One of the most beautiful courses in California! Top notch service, gorgeous views, and very well kept. Every hole has a view of the ocean, challenging layout and greens, and even some of the tee boxes are unique. A must play.

One of the toughest tracks I've played due to its length from the back tees and the tightness of the landing areas with the ocean breeze. Gorgeous landscaping, amazing fairways and tee boxes, fast and true greens. Highly recommended and a must play if you're in Southern California.

Dad's day excursion from Disneyland made it all worth while. Woke up early and made the drive to this scenic location less than an hour from Anaheim. Perfect day. Amazing scenery, landscaping, course, conditions and club house. It's expensive and challenging. You will need extra balls because there is no tolerance for errant shots. And even when you hit a good shot, chances are there's a perfectly groomed bunker in play. Abounding fauna on every hole, islands on the distant horizon and a travertine laced clubhouse serving local power brokers and Disneyland dads with equal enthusiasm. Make sure you stay for lunch, the food is as good as the setting and they keep craft beers ice cold on tap.

Fantastic golf course and exceptional staff. Keith in the pro shop was more than helpful. The Sunday Brunch is something everyone should do and the staff in the restaurant was spectacular. Will look forward to visiting again.

My two well traveled friends finally returned to Los Angeles, they celebrated with me at the Trump International Golf /Restaurant last night. Talk about women just have fun.... we have so much fun when we were tipsy with fine wine and gourmet foods. In addition to the food, Anthony, our server has blessed us with one ☝️ ( Trump’s gesture in emoji form , lol,😅😂🤣) unforgettable fun and lively birthday/ girls night out The positive vibes he sent out caring to his customers are well received. The sun shine boy’s smiles and his service is like the fire place in the restaurant. It is big , warm , and welcoming. 🤔well, not sure, perhaps, it the Italian hospitality in him? The gourmet food and wine pairing is the high light of our celebration. We all have the Sea bass and Catalina View Chardonnay, although I am not sure if it was un corked barrels in 2013, however it had the aromas of white peach, nectarine, and a hint of toasted almond. It is heavenly pairing come true with the Sea Bass! It brings out the sweetness of the fish. Fish is lightly seared to perfection with hints of sea salt. Please ask for Anthony to garnish with freshly grind black pepper. Although there is a pepper shaker on the table, the freshly grind paper puts more kicks to complements the toasty almond taste in the wine. 🤗it is just me! The saffron lentil comes with the fish is out of the this world, the bold and rich taste of saffron perfects the lentil beans with sweetness. If you happen to pair your dish with the Chardonnay like me, the sauce under the lentil matches the wine 🍷 with hinted “ romance.” I say romance it because it is not like pairing with the sea bass, it is so just conventionally RIGHT! The lentils and the wine match is like twin flame love. You found that special some one in your heart at the least expected time and place! “ Dancing in the dark but you know you have find she or him - Ed Sheehan “🤣 my imagination can get out unannounced 🙄. We met a French wine connoisseur,Hakim, the manager from Southern Wine before we depart. He gave us some nice suggestions on food and wine pairing the French way. I think I will ask for chilled Chianti will go well with the salmon next time, however, I might not know what is the sauce come with the Salmon, I will take a leap of faith to try it out! I will try some full bodies like Cabernet Sauvignon or merlot with the meats in the future. I am blessed with 20years friendship with my friends, gourmet food from the kitchen team at the Trump International, and great service from our sunshine server- Anthony. Please ask for Anthony to tend your table when you visit Trump some day. Anthony will bring sunshine to you table like he did to our table. A perfect night out during a week day end with blessing from God. He had blessed me with with health, friendship, people who love to serve others with sincerity. At the humanity level, I am grateful for my fellow human being who bless me with this wonderful night. At the spiritual level , these kindred spirits have guided my and their destinies in a few minutes - heaven on earth experience journey - at the Trump international tonight. I didn't get to play the course, but we stopped by and had lunch and walked the property. The place has a wonderful view and great little hikes. The food was top notch as were the drinks. The glasses were great, there had a little golf ball impression made into the bottom, hate to say it, but a couple came home with us. Great place to spend an afternoon getting something to eat and walking about. We had a great experience here!

Beautiful setting, fantastic view. The buffet is excellent, service is superb. You can also go for high tea after 3:00pm. The driving range is so nice and green. The staff will even have water available. Five star destination indeed.

