First experience with a golf-fitting session. I brought my son in to get fitted because he is growing like a weed. Pat did an amazing job using his experience and the analytic software to determine the right club for my son. He did not try to push a certain brand or get us to spend over our budget. I went in with high expectations and they were exceeded! I will likely schedule myself for an appointment to get fitted!! Great Job 2nd Swing!!

This was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Tom Hannig was my Club Fitter and he was absolutely top class. Going in as a lefty, I knew the selection would be limited, and despite the many years I’ve been golfing there was still two internets worth of info I had no clue about. Tom was not only a superb resource for my many questions, but he also guided me through the process between swing recommendations, overall shot feel, and an entirely unbiased approach to what would benefit my golf game in the long run. On top of the consultative experience, Tom was able to keep me SIGNIFICANTLY under my preset budget leading me to complete my TS2 set with the wood (I was there to be fitted for irons, driver, and hybrid). It was an all-around awesome experience; Tom was the chillest guy that also put me in a position to have a plethora of unearned confidence as I hit the course. As I wrapped up and paid, everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful with advice on different bags, and a few general questions I had about the store. Thank you Tom and team!

Had scheduled a full bag fitting with Tyler Fuhrman and he was great! Buying a complete set of new clubs can be overwhelming to say the least with all the brands, shafts, styles and feel, let alone a huge investment. I had saved up and done some research and had a budget and some brands that may work for my age and strength. He took what I had and dialed in an iron set, driver, fairway wood, hybrid and putter in about an hour and 45 minutes. They use the trackman system to show you what you are doing and then dial in clubs to determine the best one for you. I was truly impressed with the process. I think I hit about 150 or more shots. On average my new set will add about 20 yards or more in the air over my old set. Worst part is waiting on my iron set as supply chain issues will delay their delivery. But won’t keep me from playing! I would definitely go back and will refer people who are looking to buy clubs to them, for me it is almost a 2 hour drive but absolutely worth it.

As a new golfer I love 2nd Swing. This store is 45 minutes away from me but it is worth the drive every single time. The amount of stock at this store is mind blowing(usually around 10k clubs). I really apricate the staff not trying to up sale expensive clubs that I do not need. Being able to try out all the clubs and get live data on your swing and distance is very helpful for picking the right club. The staff here is the best in the business, when I walk in and they remember you that is a really good feeling. They are so knowledge of the game, down to earth, will have the answers to your questions, and are great at pointing you in the right direction to step up your play.

Visited this store for a new hybrid fitting on Nov. 26. James Robinson was awesome to work with. He took the time to understand what I hoped to get out of the new club and presented options. He was very knowledgeable and had a great grasp of the various manufactures and their offerings. I ended up hitting the Ping G425 in different lofts and ended up with the perfect match for my desired results. The selection of clubs, new and used, is incredible. If you're looking for clubs you owe it to yourself to visit this store.

I had an iron and wedge fitting with Alex Wardle yesterday and it was awesome. Alex was professional, friendly and detailed. He was able to convey the goals and details of the fitting clearly. We had a successful fitting and I am looking forward to my new irons and wedges. I highly recommend this fitting experience with Alex to anyone who wants to hone in their game. I will be coming back soon for a driver fitting! I also had a great customer service experience with John who helped me with trading in my old irons. He’s a friendly guy and made the trade in/checkout experience flawless.

I'm very happy to write this 5 star review of Second Swing Golf in Wilmington. After my wife had a great experience last week with Joe, I arranged for a review of all of my clubs which were 8 year old beginner Adams clubs. Joe is kind, patient, very knowledgeable, and fun to spend time with. He offered me multiple choices which we tried out on his simulator; he even recommended that I NOT change some of my clubs which had been replaced in recent years. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and return when needed. Thanks, Joe !

John was AMAZING. He helped our son, who is an enthusiastic beginner golfer, find a driver. After watching my son swing a few drivers, John explained how a different shaft may be helpful, found a few different golf clubs to try (based on the brand my son liked the best and price) and then advised my son to pick the one that felt the best as two were giving him similar stats. It was actually so much fun to listen to John who so openly shared his knowledge of golf clubs with us. He even recommended a YouTube channel to watch to help my son improve his swing. Couldn't say enough about the quality of service and products. We walked out with a driver, new golf bag (John was also helpful in explaining about the pros and cons of bags) a golf glove and tees! What a fun day. Would HIGHLY recommend this store.

