All the ladies are amazing, professional and fast! Getting a BZ can be intimidating but the waxers are very professional. You're in and out quickly which is great for scheduling in-between a busy day! When I call to schedule an appointment, they're quick to respond, it's easy and convenient. The environment is always clean! I've never had a bad visit. Great great place!!

I've only gone for the product PFB and it's the best price to buy it. Their hours are a little difficult to coordinate with to find when they're open in order to buy from the front desk but now they have a desk attendant on Friday's.

I have gotten tons of waxes in tons of different places across the country, including different locations within Albuquerque, and...this is my favorite place so far! I had a little snafu with the payment at first (my fault), and she worked with me seamlessly. The wax itself was very quick, but not procedural-feeling at all. It hurt minimally compared to my other waxes even though I have not had one in a long while. I usually have some sort of irritation the next day, but all is well down there so far! I will definitely keep coming back, and I highly recommend this place to other customers. The price was also at or below what I am used to paying. I admittedly have found some other places that are comparable in quality, but this is priced affordably! This place has it all! The only small thing to look out for, which they make very clear on their website and over the phone, is that you must tip with cash. And trust me, you will want to tip your waxer If you go to this location!

Most pain free wax I have ever had! I loved my experience they were so professional and nice! Nicole explained every step that was being done and gave me GREAT tips. Super fast & honestly the pain was so minimum I love the results and my experience here. You could definitely tell the experience the employees have and their professionalism here compared to other places! I cant believe I wasted my time going somewhere else and not here! The people here are friendly and professional. The girls here make you feel comfortable so there is no awkwardness about the reason you are getting waxed. For my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax done the girl was very nice and helpful. She told me what to expect and how to take care of my skin following the appointment. They are fast and efficient and very clean. One thing I liked the most is that I can make the appointment the day of by simply calling or going to the website. There is little to no wait time after scheduling the appointment and once you are seen you are cashing out within 30 minutes. I have now gone twice and have had two different people to do my waxing and I was pleased with both girls. I will definitely go back to keep with follow up appointments.

I would highly recommend getting ANY type of wax here. I've been scoping around for a year now and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. I had everything waxed by Nicole. She was super friendly, down to earth and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She was super quick as well. To top this review off, it was priced great.

I have been a long time customer and I used to love this place. I started decreasing my frequency of visits because I was not allowed to schedule with the Esthetician of my choice. If I am paying for a service I should be able to schedule with whom I feel is the best. I have attempted to schedule twice (leaving messages both times) since they re-opened post COVID and have yet to receive a call back. I will take my business elsewhere. In response to your reply....My review has nothing to do with COVID. Customers deserve at minimum a call back, especially if you cannot provide a service. Be honest I’ve been waiting well over 4 weeks for just a call back I believe that’s being patient if you ask me. I’ve contacted other small business with ONE person working and received a call back in 24 hours. The other issues like not being able to schedule with whom I like is long standing even before COVID was here and clearly by your other reviews I’m not the only person who feels this way. Also if you actually listened to my voicemail I was also trying to schedule my daughter for JUST her eyebrows. This is the owner replying to me? Your lack of professionalism is unfortunate. Well wishes to you.

I've been going to Brazilian Waxing Boutique for over a year now and I have NEVER had any problems! I know some of the reviewers here are mixing up this place with one close to it who aren't any where NEAR as great as the gals here! I go to the Westside boutique and I love the atmosphere and there is always someone available for answering questions or the phones. If you want a great experience waxing, come here! The prices are quite affordable as well and they do have little extras you can buy at the shop both pertaining to waxing (like numbing lotion for the extremely sensitive people out there) and non-waxing (earrings, purses, shirts & dresses). I can't think of any reason why I wouldn't go here.

Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Came here in the middle of last year for my very first wax ever, the ladies here are always nice and very professional. Full Brazilian only takes about 15 minutes or less. Love coming here, recommend it to all my friends

I personally did not receive a wax, but I did witness my girlfriend go through the it. Although I can only imagine the sensation, whether good or bad, of having my public hair ripped off my body. The employees are very professional and kind. Very popular establishment.

If you are looking for a place be it your 1st time or not, Brazilian Waxing Boutique is the place to go. The staff is very nice, and setting up an appointment is easy. I plan to continue coming here as long as they are around.

My favorite place to get waxed because of the cleanliness and efficiency...however, it’s a bit pricey and you can’t request the same aesthetician...which sucks because of the ummm- intimacy of the matter lol. But other than that, well worth the price.
