The golf shop staff was pleasant and welcoming to us. He let us know where the starting hole was and all the keys to getting our round started. The tees and fairways were lush and well maintained. The course played quite firm which was nice to get some roll off the tee. The greens rolled very true and comfortable pace and were also quite firm. We started on hole #10. The back nine played longer and tougher than the front nine in my opinion. The course had a nice blend of holes. Long holes, short holes, nice elevation, and nice grass bunker and bunker framed the greens. We played early and the staff worked but was aware and allowed us to play without interruption. In my opinion, the course was a fair test of golf without being overly challenging. The pace of the play was fantastic and we didn't wait for one shot. I strongly recommend Webster Golf club as a great club and experience and the price was well worth the condition and experience.

Nice golf course in very good shape. Definitely some challenging holes. The clubhouse is very nice with decent food. Drink prices are a bit extra, but they have a good selection. The driving range is the nicest in the county and probably one of the best in the state. All grass tees with lots of room, plenty of target distances and "greens" to aim for.

Webster Golf Club comes highly recommended They hosted my daughter’s wedding for approximately 200 people. They were pleasant to work with and very attentive to our needs. The service staff was outstanding. We received many compliments from our guests on how good the food was, and how the party house was so welcoming. The cost for such a party was very reasonable including the open bar. 5 out 5 stars

I enjoy this course very much every time I play it. It has a combination of narrow and wide fairways. The course and greens are in very good shape. They have put a considerable amount of money into the place over the last couple of years and I understand that there are more improvements to come. I believe you would enjoy the course as well.

Very nice layout of golf simulators. Not just your usual stalls. Leather chairs, tables, a golf bag rack and plenty of room in each area. Reasonable hourly rate. Plenty of employees to help you start your round, set up round, bring you a beverage, answer questions. Great selection of courses.

1st time at Webster Golf Club...Jerry in the proshop was friendly and made myself and friend feel welcome. Course is in very good shape. Fairways are perfect and the rough is manageable/ consistent the entire course. Big challenging greens that rolled really well. We had a lot of fun and will be back for sure.

Hadn't played the course in 20 years. Great old layout. Conditions just fair. Fairways sparse in places. Carts nice with GPS. Value fair. Still asking Summer rate of $53 for a Sunday late morning round in mid-September. Ravenwood, the area's premier course, has Fall rates and is just $6 more weekends after noon. An A+ experience for $59 vs. a B experience for $53. Nice to see clubhouse upgrades.

Webster was in Great shape. Lots of green grass. I love the long green grass bunkers in place of sand bunkers. Greens were hard & fast! My only critique, why is there not a Bag Drop??? Bill Signor

The course is in great shape and the greens are pretty fast with fair pin placements. Some holes are pretty long and narrow which proves to be a challenge. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the golfers that golf here are also fun. I played 18 as a single and teamed up with some fun folks to play with. I had a great time and highly recommend Webster Golf. Totally enjoyable!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. First time going to this course and it won’t be the last. Staff was so friendly, course was well kept and beautiful. Literally had the perfect day - besides being awful at the sport. Judgement free, other players were friendly and respectful. Just an all around great time! Highly recommend!

It was a good experience, we enjoyed it. Got pretty crowded on the back 9 holes and it was a bit tight with tee boxes and where other holes were ending.. had to be careful and watch yourself! Overall good time and we would go back!

The course was in very good shape especially with all the dry weather we have been having. Bernie and others at the pro shop were very friendly and accommodating. Both of these have been a great improvement compared to when the course had the previous owner.

I've always been a big fan of this course. Greens are always in amazing and roll true. Few tough holes matched with a few birdie holes w the right ball placement off the tee. Play a few times a year here.

Well still one of the best practice ranges we have in Webster or surrounding areas! The East Course well is definitely falling into the same situation most courses are going to.. get em in get em out as fast as possible. Cut trees, no sand bunkers keep the pace of play up and I get it. Still challenging enough though. Course is in good shape, its dry but every public course is like that. Enjoyed playing the many rounds I've played here and will continue to play. It looks like their adding a simulator building for us folks who can't golf for 7 months cause of cold/snow, looks pretty cool. I'm sure I'll try it with my buddies this winter!

