SquirrelyRock Manor is a beautiful, well kept course open to the public. The employees have all been friendly and helpful. The carts are in great condition and modern. They have an awesome practice area to include a putting green, chipping green, two levels of driving range spots, and a short game area. The only complaint with the short game area is the quality of the sand in the practice traps, but that is very minor. No matter what time of year you play, you can expect a challenging round while hitting from well kept boxes, manicured fairways, and smooth greens,. I'll definitely continue to play here in the future.
Matty VRock Manor may be the best Public course in the Wilmington area. Staff is friendly, practice areas are great and always being improved and the course is normally in immaculate shape. The grounds crew at Rock Manor keeps the greens in wonderful playing condition which is what really sets it apart from other area courses. Layout is fun and interesting; with a good amount of variation from hole to hole. Would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality round of golf at a relatively friendly price.
Eric RichardsonIt's no wonder why this place has been voted the best public golf course in Delaware. This course is an absolute steal for the price you pay. It has a great, challenging lay out. Yet if you strike the ball well you can really hit a low round. Highly recommend playing this course if you are in the area. Pace of play is fast and mornings are usually wide open for grabbing a tee time.

rls725Rarely give anything 5 stars but have to give this place the credit it deserves. Great staff that run a tight ship. Course in very good condition, especially considering the amount of play it gets. I've heard bad things about pace of play but I didn't experience any issues on that front. But mostly, it's a really fun course to play. Not sure I've seen a course design quite like it.
