Best course I’ve played hands down!!! The greens are awesome!!!! Fairways nice. Any course with water is great in my eyes but their approach’s over water are class.

Great public course, tee times not required through the week. I’d call them and see what event they might have going on that could impact pace of play. Wide open fairways with four challenging holes with 💦 water. If busy parking may be tight. Driving range and putting green too. Get the cheeseburger at the snack bar. …

One of the best municipal courses around! Greens are a bit on the small side but they are in excellent condition. Fairways in great shape as well. Get a little bit of everything at this course. Friendly staff, good burgers, and a nice cigar selection in the clubhouse. Green fees are very reasonable.

A few friends and myself was able to get in 9 holes yesterday with the beautiful weather reaching 70 in February. Extremely rare but an amazing day. Fairways were in good condition and the greens were very fast. But it is still winter and I'm sure that they both will get better soon..!!! And it was pretty sweet that I was able to get the senior rate for the first time since turning 55 this month..!!!

For a city course it's a good course to play. They could use some help cutting the rough, and maintaining the fairways. The driving range is rarely ever open. So you can't warm up a few swings before you play early AM hours.

This course is fun and full of challenges (especially 14 I believe). However, the greens have been in putrid condition with dirt patches this year and the course still charges customers $45-50 per round. The staff also seems to stack tee times on top of each other forcing groupings to wait 15-20 minutes after their initial slot. I have played this course many times, but I feel it has gone down hill this year. I would gladly come back if they address these issues.

Great golf course. Wide open, the greens are will kept, fun to play. It has a practice chipping green, good practice putting green, and nice driving range.It does get backed up in the mornings and you can't bring outside coolers. My friends and I love to play there.

This place is very nice for the money. It’s no private country club but it’s a nice spot. Everyone I’ve ever met has been super friendly. I enjoy my time here

Had a good start no issues everyone was nice then was approached by a female employee on hole 13 cause we started on hole 10 that we had to go back to hole 1 was cause “mowers” were complaining that we were hitting towards them when no one was out mowing, no one was out there til we left that area. She was really rude which was unnecessary for the situation.

I love this course! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The prices are reasonable and fair for the course. The beer is terribly over priced and I don't mind telling it. Otherwise a great place to play!

Greens were pretty tore up from a fungus or something they said. Overall course set up was great. Too bad greens were in such bad shape. Felt like I was playing on the moon each green. Will be back though. Should knock a lil off price when there are issues like above though.

This is a great local golf course. You can play 18 with a cart for around$20 and they run deals version times of the year where you can play as many holes as you can from 5- sundown for about $20. The local high school does practice here so the driving range tends to be full right after school lets out.

Really nice course! It's a Gallatin (TN) municipal course. Well-maintained fairways, greens and tee boxes. The hills are pretty gradual - easy on old knees! A few fairly difficult water hazards, plus the usual sinister sand traps. They don't take tee times - at least on weekdays. Senior rates (with cart) for 18 is only $26-$28 weedays. I've played there a number of times. I really like this course - even if I'm not playing particularly well!

Course is always decent. The type of course where you haven't played for a while and need to get your game back. It is wide open for players like me that use every part of the course. The customer service could be better. I called twice to ask for a tee time and rates and both times I was put on hold for five minutes each. Then the line was cut off. Needless to say, I didn't golf there that day.

Good local community course. Nothing special but is kept up good. Unfortunately they over-sell often and it will take more than 4 hrs to play a round. It’s too bad as I would play this course more often if the pace of play was improved.

This is a great golf course, especially since it's a municipal course. The fairways and greens are VERY well taken care of. Plus only $25 twilight rate after 3pm is a great price.

I have played here for several years & was very impressed with the improvements I found during this month's round. Tees, fairways & greens were in excellent shape (much improved over previous years) ! Cudos tot he Staff, this is a great place to play now & it is a bargain, too.

I have been a member at Long Hollow since I retired. I have a personal cart there in their new private cart facility. I have played golf there for the last 30 years. The course is pretty open but pin placement on the greens does not assure a par. I have never seen a municipal golf course kept any better, the staff any nicer and greens any better. Rick the superintendent at Long Hollow does a GREAT job with the greens. In the summer I have seen greens around middle Tennessee burn up with the heat but Long Hollow still have great greens. The city of Gallatin is lucky to have the facility and staff at Long Hollow.

If it wasn't so handy, I probably wouldn't like it much. The problem with this course is some of the people who try to learn how to play on the course...take some lessons and please, please, please learn proper pace of play. And, fix your ball marks! When it's had rain, it's a good little course.

I love long hollow golf course and the staff except one person name JIM FORD he is very rude to his customers and should not be in the front dealing with customers other than that I love this place and spend a lot of money there