I did a fitting with James Robinson, and it was fantastic. I had a limited budget and was able to get something far better than I thought I was going to be able to. A minor adjustment added 30 yards on avg to my driver. Around 5 mph of club speed and 15-20 mph in ball speed. Something I have been trying to do for years and with James it took under 30 minutes to add distance. I also appreciated he didn't try to sell me anything out my price range. I have done fittings before where the guy is obviously trying to get me to buy something out of my price range. He also didn't drag out the process. Don't get me wrong I could literally hit golf balls all day, but I went with my 70-year-old dad and James was also very accommodating to him. He had an answer for every question I asked, and I hit him with some pretty good questions. In conclusion, I got a driver for cheaper than I thought, added more yards than I thought. Going from hitting drives 210 yards to 240 yards is a game changer. I even left with a gap wedge for $1 and a long putter (that I always wanted to try) for $1

My husband and I had a great experience with James Robinson as our golf club fitter. He provided great instruction and insight and got us both fitted with clubs that will improve our game. He also scheduled us a session after the club came in to make sure it worked well and to make any necessary adjustments. We will definitely go back to see James to add more fitted clubs to our bag. Went in to get fitted for a new set of irons and Jim Acee was my club fitter. He was definitely knowledgeable and really explained everything to me during the process and took his time. The clubs that I wound of buying from the fitting would not have been what I would if picked out on my own. Jim was great through the entire process and really got me tuned in with the best combination. I went to get my irons and scheduled another fitting for a putter and hybrid. Once again Jim was great getting me set up for a putter and a hybrid. Can't wait now now to go try everything out on the course. All around a great experience on both fittings. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve there game.

Had a full bag fitting with Joe for my 15 year old son. It was an excellent experience! Joe was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He gave my son amazing feedback and helped guide him towards making his selections for his clubs without any pressure. He made the experience really seamless and enjoyable. Fabulous experience. Alex Wardle performed my club fitting. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to pressure me into buying the most expensive clubs, he listened to my needs and came up with a great recommendation. The facility is very HI tech but Alex's knowledge was the most impressive part. What a pleasure it was to work with him. I highly recommend going to Second Swing Golf for your golfing needs. I traveled 2 1/2 hours to get there and was not disappointed.

Went into the store looking to build a new golf bag for myself as my current clubs were in need of an upgrade. I was helped by Bill, Chris, and Kevin on the floor; they gave excellent advice on club choices of all types for my level of experience and went to great lengths to find certain clubs for me when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Also, John helped me and also gave great advice during the testing/ fitting process and steered me in the right direction to narrow down my choices based off of my swing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience will be returning for more purchases soon. Went in asking a lot and was impressed by the service I received.

My experience was great with James. He really listened to what I had to say, what I liked and was comfortable with during my fitting. He help me without any pressure to upgrade to a more expensive club. He found clubs that worked within my budget but also clubs I liked. I traveled to Wilmington today from Willow Grove, Pa. About an hours drive. And totally worth it. I didn’t have an appointment, but John and Jim, the sales associates, tag teamed and asked what I was looking for, what my price point was and what types of clubs I currently have. They then went to the different types of clubs and pulled out a few brands of each of the 3 clubs I was looking to replace. They then handed me over to Phil in the simulator area and he had me try each of the different clubs, asked my likes and dislikes and we narrowed the search down. They were able to adjust the clubs to suit my needs right there on the spot. I ended up with 3 clubs I can’t wait to get out on the course and try. Just a final note. Today was a nice sunny Saturday and I got there a little after they opened. I would imagine if the weather isn’t great they are pretty busy so it may benefit you to have an appointment. You can set one up right on their website. Thanks guys for all your help and guidance.

Great deals and variety of used clubs. I have bought 3 used Ping G20 woods. All at a fair price and quick delivery. The clubs all are graded and I thought they arrived a little better than advertised. My budget can not afford the newer clubs. But buying used as let me improve my game and enhance my enjoyment of golf. I highly recommend as a way to improve your sticks. Fore!

