A dream come true! After Hurricane Ida damaged our original venue, Stonebridge become a dream come true and more than we could have asked for! The staff was incredibly accommodating, helpful and supportive. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was beautiful and no detail was overlooked. They worked well with all vendors and treated our guests like family. They venue is recently renovated and more beautiful than ever. There are no words to express how grateful we are to the entire team at Stonebridge. I would recommend over and over again!

Stonebridge Clubhouse was a beautiful venue for my niece’s baby shower. Norma went above and beyond to help coordinate, setup and make sure all the details fell right into place. She was a pleasure to work with before, during and after our party and she made sure everything was perfect for us. The food was delicious and it was presented beautifully. The clubhouse is so spacious and elegant with lots of natural light and a view of the golf course. I would highly recommend hosting your event at Stonebridge Clubhouse.

My family attended a wedding at your facility 1/28/23. We arrived at approximately 5:30pm. The wedding was to start at 6pm. The bridal party was still outside taking pictures. When it was time to get seated they told us to pile in the small room until the bride was cleared from anyone seeing her before going outside. They opened the door right before 6pm. We all went to our seats. Your staff was still putting the wedding prop up that the bride and groom stood in front of. That should have already been done. The wedding finally started at 7pm an hour late and the mic did not work work for everyone to hear the ceremony. We found out the delay had to do with the DJ later in the night. In the meantime we all sat outside in the cold, damp, windy air waiting. There were several elderly guest and small children too. Your facility could have offered for us to come inside to wait until the issue was rectified. Everyone sat outside for a solid hour in the damp, cold, windy air. My husband tried to go inside at one point and they had the doors locked merely to tell him no one could come in because the bar wasn't going to be serving anymore drinks until after the wedding started. He said I don't want a drink, I just want to get out of the cold. They proceeded to let him in. Locking the doors was unacceptable. After the ceremony was done we all proceeded inside at about 7:15pm. No one was allowed to eat until after 8pm due to the initial dances were over etc. When I finally made in the room to eat, I could not get over the poor display. It looked like tables set up for a cookout at someone's house. It was so poorly presented. I could not believe what I was seeing. The staff was pleasant and we did enjoy the facility itself. It is a very nice venue however knowing how much places like this charge to have events, it was unacceptable the things that transpired. I hope for people spending their money here these things will be corrected for future events.

The location is beautiful, easy parking for your guests and never a line at the bar! All a 10/10 in my book! Perfect space for your party needs! 10/10 would recommended 😁

I had my daughter’s baby shower at Stonebridge Country Club and was happy with the whole experience. Norma , the event coordinator, was very accommodating and easy to work with from the beginning to the end. The food was good but could be a little more elevated. The club looked very nice with recent updates. I would highly recommend it!

I recently spent my birthday here and it was absolutely amazing. The event organizer (Norma) was absolutely welcoming and she was very attentive. The place itself was gorgeous and they had so much to offer. The drinks were very delicious and everybody was so helpful.The services was also very good. I highly recommend Stonebridge Golf Club if you are looking for a venue for a party! We held our company holiday party there and it was fantastic. The venue was beautifully decorated and the staff was incredible. They even helped me unload two trucks of Christmas gifts we had brought to give out during the party so me and my people didn't have to get dirty and sweaty in our nice clothes. Again, highly recommended!

So I came across Stonebridge almost 10 years ago at a family friend wedding. I was stuck on the place ever since. I told my husband that day that we was going to get married there, we wasn’t even engaged or close to it! LOL but the place was just so beautiful I couldn’t get it out of my head. So fast forward to us getting engaged we just knew Stonebridge was the only venue we wanted to have our wedding at! I recommend this place for the ambiance, the price, the details, I can go on and on. Norma was the absolute best! She helped with EVERYTHING including my meltdown when I wanted to cancel the whole thing! Everything was perfect & beautiful! It was really how I imagined it! Everyone had a great time!! Played Stonebridge on Aug 15th, 2021 and if you haven't played here in a while, you're missing out on a very enjoyable and fairly priced golf course. More fun to play than Lakewood and City Park by far. Greens and fairways and tees were all in EXCELLENT condition. Stonebridge gets a bad rap from past years of neglect but they've invested lots of money to get this track back to top top quality condition and I highly recommend you give them another look. You'll be glad you did. Kudos to the grounds crew!

