Reviews of Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort
Brandon Beaulieu
This was by far our favourite set of tracks in Vegas.. The Wolf was the longest course I've ever played, and was a great challenge for a sub-par skilled golfer. Greens were very firm and fast, at times very difficult to read but it made for a fun challenge. Sun mountain was a very similar story with the greens, and also an excellent yet fair challenge. Snow mountain was closed for aeration but we will be back to play it for sure.
Both tracks were meticulously maintained, and the views will make you stop and stare often. It's a short drive out of the city center but it's totally worth it to be out in the middle of the desert playing such a beautiful golf course.
I recommend this to anyone looking for a top notch course. The staff were amazing and the restaurant was delicious and inexpensive. The pro shop also offered a huge variety of golf attire. 10/10

This is a really nice golf course, but the price seems a little steep. First of all super long, if you love playing long clubs this is the course for you. The wind was extreme and a local guy told us that's the norm, so count on that if you go. We played the wolf course and it was really cool. Hole 15 the island was really cool in particular. Would recommend if you can get a good deal.

By far the best golf course I have ever played. visiting this area on a golf trip and played the Wolf course today. It provided amazing views and a great challenge to me. The course required tactful shots and the conditions were like nothing i have ever seen before. This is a must stop course that is priced fairly for what it delivers.

Played Wolf and Snow mountain 2/7/23 and the course was in great condition. Firmest and fastest greens I’ve ever seen and I’ve played a lot of top courses. It was cold and windy that day and I heard from everyone there that it’s always windy out there as it’s very flat and no cover to block the wind. If you are not comfortable with greens that are firm and fast you probably will not enjoy it. I like firm and fast but these were a little excessive. The guys in the pro shop said they were running at 12.5. Downhill/ downwind putts had to be around 16. I’m a 5 handicap and typically can shoot 80 or better on a new course. I only lost one ball the first round and shot 88 with the overwhelming majority of extra strokes on and around the green. Full shots into the greens had no chance of holding even if you landed on the front edge. Just something to be aware of. The island green on 16 was cool.

Had the pleasure of playing our annual event at Paiute for the first time last week. I have been very fortunate and have played a lot of nice courses all over the world and Snow Mountain is as finely conditioned as any course I've ever played. Not a blade of grass out of place. Tee boxes, fairways, greens, and bunkers were absolutely perfect. The staff left no detail to spare, communication, transfers to and from the driving range, pro shop, beverage cart, and restaurant were all world class golfer experiences. I highly recommend making this your go to course when in Vegas.
Chasing Daylight Podcast
We’ve ranked the Snow Mountain course at Paiute Resort the best in Vegas for two of the last three years on the podcast. But, the Sun and Wolf courses were 2 and 3, respectively.
These images are of the Sun Mountain course, and were taken on 10/28/2022.
Aside from the mass influx of Grasshoppers, the Sun Mountain course did not disappoint. The greens right now are flawless, as well as everything else.
If you’ve never played Paiute, make sure to get out there. It’s arguably the best golf in Vegas! With three 18-Hole courses, all designed by the late great Pete Dye, the golf is as spectacular as the views and the conditions. You can’t go wrong deciding to play golf here, and you can thank us later!

What an amazing course from price to play to chart services to even the pro shop!!
We had the chance to play Sun and Wolf and will be coming back out in November to play Snow!
These courses where setup for risk reward as well as steady play and pace. Now we did get to play both these courses in a scramble style tournament so the options did gave the best shot. Even still the rough and the second cuts where in amazing conditions.
The course from a duffers stand point was 5/5 premium shots!!
When in Vegas and you are a golfer be sure to add these to your list to play you will not regret it!!

Stopped by to see the views went inside to check it out and learn about this resort and find out if there were hotel rooms. The views are beautiful I wish they did have hotel rooms just a small amount. What a beautiful place to have a wedding or venue all the rooms are beautiful I have been to a venue on the banquet side but the restaurant side is just as beautiful and lunch is served every day. There are three 18-hole golf courses a huge bar and a huge dining room very clean beautiful bathrooms the whole place is pristine! The lovely bartender Veronica was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to visit again and grab lunch!

My experience is limited to the bar and grill.
The server and staff provided attentive service. Food came out quickly and the portions generous!
The party I was with sat ourselves by the large bay windows that displayed a fantastic view. Thing like grass, water, ducks and well planned landscaping are a feast for the eyes if you live in Las Vegas during the summer.
I will go back!

If you come out to Las Vegas to relax and play golf, you've got to head north to Paiute Golf Resort. They have 3 of the finest courses you'll play in the area. The green fees are fair and the facilities are top notch. The surrounding scenery is phenomenal too! If you play in the late afternoon you may even get to hear the coyotes howling at each other. I've been there several times over the last 8 years and it doesn't disappoint. Enjoy!
S. Richard Grant
A amazing oasis of golf just 35/45 minutes outside the Strip. 3 courses to chose from with amazing vistas as you okay some challenging golf. The wind provides the course some defense as you are literally put in the desert.
Bob West
As pure as the driven snow! Sun Mountain was amazing! Greens were firm, fast and receptive. Fairways tight firm and fast. Great staff! The best conditions you’ll find in the Vegas area!