Had a great driver fitting experience with Tyler. I didn’t bring my A game to the fitting but he was still able to work with me to find the best club to fit my needs. He was very personable and encouraging. Tyler knew I wanted to buy a putter so when his next appointment canceled he made time to bring me for a putter fitting as well. I went home happy with a Stealth plus and a Scotty Cameron all under my budget.

I stopped in to look for left handed senior clubs. They have a large selection of both new and used clubs. Sales associate John Brown was most helpful finding me a new driver, three wood, senior shaft irons and a new putter. All of the clubs are a great improvement over my old clubs where it counts out on the course. The staff took their time helping me find the best clubs to help improve my game. If you are looking to play better stop by 2nd Swing. If you are a lefty and find it difficult to find clubs to demo this is your store. They even bought two of my old clubs.

My iron fitting experience with Tyler Fuhrman was excellent. I got to try 5 different club types and compare many data points with my own clubs. It was very efficient and I was able to take a new set of irons home with me. The price was reasonable and I was given a very fair trade in for my existing irons. I met with James Robinson today at the Wilmington, DE location for a "complete bag" fitting. James was extremely thorough and patient in taking me through the clubs in my bag. He tried various different options, one club and one change at a time, to determine the impact that it had on my ball flight, distance and accuracy. He did not put any pressure on me to purchase anything but ultimately I did purchase a 7 wood to narrow the gap between my driver and 5 iron. I was extremely happy with my experience and expect that others would be similarly pleased.

Great store! Worth the hour drive. Tons of clubs with a very knowledgeable staff. Phil helped me with my driver. I was looking to upgrade my shaft. I tried multiple shafts but ended up keeping mine with a couple of adjustments. I would have bought a new shaft but he said i didn't need it. I appreciated his honesty. I will definitely be back.

If you're in the market for new clubs and think you can do it yourself, just stop. You can't. There's so much that goes into your swing, and without the right feedback, you're going to risk not getting what you need. My husband and I made appointments for today. He bought a full set of clubs. I got a new driver and a 7 hybrid - LADIES LOOK AT THIS CLUB - GAME CHANGER. Joe Guillebeau was our club fitter - OUTSTANDING - ask for him! I'm old enough to know that you get what you pay for. Visited here yesterday to finally get new clubs for my wife and myself. We had separate fittings at the same time, I was fitted by Jim Acee and my wife was fitted by Pat Garrison. Both gentlemen were outstanding. The technology they use is state of the art and they spent the time, after plenty of swings, making sure we walked out with the right clubs to match what best suits our swings. Highly recommended and will definitely be back when its time for the next set.

Met with Pat Garrison for a club fitting on 2 September 2022 in Wilmington Delaware. Pat was extremely helpful and professional. I found him to be very knowledgeable about golf clubs and ways to improve my swing. I highly recommend him if you need a club fitting or help with your golf swing. Most importantly, he did not try to push me to buy golf clubs. He was more concerned with my problem and how I could improve my swing. I recently started taking golf lessons, and my instructor recommended 2nd Swing to buy my first set of clubs. They carry a ton of pre owned clubs which made it easy to not break the bank. Phil helped me pick out everything, but not before coming up with a reasonable budget that he made sure he stuck to with his suggestions. It was really nice to feel like I wasn’t being taken advantage of for clearly never buying golf equipment before. I was able to test out a bunch of clubs and get help deciding which ones would be best for me. I’ll definitely be back the next time I want to trade any of my clubs in for new ones.

Had a great time getting fitted for the first time for new irons and new woods since it was time to upgrade! Joe Guillebeau was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a concise manner that helped me understand the Trackman readings and what our goal was for fitting the irons, driver, and fairway wood for my skill set. Joe was entertaining as well and had some great golf stories and golf history which gave me a little rest in between swinging each club. I went in to shop for a set of irons. Something I don’t take lightly. I have been building clubs for years, played college golf and worked in the golf industry. When I go into a store finding an employee that has something meaningful to add to the conversation is rare. Enter John, he was right on it with every recommendation. He gave me a variety of clubs that were all right in my wheelhouse. He recommended a set of mizuno 921 tours. I wasn’t really considering these in my search but lo and behold they ended up being the best performers. He found me a used set in near new shape. They were at a substantial markdown. I can’t say enough good things about the shopping experience. I will be a repeat customer!