By far, The Best Kept Secret in Rochester NY. Debbie Murphy had brought this course back to its original design. With improvements to course, club house carts, everything! The new head professional Bernie Quinn is a great leader and adds a new dimension to the golf experience! The learning center has a huge all grass tee and one of the best Junior Camps in the Country! They have also added the Grip Depot a full service club repair shop. Bob Sulli the owner offers tour quality work should you need Grips or Repairs. I’m excited to hear of the new golf simulators being added this season. Great Golf, Better People you will enjoy the experience!!

Dave and the staff at Webster Golf Cub made it possible for us to have an absolutely beautiful Celebration of Life for our father. The staff is so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and running smoothly and their coordinator on that day was very helpful and communicative. Everything was beautifully arranged. Dave helped us select the perfect refreshments for our event and everything was delicious and presented with care and style. We cannot thank you enough!! I would have future events there for sure!!!

The check in and pay process was easy and the gentleman was very personable. The course was nicely kept and I liked the layout. We played 18. We ordered lunch from the cart and it was ready when we arrived. Love the GPS in the carts! Food was good at a reasonable price and the young lady was friendly. Overall I would recommend and we plan to return. Saw, whom we believe is the owner/pro out, giving a lesson on the course. Loved that idea and may get a lesson or 2 next season.

Challenging course for the intermediate. Grounds are in great shape this early in the year. Pricing is reasonable and spacing of groups was good for a weekend. Decent pace of play to finish 18 in under 4.5 hours.

The course is very nice for the price! High end carts that give range and have an electronic scorecard. The only downside is the layout of the course often ends up with players on different holes hitting into your fairway. Other than that, great experience.

I had never played Webster until this week and now I've played it twice! The fairways were freshly cut both times, the rough was long enough but not too penal, and the greens were in absolute phenomenal shape. They were quite firm and fast and ran true. On some holes if you were above the hole you had almost no way of not running it well past the hole. On my second outing I worked hard to keep it below the hole even if it meant hitting it a little short. The electric carts are some of the plushest I've seen with built in GPS to give you yardage to greens and hazards. The only downside for me is its 25-30 minutes away.

Played 9 holes, course is in nice shape. Great to see the new upgrades going on at the club and course. New state of the art carts with screens and GPS tracking is nice. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I had my wedding reception here recently and everything was perfect! The food was fantastic, the space itself looked beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Dave and Ronnie were fantastic to work with, the entire process was so easy and smooth with them both on board and letting me choose how I wanted to do things. I had a lot of freedom with decisions here, that I felt I wouldnt have gotten from any other venue. Ronnie took all the decorations I gave her, and even though I gave her a general idea of where to put things, when I walked in, everything was knocked out of the park. Way better than I could have anticipated. The bartenders were great and kept the drinks flowing, the food was not only delicious but plentiful. I had so many guests who were floored that we never ran out if appetizers or anything else. At the end of the night I had a lot of people come to me and tell me it was the best wedding they had been to in a long time and it couldn't have been made possible without the great team and staff at WGC!

Nice experience! Staff was very friendly! Many working on the course keeping it well groomed. Greens were true and fairways plush and well fertilized! James Harrison would be proud ! A little less run up entry to the greens in this design! I like and approve of the return to grass bunkers! I thing Harrison liked those grass bunkers a lot!

Had brunch for my daughter's bridal shower on Sunday. I can't express how happy we were with everything!!! Dave, the banquet manager was WONDERFUL!!! His staff was AMAZING!!! The food was delicious...I received SO many compliments from our guests. It was a beautiful venue. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I absolutely love this golf course and is hands down the only course I go to. Every time me and my father go we are paired up, that sometimes doesn’t sound great however every time we meet new amazing people and is extremely fun. The condition of the course is private level, I have gone to CCR and I still choose Webster over it.

My wedding was held at Webster Golf Club and I have ZERO regrets! Zero! The space has been upgraded and looks beautiful. The golf club took advantage of time during Covid to make renovations and everything looked breathtaking! That new patio is a dream and that’s where our ceremony was. Perfect view of the golf course. Food was delicious. My husband and I are still talking about how yummy the honey glazed carrots were. Carrots… they even made carrots taste like a delectable treasure! The other food in the buffet were indeed crowd pleasers as well. And for the price? Fair prices and the staff were a joy to work with. Our main point of contact was Nicole and she made sure everything went effectively and smoothly. She truly embraced the wedding spirit and made the process go off without a hitch!! It was the wedding of my dreams thx to WGC. I will always be grateful!