I like this course. First off, the staff here is super friendly, and helpful. Everyone we met was like that. The course itself (we did 9 before it started pouring) was nicely kept. Kind of winds around a sub division (watch out for windows!!). Not too challenging, but I'm not a great golfer! The cost is inexpensive, and they run specials all the time.

Great golf course. Really awesome course at a great price. Three 9 hole courses that are in great shape and well maintained. The fairways are great, the greens are excellent, but the bunkers are a little hard. Altogether it is a challenging course that is well maintained at a reasonable price. We recently celebrated the engagement of our daughter and future son in law at Stonebridge Golf Club of New Orleans! Carina was extremely helpful and accommodating with everything from set up to clean up at the end of the night. She had another party preceding ours (a shower) and I was concerned about flipping the room as far as clean up and prep for our party. She was pretty amazing and very efficient. The entire place was absolutely beautiful. Table linens and chair ties were so pretty and brand new. We had little decorating to do but added cylinder floating candles to the room, and with the fireplace in middle, it was gorgeous! We did our table centerpieces and fresh flowers and that was all that was needed. This is a very cozy and warm place at night with a beautiful golf course view by day. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place for your party, shower, wedding, retirement, sweet 16 etc. You can also use their outside catering or bring your own food, priced very reasonably! Thanks Carina...we'll see you next time!

We had a men's golf tournament at Stonebridge on Ma 17th. The staff did an excellent job of keeping it organized, and the course was in great shape. I really would recommend that people give this course a shot. Fairways and Greens were in good shape, and we did not have to wait to play from tee to tee. Stonebridge was an excellent course for our golf tournament, and I will be back to play there again real soon.

Beautiful place to paly golf. Fairways are wide open and grass is always green and there is plenty of space. They have 27 holes and I do not mind driving 30 minutes to the West Bank to enjoy a good game of golf. The holes are versatile which make the golf game challenge and fun, providing a different experience every time I play. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time on the golf course.

I have recently started playing there due to it's close proximity to my work, and I have to say, it's quite a nice and challenging course. It's not full of frills like, pretty flowers and glorious landscaping, but that by no means makes it less of a course, it has a great layout, and HUGE greens, probably the largest around here, and challenging to putt. Even though there are many houses surrounding the course, you don't really feel threatened by them, and trust me, if anybody should, it's me...but the holes are pretty good sized, making it easy to play to your strengths...or against your weaknesses. A wicked slice could still make it's way to a house though, so you do have to be careful. There are many challenges on the course, such as well placed bunkers, and water, much of it being at least semi-blind from the tee....making the yardage book they provide on the cart a very useful tool. My only gripe about the yardage books is that they aren't up to date, this course must have had a layout change at some point, because the front and back nines are reversed in the book, not a big deal, but it would be nice if they told you that to save you the trouble of figuring it out on the course. So remember to look at #10 when starting on #1...not a deal breaker for me. The other great thing...I play in the late afternoon, after work on Saturdays mostly, and $25 for 18 holes, cart included is a pretty awesome price for a course this nice. Nice staff and lounge as well. I plan to continue playing here regularly.

I have played this course about 5 times since I have been back to golf. I love this course. It is challenging with water on almost all holes. I really enjoy the Par 3 over water on the front 9. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have a good grill and Bar. For the money, it's definitely the best course in New Orleans. Watch out for Gators and Turtles!

We are now trying to figure out how we can have a get together at this location for our clients. The staff on hand that night was very attentive and cleared the tables quickly. Stonebridge is one of my favorite places to play in greater New Orleans. The greens are massive and well kept, the fairways are narrow, many bordered by private homes, the OB makes for a challenge if you tend to miss the short grass. The staff is always friendly and the bar is open all day for drinks, snacks, sandwiches and a spot to cool off between nines. The range, although too short for driving, features free range balls everyday, complete with a practice green for chipping and sand shots. This is huge! No other public course offers free range balls. Period. Great place to tune your swing on real grass. In short, this is one of the premier values for golf in our area, featuring 27 holes of great golf and a wonderful practice facility.

I had my wedding here in September of last year and people are still talking about how they loved the location and the atmosphere of Stonebridge. This venue is not over priced and fit right into me and my husband budget for wedding. Carina was the best, she allowed you to decorate how you want to and was easy to work with when trying to get my ideas across. I wish i could give the venue at 10 because I loved it here. So if your want a nice, friendly and pretty location for your event, Stonebridge is the place to have it.