I love going into 2nd Swing when I have the chance! Today I went in because my driver shaft needed to be replaced. The team quickly set me up with a new shaft and I hit a few balls. Pat Garrison was fitting someone else and stopped over to help me out! He made a quick shaft adjustment and I was hitting the ball much better! In 20 minutes I went from a broken driver to...new shaft, fitted just for me with an expert opinion, and a new grip on it! I left with a fully fixed driver and great new set up for my golf trip coming up! Don't hesitate...if you have any golf needs go into 2nd Swing! You won't regret it!

Had a fitting for my next driver up from my starter set with Jim Acee. He was fantastic. Really knows his stuff. I didnt understand most of the numbers but he took the time to explain and find a driver that worked best for my swing. It was a great price too! I Jim also gave me knowledge about a new putter and bag. Overall great experience. Got better as a golfer because of Jim!

I arrived about 40 minutes early just to look around before my fitting and was greeted by 2 associates. They offered to help with anything I may need. Alex my fitter was ready early so we started early. He started with several questions about what I was looking to accomplish. He watched me hit balls for about 5 minutes and got 3 options for me to try. The best option wasn't the one I initially wanted to try. We then moved to shafts which we were already really close. 4 shafts later and I got an amazing club that I bought from the best fitting experience I could of had. Akex is patient and extremely knowledgeable. I'll be back once the new Tsr driver is available. I was never once pressed into any club I was allowed my own choice and there was one I flat out didn't like so we got rid of it in 2 swings. I highly recommend seeing Alex and this entire store!!!!

Excellent Experience getting fitted for a Driver. If John is there, ask for him...highly knowledgable. Take the driver home and there is a 30 day play/return policy. But I didn't need that - he fitted me perfectly - got 20 more yards on the simulator and the real course. They even gave me a trade in value on my old driver. I'll go back for Irons one day.

I heard alot of great things about second swing golf, especially my wife who got her fitting done there. I was intimated before coming in but the the staff were great and made me feel welcome. I got fitted for a new driver with Pat Garrison a few weeks ago. He was terrific and the new club is working great! I decided to change out my bag (I'm 77 years old) and go with Driver, 4 wood & 7 wood. I found a Titleist 4 wood on line and purchased it on Labor Day weekend. It's a terrific addition to my bag. Today, I took a slew of old clubs to the Wilmington store and traded them in for store credit. Everyone I was in contact with, both on line and in person, were great to deal with - courteous, professional and attuned to my needs. Had a great experience at 2nd swing. I know very little about golf going in so it helped tremendously that Kevin proactively asked us about our goals. He answered all our questions and some that we hadn't thought to ask, including setting us up at the virtual golf station. This made trying out drivers an easy and fun experience. Great Deals! I was looking to upgrade my 2016 Ping G irons and found new Ping G410 irons at 2nd Swing. After the trade in of my old irons the cost was extremely reasonable for brand new clubs. We were able to narrow it down to a top 2 for me to choose between in a reasonable amount of time. His first choice was in stock, and he also bent one of the wedges to a different angle for me to help with gapping. I wanted a 4H instead of a 4I, and he made a recommendation for that which I ordered on line; that one has turned out to be a very sweet club! After multiple rounds to try out, the irons are working as expected -- a bit more distance with a higher launch angle, more forgiving on thin hits. Great ball speed. I had a club fitting for a new set of irons yesterday at the 2nd Swing Wilmington, DE store. I had done some research ahead of time and had a basic idea of what I wanted. My certified club fitter was Pat Garrison. In short, Pat was excellent. He listened carefully to everything I conveyed about my game, strengths, shortcomings, etc. He also asked good questions and provided a lot of very good information that was really helpful to me. The fitting process went well and Pat was able to "dial-in" a set of irons based on all of my swing stats, including shaft type and weight, ball speed, swing speed, trajectory, spin rate, etc. This also included the type of ball I should use (and def not use). I was extremely satisfied with the club fitting process along with Pat's expertise and recommendations. I ordered a new set of irons and 54-degree wedge to complete my set. Mission accomplished! I would highly recommend Pat Garrison at 2nd Swing in Wilmington for a club fitting.

