This club is awesome! Both courses are great. The Mountain course is a more interesting with the terrain changes and scenery, but it's not goofy and super hard like some mountain courses. The Lake course is flatter, but it's still enjoyable. Both courses are in very good shape and the greens are excellent. This place is a total win!

Both courses are a lot of fun to play. The Lake course is flatter and more open than the Mountain course. But at least for my two days, the Lake course's greens are faster. The Mountain course is tighter with dramatic elevation changes, climbing 700+ feet and returning back down. It also has lots of par 3s - 5 in all. Completely enjoyed playing them.

Wow! Just wow! Played in the opening tee time on October the 1st of 2022 and it was truly amazing. Woke up early and arrived at the course to be greeted by a nice, brisk fall morning and a nice clean club house. Everything was in order, everyone was a pleasure to talk to. As we got out on to the course, we realized the greens were being winterized which was a bummer, but totally understandable. Tee boxes were nice, fairways were great, and the views were the best. Finishing out the round, we stopped back at the club house and the food is great. This is one of, if not the best courses in Utah County. A spectacular course with views and conditions.

Played the mountain course for the first time and had a wonderful time. A fun golf course with beautiful views and interesting, yet fair golf holes. Not a hard course but still challenging and upbeat at the same time. It really is a gem.

The Lake course is way easier than the Mountain course. Both have gorgeous views. The squirrels will raid your golf cart on some holes trying to steal your food so beware but they are harmless so don't hurt them! Enjoy the views.

Absolutely beautiful course that plays well. Both the Lake and Mountain course are alot of fun. Playing the Lake you will come back to the clubhouse after the first 9 but the Mountain side will keep you out on the course all day so stock up before leaving. Saw Deer, turkeys and just absolutely beautiful scenery and wildlife everywhere. Staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Great proshop as well. Really enjoyed it!

I went golfing for the first time here for a family reunion. It was clean, well organized, and a whole lot of fun. I enjoyed the golfing but it made it so much more enjoyable that we were playing up in the mountains on such a beautiful day. The deer and wild turkey wander right onto the course to graze, and the environment is quiet and peaceful.

Played the mountain course and it was challenging but surprisingly forgiving at times; you'd think it was gone but then realize it opened up behind the trees and I was sitting with a great lie. The greens were nice; a bit faster than I'm used to. $50 for 18 with cart and $7 for a spectator ride along.

Very good conditioned course, good pace of play for an afternoon. Mountain course very challenging. Tough to read the greens and narrow fairways on some of the holes. Adjusting to altitude is always challenging. Good value.

This course provides beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains and Heber Valley. The course is challenging but not overly difficult. The course is well maintained with good greens, tee boxes and fairways. There is also a lot of wildlife to see (bring bug spray in the late summer).

Course was well taken care of whichace for a fun outing. While the lakes course allows for a fair amount of technical shots, the course is forgiving when, if you are like me, your shot is less than perfect. Club house and in round bathrooms were clean. Overall great course for all levels.

I told my wife I was like a woman at Magnolia today, taking it all in and just the beauty of this course. I golfed 18 holes and it was well paced, not to much waiting and the course was very well maintained. This is a must for me every fall going forward. Just a pure enjoyment playing today.

I have really enjoyed the times I have golfed at this course. I have golfed here at least 5 times over the past 3 years and its a very well kept course and in my opinion, it is worth the money. They have animals that may roam the course as you play and a fun variety of holes to play. It's a beautiful course as it is set back into the mountains. I have only ever played the lakeside course, but really have nothing but good things to say.

The Mountain Course lives up to the scenic hype. Amazing. The Lake Course would be more of a 4 star review. Some awesome holes, but it felt more like a "middle America" simple course for part of it. Still really enjoyed playing here. Would not make the trip again just for the Lake Course, but if I were playing 36 in a day I think it would be awesome to be able to play them both again!

Wasatch Park Cafe is open for indoor and patio dining. The food is great, especially the burgers. The views of the mountains and golf course are breathtaking. Today I had the french toast and it was so tasty, really good bacon and eggs cooked perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive. The outdoor patio is huge.

I can’t say enough good about this golf course. This is one of the funnest golf courses I have ever played. It is an absolutely beautiful course and such a blast to play. The services are very nice and there is a great driving range. The course is surrounded by lakes and mountains which makes it challenging and beautiful all at once. I would very highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys golfing.

4th time golfing in my entire life. This is definitely a harder course. But definitely worth it. Such beautiful scenery, along with a very well kept golf course. 18 holes takes time, so either bring snacks if your gonna walk all 18 holes, or pay the extra 8 dollars to take a cart. Not big into golf, but definitely worth trying.

