Reviews of Stonebridge Golf Club
Amazing views, and a great course. It is not the most forgiving course in SLC but it provides a challenge and best amenities for the price. Unmatched value in my opinion especially with their member cards. Can’t wait to get back out there!
If you enjoy working on your golf game, and don't have the benefit of private club facilities / privileges, it's hard to beat what they have for the general public at Stonebridge in West Valley (north end of Lake Park Corporate Center). There's a nice short game practice area -- with a bunker -- beyond the range. From the part of the short game area closest to the range, you can probably hit a 75 - 80 yard shot. No way you won't get better spending some time there. The range itself is very large. Hard to imagine there wouldn't always be fresh grass available to hit your full shots. The practice putting green by the clubhouse is also sizable, maintained very nicely, and offers some nice variety of relatively flat areas / areas with slope. Very nice public practice facility! Well done, Stonebridge!
I must say, though, I'm baffled why Stonebridge doesn't have a liquor license / proper cocktails. 🤔🤔 Large clubhouse, and obviously it is marketing itself as a venue for things like weddings, holiday / birthday parties, graduations, work events, etc. I put in a long practice session today. I wanted more than a can of beer after finishing. And for goodness sake, at least stock the products of some of the local breweries like Squatter's, Wasatch, Red Rock! That's a no-brainer.
I'm a lifetime golfer and have played many golf courses over the years. Stonebridge is a public club that plays like a private country club because of the consistently high playing quality of the golf course, and the daily management of the facility. There are a lot of very interesting golf holes to be played here. It is a fun track.
Fun course and well maintained. 27 holes with three different 9 hole courses. Sunrise #1 is Eastbound so morning drive is brutal into the sun. Great staff!
Course is in great shape. Greens were some what fast. Which I like. The gentleman behind the desk. Very friendly. They don't crowd players, so there is not a feeling to rush. Would recommend it any time.
I have been attending the smacna/ashrae golf tournament here for the last 6 years. The course is typically in really good shape and the catered lunch is good as well. Usually hosts about 150 people. They do an excellent job of hosting a big event.
Great course and very well kept. Golf cart was way slow even compared to the other cart in our group. Great day of golf!
It was sn we excellent site for our 50th high school reunion. Catering did an exemplary job. Patio was a great place. Highly recommended for events.
Challenging course with a little wiggle room for errors. Lots and lots of water on what seems like every hole. Fun course tho in great shape.
Had a pleasant time at the course, I went just to practice at the driving range. Kind of a unique situation where there is a school in the middle of the campus, but signs adequately got us to the range. Buckets were cheap, and they even prepped clubs for us to borrow for free. The range didn't exactly go into the greenest grass, but that certainly wasn't necessary for range purposes. Would recommend the range for some casual practice.
Nice variety of holes and was in very good condition. Will definitely play there again
Great muni with 3 different 9s. Pace of play is usually very good, fairways and greens are always decent. Folks who work there are AWESOME! Breakfast in the clubhouse is worth getting there early for and b33rs are always cold! Just bring bug spray if playing early or late. Also, the course can be windier than the rest of the valley
Very nice Golf Course with great spectacular views nice area inside for weddings or parties.
Great Facility! Company golf retreat was held here, the banquet hall was more than sufficient for our needs.
Excellent company golf tournament 😁 the day was perfect the staff was very attentive...and the course was beautiful. …
Great manicured Course and Sand traps, Friendly staff, yummy cafe too!
This course is a gem. Very challenging, but in pristine condition. The greens are big and always in very excellent shape, even during the dry summer months. With three 9-hole courses it usually plays pretty quickly and doesn't get boring. Staff is courteous and professional. If this were in the middle of million dollar homes instead of a business park I doubt I could afford to play here. I love me some Stonie!
The players pass is easily one of the best deals in Utah. Course is always in good condition and the 27 holes always makes pace of play good. The pro shop guys are also always friendly.
27 holes and some beautiful terrain...My wife and I both love this course.
Not the best location but worth the drive and the superintendent keeps a pristine course.