I purchased a "Mint" iron set that was listed as 9.5 out of 10, and the majority of the clubs were never used and still had the plastic wrapping on them! All I can say is Wow! I walked into the 2nd Swing Wilmington store two weeks ago, and was immediately impressed by the volume of clubs available to demo. Numerous bays with trackman available. However, I was even more impressed with the customer focus of ALL store employees…, clearly a leader of ANY store I’ve shopped at lately, whether a golf, sporting goods, or any other style of retail store. 2nd Swing Wilmington could also be called “2nd To None”. I scheduled a driver and fairway wood fitting, which occurred today. My fitter was a ‘Master Club Fitter’ named Joe Guillebeau. Joe was exceptional, in every standard one would wish to evaluate by. His golf knowledge and acumen was, again, “2nd To None”. In the span of 90-minutes, Joe dialed in all facets of club fitting, which resulted in a gain of 30 yards for my driver, and a change in shot shape from fade to draw. I couldn’t be happier, and it’s all due to Joe Guillebeau and 2nd Swing Wilmington. If you’re looking to upgrade your bag, this is the place to go! Thanks Joe!!!

Had a driver, fairway, hybrid fitting today with James Robinson. What a fantastic experience. I’ve had multiple fittings in the past, but this was by far the most in depth fitting I’ve had. James is extremely patient and very knowledgeable when it comes to fitting. We must’ve tried at least 10 shafts for the driver alone! Not once did James seem bothered or annoyed at how long it took to find the right driver for me. When all was said and done, 1.5 hours later, we found the best driver/shaft combination for my swing. He also helped me realize that there was no real need to add a new 3 wood to my bag. Instead of trying to pressure me into buying more clubs, he was honest about what I should do in regards to fairway and hybrid. I highly recommend 2nd swing and James Robinson for all your golf club and fitting needs. Not only was the fitting fantastic, but the amount I got for my trade ins made purchasing my new $900+ driver a much easier decision.

Two weeks later, after such a great experience with my iron fitting, I decided to get a driver fitting with Joe again. I always had trouble with my driver, and Joe was so patient and he was so determined that I left with a driver that I was hitting great with and felt good hitting. He adjusted the head throughout the session to find the perfect loft. Joe was also very friendly and we had great conversations throughout the session. If I could give 100 stars to Joe I would. I am now hitting better then I ever have, and couldn't be happier!

I received a fitting from here in late February with James Robinson, and it was the best fitting I have ever received. I have been fitted before at a golf galaxy, and I feel like the shaft options were fairly limited and the fitting process itself was pretty bare bones. With James at 2nd swing, we went through almost a dozen shaft options; every brand in the iron style I was looking for and overall had a fantastic experience. The next time I get a fitting (probably a driver or putter fitting in the next few years) I would have to go to James because with James, you're in good hands.

The fitting was very thorough as Joe had me hit my driver first to establish some numbers then he had me hit the product I was being fitted for to see how the numbers compared. I really like that I could choose who I wanted for the club fitting and picked Tyler Fuhrman. Pat Garrison and 2nd swing, Wilmington. I went in looking for a golf bag and ended up booking a fitting for the next day. Walking around the shop it is an absolute treasure trove, and the gear, putting green and staff were all brilliant - really nice guys, really easy to talk to, indicated where everything was and knew everything golf-related. Pat Garrison the following day was by the door greeting customers. Very pleasant though he didn't yet know I was there to see him. Great insights during fitting, shooting around the store to find suitable options. Matched swing faults instantly to appropriate clubs and explained what was happening as we went - I'm a 7 handicap but club tech is not my strength. Perfectly happy to let me select a set that was available and less expensive, complete with good wishes for improved play and the option to bring them back if not satisfied. Looking forward to my next visit already - just need to find an excuse.

I went in to try out some new drivers on the simulator myself and Pat Garrison helped me immensely. He went above & beyond by doing a custom fitting for me with no appointment because he had some extra time. Being a low 80s golfer, I've been having problems breaking into the 70s because my game off the tee has been weak. Pat quickly identified that my swing exceeded stiff flex shafts and that I needed extra stiff with my driver to help keep my tempo consistent. I've become significantly more consistent off the tee since I bought the driver a few weeks ago and I'm right on the edge of cracking into the 70s. Pat earned my trust for club fitting, I'll surely be going back to him for some irons sometime soon!