During the season our group play different golf courses around the region from Lima, NY to Bloomfield to Canandaigua, NY and most are well run and accommodating but the level of courtesy, concern and care we received today was exceptional. I must add that we have a very unusual golf group, in that our handicap range from “2” to “54”, Men / Women, ages from 31-70 and almost every nationality and we all get along because we have a strong respect for each person, the game, the course and honoring speed of play! Even the Ranger “Rick” offered help tips on playing the course. I highly recommend playing Webster East

Absolutely one of my favorite courses in the area, a challenging layout that will reward you for hitting good shots, and add a couple of strokes to the score if you hit bad shots. New ownership is making big changes, with lots of maintenance going on that should make the course even better. If you're in the area, this is one you should play.

I joined the club because I love this course. It is long and difficult from the back tees but can be made much easier by just moving up a couple of tee boxes. The food and staff are great and the course seems to always be in reasonable condition (at a minimum). Give this course a visit. If you are a more novice or golfer, then try the West Course across the street. It has a little of everything but is nice and challenging enough to preserve a good time.

After spending the last 4 years playing in courses on the Westside, this was the first time I have been able to play Webster since I just moved here about a month ago, and I must say that I had an enjoyable outing. To start I everyone was very helpful and kind, second; I shot TEN strokes below the last time I played on the Westside three weeks ago. We recently had a wedding there was ok. Just want the owners to be aware of service dog rules. Which i have and had paperwork for but was still harrassed about my dog. It was our party no one cared about dog so it made it difficult.i had to eat outside with my daughter.wasnt gonna make a stink then. But its a law...

Be aware that if you use a Groupon you may get pushed aside when there is a league or group gathering on the same day. We were told to play the first 9 holes again because a scramble was starting. Although the gentlemen who started the event was pleasant, I was basically told tough luck when I inquired about the incident with management. When I scheduled the tee time earlier that week I asked if there were any tournaments or leagues that would potentially impact our time of play and was told there wasn't.

PERFECT WEDDING VENUE We needed a venue for our wedding ceremony and reception, and needed something simple, within our limited budget, classy, and accommodating without being cheap, crowded, and busy. Webster Golf Club blew us out of the water with how INCREDIBLY helpful they were coordinating everything for us, and helped us stay within our budget. The facility is very professional, clean, large enough to fit 300 in the dining room, has a GREAT bar area, a beautiful garden with newly renovated gazebo, AMAZING food, and... well they were just the best. They allowed us to have our ceremony inside, and helped with everything from floral arrangements, to returning the chair covers. They have a great relationship with Kittelberger Florist and the Hampton Inn as a part of one of their amazing package options, and we were THOROUGHLY PLEASED with how great they all were with us. We got exactly what we wanted and needed, and could not be more thrilled. We had THE WHOLE PLACE TO OURSELVES for the entire day, not some 6 hour time slot between other weddings while other weddings are happening in a room next door. Definitely get the coffee bar as well. It's a lot more delicious than it sounds, and totally worth it. I'm recommending WGC to all my newly engaged friends, and anyone who might need a place for a ceremony and/or reception. It's also great for rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, and other events. They were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much Webster Golf. Especially Dave, Courtney, and Elise. Thank you for making our wedding such a hit.

Just held annual the Rochester Ataxia Golf Tournament. First year we ever had a down pour of rain; WGC team handled the situation with quick responses. They moved dinner time to accommodate our drenched golfers coming of the course; had dry towels on hand, and compiled scores in record time! The event was seamless thanks to Scott and his team; we will return again next year. Thank you Scott and the rest of the WGC team.

Well worth the drive. Course could use some regular cleanup. But 18 and a cart for 20$ is a great deal for this type of course.

Grew up playing here. Pretty easy course, but there are enough hazards to keep in interesting. Food in the pro shop if solid and the price is reasonable as a public course. The east course on the other side of Salt Road is the more premier of the two. This will favor in to difficulty, quality of player, and cost.

Attended a wedding/reception here. The gazebo area for the wedding was quite small with very little room for seating. But the indoor space for the reception afterward was quite nice. The food was good.

The West Course is a relatively short course, but offers many opportunities to hit into water, out of bounds, or into mature trees. Sadly, the course has been sold and will become a high occupancy housing development within the next 12 to 18 months.