Great course been there a few times this year. The only draw back was the weather conditions, of course nothing to do with the course
First time at the course. We decided to walk 9 to be done early and avoid the heat. We played the creekside 9. I was impressed how long the course was as well as pretty challenging. Water hazards on almost every hole. Only $16 to walk 9 holes $8 more off you want a cart. We will come back and play again.
Beautiful course, 27 holes, great clubhouse for events
This is a dood place. The course is well kept and organized. They were on time and everything worked great. The only reason why this is not 5 starts is the mosquito situation. Lots of water around the course (which is fun) and therefore there were a ton of mosquitos. I wasn’t expecting that and had I known I would have prepared, so that last star may be on me! Good place for sure and good prices! Nice people as well.
Great place to go golf, or just have lunch and enjoy the view. Would highly recommend if you haven't been here.
Stonebridge is an awesome golf course. Great challenge when the wind blows, which is always.
Never actually golfed here my kid goes to school across the street. It seems like a nice place. Also do you sell alcohol there? I think I would like to have a few and golf with friends eventually. There seems to be a lot of nice people there as well.
Great 9. Had a good time. Plesent staff and keep up. Greens are in good shape with all the wind and heat, thats staying on it!. Keep up the good work.
Course are in great shape! A bit windy the day we played but expected that on a links course. Had a fantastic round! Always a challenge but fun!
There are three 9-hole courses. I really enjoy this place.
The Stonebridge golf course is a very fine, well maintained course. It's also challenging and does not forgive errant shots readily. Stray from the fairway and you will find yourself in thick rough (very hard to get the club on the ball), marshy areas or water. Playing the black tees can make it a long course, but the white tees make it more reasonable. The greens are large. Good luck finding a flat putt. Its not unusual for me to get in a weekday round and not have anyone slowing me down or anyone pushing me from behind. That's really nice. I think the course was designed to have golfers ride in carts. There can be substantial distances between a green and the next tee. What I don't care for about the course are ball washers at each tee. The ball washers are mounted on the riding carts. There are also no drinking fountains. I believe there are four restrooms on the course with spigots on the outside to fill up on drinking water. I play this course almost exclusively in large measure because of the $200 players pass which reduces the price for 18 holes to $8.00.
Wind was blowing hard, made it tough. Still had a good time
3- 18 hole courses to choose from with beautiful views and great staff. Good food cold beer also have decent carts to get you around the courses. Recommend to all golfers to play these courses. Fun hole locations and lots of water to play around or in to done people. Enjoyable place to swing a stick at.
Great little course in industrial Utah. Bring some extra balls.
We've rented the clubhouse for company parties and it's worked out great for us. Our third time and we'll hold our functions here again. Consistent and dependable. They make it very easy for us. Never any glitches. Very happy with the facility.
I love this course. There are 27 holes here and it's pretty easy to get on. The best part about this course is that there is plenty of hazards. This is not a flat course with a couple of trees separating each hole. You're generally going to drive. The price is good for the play you're going to get.
Very nice 27 hole track. Greens in excellent condition even for early season. Nice clubhouse. Good view of 2 mountain ranges. Moderate amount of water and/or waste area comes into play on some holes. Will return for additional rounds!
Stonebridge is always a very solid Golf Course. Very well kept. Greens are always in great condition. If you are looking for a golf course that is medium skill level and still a bang for your buck, this is a course for you. We have played in several tournaments here and they are always very well organized.
Challenging course. If you tend to slice off the tee, you’ll be cussing all day. Very pretty course though.
Course was immaculate from tee to green and the staff was friendly. Great day!!!
I was so impressed with Stonebridge after playing in a tournament there that I decided to have my own annual charity event there in 2008, and we have never even looked at another course since. We are in our 8th year and they make us feel like we are the most important event they have. You know when you use a business for 8 years and the employees are still the same people who know you every year that they must be doing something right both as a course and in the community. They maintain the course and equipment so beautifully and the food and service is great. Complete package.
Great course. They always have an awesome twilight rate after 3 pm. It can be a little smelly if it’s windy. When I went in late April, the course was in great shape. Greens were very “green”.