Great experience getting fitted for irons with James Robinson. He is clearly very knowledgable and tried me with a heavier shaft that made my swing feel much better even though I thought I needed a lighter shaft going in. Got fitted into Mizuno 225s which felt great in the bay and are definitely a big upgrade over my current set. Finally, he had a few concise swing tips for me to take to the range. First time getting fitted and was a great experience, will be back for wedges!

Had my 2nd fitting today with James Robinson, he also did my driver fitting a few months back. Today was for my first set of custom fit irons. He was ready to go right at the time of our appointment and we must have tried 10 different variations of shaft types, lengths and of course brands of irons. Every time I would move to a different set up, he would review my results and go in depth to make sure I understood what I was seeing. He made me feel comfortable about my decision, and never once did I feel pressured into buying anything other than what I wanted. He even took the extra time outside of the iron fitting to help me pick out a new putter and spent time with me on their putting fitting station, which was great. Met with Joe Guillebeau today from the Wilmington DE location, you could tell Joe was very knowledgeable about the swing and differences in manufacturers. I was interested in a driver and two fairway woods. Joe was able to evaluate my swing not only by watching and reading my results on the computer but he also listened to what my feedback was about the different clubs and shafts I tried out. Along with sharing with him my results and weakness in those areas on the course in the past. I left with three new clubs and will definitely be back for new irons and wedges in the near future!

Had a fitting last week with James Robinson. I had never been fitted before. I was using clubs that were 20+ years old and the driver I used (nike covert that was used when I bought it) broke last year. I was getting fitted for a whole bag: driver, irons, hybrid, wedges. Last week, I had a custom fitting for a new set of Irons and a Driver to replace my 10 year old set of clubs. Joe Guilleabeau, who was the former Pro at Delaware’s Number One Course, the Wilmington County Club, for over 20 years was my Custom Club Technician. Joe spent two hours with me, a Trackman and many club options - all the most current technology available. Through various options and club fittings, Joe was able to correct my left hook to get more shots straight to the fairway. Joe and Second Swing also added another 25-35 yards on my shots. I just had a fitting with Second Swing Golf in Wilmington DE and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I worked with James Robinson and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure. He analyzed my swing and the irons I was currently using and put together a shaft and club head that was perfect for me. I was hitting the new setup about 20 yards longer. He then worked with my budget and found me a set of used irons that matched my setup and were reasonably priced. And as a bonus, I now have 30 days to play with my "new" set of irons and if for any reason I am not happy with them, I can take them back to the store for credit. As a casual golfer that looks for getting high quality clubs at a good price, I look to 2nd Swing. I bought a driver in the past and did a "walk in" fitting and had a great experience. So when it was time for me to purchase a new set of Irons, I scheduled a fitting appointment with Jim Acee at 2nd Swing, Wilmington. This was the first time I have done a formal fitting for a club, so I did not know what to expect. But I had a great experience working with Jim. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, an excellent listener, and was very helpful when it came to testing and selecting a set of irons that were perfect for me. He was on top of the latest golf trends and tech that went into every club that we tested, and he made sure that we chose a club model that is not only is perfect for me now, but one that I can grow my game into as well. I had an EXCELLENT experience at 2nd swing. I walked in and told them what basic parameters I wanted for a new set of irons. The sales associate offered 3 choices, and I worked with John Brown to see if any of them were just right for me. Only go if your looking for good used clubs. I was able to hit with them before buying too. This is real important to me. Anyone can buy clubs on eBay then hope for the best. Not for me. Oh, I saw PGA pro Adam Scott in there too. That should tell you something about the quality of this golf shop.

