My daughter's wedding and reception was here. Food was good and the staff was accommodating. The sequence of events throughout the day were not timed very well, some confusion about what was happening and when. Overall a beautiful ceremony and good time had by all.

We were extremely particular with our venue choice, we visited a lot of different locations and our main priority, besides picking a venue that was beautiful was the customer service. When we booked 4 years ago, we worked directly with Rachel who was nothing short of amazing. When Shayna and Paige became the coordinators we were a little nervous since we had already worked with someone else that understood our vision but they both exceeded our expectations. They both took the time to understand us as a couple and what we wanted for our special day. Communication was impecable which is a big deal for us and they were extremely accommodating when it came to curating specifics for our event. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner and helped us decide on certain things when we were stuck. Thank you again to Shayna and Paige for making the wedding planning process as seamless as possible. If you are ever considering Sand Springs for your special event, do yourself a favor and book it! You won’t regret it ❤️

Thank you to Sam and the whole staff at Sand Springs for helping us throw a beautiful baby shower for our Katlyn! The room was the perfect size and was decorated with a gorgeous Christmas tree in the corner, which added to the festiveness. The food was delicious (esp the chicken tenders) and the cake was both beautiful and tasty! It seems that everyone enjoyed the afternoon! Thank you again!

My daughter had her wedding and reception here in October and the entire team did a wonderful job with everything. The weather was absolutly perfect and the wedding ceremony was held in the outdoor pavilion right by the clubhouse reception hall area. Everything went well and we used the DJ and photographer that was recommended by the country club - all did a great job and the event flowed seemlessly - everyone had a great time! The food at the reception for very good as well. The only one thing I would change is that we had a cocktail hour immediatly after the wedding ceremony, before the reception and while the outdoor bar area was great, it drew a lot of bees flying around, probably drawn to the bar for the sugary mixers for cocktails. Additionally, they really should have provided another bartender as the line grew very long for drinks following the wedding ceremony. The one bartender did her best, but there should have been two working there. We had an open bar during the reception and they did a great job once we were inside. But that was only a minor issue; the rest of the event went great!

Rachel Tollett and her team at Sand Springs Country Club made our wedding day absolutely incredible. The venue is perfect with plenty of spots to get amazing pictures taken. The food is excellent. We did not hear a single complaint from our guests about any food not being served to their liking. In addition to our wedding day, we also had our rehearsal dinner at Sand Springs and it was a great start to our weekend. We felt not a single thing could have gone better than planned. Rachel was amazing to work with throughout the whole planning process. She was easily accessible to answer our questions and super accommodating. We never felt restricted in our wants for our wedding. We are incredibly happy with Sand Springs for giving us their best A+ effort for our wedding.

Very challenging golf course, especially with the subpar conditions on many of the holes. For example, on hole 10 my approach shot plugged in standing water/mud and was lost, even though it had not rained in days. Tee boxes were covered in divots and green speeds were inconsistent. It was late season so I'll give them a pass until I can replay it during prime season.

Was here for a wedding. Very nice venue, however the food was awful, I had a steak ordered medium. It was well done and everything was cold.

The venue was one of the most beautiful I've been to for a wedding shower! (Compared to going to fire halls most of the time... so it's like comparing lobster to pb&j! Haha) could have been a great room for a small wedding but our family is huge! The food was hot and amazing! I wish I could have eaten more!

I officiated a wedding at Sand Springs. It was raining that day, but we were still able to have it outdoors in a large pavilion with nice landscaping and fountains, so still able to get nice pictures. Food was good, staff attentive.

Very nice location, best in the area. Service was okay, as expected a bunch of teenagers were busing the tables, but the food was solid. The real knock I'd have on the place was the driveway coming into the facility off the main road. So much potential!

Absolutely love the food here. They are right down the road from us so we get take out items from here as often as we can. The people working here are always very pleasant and professional. There is a vast array on their menus. They also do catering services. If you need a venue for.a special event, they can accommodate that as well. The packages for catering are very reasonable

I just hosted a bridal shower for my sister at Sand Springs, and I could not have asked for a better venue. Everything was absolutely perfect from the very beginning of planning the event! Sam is so great to work with and responsive. She made sure everything was perfect for the day and that we had everything needed, even special requests. Staff was very rude. I ordered a second gin and tonic with a party of 12 (older, calmer gentleman, mind you), and there was no gin in it. I confirmed this with two other people in my party before speaking up. I told the bar tender, a young girl, and she denied it. Her tone of voice is what got me. She spoke down on me like I was an idiot. Our round didn't even start and I felt like I wasn't welcomed there. Never going back to this course again. It doesn't matter how much you tend to your course. If your staff is rude and miserable, customers will remember that more.

What's not to like about Sand Springs County Club. Food is excellent, staff is professional while creating a welcoming environment. Menu prices are reasonable, wait times are minimal, food is hot and beverages are cold (unless you're ordering coffee) The establishment is clean and the patio is the place to be (spring, summer and fall)

Very beautiful Club just off Route 309 close to Drums exit of Interstate 80. Set back in a Golf Course, this is a nice venue with good food and service. It's a popular wedding venue. They handle more than weddings, too.

Sand Springs is a wonderful venue. Tracy and her staff made sure that my baby shower was something to remember, and it absolutely was. The room we had it in is beautiful and the food was amazing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There is not one negative thing to this place. The location is great, and there is ample parking as well. The price for what you get is extremely reasonable as well and totally worth every penny! I would book this venue over and over if I needed to. It was a great day and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My mother, who planned the shower also was very impressed with this venue and it’s services. Highly recommended. Exceptional.