Depending on what you do it's a great place to golf. Can't have more than 4 golfers on a hole so that wasnt all to good but it was still a great place to golf
I've said this before.
Stonebridge Golf🏌Course is one of the best courses in the state of Utah! I really appreciate the way they challenge us on the greens, and the way the staff treats their clients. Just remember, if you don't shoot straight, bring a few extra balls, as there is quite a bit of water to contend with.
I Love This Course!
Diehard🏌Art
I frequent here primarily because it is close to work but it is a great course as I have been learning as a golfer. Challenging so you must work on your game but nothing that will overly discourage. Food is good. Price is good especially with punch pass.
27 holes designed by Johnny Miller. It was in rough shape when it first opened but now it is one of the better conditioned golf courses in Salt Lake. They offer an annual golf pass called The Player's Pass which is the best deal in Utah. Golf 18-holes for $8. Friendly staff! The food in the cafe is awesome. Highly recommend!!
Definitely the most well kept public course I've played. There's 3, 9 hole courses and a each one has a great layouts. Always a fun course to play. Definitely recommend this place.
Amazing corse! The people in charge of this place do an amazing job!
Stonebridge has 3 nine hole courses. Many of the holes have water in play which helps keep this flat course interesting. Stonebridge and The Ridge's players pass is a hard deal to pass up. This course has a few stretches between some of the holes but is very walkable. Sometimes this course can have a pretty strong bad smell coming off of the water areas.
I haven't been here for several years. I really enjoyed it. We payed 9 holes after work and had a great time.
Grains were very very nice, everything was watered really well. The cost is very reputable to other places but this is a very nice golf course.
Very nice course. The fairways and greens were in great condition. There is a lot of water to be aware of. GPS on the charts helped maneuver the course. Great value for the cost.
Nice course, Very challenging. Probably the most challenging public course I have ever played. I really enjoy playing here as long as I am not losing balls left and right. Well kept, well organized, and friendly staff
Very challenging course with a well planned layout utilizing water and sand hazards requiring accurate drives and iron play. The greens have their own challenges with scarcely a flat spot amidst the hills and valleys.
The course has some challenge to it. It's in decent condition but needs more water. I think for the area they're probably doing a fantastic job of managing the water but it still feels like it needed more.
Great staff and decent rate for a round.
The course is well thought out and challenging. It's just not the most ideal location and there are some interesting smells along the way
Played in a tournament here. It was my first time playing this course and it was so much fun!!! The course is in great condition.
Great local golf course! It has a really nice driving range, and chipping/putting green. 27 holes is more than enough to keep anyone occupied
Three nine hole courses, they rotate nine's and combine to make an 18 and a nine hole layout.
All are very good and usually in good condition. Busy though, be sure to make a tee time.
It's my home course beacuse the course if fair condition and the PlayersPass. It's so inexpensive to play with the pass. Greens are fair but many unfixed divots (I assume they are caused by many tournaments with inexperienced players ..). Sands are in bad condition for years. I quit any of their club tournaments. They are mainly for club's employees/pros since they always win. One of my golf buddy stopped attending those tournaments. I wonder why he took so long. :D
Oh, and the dried swamps smell aweful.
Good spot to relax and have fun!
Excellent course challenging and very well maintained nice golf ⛳ carts great staff.
The course is in really good shape! The putting greens are challenging and fun.
Loved the course! Clean and well kept. Staff was friendly .
Course(s) is great, also in great shape. Food is some of the Best when comparing courses.
Nice golf course, some difficult holes
Best golf club around. More water than you would think could be found in a desert, and Still room for sand. Still plenty of beautiful fairways and amazing greens.
Murray High's Class of '68 held its 50th Class Reunion at the Stonebridge Clubhouse last week. It was a perfect evening, thanks to Jeremy Erkkila, Food & Beverage Director. He took impeccable care of our requests ... including set-up, linens, A/V, menu, bar, and numerous other details. The food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The staff was GREAT to work with, too! We would highly recommend this beautiful property to host your special event.
