Had fish last night, not the same as it use to be. The syrup containers were all sticky & stuck to the table cloth. Not a good image. Just bring out smaller dishes on request. Potato pancakes were terrible need to try something different. The food didn't represent the beautiful layout of the place. Would have to think very hard on coming back again. They were short handed just like everywhere so was patient.

Evergreen has always been my first choice in golf courses since I started golfing a couple years ago. I spend more time here nice since i built a house on the East course. I always appreciate Evergreen's meticulous course maintenance and the fact that they're always open to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Recently, they have opened their indoor simulators in the pro shop for some off season practice. I had the chance to play on one of the simulators and I really enjoyed myself. There are plenty of courses you can play on E6, or just head to the E6 driving range to keep your swing dialed in. My only complaint is that the stance mats on the simulator's are quite narrow, and with a driver, I feel like my right foot is going to fall off of the mat if I'm not careful. You can easily play 18 holes in an hour on the simulators if you're by yourself, or 2 hours to play 18 holes if you bring a friend. the staff is always friendly, and the prices are on par with other courses I've played at in the past.

Review of Friday Fish Fry For what it is, we've always been really happy. The family-style dining is a welcome change, especially for the picky-eaters (they take what they like and aren't stuck with this or that). Staff has always been friendly and efficient. Others in our party have ordered "regular" menu items, and have always been happy with the selection. Prices are also very competitive (especially for the quantity of food).

*edit my mistake and they have a great sense of humor i thought i was reviewing the hotel we stayed at 😂 i left the original down below so you all can laugh with us. real review starts now. we attended a wedding here the hall is beautitul it looked wonderful also bar was nice. i will say its on the smaller side from ones i was used to but that didnt matter for this wedding just in case you needed to know they fit 100 or maybe a little more comfortably... now go below and laugh at my mistakes 😂 the bed was comfortable. only reason 4 over 5 was no tub only shower and everything in room was take a water but you get charged 3$ not a fan. overall friendly and good breakfast though also smaller room than used to

Loved it!! We had "all you can eat" fried cod which was very lightly battered, thick and delicious. The meal came with coleslaw, breadsticks, fresh rolls, french fries and potato pancakes with applesauce and hush puppies. There wasn't anything I didn't like about this meal. My son especially like that it was all you can eat, and we all liked that it was served family style. I especially liked the tartar sauce. I think it has dill in it, great flavor. It was very good accompaniment to the fish. Great service! The Brandy ol' fashions we're delicious as well! Reasonably priced and nice views. Music on the patio. Can't wait to go back!! Thanks

Update: I received a message and call from the General Manager to discuss my concerns. He was able to offer a return visit to try the Friday fish dinner as a guest. The meal was exceptional, it was busy but the wait staff was attentive and pleasant. We were seated at the outside patio close to the entertainment. The overall experience was great! They have a new cook, I had the fish fry & Broiled chicken it was very good. The wait staff was great, thank you Brook for making our experience wonderful. The entertainment was fabulous, Kevin Kennedy is a must see.

Wait staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Food was very good for Friday fish fry. Management was rude to us when we moved to a table out of the hot sun when we had 4 out of 5 present in our party. There was only one Other table outside that had people at it every other table was open yet we were still reprimanded for sitting at an empty table, even tho our last person was walking into The patio as we sat down.

We were with friends at Evergreen Country Club last Friday night for their Fish Fry. It was okay if you enjoy all you can eat "family style". Not really our favorite. The cocktails we had were good. The best are their warm Bread Basket & Potato Pancakes. Cold Slaw good. We had some Fried & some Baked Fish. It's just hard to keep food warm when served in this manner. Also dining is in one big room so doesn't lend to the best ambience. The service was good. Thought one thing was strange. When we asked for extra rolls the waitress asked us how many we wanted so they wouldn't be wasted. Odd thing to say, we thought. Think it is a popular place. To each their own.

The quality of the food is great! Tonight's fish and chicken were outstanding! Also worth mentioning - the process they have in place for curb-side pick up works very well. We had our food in a couple minutes as the line of cars kept moving.

This place was amazing! My wife and I had our wedding here and we couldn't be happier! The food was amazing and everyone worked with us to help. We had a somewhat last minute wedding before I left for the military and that were so helpful in making it a smooth process.

Okay, First let me say I never post reviews, so this is a first for me. We just moved here from Indiana and I was told about this place from a fellow coworker. I had never tried broiled Cod before so I asked our waitress if I could try a piece along with my fried Cod order. She said of course and brought out a nice piece with melted butter for dipping. I have to say the fried Cod was very good, but the broiled Cod was Fabulous!!! Honestly the best fish I have ever had...I almost wouldn't want to say how good it was just to keep away the crowds that read this review. A special thanks to our friendly waitress, Kyle, who like everyone we have met from Elkhorn these past two weeks, has welcomed us to the area with open arms.

Great broiled cod and corn fritters and was surprised there was entertainment as well. Got there at 4 for a fish fry to beat the crowd. Didn't leave till 10. We ate outside. We're outside the entire time though people did eat inside. Danced, danced, danced. People showed up on golf carts. Danced on the green with my grandchildren. Entertainment was 6 to 9 but he sang, danced and entertained till 10.

Very good fish fry. Not only is it getting harder to find all-u-can-eat, but including broiled as well as fried in the deal is extremely uncommon. Both were good and priced more reasonably than a lot of places that don't even offer it as all-u-can-eat. Our server, Susan, was friendly and accommodating. They only take reservations for parties of 9 or more and the place gets packed, so expect to wait for a bit.

We went for a Friday night fish fry. The fish was dry, especially the baked. Potato pancakes were dry. The wait staff was nice. The bar area is very nice. The eating area looks like a dressed up barn. No atmosphere. Maybe it's just on Friday nights that they use this hall but she's not a looker. Service was slow but they were really busy. Not going back again, at least not on a Friday night.

Went to a wedding, all was great until dinner.... We sat at a table for ten. Chicken, fish, French fries, hush puppies, carrots and green beans, bread sticks, coleslaw and potato pancakes. Very nice until they didn't have enough fish on the platter for all at our table and not enough chicken. I asked to have our platter refilled and was told I would have to wait until second round was served. Ok no problem. Then I noticed that they were clearing plates and asked about our players being refilled? Our waitress came out with 3 PC's of fish and 2pcs of chicken and said "This is all that is left". I guess that ended that.

Well worth the 30 minute drive from town, this course offers 27 holes of well maintained well thought out golf. We come here often for their scrambles and we love it. Incredible value for money. All 27 with a steak cook out and prizes for 70 bucks or thereabouts. The staff is fantastic and the clubhouses provide everything you'll need. One of the best value golfing experiences in South East Wisconsin.

Golf course is always nice, staff is accommodating, but stay far away from the food from the smoker. After a fun round, to finish up with a terrible meal served by a bartender that couldn’t care less took some shine off the day.

I went for fish fry on april 12, 2019. It was my first time there the food was ok but the place was like a old VFW. Bingo hall. I was not impressed! For 14$ a meal I expect a lot more at least a table cloth or a glass for my water not a old plastic cup.

The Evergreen Country Club has a super Friday Fish Fry, a Wisconsin staple! We had a family dinner with 12 and it came in under $150. Lots of choices, well prepared, and well served. You can't go wrong for a Friday Night Fish Fry at The Evergreen Country Club.