One of the best courses in the Greater New Orleans Area. Good value with great pro shop/ Club house and very friendly staff. Long course with lots of water. Very well maintained with great greens. Pretty challenging course especially on a windy day. Will definitely be playing this course a lot more in the future.

Stonebridge has hosted my churches golf tournament a number of times. They always roll out the red carpet for us. The staff at Stonebridge are top notch and are always willing to do whatever is necessary to help out. The course is composed in a way that is challenging for the more skilled player yet not too difficult for the more novice player like myself. The saying goes, "a bad day on the course is better than a good day in the office" It is always a great day of golf when I am at Stonebridge.

Stonebridge hosted our church for a tournament and it was an incredible time. The course itself is in great shape and the service provided was as good as you're going to find anywhere. I anticipate we will be there again next year. I've played at various courses in New Orleans and Stonebridge provides the best bang for your buck. I look forward to playing there soon.

I have lived in New Orleans for 3+ years now and although there are many options for golf and a few very close to where I live I make the trip over the river to play Stonebridge 95% of the time. The staff is fantastic, as well as all the other players you will run into on the course. When most courses are still recovering from winter Stonebridge seems to always be a step ahead with course conditions as well which shows they care about their course year round. Another plus to this course is the options you have when playing it. Other courses although nice, are limited in terms of versatility and length of holes. Stonebridge and 6 sets of tees which means you can choose the length of your game to work on and their greens are VERY large which makes each time you play a different experience as pin placement often moves. I have played it numerous times and it seems I still get stuck which difficult approach shots due to narrow fairways, and short chips that have to be precises otherwise you are in trouble again which keeps you entertained and working on your game. Also there is 27holes at Stonebridge... So it is hard to get bored at this course! Go check it out! Cheers!

This is a weird thing to write a review for, but I give them 5 stars for customer service. I had a membership with Stonebridge, but recently, due to the addition of a dog to the house, do not get out to play golf as often as I used to. I can't justify a membership any more. I just called them, asked to cancel my membership, and they did it within seconds. I asked if they needed my name, but they already noted it on the caller ID. No trying to bargain or beg like some companies will do when a customer tries to leave. I will definitely continue to play the course when I am able to play golf, as it is excellent, a good value, and comes with friendly staff. Definitely give it a try.

This course is phenomenal, the greens are well kept, the personnel are accommodating and friendly, the weather was beautiful the day we played. The fairways are not hard-packed and you can really hit a good shot and take a divot. I've played other courses that were further away and very nice also, Carter Plantation, Atchafalaya, with the quick commute from Metairie, this course will become one of my regulars.

This was a great golf course. I played in the middle of winter when every other golf course was stark dry. This golf course still had supple greens and great fairways. If you want a challenge this golf course is for you. The fairways are thin in places and the bunkers get deep, but with challenge comes happiness! Play this golf course.

We have hosted several family events here, and have really appreciated our experience. The pricing is descent and best of all they allow outside caterers. Unfortunately it has been since Katrina that the formal ballroom and kitchen have been shutdown. I hope they open both up soon so we can use them again.

Stonebridge is a great course with large greens. Well taken care of. I would highly recommed it to anyone that is visiting New Orleans or to those that are locals. The staff was friendly and the prices are very reasonable for what you get out of the experience. A true New Orleans great!!!

I have played this course numerous times now and enjoy it every time. I drive over an hour just to play Stonebridge and I always enjoy the round and the service that the staff provides. Take the opportunity to try this course out. The value is defiantly worth it.

Stonebridge was the very first course I played when I moved to New Orleans in '08 from Colorado Springs and I thought to myself, "well, if golf in South Louisiana is this good I won't miss the mountain golf of C.S. that much." Much to my dismay, most public south louisiana golf is nowhere close to the Stonebridge level of craftmanship. But it's all going to be okay, just so long as Stonebridge keeps their doors open, I remain a happy camper :-)

This course has quite a lot of potential. It seemed that the farther you got from the club house, the worse the course started to look. Many bunkers on this course looked abandoned, which is a shame. Still had a good time playing here, they just need a little more tlc.

Stonebridge golf course is a great inexpensive course to play at. Compared to other similarly prices courses around the new orleans area it is definitely one of the more challenging ones with tighter fairways and and a significant amount of hazards.