Sherry Davies Bleazard and Patricia Cameron Naisbitt -- Co-chairs, MHS Class of '68 50th Reunion Committee
This course is in great shape right now. Played in a tournament there and they always do a good job of hosting events.
Friendly staff and crowd, challenging course but fun.
Nice course, three separate 9 hole courses. Very well kept.
Work release lol. Gotta love Stonebrook. Nicest pros in the valley. Very respectful. Great course and well cared for.
27 holes. Well kept. Real golf. Great staff. You will not be disappointed.
This is an excellent golf course, well laid out and plenty of dynamic play on the course. I have never gotten bored playing here. I have also done a couple group events here which are handled well and very professional. I would recommend it for any golfing tournaments. The cafe is good but not outstanding, it meets the need of the hungry golfer or the catered event. It does not stand on its own as a food venue.
Beautiful course.
Great course with 27 holes. Very challenging. Greens play fast and are well done. A great golf course.
Fun and challenging golf course. HIGHLY recommend working with Paul Phillips to fix up your game.
Perfect weather! Bring lots of extra golf balls for this course. There are quite e few water hazards. Even with that it was a great day off golf.
Well maintained. 3 9 hole courses. Nice clubhouse.
Fun place to golf, narrow fairways, lots of water and sand. Good challenge.
Exceptional company golf tournament. Great staff very organized. The course was perfect!!
nice golf course.
Well kept greens etc.
Clubhouse prices for drinks are the typical double the price they should be. Foods not to shabby.
Huuuge course, lots of fun. They have 27 holes. I don't know if they were just landscaping or what but there were a lot of dry water traps.
I loved being there, peaceful, beautiful scenery, beautiful greens and the staff was very professional....thank you for having me.......
Golf course has been very good shape this year the greens were excellent they've done a wonderful job get a chance get out and play it
Great golf course. Excellent condition!
First time golfing here. Was very impressed. Well laid out and cost is reasonable.
Nice fun course with well kept fairways and greens.
The 3 different courses are very well maintained! I play this course all the time, just wish my game got better!
Live close so golf here the most. Like that it has 27 holes and I can get in 9 when time permits. Carts have club washers which I like and staff are great.
A challenging and beautiful course. Well maintained with lush grass. Best to stay in control and land in the fairway. The water can be your worst enemy. Bring a few extra balls, you're going to need them. Don't forget to try a burger from the club house, I highly recomend it.
Fun course, but don’t like how the water hazards are dried up and empty.
Well maintained golf course. Lots of water hazards and impossible rough tall grass. Fun place e to have a tournament.
Great food, good beer selection great golfing if you don't mind goose poop
3 -9 hole courses. Greens were in excellent shape at the end of June. Nice club house. Lots of wetlands and wild life. Challenging course and greens.
Not a bad course, but their driving range sucks.
Beautiful course with great service. Nice tournament course.
Amazing staff, beautiful course, and challenging 27 holes
Really Enjoy Coming to Stonebridge Great Value for Such a Top Quality Course.
This course is in better shape than I remember. I stopped playing it a few years ago as it was an ugly course but it's much better now
One of the best golf courses in the state
Beautiful course with 27 holes. Very nicely kept. A great place for the tournament, a gathering, or just to play a few holes.
This is a pretty nice golf club. I really enjoyed the course. Also, a friend of mine held her wedding reception here, and it was very nice.
This is a great course, no matter your level. The staff are all extremely helpful and kind.
27 holes, my home course. Great practice facility, good food at fair price (10% off with the West Valley City players pass), challenging but fair.
Great golf course to work with for tournaments. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful!
Great clubhouse and food. Fun course broken out into three 9 hole courses. Seems fairly well maintained and is challenging course.
It's a good course but... The wind is steady and can make things hard.
Great customer service, there holes are deep.
Tight course but a good place to golf.
Course was in good shape.we played 9 holes today Creek side
Great golf course. Always in great shape. Fun and challenging
Beautiful course with some of the best greens and fairways around. It is a fun course to play on.
Fun place to play around of golf
Price is fair, staff is frendly, carts are clean and new.
The course itself is challenging with many hazards, and is well maintained.
