean and cozy. I have been to other day spas/ estheticians in the Anchorage and Valley area and none of them compare. I will definitely be returning.

Giving 3 stars for cleanliness and because Rose did an awesome job at my first appointment there. Went in for my second appointment at the spa yesterday and not only was ignored by the front desk person but also listened to her openly talking trash about another employee to a customer! I wasn’t even necessarily upset about waiting so long but had to draw the line at talking poorly about other employees. Really disappointing as I was hoping to be a repeat customer here. Will probably not be going back there again.
