My favorite course in the city. The best staff and a fun small course. Open till late in the season. Very affordable and well maintained. They have carts if you want but it's an easy course to walk if you prefer. I try come out as much as possible.

Most well kept greens in a 30 mile radius for a public course. Staff can’t get any better either. Really fun and great 9 hole course. Pretty casual can be slow at times.

I love this 9 hole golf course. Been going there for a few years now. It has a high-end country club feeling as they treat you so well. The staff and the golf pro are just really nice. The course is always in exceptional shape. Greens are cut perfectly. It's the only course in the Bronx with a practice tee to warm-up before playing. It's the perfect solution for a day out in the sunshine and perfect for family and friends outings. If you are in the Bronx and want to play a game of golf. Mosholu Golf Course is the place! Hands down, this is the best course in the Bronx and it will beat some of the 18 hole courses out there! Trust me! I'm a veteran golf caddie from Sleepy Hollow CC and a Westchester Golf Association Caddie Scholar Alumni and I have seen many golf courses in my lifetime. This 9 hole course is top of the line!

Great was place a nice comfy little course nesstled into the Bronx! Pace of play excellent! Only compliant is a lot of pitch marks on greens and the first hole the ladies tees your tee won’t go all the way into the tee box. Great course overall!

Well-maintained golf course with some of the best staff around. Some fo the other NYC courses could learn a thing or two from the Mosholu staff. Arguably the best customer service you will find for a municipal golf course. I recently had an issue with not being refunded for a tee-time that I cancelled before the 24 hour cancellation policy, and their team walked me through calling GolfNow (their tee time vendor, even when booking directly on their website) to sort out the refund. Advice to management: Keep up the 5-star service. It's what keeps people like me coming back every weekend.

Course has taken a beating from the NYC summer's brutal weather duo of rain and extreme heat but it holds up. Challenging yet not too tough. A fun track to play. You can forget you're in the middle of a bustling city borough.

We showed up on a Sunday (I had screwed up and made a booking on Monday by mistake) and the parking lot attendant and starter were incredibly kind and helpful and went out of their way to fit us in the tee time schedule. The course itself has well maintained greens and fairways, and is a solid value for a quick 9 holes. Will play again.

I really think this course does not get enough credit. For ~$30 bucks you get out there on very well maintained greens. It's not the best course you'll ever play but for its price and its convenience I really just could not recommend it more. Especially if you're a beginner and you don't want to shell out a lot of money while you're learning.

A friend insisted we play here and I was skeptical at first but I came away very pleasantly surprised. The golf course is in very good condition. It's not the most challenging course you'll every play but it has enough hills and subtle contours that you need to stay focused. It's only 9 holes but there are plenty of times when a 2-hour round is just what the doctor ordered.

My favorite golf course for over 10 years. Even though it is only 9 holes it has its challenges. You can walk or ride. If you want to you can go around twice!

Good, short course for practice. Most days you can go out there, play by yourself and hit as many shots as you please. Greens are very soft, and very slow - so not ideal for putting feel, but a decent track for practicing irons, wedges and short game.

My first 18 holes ever. Bit expensive but i guess it wouldnt be a richman hobby if not. Beautiful course in the bronx. Loved it. No food really though when we went, vending machine fair.
