I enjoy Currie Golf Course. It's a MKE park golf course so sometimes the park department will be out there working on projects. On 8/24, they were cutting down a lot of trees and had three or four trucks roaming around the course so that was a little distracting. The course is in really good shape so overall it was a good round.

Just a well maintained neat little urban golf course that is a great place to spend a late Sunday afternoon. Not a lot of trouble ... And just enough length to keep most of us honest. Greens rolled remarkably smooth, consistent and true for a daily fee muni. Love the twilight rates!

Although it may not be my favorite county course to play it is definitely one my buddy and I play most frequently. Always well maintained and the staff is very good at keeping things flowing, and people who play here are always willing to let people play through. The course is definitely not the most demanding, and fairly forgiving even for beginning golfers but always have fun playing at currie.

The Fellowship Youth Open was such a wonderful experience! The course is beautiful; some challenging holes but also short ones for the true beginners. Such a great local resource!

I went on a day it was supposed to rain all day, but it didn't. I got to play through 3 groups in four holes and it was wide open after that. 18 holes in 1hr 45min! Speed golf at its finest!

Great course. But watch out for holes nine and eighteen if you are walking as they go up a huge hill. Other than those two it is a good test for the average golfer and is well kept.

Very nicely kept County course, and of them all this one is my favorite layout. Not the most feature filled as far as water and bunkers go, but the undulation makes it fun!

Fun course had a great time the weather was a little cold some of the fairways were a little too wet look forward to getting back to the course in the summer

Went sledding at DARK. The lights were big and bright. Hill was just enough fun for me and my toddler to enjoy safely. I would definitely recommend this to families and beginners. Don't forget you have to climn back up the hill..lol

Bob the Starter polite and informative. Better than weather people on TV... gave accurate forecast of storm dissipating over Madison. VERY patient with us when a member of party late.Great guy! Always smile and kind word. Also excellent service and cheerfulness from Abby at snack bar. They deserve pay raise, in my opinion!

Currie is a decidedly average municipal course, which would be fine if there weren't so many other above-average options in the County Parks system. A healthy chunk of the front nine is within earshot of the freeway, while the back is along Hwy. 100, so if you're looking for a peaceful reprieve from the sounds of the city, this isn't it. Drainage near the end of both nines is a problem. And some of the holes feel a little ill-designed, like the up-a-sledding-hill 18th and the potato-chip 15th, a dogleg right that calls for a fade but produces side-hill lies for even good shots as the hole is built into the side of a hill, making the fairway resemble the edible item mentioned. That said, the 8th and 16th are nice downhill par-3s and the course usually has short wait times. For just as much of a challenge with better scenery, though, consider Dretzka, Oakwood or Whitnall.

A decent municipal course. It is always in good shape, but the layout leads to some holes that feel repetitive. The only drawback is the location next to the interstate, so there are sections on the front 9 that are pretty loud. A good course for beginners.

They need to cut the tree boxes shorter.. 18 an a cart for $48 .Coarse is in good shape n play early it gets busy

I enjoy Currie, it's got good variety and is usually in pretty decent shape if it hasn't been super wet. You can't beat it for the money.
