They have finished repairs on the irrigation system, removed some trees, and revised some sand traps. I walked this course on the 8th of January and as soon as the grass starts growing it will be in really nice shape!

Older,historical golf course nestled in home of the Temple Orange country. New owners added sprinkler system to improve the course condition. Greens are good/deceptively fast. Wrong position and speed sees your ball roll past the hole into the fringe. Fringes need some work. Sandy in some areas. Fairways we're aerated but not a problem. Trap sand is on the compact side. I hooded my club a bit and played the ball back in my stance. Easy to stay in the fairways although I went up one club length on the second shot. Peaceful day, peaceful play. Elderly membership crowd. Enjoyed the day.

Course is not in good shape unfortunately. Lots of weeds, diseased greens, sanded fairways. I really hope it gets fixed.

Potential!!! That’s the best way to describe this course! The greens were good. Fairways were ok at best, no real rough and just under maintained. Def, was surprised this place has members, if this was my home course I’d want much more out of it. Especially for what I was paying.

I was in town and played Temple Terrace in Feb 2021. I paid $70 for a prime Saturday tee time. It has a good course layout, not particularly long (tips were ~6400 yards), firm greens, a few tight tee shots. The grass was pretty burnt out, but the locals I was playing with said the course just finished installing a new irrigation system toward the end of 2020, so hopefully that will improve the situation. Overall a fine course with some potential.

Great food, friendly staff. We use the CC for work meetings and they never disappoint. They have a variety of rooms to use, a great menu with a variety of foods. The club is clean and had a great view of the greens. Also does not cost an arm and a leg.

I love this course! It’s always well maintained and it’s a tight, difficult course. For me, I have to throttle back and concentrate on making smart shorts rather than “ripping and gripping”. The dinning/grill is nice and has a great range of options from hot dogs to nice dining options. I always enjoy the opportunity to to play here.

Good place to learn golf. They have their own balls and they offer private lessons. Definitely returning here. I love their golf camps that they have and that they have events and tournaments every week. They even have a restaurant and pool for members to relax in.

Nice track. Classic country club layout. Got a little confusing where next hole was (poor signage). Greens were in excellent shape--Smooth as a babies bottom. Pace of play was 3:30 with zero slow downs. Less water in play than you'd expect in Florida (which was fine with me). Price of $35 unbeatable. Pro shop staff was friendly and informative. They are pretty strict on dress code; we were politely asked to tuck our shirts in (no problem).

I have to disclose that this is my home golf club. Having said that, if you want to play with other members and have a great time on a daily basis, this is the place. People are extremely welcoming and the staff is great. Food is to kill for and the new management has elevated the club to new standards and have created much fun for the members, from golf tournaments to karaoke nights, chipping contests, wine tastings etc etc. They also have different types of memberships so if you’re not a member and are looking for an amazing golf and country club, please consider becoming one, you won’t regret it.

This is a nice 18 hole golf course that is Par 72. I play this course once a week and have had several birdies. Still trying for that first Hole in One and getting very close on different holes! This is a very challenging course with doglegs, pin placements, and sloped greens. They are in the process of repairing the irrigation system so there are spots where the grass is thin and that should bring this course to a Five Star rating in my book!

Uptown Chamber of Commerce holds their monthly luncheon there & I have to say the food is phenomenal. Not to mention that lovely young lady with the adorable eyes serving the dishes. TO DIE FOR!!!

Great course with great greens & a good value for your $. The problem with course were the attitude of the guy receiving my money for play, very unconcerned we were there or showing any interest of answering questions, like where is the 1st tee? The bright spot was a new employee, I think Brandon, he was energetic and eager to help.

Solid old Florida course at a historic small college campus..well maintained, no range....but man are they proud ...the weekend golfer even in the summer is still higher than a number of equivalent courses...certainly worth a once through though

Greens are very fast. Course is not in great shape but it was fun playing one of the oldest courses in the Tampa Bay area.

I have enjoyed dinner, breakfast and lunch at the TTGCC. The staff is eager to please. We never have wait. The chief brings a new new and delicious menu each month.

Decent course. Maybe slightly over priced. Weird in that there was no course layout on the scorecard nor was there a layout of each hole at the tee boxes. But fairly easy to follow except for a couple of holes where water was present.
