Couldn't recommend VIP more.Outstanding customer service. Took care of everything. Booked the tee time,got rental clubs that were at the hotel before I even checked in. Pick up clubs after round is complete back at the hotel. (Although I dropped them off at their office, as it was very close to my hotel) played at Legacy golf club on September 30, 2022. Course was gorgeous, reasonably priced,perfect fairways and great scenery all over the course. If you want to get a round or 2 in, if you're in Vegas,Absolutely use VIP. Stressless experience.

We had a boys trip to Vegas and we wanted to get a couple rounds of golf in. I'm so glad we found VIP Golf Services. Justin took care of the rentals and the tee times. We played at bali hai and rhodes ranch. Bali Hai is a beautiful course on the strip. Carts have speakers built into then and it's really an awesome atmosphere. Rhodes Ranch is more of a serious golf club feel and the course is absolutely beautiful. I'm so impressed with the service and the quality of the courses I can't wait to go back. Didn't know what to expect from the rental clubs but I was really impressed. We got 2 ping sets and a titelist set and all of the clubs were in top shape. Amazing experience!!

Had a wonderful experience using them this past weekend. Golfed the Bali Hai Club and they were super efficient and friendly. No trouble at all. My clubs were there ready for me at my lobby and when we showed up our tee time (we scheduled through them) was ready to go as well. 10-10 with these guys! Thanks again. The folks at VIP Golf Services were highly professional, especially Jeff. He really helped us get the best courses that fit our pocketbooks. We had a group of 20 seniors. We played 3 consecutive days. Everyone was pleased. No one had a complaint. We are looking to return next year. We will definitely use VIP Golf Services if we do.

Seamless experience with VIP golf. They delivered two sets of well maintained clubs to our hotel and arranged for two rounds at courses in the area that were beautiful, one a desert course and another in a mountainous area. We then dropped the bags at our bell hop, to be picked up by VIP Golf and went on our way for other Vegas experiences. Will definately use VIP golf again when back in Vegas.

Everyone at VIP that I talked with were very friendly and helpful. Dropped clubs off at our hotel the night before and picked them up the day after we finished. I highly recommend Rhodes Ranch its one of the most resonanible priced courses in Vegas and in excellent shape. Red Rock Arroyo i wasn't impressed with. Highly recommend VIP GOLF

Justin and the entire VIPGolfservices team made our Vegas Golf experience exceptional in spite of last minute cancellations and re-bookings due to flight delays. You only know the true character or culture of the company and how they treat their customers only during the adversities, and I am glad to say that VIP Golf Services did not let us down. The rental clubs were delivered to hotel ahead of the time and were of exceptional quality/brand. The clubs were delivered (and later picked up from) our hotel, they were exactly what we expected, the price was reasonable, service was friendly and efficient... honestly, I couldn't ask for anything more. Everything worked as Dana said it would. Clubs were on time and Rhodes Ranch was a fun course and in good shape. Playing time was around 4 hours which made it even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend their service

An outstanding service with excellent customer focus! I have used VIP Golf Services twice to rent clubs and secure tee times when going to Las Vegas. The experience could not be more convenient - they will leave the clubs at your hotel's bell desk and you can drop them off to the bell desk after your final round - you don't even leave your hotel. They handle everything else including contacting the golf course - you just show up and play. And the guys who work here know the courses surrounding Las Vegas - they can help you figure out what kind of course to play or what kind of experience you are looking for. The tee time prices will save you some money, especially if you use the specials and play a few rounds. The rental clubs are in outstanding shape, showing very little wear - and you can usually get newer model clubs if you would like to try them out for a round. From my research, renting from VIP is much cheaper than from a resort course. Bottom line - in a city where customer focus is practically a necessity, VIP golf services stands out. Highly recommended and I will use them again.

Hello golfers out there! I’ve been using VIP Golf Services for several of my trips out to Las Vegas. I’ve always had a great experience with them. I prefer to deal with Jason, he’s been very helpful and prompt in responses to me, and it’s all done through email. Our group usually has one individual who rents clubs and they deliver those to our hotel the night before the round. They even come back and pick up them up post round. They know Las Vegas golf courses; the layouts, Overseeding season, etc. They will be a big help to your golf needs. Just booked a round for October of this year. When going to Vegas I always take my clubs. Before the trip I book my tee times with VIP Golf Services. I give them my handicap, the yardages I like to play, the distance I am willing to travel, the time frame and the price range I want. Within hours the send me choices and I make my picks and they make the reservations. Ideal with Hon but they entire staff is knowledgeable and polite. I recommend VIP Golf Services.

