The new clubhouse is very nice. I'm glad the city renovated this place. I'm just glad we have something like this downtown. Greens were rolling nice for mid March!

I consider this course my home course! It is a very fun par 9 that is taken very good care of. The only downside is that in the mornings the greens and areas around them can be extremely wet making shots approaching the green quite tricky.. under $13 to walk and under $20 to take a cart. 2 par 5’s, 3 par 3’s 4 par 4’s The greens are pretty small so it’s a great place to work on your accuracy and I’ve found really helps with far iron shots to the green when I’m playing on a 18 hole course with larger greens. The new clubhouse is a huge improvement from the old building and they have an expanded staff filled with great people. I’ll be there on Wednesday, and Friday, oh and Sunday morning.

Played a fall round in late October. Course was in pretty good condition. Greens were good, but, as usual, many pitch marks weren't repaired. I'd like to play it again "in season" as opposed to fall.

Very pretty little nine-hole course. It's right near downtown, which makes it very easy to pop over after work and squeeze in a round before sunset, and you can't beat the price. I normally walk, but they have carts for rental, a driving range, short game range, and a putting green. The course is always in pretty good shape, and the greens are often spectacular. The course isn't terribly challenging, although there are a few holes around the pond that can be tricky. I would say all skill-levels will enjoy themselves out here. Side note: this place would have gotten four stars for sure, but me and my buddy got locked in here on accident one night when we were out on the course just past sunset. We managed to hop the fence with our clubs, but I've docked them a star for not checking the course before locking up!

The course was so friendly to myself and my sorority sisters letting us use their facility to take content pictures. Additionally their course is very nice and well maintained - would love to play a round here!

Great course, used to not be as busy as it is now, it's like a hidden Gem. Definitely worth a try. 9 hole, par 5, par 4 and par 3. 500+ par 5, hole 8. Good to take the kiddo(s) to learn. Update 5/27/2022 Teeboxes are in good shape, fairways have grass. Greens are also in good shape. Plus it's a little less expensive than Lincoln or Trosper. 9/16/2022 Wow. It's in great shape. Fairways are awesome, teeboxes are great also. Greens are pretty good. They do tee times now.

Nice quiet, city managed 9 hole golf course. The remodel is amazing 👏.... The grounds keepers are doing great improvements. I love how they cleaned up the lakes... The yardage markers have spend the players up, because they see the 100,150, 200 markers. The greens, and tee boxes are in great shape.

I hesitate to tell anyone about this course because it’s such a well kept secret. Every time I’ve played here I’ve been one of the only people on the course. It’s in outstanding condition, especially the greens. It has a couple of really nice challenges, the par 5 8th is my favorite hole. It forces you to control your tee shot to stay dry, then forces a tough decision on the 2nd shot to either lay up or carry the creek in front of the green. Last time I played I layed up and was rewarded with a birdie. A great course for a great price.

Great local 9 hole course with amazing views. Nothing fancy here or too challenging but good for beginners and on the cheap side of greens fees. It’s an old fashioned community course where there are lots of friendly regulars and also very kid friendly. The HQ of the local First Tee is just down the street and this a place I like to take my daughter to practice after her lessons.

Greens are a bit patchy when I went, but not so much that it affected my putting too bad. Most holes are pretty short in distance, but the greens are small so it keeps it challenging. Playing from the blue tees here will provide similar difficulty as white tees at other courses. Great little 9 hole course for the price. Will have to make it my routine after-work spot.

Not a premium golf course. But it is a great course to get in a quick 9 to practice. Not busy, reasonable price, great location. I paid $11.00 to walk 9 holes. There is no cart refreshments, but bring your own.

Played this course many times for the challenging PAR 4's and PAR 3's. Obstacles everywhere on this well maintained course. Google the history of this course and it might surprise you the players whom have visited this place. Value play and usually a quick pace. Always a good time.

I really enjoy playing golf at James Stewart Golf Course. I work in the downtown area and can get to the golf course in 10 minutes or less from downtown Oklahoma. The golf Staff James Stewart is very helpful and professional.The greens are usual fast and smooth. Course can be very difficult when played from the back tees. But it is always a fair Golf Course to play. Very enjoyable to play at James Stewart, keep up the good work.

Recently played both Earlywine and James Stewart, Stewart’s greens we well kept and actually green. Pace of play was great and you can’t beat the price.

This is my favorite course to play in OKC when I am wanting to squeeze in a quick 9. Staff is friendly and the course is on par for the price you are paying. Its a hidden gem. I wish you could by an annual pass to this city course!

James E. Stewart Golf Course (9 Hole track) appears to be the best kept secret in OKC, greens are fabulous but small so they test your shot accuracy, course layout is great, the trees and water test you off the tee. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be more definition in the driving range for more target practice.