After heading several deer off the 1st tee it continued to be an awesome day. Great weather, fantastic breakfast, great staff and perfect course conditions led to an unforgettable 36 holes of golf. Leaves were turning, turkeys crossing the fairways and crisp fall weather made this one of the best golf outings ever.

Some like the mountain course, I can take it or leave the track, but great views. The lake course is one of the best in state. Great variety of holes, lots of risk/reword. Great views, turkeys,Hawks,deer all keep you entertained and the courses are well cared for.

This Course is beautiful but in reality this is not a Course for Club Players. It is hard so don't expect good scores. We played both the Lakes and the Mountain, we thought Lakes was friendlier, the Mountain was harder because you never had any flat lies. Again it is undoubtedly one the prettiest Courses we have been on and was worth playing.

Beautiful, wonderful views & locations. The problem is the golf carts reckllous & ridiculous speeds driven by staffers was highly concerning, not to mention the heavy exhaust . Suggest you rethink golf cart blind spots around the building & cross paths.

The views are great from the mountain course. Once you get to about hole 7, the course really gets fun. However, I am not happy that they charged a full rate after aerating the greens, and they did not mention the aeration anywhere when we were booking our round. Coming from out of state, that was a bit of a letdown on an otherwise fun course.

Very nice public golf course. 36 holes in total split between the "Lake" course and "Mountain" course. Lake course is pretty flat Mountain course is very hilly. Play can be slow on the Lake course on weekends. In excellent condition this year (2018). Greens are a bit slower than some other courses but in excellent condition and roll true. Snack bar is above average as well. Walking allowed on Lake course for sure, not sure about the Mountian course.

If I could give this course 10 stars I would. Without question one of the most scenic courses I have ever played. Deer on several holes, plenty of amazing views. Was in incredible shape. Walked nine holes on the lake course, a blast to play. Don't miss it.

Wasatch golf course has to be one of the best courses in the state. The mountain course is easily the better course of the two but they're both great. The course is very green and well taken care of. My only beef is that the cups weren't re-cut the day of a scramble golf tournament. Highly recommended.

This is a great course for the price. Very nice layout. Course contitions were great. Putting was a challenge due to fast green speed and mountain slopes. Lots of optical illusions. Best course we played during our Park City vacation.

What a nice course both Lake and Mountain courses. Well maintained and just pretty everywhere. Play in Fall. You will see deer, wild turkeys and gorgeous fall foliage everywhere. Club house staff is so friendly. Mountain: Quite up & down, fun and tough course. Pick this is you are fair player. You will get board on Lake course. Lake: Flatter and much, much easier than Mountain course, yet still pretty.

The course is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The views up on the mountain course are out of this world and will leave you breathless guaranteed. You will probably encounter a lot of wildlife which makes the experience that much better. My only advice is to bring bug spray because I was attacked by mountain flies the entire time.

Love that course but I have not yet been there in so long I just can’t afford that price I can barely pay attention trying to feed myself and god forbid have a round of golf in Utah you have to work 2 jobs just to stay alive only in Utah the church keeps us poor so we are humble did you not know that it’s a cult like church of Scientology same thing

My wife and I have been going here almost every year on our Anniversary. We just love the scenery. I really believe its the most beautiful course in Utah. I love how they let us go by ourselves without teaming us up. We have seen moose, wild turkeys, deer, raccoons and more almost every time we've gone. Truly breathtaking views and great service.

What a wonderful course to play. The Mountain Course is my favorite. Be sure to play in late September to get the full experience of the awesome views and surrounding mountain colors. Deer, wild turkeys, and squirrels will also keep you entertained as you play.

Outstanding location. I am not actually a golfer. I come here once a year to support a charity golf tournament. I create an art piece that is the grand prize to raise money for Make a Wish Foundation. I get to follow the golfers around to shoot photos. The staff is friendly. The area around the course is absolutely beautiful. Coming here is always a great day

Wasatch Mountain has two great 18 hole courses. I prefer the mountain track over the lake. Beautiful setting and always in great shape. Holes #11, #12, #18 are some of my favorites on the mountain side. Holes #14 and #15 top my list on the lake. The lake is an easy walk, the mountain not so much.

One of, if not the best golf courses in Utah. The mountain course provides great views and difficult holes. The Lake course is much more flat, but provides similar views and is a little easier in my opinion. I love this course.

Wasatch Mountain State Park is home to two 18-hole championship golf courses: Lake and Mountain. Like its sibling, the Lake course is a well-rated and pleasantly testing layout. Though occupying gentler terrain than the Mountain Course, the challenge of the Lake course is often underestimated. Accurate tee shots are required to avoid mature stands of trees and eight lakes and ponds that line the fairways. One to include on your play list if you are in the area.