Knowledge was second to none. At first I wasn’t hitting to well Bc I was nervous as hell for some reason. Instead of forcing clubs on me, he said I can come back when I’m a little Less nervous and swing some more, or we can take a break for 10-15 mins and try again. That was the best decision I made. I ended up leaving 2 hours later with not only clubs I wanted, but clubs that fit me, my swing and my game. I would recommend 2nd swing to anyone looking for any type of improvement. I had a fitting with Pat Garrison today 06/25/22. I had a set of irons which I thought may not have been best suited for me and wanted to trade in for something more forgiving. Pat set the Trackman up and started me hitting my 7 iron. Once done, Pat showed me the results of my ball strikes, thoroughly explaining the numbers and what they meant. Once done, Pat brought out a different set of irons for me to hit. According to Trackman, I hit my original set better than the new set I trialed. Pat then brought out a few more clubs and had me hit them. When the dust settled, we concluded that my current set performed great and I didn’t need to make a change. This blew me away. I’m not sure I can recall a better customer service experience than I had today with Pat and 2nd Swing. Not only do I now have the confidence that I’m in the right set of irons for my game, but I now have a beautiful used 5 hybrid in my bag that I plan on crushing next time I play. Thanks Pat. You can shop around find a few clubs you're interested in and try them out on their high quality simulators. The prices are also usually better than competitors as well. He was also very patient as my swing was in mid winter form. He helped me get into a new set of irons with no pressure and did not try to up sell me. He listened to what I was looking to accomplish and fitted me after trying at least 5 different club heads and 3 different shafts. I was absolutely delighted at the customer service I received yesterday when I went to 2nd Swing to have my golf clubs re-gripped. I was greeted by John L. as soon as I entered the store and he walked me right over to the re-gripping area and explained to me that I needed to pick out the grips I wanted and then simply go back to the counter and have them rung up. Because I was having 11 clubs re-gripped I was informed that they would call me within a day or two when they were done. Later the same day I received a call to let me know the clubs were ready for pickup. Today I went back and again John L., upon recognizing me, greeted me and then walked me over to the counter to retrieve my clubs. I walked out of 2nd Swing feeling like I wished a lot more retail stores treated their customers with such care. I’ll definitely go back anytime I have a golfing need.

I can't say enough nice things about my recent irons fitting with James Robinson at the Delaware Store. He was very knowledgeable and very patient throughout the process. He paid close attention to what felt best and balanced that with the data that we were getting from the state-of-the-art sensor equipment. I ended up with a beautiful set of Mizunos, and had them cut/flattened, and left same day with them. Even though the experience itself was fantastic enough to write the review, I wanted to wait until I played them to pen this. I'm an average 12, but I hit 3-4 of the best 10 shots I've hit in 5 years in that round. Everything we talked about played out. Really looking forward to playing more now. Thanks, James!

I had an iron fitting session with Jason Westphal today, and it was a great experience. This was my first time in a 2nd Swing Golf store. The Wilmington store is packed with a large selection of new and used equipment, for every ability and budget. The store is immaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had researched a set of irons that sounded like they would be great for my skill level and Jason had me hit some shots with those irons in the simulator. Then, had me hit some different irons that he felt might fit my swing and budget. The Trackman analysis that Jason ran showed me the difference in the clubs that I tested and led me to purchase a new iron set that out performed the other clubs I tested, including the clubs that I had researched. I highly recommend 2nd Swing Golf and Jason Westphal!

He was a Pro for 36 years at the prestigious Wilmington, Country Club, but he is more than up to speed with the latest technology. Anyone that is looking for straight advice, appreciates a person willing to share his knowledge and help without being overbearing, I would suggest they go to Joe for any of their club fitting needs. I visited 2nd swing golf in Wilmington, DE, this time to get a putter fitting. I had a session with Tyler Fuhrman who helped me. He took the time to listen to my prior fitting experience (many years ago) and some of the things that I continued to use even though my stroke has changed with age. He asked me questions regarding what I liked a disliked about my current putter before bringing over a number of models to try. Once we narrowed it down to one he adjusted the lie, which made a big difference. Finally he got me on the machine and I learned a bunch about my stroke from seeing how little changes impacted the way the ball rolled. Even tried a couple of different grips styles. Through it all Tyler was patient and informative. A totally worthwhile experience. I have had more birdies and up and downs with the new putter in the last couple of rounds than I have had for years experimenting with various unfit putters.

I am an ex-mini tour player and my driver swing speed is 118-120mph. I came here to get a proper fitting for the first time in years - and James Robinson and Tyler Fuhrman were both excellent. James got me fit for a driver and nailed it. I came back a week later and worked with Tyler for a new set of irons - and he nailed it as well. Both were professional, knowledgable, and honest. They're not there to sell you on any specific brand (they're not compensated that way)....and will even grab pre-owned clubs off the shelf if they think the fit would be right. Schedule a fitting in the tour van with either of these guys and you'll be set!
