The course is beautiful all season. Great to walk. The reviews about customer service are harsh, but fairly accurate. Sometimes it feels like they don’t want you to play, but once you’ve tee’d off, who cares. Pictured is just when the trees are starting to get leaves again - mid March.

Beautiful course. Top notch setting, with rolling hills, and old trees. I've seen deer and turkeys wander over from Percy Warner Park. The back nine adjoins the Steeplechase horse track venue. It's the best Metro Nashville course and the best value in the Nashville area.

Well maintained and challenging course! I came here recently for a company golf tournament and loved it! The driving range is great (although they prefer mats), and the tee boxes seem to traditionally have a great view. I will say I was thoroughly exhausted after my round with how much Course their seemed to be, but I definitely think I got my money’s worth! Love the course.

Best municipal course in the Nashville Metro area. The new greens are now several years old and roll well and are receptive to good shots. Harpeth is a very solid course and a great test of golf. 6700+ from the tips but plays to 7000+. It’s a course that makes you play every club in your bag thru 18 holes.

Best muni in Nashville. Very fast greens. Tips play 7,000 yards. Nice driving range: $10 for large bucket, $5 for small. Two putting and chipping practice greens.

The golf course is an absolute steal for the money! The greens are hard but playable. The course design is simple but yardages sometimes challenging, which I like. The staff is questionable, sometimes closing for no reason and sometimes just blatantly rude, but I've worked in the industry so I can relate to their frustration. The course looks good this fall but plays pretty crowded. If you want to play 18, after the daylight saving time change, you better play well before noon!

Great course! Well groomed. Greens are really fast in August.. Really affordable. 52 bucks for 2 a cart and a basket of balls on a Friday. Enjoyed

Living in LA for so long, and being a member of country clubs, this public golf course is absolutely beautiful. It is well maintained, grass is immaculate, the food/beverage deals are insanely good. Just a solid public course that is a huge bang for your buck. Do it!

Fantastic public golf course - I would bet it’s top 25 public golf courses in the US! Sort of old school Donald Ross layout with small, elevated postage stamp greens that are lightning fast. Greens roll so smooth and true, you just don’t get golf courses like this for $13 to walk! Loved it and will definitely be back.

Play here regularly. High single digit hdcp. Best muni layout in Nashville. New bermuda greens are still a little firm firm but putt great. Rolling hills, tree lined fairways, strong dog leg par4s. Excellent test of golf.

Nashville's BEST golf course. Always a beautiful golfing experience. Wild Turkey, Deer, and a landscape God painted. Whew!!! The people who work there a great representative of the GOOD South, family friendly and attentive. Thanks for another AWESOME experience for my past 35 years. You need to also try Percy Warner Golf!!!! That's a gem too!!! I did say I had a great time right????

One of my favorite places to play, always good pace. I don't think I've ever played here and not seen some type of wildlife. Challenging course, but scorable if you're in play off teebox.

Nice course easy to get to and inexpensive. If you live in Brentwood it is a good course to go to if you just want to play. I have brought my friend from out of town here they like it as well. This is my easy go to course most of the time. I like it.

Probably the best municipal course in Nashville. Greens are consistently pure and the layout, even without any water, will challenge you. You will be rewarded with some great views throughout. Watch out for wildlife!

Great course. John O'Neal, the reason they aren't answering their phone is that they closed 6/12/17 to install new greens. If you had googled or gone to their website you would have seen this. Can't wait until they reopen!

Top notch course with spectacular nature scenes. Deer, turkeys, and hawks are the most commonly seen wildlife. Oh yes, golf is right up there too. Higher level players play here.

The more you play here the more you appreciate the design. The par 3s should all be par 4s they all can be ball busters, the greens are consistently inconsistent but still by far the best of all metro offerings.

This place is FANTASTIC - it looks like baby Augusta. Stan Smoot is by far the TOP teaching pro this side of the Mississippi. He took 10 strokes off my game 1 lesson.