Very beautiful location. Located right on the coast with a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean. The Club House serves food and if you are hiking the trail there is a rest room open to the public just below the club house. Public parking is limited adjacent to the building. The main parking is for members only. You can also park at points along the road leading down to the facility.

Political views set aside, visit this place for breathtaking views of the ocean the golf course. Well kept and maintained place. The food is absolutely fabulous. Had the lobster and steak dish. It was well seasoned not raw and definitely not over cooked. The lobster was sweet and juicy. The dish was complimented with grilled baby carrots and string beans.

The Golf course was in spectacular condition! One week after over-seeding and everything was green and lush! The greens were fast And immaculate. Getting to play a course in the great of conditions for half the price was very rewarding. We also ate dinner there and had a lovely evening on the patio overlooking the ocean. The food was delicious and the service couldn't have been better!

We ended up here by mistake when Google Maps directed us the long way to The Wayfarers Chapel, and what a pleasant surprise. The trail is beautifully maintained and the views are amazing. The people working in the pro shop are friendly and helpful, but the best thing about this place was the sight of Old Glory!

Difficult course. OK , so this is a premier public course but do not underestimate how tricky it is! The whole experience is first rate. Great staff and a course in very good condition do not come cheap, but you will need to have a good game, or a lot of balls, to enjoy this golf course. Highly recommended, but not for the faint hearted!

Had an event for 100 in the Trump Room. The events staff are amazing!!!! They will work with you to make your special occasion wonderful. They bent over backwards for our family. Responded immediately to my many emails. The room was breath taking with an amazing panoramic ocean views. The guest loved the food. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Special thanks to Bahar! But honestly the entire team is awesome! So accommodating. They take care of every detail.

I remember my first time playing here I ran into Mark W. And he could hit the ball far he was a scratch golfer it seemed and it was wild to see his assistant grabbing the burritos trying to catch up to marks early start. It’s nice to know a great place has great people going to this establishment. It has a signature hole that heads towards a mountain of a waterfall and just as nice of one going along the side of the beautiful beach. I played terrible that day but I didn’t give up and fished the round. I can’t wait to go back sometime soon. Thanks for a great experience!

Amazing course completely worth all the money. The course is not a tree ish course, but more of a bushy course. The fairways and greens are very well trimmed and laid out. If you don’t want to play golf, and Instead take the trail to the beach, it’s a beautiful walk. The views you get on the course are incredible.

Seriously best golf experience ever.. I've played all over the world, and this is a top 5 golf Mecca.. the golf course was in perfect shape.. very difficult track, but if was easy who would want to play? Except maybe for insane ocean front views on every hole and green.. The service was amazing in every facet, from bag drop, valet, starter, ranger to the wait staff.. I could not ask for a better day.. If anyone who rated it one star actual knew how to swing a club and have played any course in their life they would rate it a 5.. Its that good..Its unbelievable people would rate this course a 1/5 because they don't like the President... How sad and honestly scary... By doing that less people will play one of the best places to play in the World..As a 4 handicap I would encourage any golfer to play this course and judge for yourself.. You will not regret it.. I can't wait to get back!

Very expensive and not the most spectacular layout, but still a beautiful and well maintained, manicured golf course. Incredible ocean views and two magnificent waterfalls adorn the course. Keep out of the rough. Very thick and it likes to "eat" golf balls.

This guy's a genius he picks one of the most seclusive locations in California opens up a golf course and serves some of the best meals you can find on the hill. They got valet and the Waitresses are very very polite and the bar pours perfectly I'm very impressed I will be back. Thanks for a wonderful experience and a five star dining meal.

Food is over priced as well as the drinks. It wasn't too long ago where the appetizer dishes we had were a lot better then are most recent visit. The presentation and preparation of the dishes have all changed for the worse. Listening to the table next to us dishing out 7 dollars for an iced tea made me feel a lot better about ordering an adult beverage. But to have two appetizers and a beer and pay $60 dollars seems a little extreme don't you think Mr. President?

An amazing place with a gorgeous seaside golf course and excellent service. I was there for a wedding reception and the food was really bad though. Over 100 people and nearly half of them had over cooked filet mignon or tiny slabs of Sea Bass. First and last impressions are everything and I left this opulent location of beauty hungry!

The ocean views are great. The course is in good condition. Just doesn't live up to the hype of being a luxury club, but has the expensive rates. The rental clubs are not great, the bag was worn out, the stickers on the clubs had never been removed and were quite worn. Only saw the cart girl once the entire round. The sand in the traps looks nice, but are very hard just under the surface. The cart GPS keeps bugging you to rate the course as your favorite. Overall not a great value.