Always enjoy playing this golf course. Course has a great variety of holes. Fairways are ok and the greens are usually in good condition. Definitely A good value for the price. June 8, 2022 Fairways and greens are in great condition. Bunkers needs help. The patio is awesome. One of the best patios on the area. Food and service is great.

Golf course is a bit tricky and undulating but it is right in front of you. Keep it in the fairway and you can score pretty well. Dining is fantastic. Outdoors and indoors. Can't go wrong. Service is awesome.

We had a bridal shower in January of 2020. The place was absolutely beautiful. They literally catered to whatever we needed, even a last minute date change which was amazing. Thank you again! They had a great menu with even better prices! All of the guests commented on how wonderful and beautiful the venue was! We had no idea, but so glad we found it!

Service was A+ but I was disappointed with my food. I ordered Texas burger RARE with extra crispy fries. Fries were perfect but my burger was not even a little pink. The waiter asked if he could do something but my husband was eating already so I didn't want to wait. We usually have great food here and burger would have been delicious of it was rare!!

A group of 7 of us really enjoyed ourselves tonight. Most of us ladies had very tasty salads, as well as soup, wings or boneless bites. All our dinners were more than enough, with some needing take home containers. Great atmosphere and our waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating!

There was zero stress; she was always several steps ahead and was patient and full of knowledge with everything I threw at her! Their wedding planner Rachel has been such a huge help and how has helped guided us so far with the planning. During the Pandemic my sons Graduation Party was be held at their sister location Edgewood then our Gov has changed restrictions. Sam and John at Sand Springs were able to still make my sons graduation party still happen on the same date and time. It was held outside under their pavilion. Everything was perfect from the food, beverages, tables etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The pavilion are is absolutely gorgeous as well.

Great atmosphere. Beautiful course. I was here for a wedding, and the food was quite subpar. The chicken looked like it was microwaved and the ravioli looked like it came out of a Frozen package. The overall set up for the reception was great. And they have an awesome outdoor Pavilion that can be used as well.

There are not enough words on how fabulous my wedding was at Sand Springs! My husband and I loved the Celebrations ballroom as soon as we saw it. We also got to use The Gardens for our cocktail hour which is outside. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I didn't have to worry about anything regarding set up as the Sand Springs staff and vendors I hired took care of everything. I still have guests saying that it was the best wedding they were ever at!

I love Sand Springs for the golf but was introduced to the restaurant and have gone a few times with family. Their food is very good and not very expensive at all. They consistently have specials and have enjoyed the meals each time we went. The service the first few time was a bit slow but the last time was very good so I won't judge it too hard yet.

My daughter's wedding reception was superb. There isn't a single thing I would have changed. But if there had been, the staff would have bent over backward to do it for me. It is by far the nicest venue for miles that can accommodate a large crowd that is affordable. The food was excellent and they offer different packages for a variety of price ranges. I highly recommend inquiring with Sand Springs when you are ready to book your reception. EXCELLENT!!

I would love to share the experince I had with regards to working with Sam and the Sand Springs Banquet Staff. As we all know 2020 was not the year to hold an event. We had orginially scheduled my daughter Courtney's Bridal shower for July 2020 but we easily rescheduled it to Sept 2021. In the meantime Courtney held a small intimate wedding in Oct 2020 and no longer desired to have a bridal shower. But my daughter Meagan was pregnant with her first child. Restictions started to lift and we decided to have a small baby shower in her honor. I contacted Sam who was able to help us find a date and offered the large ball room so we could maintain social distancing and we were able to have a sit down meal. She was so helpful and accomodating. The food was delish, the ballroom was set up to allow social distancing but also felt cozy. Thank you Sam for working with us during this cazy time. I would highly recommend Sand Springs for your next event.

We recently had a 50th anniversary party for my Parents at Sand Springs. Even though I was doing my planning from North Carolina, assisted by my cousin in California, we were able to work with the event coordinator to plan a fantastic party without ever setting foot in the place. The grounds of the place were very scenic inside and out, and we just got lucky with some of the best weather Pennsylvania has ever seen. The party went off flawlessly from a beautiful well dressed room, to delicious food, great service, and a desert that was well beyond everyone's expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone trying to plan a party of any sort. Thanks again to our event coordinator for all her help.

Well place is great. food and staff our roast beef was well done. FRANCHESS Could of used lemon in sauce and more of it.we didn't get our dinner till 830.probaly 7pm start. (But weddings always run late,I get it.wife and i were in hotel buisness.Wife still in Restaurant buisness same place 30 years.im in buisness too as a food Director.

It was a Friday morning at 9 am and I went to go play a round after work. Upon getting there I was informed there was a tournament and that the course was closed all day. I asked if I could go out before them, I was by myself and no one was even close to getting ready to tee off. Still no. Every weekend they have a tournament. I was told to make a tee time. How can I make a tee time when there is always a tournament? There tournaments also trump members. Why pay over a $1000 when you can't play when you want. I remember when clubhouses used to cater to members, not the case at this poor organization. When told I had no golf etiquette because I told them this, one "gentleman" that works here, short, younger guy with a bald head called me a jerkoff as he drove away. I will never play this course again due to his unprofessionalism and lack of personal etiquette.
