Customer service was amazing. I had an issue with my driver the night before a trip, and Tom had me bring it in. He had it fixed it for me that day and it worked great on the trip.

Needed to get my club grips changed out. Everywhere else was 3-7 days out. Went in here and they had new grips on my clubs in 15 minutes while I waited! Also a local business! Awesome service and knowledge too! Will be back!

Went in to get my Odyssey putter regripped. I didn’t even buy the grip there. Tom was so professional with his work and his demeanor. I was very impressed with his store. He then showed me some oversized grips that I am interested in to regrip my Pings. If you have never been here I would strongly recommend. Very impressed and satisfied. I will be back.

The best service - bought a driver elsewhere and Tom and Tony were as accommodating as they could possibly be. Allowed me to bring it in for a fitting and advised me on which shaft I actually needed. Then when I exchanged it at the big box store I bought it from they adjusted the shaft to my length, won’t go anywhere else going forward. Thank you!

Great experience. I highly recommended everyone to buy and/or get fitted here. I was fitted for a new driver. Left with the perfect fit and more educated on shaft choice. Amazing the difference that made in my swing. Further carry distance now with more accuracy. I will shop here for all my golfing needs. -Kevin

Tom is the man! He's super helpful, and happy to help explain things about your golf game as you're getting fitted for clubs, re-gripping, shopping for a new addition to your bag, etc. The turn time for re-gripping and adjustments is super fast – I had 10 clubs regripped within an hour, and had all of my clubs adjusted within a day. Highly recommend this place over a bigger retailer.

No matter what I need or desire for my golf game, Golf USA in Eden Prairie has it. The store is larger inside than the outside looks. Tom the owner is a certified master at club fitting, repairing and regripping. Give this store a try and you will experience the benefits it can provide you that the big box stores just can’t match. Best customer service I have ever received. The owner works his bag off, and even though he was swamped, helped me get a club shafted in 20 minutes. This effort is hard to come by in retail, I needed the club this past weekend, and all the big stores had 1. no interest to help me find the right shaft, and 2. required 5-7 days to get the shaft put on... Excellent experience.

First Class Business!!! I purchased clubs from this store. They custom fit them for me. I live 75 minutes from the store location. The owner offered to meet me part way for delivery. I was also looking to purchase golf shoes. The owner made sure that I looked at the shoes that were on sale!! Classy place!!! Definitely going to be back to purchase additional golf items. This kind of honest, trustworthy kind of business is hard to find,

This is where you go if you're a golfer, want advice from a very knowledgeable staff, and if you want to get honesty. I drive an hour to get to this store, it's that good, any time I need a re-grip, or a club fitting or to buy anything golf related. To cap it off, Tom delivered some new wedges I bought, as he was on this side of town and wanted to save me a trip. FIRST CLASS service, knowledge and products.

On a recent golf trip my driver shaft broke. I brought the club into Tom at Golf USA and asked if he could get a new shaft. As we talked he said that he would call Callaway and see if they would warrant the shaft that broke. He was able to get Callaway to provide a new shaft at no charge. What is great about his is I did not buy the driver from Tom. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. I know I'll continue to come to his store knowing he is always giving the extra effort to make the experience memorable.

I had some clubs lengthened and was told they would be done on a specific day. They called me on that day to let me know the clubs were ready. Not the experience I have had at the big box places. Also the mask comment below is unverifiable and was not my experience when I was in the store twice in a week.

Amazing Service, owner helped me fit my putter that I bought elsewhere and helped me find a new grip that fit me well. Was very pleased when be said he could have it done in 5 min compared to big box stores where it would take a week to fit and put a new grip on a club. The only place I will go from now on.
