Really a beautiful course that that is kept in great condition from tee to green. Value is incredible, clubhouse is beautiful, and the track is a Unique blend - PA’s rustic links. Stop in the farm style clubhouse with a modern twist for a drink and something to eat after. Only complaint would be there are many houses surrounding the course, but don’t let these ‘targets’ stop you from playing a true gem of a course at Frog Hollow!!

Karaoke was soooo fun! The atmosphere is intimate but enough space to where you didn't feel like you were in someone else's business. The food.....shut up!! So dang good! Ww can't wait to go back and try trivia night ♥️

I think that the course is nice and a good value, however while we were on the practice green, someone who we were told was the owner came up to us with a terrible attitude yelling at us to open our cooler in the back of the cart. I was so shocked by his attitude (confused and not knowing we had done anything wrong at the time) that I did react poorly and try to shy away from the truth, gathering from his tone that we weren’t supposed to bring our own drinks… After returning our drinks to our car I went back to him and just mentioned that I thought he had reacted quite strongly and was being rude to guests of his course that he should want to ensure are having a nice time at which point he yelled “If you don’t like how I run my course, leave… “ not a huge deal but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. In the end, I was in the wrong (without knowing it at first) but I felt like he blew the situation out of proportion and treated us very poorly.

Best burger I’ve ever had hands down. My buddies got all different types of sandwiches and they all said the same. Apparently they had an ownership change and it has significantly improved. Think I might dream about that burger tonight…. 😅 beer was also very good …

1st time playing here and the course was playing easier than usual (I would assume) because all of the tall grasses haven't grown in yet. By the looks of it, you really are going to have to make your shots to score well, miss by a little and you will be taking penalties. Lots of traps, but that is linx style golf. It didn't bother me as much, but my buddy hated the proximity of the houses to the course (he plays a slice), would like to play it again during the height of the season.

Visited Frog Hollow 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️ restaurant for lunch today after church...sat at a table right in front of a large screen TV hosting The Wimbledon finals ... that was awesome .. the air conditioning 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, I had a delightful waitress, Holly.. She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. She recognized that I wanted time to visit and did not rush me. She and other staff members made certain that i had everything I needed... The Hamburger was awesome and the draft beer temperature was superb Kudos! Chris the manager super professional🏌️ very friendly and he took time And conversed with me about old times I haven't been there since 2018.... And he remembered great staff👬🧑‍🤝‍🧑👬 super place 🥇🥇🥇. Pro shop was awesome as well keep up the good work....

Fun golf course challenging but fair. Greens were interesting you needed to keep it bellow the hole. Staff was friendly price was excellent. Only knock against the course was the bunkers not raked little or no sand.

2nd time playing this course, 1st was 10+ years ago.. Its a fun course, well maintained fairways, decent greens (they were TERRIBLY slow on a hot dry day, but in good shape), but the fringe and most of the sand traps need a TON of work. I definitely recommend playing here, but hope the grounds crew can improve the 2 areas mentioned.

I’ve been there twice now and it’s a best kept secret for lunch time in Middletown. Really did not have any expectations when I went there, but it was chill and nice vibe with not too many people around during lunch. And the food was really good and I had a Philly cheese steak it was one of the best I’ve had in a while. And the second time I went there I got a chicken salad sandwich and that also was a hit, so definitely give it a try if you’re thinking about it.

The golf course is in beautiful shape! The value is astounding. I've played courses this year that were almost twice as expensive, that weren't as nice as this one. This is the deal of the century as far as I'm concerned. Come play here before they realize they aren't charging enough!

Played here for the first time on way back from Rehobath/Lewes area. Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Good conditions albeit not the prettiest golf course you'll play. Would definitely recommend, and for the price, a real bargain. Didn't have time to dine/drink but the facilities looked really nice.

Played today for most part the course is in good shape. Some holes are being torn up by geese though.... Greens were in great shape again for the most part. My biggest complaint is the bunkers are unplayable. They are more like rock gardens not bunkers. But with using the victory pass it's a course I'll play again.

Frog Hollow is a great course. The greens are some of the truest I've played in the area. I would have expected to pay much more than what I did to play a course this nice. Aside from the course, the practice facilities are also really nice to warm up before a round. Would definitely recommend!

Great choice for a laid back golf course with reasonable prices. Staff seemed very friendly and the atmosphere wasn't too stuffy like some golf courses can get. The pro shop was a little sparse, but has enough merchandise for anyone in a pinch. The course was in the process of being reseeded in a lot of the areas, but you can't fault them for trying to improve the grass quality. Overall it was a great place to golf, just try not to hit any houses!

We really enjoy going to Frog Hollow especially with the yummy pub food and wonderful bartenders while enjoying music bingo but…. the bathrooms are consistently filthy.

Fair price for what you get here. The course is in pretty good shape for this area. The greens are very undulating and the pin placements were brutal on some holes. You can expect a few more putts than you are used to. I was surprised to learn how bare bones the food selection was at the turn. I walked in around noon, and they didn't have anything hot available and only a couple cold wrap selections. The grill didn't open until 4pm. My biggest concern with this course is the neighboring houses are closer to the danger zone than any course I've ever played. And there are several tee boxes where hitting a house is possible. One house in particular has at least 20 patches in their siding and a hole blown through their gutter drain pipe. Overall, it was decent course. I normally play Rock and Delcastle. I would say the course quality was about the same.

