Reviews of Burns Park Golf Course
Burns Park has always been one of my favorite places to take my kids they enjoy the swings the rods and I enjoy the golf course and the views of the river I think it's a Hidden Gem to Arkansas everything about Arkansas is amazing from Petty Jean Mountain to Pinnacle Mountain I've seen some great things since I've been here but this is one of my go-to places to walk the lake and I usually walk it all the way down to the rock quarry
Busy but fun. Not much shade, so if ur doing the disc golf course, morning or evening would be best.
They have worked well with us in the past and this year was no different. It's a fun course to play. I am more partial to the championship side!
Had my mom's 60th birthday party at the Heritage Room. It wasn't cleaned when I showed up. But the jaintor ensured me that he was taking care of it. It was very cool while it was scorching outside. It is kinda difficult to enter as the door inside is on the opposite side of the parking lot. The fridge is in a strange place. But overall met our needs.
They tried charging me $12 extra for my girlfriend just to RIDE with me in the cart. It‘s a two seat golf cart… who cares whether I ride by myself or not? I went to Pine Valley and they told me to pick out the cart with the best seat so my girlfriend is comfortable. That’s a pretty stark difference between the two places. Don’t bring your ride along person here. Go to Pine Valley or somewhere else.
Fun course, usually play champion side. Can walk or ride the course. A few of the employees aren’t very friendly but most are.
The course is in the best condition I have ever seen due to the hard work from the superintendent, the Pro, and the city of North Little Rock.
Since we are so limited when it comes to public courses, the fact that there are 2 full courses here makes it easier to get out, even when you don't have a tee time.
We rented the Heritage Room. It had plenty of space for our party
Love playing here. Only setback is the lack of food.
I attended a birthday party for my niece, the venue was spacious but the guy who was over seeing the building really acted like he didn't want to us ask him any questions or anything, guess because it was an all BLACK Party. We asked him to turn on the Tv's in there he said "only works" so he turned it on & left. Well, we decide to check the other two WOW they both came on just fine. Poor customer service especially when the cost was $400, $200 refundable deposit & $200 for three hours
Little pricey for wintertime but a decent layout and challenge. Very flat. It rained a ton so I'll have to come back in better conditions to reevaluate.
Great golf course. Better staff
I do like this course. It is not to hard. Pretty open course compared to others I have played. Ball sticks pretty good to the greens. It can get a bit busy but it is not to bad. It is a fun course and will continue to play there.
I love this little course. It's reasonably priced ($26 w/cart for a 9am tee time) and it's well kept, especially with the budget the state gives them.
2 sides, one is pretty standard difficulty, and the "Champions" (I believe) side is a higher difficulty.
Two courses to choose from. We played the tournament course for $33 with a cart. The front nine is flat and the back is hilly. Quite different nine’s. Greens rolled very well and were quick. I highly recommend this course for a fun day at a great deal
It has multiple courses the high school kids play a march once or twice a week here and they always have something happening. Great staff, super friendly and very nice. The championship course will surprise even the most seasoned golfer im told
I have played the course 3 times in the last few weeks. As a longtime resident of North Little Rock and Sherwood, I can honestly say that this golf course has never, ever, been in better condition. Great big Kudos to the on-site staff and the entire NLR Parks Department!
Very pretty place, there are two courses. It is fairly wide-open, so unless you're really bad you shouldn't lose too many balls. $32 with a cart for the championship course.
Price for a round, 2 courses to choose from, awesome customer service leads to return customers. The fairways and greens are always maintained to a high standard. Challenging elevation on several holes. Always an enjoyable visit.
Nice place for the price, the view is also nice
August 2021. Tournament course fairway and greens in good shape. Good price, good service. Carts in good shape. Cart paths rough.
Excellent place for a relaxing day of golf. Friendly staff and two great courses, somewhat challenging but not too difficult.
Fairly inexpensive golf (especially if you walk and carry your bag). They've made MANY improvements and I think the course is in the best shape it's ever been in. And I've been playing there for at least 20 years.
Played the older course and will play the new next time in town. Couple of fun holes on the hill that made it interesting.
The course was okay, when we went there was a lot of mud but overall it didn't feel as fun as some of the other courses in the area. The pro shop was clean and the workers were nice enough.
Great course, great staff
I Love this place! Two great courses! Plenty of challenge, Great amenities! Nice Club House, Great Staff, always friendly and helpful!
Late sunday morning game. Course was wide open. Good prices. Veterans discount.
My go to places to practice because you will have to hit every shot in the bag. Not Augusta but great course for the money.
Course is in very good shape. New landscape is great. Staff is friendly and always willing to help.
This is a fun disc golf course -- not particularly for any skill level. It's worth stopping by and playing a round!
I just played the championship 18 and I was very impressed with the level of difficulty and dynamics of the course. A good ball strikers course.
Great course. Perfect for people who play all the time or once a year. I would recommend Burns to anyone.
Nice golf course, very affordable price.
Fairways could use better maintenance
They have 2 18-hole courses. Played both but prefer the Tournament course.
Joe always takes great care of us! Hard to go anywhere else.
Course well maintained and is a good value. Tournament side needs a little work on the cart paths.
It was nice and clean. No burden shi...... all over the place
Great staff. Course better than ever this year. Thanks Terry H. And Mayor Joe Smith
Wonderful weather and lots of sun. Most of all was having my youngest daughter with me today
Course in great shape. Friendly staff.
Driving range, frisbee golf, soccer golf, a tournament-style 18-hole golf course and a championship 18-hole golf course both are awesome courses
Wrong time of year to play. Fairways were a mess and greens were not fair. Hole in slanting areas of the greens.
Great & inexpensive place to enjoy your day with friends & play some golf!
Burns Park provides an enjoyable and challenging golf experience at an affordable price.
Very good shape, little hard fairway, greens quick and fast .
Great place to go swimming now under alot of water may have to play with with boats right now
Nice course at good price. The championship course is nicer.
Easy to navigate. Played this course lots and lots. Love it
The scenery is gorgeous and the building looks well maintained.
Went to a Wedding shower here. Lovely scenery
I love getting the chance to play here!
Get coarse good friendly people, priced right
I am not a golfer, but the course looks beautiful!
Good course, my own fault for playing in August...
Did a wedding here nice place
Small greens , fairways need a little work. Friendly staff.
Great shape. Nothing to eat
Price is right and the staff is nice.
