Impeccably maintained golf course. Paid $83 for a 6:38 tee time and a medium bucket of range balls. Traveled from Texas for work and stopped by for a round on a Friday morning. Friendly staff, iconic clubhouse, and flawless groundskeeping. Not the easiest course for the beginner golfer, the rough and general layout is challenging! Great value for the intermediate and scratch golfer!

We loved everything about our September wedding at Indian creek! The staff was excellent and helped that day to go smooth without any hiccups! We met multiple times to plan, and they let me design the space to look exactly how I wanted it! I would choose them all over again and recommend 100%!!

Being born and raised here I understand the quality operation of this course since 1992, and the fact that this is absolutely not like other golf courses. The more places I visit around this country, the more I realize how good this place is. A year or two ago, I was lucky enough to play a round at Illinois’ top ranked Cog Hill Dubsdread (runner up to Erin Hills for the US Open). Throughout the round, I couldnt help but think about the fact that in many ways, Indian Creek is maintained at a higher level. Not to take anything away from the awesome and memorable experience at Cog Hill. Mr. Nedrow and the grounds staff at Indian do a phenomenal job everyday. This place is making improvements on a regular basis and gets better every year that passes. So yeah, I think a collar on a shirt is good.

Friendliest staff I've ever encountered, everyone greeted you with a smile and had positive attitudes. Great atmosphere all around and very helpful. The course was very nice and the greens were amazing. I normally play city courses so it was a nice experience to play this club. You can tell they take pride in what they do and care for the course and their golfers. I will definitely return each year at least once if not more.

I'm not a great golfer but I do like playing here and in my opinion is one of the better Omaha metro area courses to play. 27 holes that are well layed out with a nice driving range, practice greens and bunker practice area. The Korn Ferry tournament has been played here the last couple of years and gets good reviews from the tour players.

Love the course itself.. beautiful and well maintained. Bad experience today however. Cart would constantly stop while on the cart path thinking we were in a restricted area, then would have to back up god knows where to try to get out of it. Also had to wait on every single hole, they said there was a ranger out there..we didn't see one. 5 hour rounds suck!

This is the best public golf course in Omaha. Beautiful layout, well-maintained facilities, and a great practice facility. Collared shirts are required. League nights can be very busy and slow, but if you show up a little more than 2 hours before sundown, you should be able to get a quick 9 holes in before dark.

Very nice course. Reasonably priced and pretty challenging. We did well on Red but Black brought us back to reality. There are not a lot of houses on the course. Many of the tee boxes have great views of the valley. It's really a top notch experience. It helps that they enforce a dress code.

10/3/21 - In this era, having updated info on the website is a must. Went to the driving range at 3:15 ... plenty of daylight, only to find out they were closing at 3:30. Thanks for the wasted trip. It would be nice to simply check the hours on the web. While Indian Creek is not my all time favorite, it is high on the list. The course maintenance is pristine. Always in great shape. The practice areas are well maintained as well. Enforcing the dress code is much appreciated.

Great well kept public golf course. Fairways tees and greens were superb. Ball never hopped once on the green. Incredible value for that great of a course. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Best public course in the omaha area. I have played the course for years and it never disappoints. I will also agree with Tim below that price, excellent course conditions and pace of play are signs of a better course. Those who want a challenge, but also a truly great golfing experience know they will get it at Indian Creek. James and his staff are always friendly and they pay attention to the details.

Good course and great professional staff, especially James and Kyle. However the rough has been ridiculously long this spring. This is causing 5 hour rounds, lost balls and takes the enjoyment out of golf. All courses in this area have to mow a little more this time of year to stay ahead of the rough. With the volume of play and the premier status of this course you would expect them to keep it manageable. There is no first cut, so decent drive straying a few feet from the fairway can be difficult to find. The rough is even longer around the green-side bunkers. You better hope you get in the sand or you might be hacking out of 10 inch fescue. This is a problem that can be easily fixed by the ownership. I hope they recognize the general playing public in Omaha are not the pros from the Korn Ferry.

Great facility!! Picturesque 27-hole course well groomed and maintained. Risk-reward course ready to satisfy beginners to accomplished players. Accommodating and friendly staff. Reasonably priced green fees, 18-holes w/cart $47 weekday and $54 weekend. Will definitely be back for more!!

The Club at Indian Creek is almost always in pristine condition. The course is not built for the twice a year hacker. They have three nines that will test every aspect of your game. It’s probably my favorite public course in Omaha. If you want to develop a well rounded game in a hurry, make this your home course.

Best public golf course in Omaha, hands down. Never have had a problem with staff. Very friendly. Priced a little higher to keep out the tank top and tee shirt crowd. Which sounds like the unhappy reviewer. To the unhappy reviewer, try getting to the course on time. Busy courses with many tee times. Do you want everyone else to wait on you? Every course I've ever played joins 2 twosomes together. Always. Quality golf at a high quality golf course.

Love the course, but if the ball is not in the fairway, just go ahead and drop as you'll never find it! The rough (just off the fairway) is 4"+ and lives up to it's 130 slope as a result. Still love the course and enjoy the round, but that long rough makes for a brutal score!

Great golf venue! Have been a volunteer the 2 years Indian Creek has sponsord the Pinnacle Bank tournament. Love the golf course. Have not played there for about ten years, but know the owners, and want to do it soon!

Best public course in Omaha. The things that really sets it apart are the playing conditions. Greens roll fast, sand is fluffy and predictable, and the turf is fantastic. I've played several courses that are PGA Tour stops, and the conditions at Indian Creek are equal to or better than all of them. If I'm going to nit pick, the sometimes bland layout is a victim of relatively uninteresting land, but there's still enough variety in the holes to keep things interesting.

Torn between 2 and 3 stars. They are making big time efforts to increase the difficulty to support the PGA tour stop for the Web dot com event. The downside, they let the rough grow, a lot. If you can't keep it in the fairway, it's hack city trying to get out of the rough. My gut tells me anything above a 14 to 16 GHIN Index needs to play very well to avoid frustration. There are times when advancing 40 yards is a 50-50 proposition ... in short, nice track that used to be a lot more weekend golfer friendly. UPDATE for May 2020 -- same story, very challenging if you are not in the fairway; rough around the greens is probably just a bit shy of PGA level difficult . Greens are great.

This is the highest quality golf course in Omaha. Friendly staff, whom are always helping their customers. I agree it is a little pricy but the golfing experience is one you will never forget. Is it really that hard to come before your tee time. Traffic by Elkhorn is pretty low. The variety of holes on this course is amazing! I don't know how everyone in the area hasn't golfed here. I recommend anyone who comes in the Elkhorn area to go to this course