We are living in challenging times and this is no different for me at home in Scotland, however nothing was a problem and courses were suggested, rearranged and eventually confirmed. I am delighted with the package I have in place and god willing I will be able to travel to Nevada in October to enjoy it. I arrived in Las Vegas for a quick 36 hour trip and wanted to play a round of golf with my son. I left my clubs at home because the course we were playing at had rentals available. Turned out that they didn't because of the Covid. I reached out to VIP Golf Services early in the morning and was contacted by one of the owners. He informed me that the office had very limited hours due to the pandemic and inquired what I was seeking. I told him a set of clubs for a one day rental. Not only did he drive over to the store and hook me up with a great set of clubs, he went out of his way to make sure my day wouldn't take a hit due to this craziness that is 2020. Talk about going above and beyond. They are all about customer service and making sure all the details are covered. I look forward to coming back to town for a week in June and having VIP take care of all my needs from tee times to rental clubs. This was truly a bright spot in an otherwise generic world. I highly recommend this awesome company because of their upfront pricing policy and tremendous customer service. A much better deal than renting clubs at the course because of the massive inventory of clubs to choose from. When you go to VIP Golf Services, you are truly treated as a VIP! Great and Easy service. I called a week ahead and Justin was a huge help in getting my group set-up with clubs/course recommendations. Once we were set, all I had to do was check-in to my hotel and the clubs were delivered to the bell desk. The night of your last round, you just return it back to the bell desk. Absolutely the best!!!!!! If you plan to visit Las Vegas and do some golfing, contact VIP Golf Services. We come from Hawaii and have used them for the past 4 years. I have arranged an annual Vegas golf outing through VIP since at least 2013. It's a great one stop shop to get all your courses, tee times and rentals set up in one call. I set up 5 to 6 days with multiple tee times at all different courses and Justin, Jason and Jon are knowledgeable and can suggest new courses to try that are relative to ones we've already enjoyed. With my friends coming in from all over the country I especially like that I just send them an email with the VIP phone number and courses that we are playing. They call VIP and VIP collects the money by allowing each participant to call in to them with their credit card info. I don't have to chase the money down or pay at the courses. VIP pays the courses so you just walk up, sign in and play. As good as that is, they are responsive by phone and email and also very flexible when it comes to my people changing plans or adding players up until the course deadlines. Great service... wish it was everywhere we play golf.

Justin and all the staff at VIP Golf were the best in planning the trip. But most importantly when things went wrong they were right there for us. This includes cancelling and obtaining refunds for one of our golfers when he had to cancel to to an illness in the family with one days notice. As well when we were stuck in a nasty traffic night mare for 4 hours they were able to get us refunds and arranged for us to play at a reduced rate when we arrived at the course 2 hours after our starting time. The staff at VIP were there for us every step of the way. Oh and the most important were the courses they helped us pick!! some of the best courses i have ever played on! Wolf Creek in Mesquite was worth every penny and well worth the 4 hours we spent stuck in traffic!! Thank you again Justin and all the staff at VIP Golf for going above and beyond!!!

For the last 9 years (2011) I've been using VIP Golf Services for our annual Vegas guy's golf outing; each year we select different local golf courses to try and also select different rental clubs from VIP's great selection from the major golf equipment manufactures. VIP's service has always been exceptional... from setting up the tee times for the courses we've selected, delivering the rental clubs to the hotel the day before we need them and picking them up after our last round of golf, to providing all the information about the different golf courses (maps, amenities, course condition, etc.). Another great service VIP provides is their ability to setup tee time guest reservations to some of the local "private" golf courses.

The time of year we were going to play, alot of the courses were either overseeding or aerating, so VIP found courses that were playable and would allow the carts on the course. Rarely have I had such a flawless customer experience! If you need golf clubs while in Las Vegas....look no further! My husband and i were in Las Vegas for my son's destination wedding and wanted to play a round of golf but didn't want to lug our clubs with us. VIP Golf was the smoothest service I think I have ever encountered. They delivered our clubs right to our hotel (with no upcharge for that service) included lunch and drink vouchers and were top notch in their communications with us.

I have been booking my annual golf trip with Justin Rubenstein at VIP Golf Services for 3 years now. We have 20 guys and play 4-5 courses a trip, we also have Justin book our transportation as well, nobody wants to drive in Vegas. Justin makes the whole process simple and enjoyable, he has knowledge of all the Las Vegas courses and can till you if they are in good shape or not. He will make sure you don't book any courses that was recently aerated as well. I use these guys every year for setting up golf. I usually task them with coming up with golf courses for a foursome, during the difficult September Re-seeding time of year. I ask them to find me courses that are NOT cart path only, and I want courses that haven't been aerated right before we play them. I usually need 3 days of golf at different courses and they come through for me every year. Green fees are always pre-paid before we get to the course, and we have never had a problem. 2 of us get club rentals from them every year and the clubs are always in good condition, and the clubs have always been delivered to the hotel on time. If you're wanting to golf in Las Vegas, and you're from out of town, just call them and let them do the work for you.

Being from Montreal and not having the time to research golf courses in the Vegas area Jon Skaggs helped me out immensely....he not only knows the courses in the area, he plays golf. FANTASTIC!! HERES THE BREAKDOWN 1pm - called them spoke with Jon Skaggs 115 we picked three rounds a golf over two days. 145 had my clubs 220 im at the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club When i arrive.