Was pleasantly surprised how the course is recovering. It is still winter and grass needs warmer temp at night to have growth . Course is very playable. Some fairways have a ways to go along with greens but you can feel optimism and see how they are working to recover from the damaged that occurred last year. I will be playing there a lot this year. Don't forget how good a course Frog Hollow is and the staff deserves the credit for there hard work

I have played Frog Hollow many times and it is a great course. There is a real nice challenge to the layout which causes you to think about where to play your shot for the best position. The club pro, Patrick, is good teacher, works well with people and can quickly help diagnose what you are doing. He has helped me a number of times. The thing I like most is unlike other courses, these guys are working hard and spending money to make the course better.

Nine Handicap

Played here approximately two weeks ago and prior to our round we had a small issue with the bartender. While on the course a couple of hours later, the owner drove out on the course to track us down and made the situation right...and did so well beyond what was called for. This is customer service at its finest and an act that will keep us coming back over and over. The course itself was in amazing condition and is comfortably challenging. A great experience on a great course - put it on your list to play and play and play!!

The ranger there needs to work on his people skills. Tells us on 17 green to keep up with group in front because he's out of carts. Get to 18 tee, group has just teed off. We're waiting. Get to clubhouse, he's on the putting green and there are 8 empty carts and no one waiting.

Place is under new management! Course is in great shape and they ate spending money to fix all the bunkers. Golf pub is open 7 days a week and ha e a good section of food. The crabs are my favorite! MD#1's or LA #1's. Tons of meat. Overall renovations need to be done for an actual pro shop but the price is right. $299 or less plus cart fee for all you can at membership. Have also seen $199 plus cart fee. They offer senior and military discounts. Pool and function hall are owned/managed by someone separated from the golf. Pool process was high this year. We are at Saint Anne's pool.

Under new ownership as of recently. Great beer prices. Food is just okay and somewhat bland, but I feel like it will get better with time. Still in its early stages and the dishes have solid foundations. Will return soon and update review with progression.

Special shout out to Steve and Patrick at Frog Hollow Golf Course. Their kindness and generosity is outstanding. These men allowed the MOT Tigers Special Olympics Golf team practice at the practice range at no cost every Sunday afternoon. They also allowed three of our golfers to play at a discounted rate. Patrick was always willing to lend not only his time but wealth of golf knowledge to our athletes as well. Thanks guys - our team was super successful at their tournament because of you.

Great place for everyone that lives in Legends and surrounding areas. Food is reasonably priced and has come a long way since we started going here about 18 months ago. This is now our "go to"! Keep up the good work! Friendly staff and good drinks as well as atmosphere.

Played March 10th 2020. Looking for a new place to play & thought I would try Frog Hollow, A one hour & 5 min. drive from White Marsh which is 15 min. north of Baltimore, This track reminded me a lot of Myrtle Beach courses! It looks like these guys have had some bad luck with the weather & some kind power outage but I am sure it will back in great shape very soon. There were numerous workers out fixing sand traps etc. I just loved the (very fair off the tee for longer hitters) lay out. First time players make a right after hole 5 to get to number 6.

It's in great shape for the rains. There wasn't water on the course yet and we tee'd off at 9am. I have played here alot and this course is a fun and challenging course. I would rate higher if they fix the snack bar for in-between 9s. The last time we went there it took 30mins for a hot dog. You will like the course for golf.

Awesome food! Bavarian pretzel was off the hook and the blackened chicken salad was sooo good! My kids loved the cheesesteaks and my husband said he had the best Reuben he’s ever had. It’s a must visit!

This was my first time going here, I always see there posts on Facebook and the guy was nice enough to give us a table even though we didnt have s reservation. And their crabs were the best I had in a long time. They were big and meaty. Only thing that was annoying were the flies but a great place to eat.

The rough was a little to high for golfers of lesser skill level..couldnt use driving range or putting greens so very unaware of how fast the greens were which will cost stokes but overall in very good shape.

Course is ok. Cart are very poor. Service was poor. Wanted something in return for a extra green fee I PAID for and they wouldn't do anything. Very strange to have a public course so strict with fees already paid for. We NEVER go back and will tell everyone I KNOW about their service. Go to the other courses in the area Back creek and Odessa. Better facilities and MUCH better service.

Very typical public golf course. Of the 3 MOT area courses, this one has the best value; I have paid as little as $15. New management is making great efforts to improve the golf course by fixing bunkers that have been in dreadful shape for several years.

My associate membership at Frog Hollow is fantastic! The course is challenging and well worth the effort trying to beat the course. I love it.

This course is in absolutely fantastic condition and shows the level of professionalism on offer from its groundscrew. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the management. There was no signage indicating the location of the 1st tee and nobody in the pro shop could give coherent directions. I played the first 11 holes in 1h 40m, only to be met with a logjam on the 12th caused by several slow groups playing an outing. There was no ranger to marshall the course and the final 7 holes ended up taking over 2h. The bar staff was pleasant and accomodating while the food and drink prices are solid. In summation I'd go back if I got a good deal on greens fees, but paying full price I'd be assesing all my options.

Fun course, the grounds weren't that great. Was informed a bad experience with fertilizer burned the course and lighting strikes. But course should be back up my next spring. Still a fun time.

Great find. Greens are large and undulating, fairways generally in great shape. Watch out for the goose poop on one of the water holes, though. Inexpensive drinks at the bar. Wonderful bargain.

The golf course here is really well maintained no matter the season. It winds in and out of the surrounding neighborhood crossing roadways several times. The course layout and conditions provide an appropriate challenge for all handicaps. The carts are modern, clean, and fast. The pro shop is small, but has what you need to get by. I enjoyed this course and will definitely come back to play more rounds.