Fantastic little course challenging fun and it's nice to have three different courses
I am on the ladies league and it is always fun! I also held my wedding here and the service and staff was amazing!!!
they treat you like your a friend, challenging course with excellent greens
Very nice golf course
The staff is phenominal! They work to accomodate all players and are as flexible as possible given the difficulties of scheduling a golf course and dealing with late players etc.
Came here for a work event, the food was amazing!
Been in many golf tournaments here. On top of that, I was involved in my first wedding as the best man. Great venue!
A decent golf course located in a convenient location. There are very few trees and a lot of water and brush hazards. The greens are green and the clubhouse is appropriately sized for a large banquet. Plenty of parking too.
Great course. Very challenging for a mediocre golfer.
Great place to hold a golf tournament
Nice course ez play had fun
Nice course w 3 9-whole courses
Beautiful golf course (?) for beautiful ceremonies. I have nothing but positive things to say about the rolling hills, blue skies, and pond weeds.
Great golf club for a beginner, you really don't feel rushed here and can take your time to hone your craft and enjoy the game
Great venue for meetings
Fun golf course. 27 holes
One of my favorite places to golf good staff and great course to play
Beautiful place to just walk or do exercise
Well maintained golf course with good difficulty. A lot of water hazards that like to steal your golf balls
Greens good, geese were a little po'd!!
The accuracy of my game is not in tune with Stonebridge. More practice, please.
Very nice course and handled are tourney like pros
Okay track. 27 holes of decent lay out. Often stinks and course is usually in ok shape.
Always in top shape. Some of the best Greens in the valley. Mosquito season in full force
My go to place to golf after work. The players pass is one of the best deals for Utah golf.
Long course, no trees, decent greens, fairways mostly good.
Stonebridge is in great shape this year! Love the Green's! They need golf boards!!!
I love this place. It is very pretty. Each year, my work parties are thrown there, and it is beautiful and the food is amazing.
Great greens, good food, and friendly people.
Course in great shape greens roll well
Course was pristine, and Paul was extremely friendly at the pro shop. We will be back soon.
Nice gold course. Best condition I have ever experienced golfing.
27 holes always kept in great shape.

First time golfing was a blast here at Stonebridge golf course
Course was in excellent condition. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Gem out in the valley. If you haven't played there give it a try.
Excellent day of golf! We were there for a company tournament and it was great!
Had a really nice venue for large parties, and alcohol was on the house.
Who put so damn much water on this course!?!? I keep comin back.
The course is in tip top shape. Especially the greens.
The golf pass is soo great and makes a great Christmas gift, or fathers day, or birthday!
Wonderful. Best place to play golf. Every one at Stonebridge is awesome!
A little windy, but a bad day of golf is better than a good day at work!
First time golfing, it was super fun
The cafe was excellent for lunch. I ordered the philly steak and cheese. Very tasty and large portions.
Great view from the event space on the second floor. Fairly secluded golf course.
Great condition. Great food also. Best burger in Utah
Tough course with lots and lots of water. Really need to pay attention to your shots and lay up more often than not. If you play conservative here it's pretty easy to shoot low. If you are aggressive without the skill you will have a long day. Bring lots of balls! Greens are well taken care of and only once were they bad, but that was because they were drying up from the morning water still. Would definitely recommend to any seasoned golfer. If you are just beginning this might not be the best course to start on. Try fore lakes or The Ridge.
The food and the atmosphere is amazing. Such an amazing venue.
Great golf course
Challenging but fair..greens in great shape
The course is in ready good shape.
Fun place to golf, especially for tournaments!
Great course, wind is a factor almost every day
Not a great price, not a great course but if you work out here its a nice place to play after work.

Great place to golf. Challenging and well kept.
Nice course, well maintained.
Good course but watch you bill... over charge me on cart fees..
The course isn't anything exciting. They put the driving range in a weird area. It's nowhere near the clubhouse.
The water is nice to look at and not very intimidating. Fun course.
It's a bit stinky, but the course is nice.
A great links style course!
Really pretty golf course, they take care of it well.
