This is my go to golf store. They have a great group there to help with anything you need. With my most recent visit, I was looking to have my new driver and 3 wood Shafts gripped as I couldn't order them with the grips that I play with. They were on backorder but Dave went to another store to grab two from their stock so I could get my clubs back quickly which is helpful as I am anxious to get practicing with the clubs in the simulator. Fantastic work!

Never been to a golf galaxy before today, but my first impression was great. I was looking for a specific set of clubs and I spoke to Andy on the phone, told him what I was looking for, and he did a great job of accommodating me in store that same day. Super knowledgeable, walked me through a few things, hit some balls, and away we went. Will go back to work with him in the future next time I'm looking for something specific.

Overall a good store, just like any other golf galaxy, but Dave and Alec are definitely stand outs, they’re great and awesome and friendly. Dave is more than willing to go above and beyond for the customer and he really makes the experience a lot better, dude is awesome.

Took a set of old clubs in for re-gripping. Very happy with the turnaround and price. Very disappointed in the fact they couldn't even clean off the club shafts, which still had remnants of the old grips. A simple, easy gesture that would result in a customer for life. I would've gladly paid extra for this service.

Went in to check the place out because I'm a newbie. The salesman "Salsa" Bob gave me the VIP treatment. I explained I'm a newbie with very limited experience. He didn't give me the hard sell but pointed me to a good starting point and gave me a card to the store pro. He put me in the swing center to take some swings with the clubs I might want to buy. Good guy and very friendly. I'm buying my clubs and sending my friends to Bob. Great service, customer for life.

Brought my old school Ping Yellow Dots to the Bloomington store, Bump and Bob did a great job replacing the grips. I had dropped them off on a Friday, and expected to pick them up on Monday. Got a call Saturday AM that they were done and ready for pickup. Bump and Bob did a great job and I feel like I have a new set of irons again. Great Service, Great Quality and Quickly.

Novice golfer and went in to try some clubs and get fitted. Had a great experience with Matthew I believe was his name. Had some good information and recommendations. Can't wait to get out on the course and try my new irons!

I came into the store today frustrated with a bad attitude about my broken driver. Mike helped me with a club fitting and repair of my old driver shaft. Quality of service was great he was patient with my negative attitude, by the time I left the store I was feeling great. Thanks for your help Mike!

I had a great experience at GG - I had received a putter directly from Calloway as a gift (NOT from GG). It was the wrong model, and went in to GG to see if I could get it exchanged. At no cost, they were able to exchange my putter for a new one from Calloway. No shipping costs, no hassle. Excellent customer service even for someone who spent a grand total of $0.00 at their store today - in light of that, I will be returning to GG for all my future golfing needs!