A nice place to visit for golf lovers. Behind the course there are trails leading to covesand ocean. You can enjoy the ocean view sitting on rocks or walking aling the shore and seeing and enjoying the coves. Parking is available at the street as well as the gold course. Golf course is accessible easily from the parking even for wheelchairs, but for trails to the coves you need to walk down towards the ocean.

The course requires hitting your targets; otherwise, there are natural areas that eat up balls and plenty of bunkers. The restaurant is a good place for a post round meal, but avoid the fish and chips. The fish was mushy. Fries were good.

Great place for a walk around the cliff. Great view of the ocean from the walking path. Access to the beach from the trail but pets are not allowed at the beach in case you bring one!

We didn't go to golf but just walked the paved trail along the gold course which is right on the oceanside. The views are spectacular and the trail is kept in great condition. Just a warning though, it's quite hilly so make sure you wear sneakers and bring some water to hydrate, it can be a workout especially if you're pushing babies in strollers!

Trump Golf Course offers more than just golfing! I've dined inside their restaurant, which was delicious with great ambiance, but pricey. I've brought a picnic to hang out in their grassy/picnic table area, and I've even hiked some of their trails. The trails aren't too difficult, somewhat hilly, but not steep. Although I haven't attended a wedding here, but I've seen the staff members set up for weddings. There's almost something for everyone here!

I played the course and it was slightly challenging but a bit overpriced. I imagine if you want an ocean view then you will be satisfied. But if you look at other courses a bit further they could be much more economical and a bit more challenging.

Recently played Trump National and had a great time. Started with breakfast, the food was wonderful. Also had lunch there afterwards, everything was top notch. Course was in terrific shape, greens are faster than they look. You really need to golf your ball around this place, it is a challenge for sure. Ocean views from every hole, tight fairway grass, well manicured bunkers, super place to play. Manny the starter was very helpful and friendly, all the staff are very professional. Go play if you get the opportunity.

We didn't come here to play golf nor support Mr. Trump. We just happened to be driving by and saw a nice view. Then decided to park and walk around. There are some walking trails on the golf course that lead to the shore. Some trails are paved, some are dirt road. There are also some walkways that are for golfers only. Choose your path carefully. There aren't any signs pointing you back to the parking area, and no maps on the golf course itself. Luckily we remembered the hole numbered closest to the parking lot. The club house restaurant is opened to the public, but we did not want to give Mr. Trump our business. Might return for a longer hike and a picnic.

This place is 5🌟 star. I highly recommended this course. But if your handicap is above 12 you probably won't have that much fun . But if you are a 12 or lower you are in for a treat . The veiws are amazing and the course will challenge you from your first tee shot till your last putt . The golf course is right next to ocean and it surrounded by homes. There are hiking trails around the golf course which leads you down to the beach area. It's a great hike with spectacular views of the ocean.

Now this is a place that I could not afford, but the public trails to the ocean are amazing. Pretty much a dog beach when you get to the bottom of the cliffs, so watch out for dog poop.

A popular site for weddings and banquests located over looking the Peninsula in Rancho Palos Verdes. The surrounding scenery is beautiful when looking into the ocean. Valet is available. For those golf enthusiasts the driving range isn't much to look at.

I'm rating this coarse a 4 star based on the magnificent setting and conditions of the overall grounds. What disappointed me about the day I played was the pace of play that wasn't addressed by the marshalls. When I play an expensive track I expect the marshalls to do their job. For a 13 handicap golfer being only 1 over going into the 8th hole was very exciting until we ran into a foursome that wouldn't let us play through and a Marshall that was too worried about hurting the foursomes feelings. Unfortunately the slow play got to my head and I played the remaining 12 holes 14 over.

Ignore the one star reviews and their comments. I assure you they are NOT golfers! More than likely they are trying to diminish the owners name and know nothing about the game. I've played Kiawa Island, Torrey Pines, Pebble Beach and a few other "trophy" courses and Trump National Los Angeles is equal in every respect. Actually the views of the Pacific and Catalina Island are prominent on every hole on the course. Spectacular tack. Go play it! You'll be glad you did. And, be sure to speak with Manny the starter. Extrememly friendly and brilliant man that greets golfers in their native language ( he knows over 20 foreign languages)! Cool dude.