Pains me to give this place 3 stars bc the golf is legit. Staff meh. Stood there for a couple mins while golf staff bro were talking about what irons they used into the closing holes of whatever tourney only to score a …. Finally recognized -then checked in. My cart which the gps never worked- alerted me on hole 5 I had 30 mins of battery left. I notified the Amy winehouse gal answering the phone and no one responded with a fresh cart . Limped the cart in to hole 9 by turning the cart on and off. Switched the cart off with the reluctant 1/2 way house lady. Service at this place is on par with a muni- golf is great otherwise wouldn’t return. Maybe even a 2.5 star rating.
Anthony Cera
Incredible golf course. Definitely recommend driving away from the strip to play in these conditions. Great clubhouse as well with great views and food.
Mark Biletnikoff
Great golf! Great facility! Be careful when it's windy, the courses will eat your lunch. But A+++
Jaret
I played the wolf and to say it was nothing short of extraordinary still doesn'tdo justice, this was the single greatest course I have EVER played! Everyone who worked there was extremely accommodating and friendly, the practice facilities before the round were excellent and the course as a whole was just breath taking. Bring your A-Game otherwise this course will rip you apart. As an 8 handicap this was easily the most difficult course I've ever played, celebrate your pars, beware of the wind, take your medicine when necessary and most importantly have fun! Cant wait to come back and play the other 2 courses!!!
Reggie Franklin
I would recommend this course to everyone!!! It was at least 15 degrees cooler on the course than it was on the strip. Beautiful course and club house, great food and nice staff! TOP NOTCH!!!
Show Time
Great course with excellent greens. They had a grasshopper infestation which was crazy. It would have been nice to get a heads up beforehand. These things were everywhere on the course.
Adrian Altamirano
Great course, we held a 14 person round, they were accommodating and welcoming, unfortunately the grasshoppers and wind storm made it difficult this time around but we were taken care of by the Paiute team.
Thank you Cliff and Tom. We look forward to another round in the future.
Katelyn Faye Photography
I love this wedding venue! The team is always kind and ready to help, the ceremony space has a beautiful view. I'm looking forward to photographing more weddings at Paiute! :)
Shaun Rock
What a fantastic place. The best conditioned golf course I've ever played and ove been to a lot of countries! The rye grass fairways are great like greens!! none of that horrible Bermuda grass. We'll worth the price to get there and the $109 to play. Great staff and great food add to the experience

Five Stars Plus.
Cannot say enough good things about this course. The service from everyone was excellent beginning with reservations, continuing to the baggage drop and into the pro shop. The restaurant service was excellent as was the food included in our Golf-a-Palooza package. Course Rangers were outstanding. They not only checked our progress but offered water regularly to ensure we stay hydrated on a warm Nevada day.
We booked the Golf-a-Palooza with our first tee time at 6:42 a.m. on the Sun Mountain course. Our planned second tee time was scheduled at 12:17 p.m. on the Snow Mountain course. We finished our first round early and realized we might be able to get 54 holes in for the day. The pro shop staff suggested that we get our lunch to go to ensure that we had enough time to play the 54 holes. Restaurant staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They expedited our order and the food was outstanding. When we finished our 27th hole, a ranger came out to the green and told us that they had fresh carts ready to go to ensure that our carts had a good charge for the remainder of our round. The rangers had been informed that we were trying to get in 54 holes and they didn't want anything to keep us from getting it done. The new carts we're loaded with water and fresh, iced towels. When we completed or 27th hole, the rangers swapped out our bags with the efficiency of a NASCAR pit crew.
We finished our last round at 6:42pm., exactly 12 hours after we started our first round.
Course conditions were excellent. The fairways, the rough and the greens were all in excellent condition.
Paiute is truly an amazing golf experience on great course with amazing views.
We will definitely be coming back to Paiute the next time we are in the Vegas area for a golf trip.
This place is the best.
Rita Cream
Such a magnificent view. Ordered the Prime rib dip and cheeseburger. Delicious. Had house cab. Very good. Service is the best too. Prices very reasonable.
Jarred M
What an incredible place !!! If you have the chance play this place . The staff there were great staff as well.
Sean Mitchell
Courses were in amazing shape. Wolf was my favorite. We played Wolf and Snow. Pro shop had a great selection.
cortney gordon
My husband and I had a wonderful time. The resort and the courses are all so beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Jayme Brown
Just a relaxing drive and staying warm watching the golfers love their sport No matter how COLD

Now, I know that I am not a seasoned veteran, but I would boldly venture to say that that the Piutae golf courses could easily be one of best public golf courses in the country. It's definitely the best one in the Vegas area. That's for damn sure. I mean, awesome service, beautiful & breath taking lay outs, with pristine conditions. And that's even out of season. I've played a few country clubs and they can't hold a candle next to this place. If you are looking for pure golf and an awesome time, then this is your place.
William Eric
Pauite was amazing. Great experience with the proshop, starters, and bag drop guys. Course is in perfect shape. Very accommodating and their replay rate for the second 18 was only $40. Enjoyed the Roast Prime Rib sandwich between the two rounds. We will be back. Thanks Pauite 👍🤙 …

Played the Wolf course on Saturday, 11/12. As others have noted, the course is in great condition. It was somewhat busy on the day we went, being a holiday weekend. All courses seemed full, had to wait at the practice range for a spot to hit, but pace of play wasn't too bad. The only long waits were on the back nine par 3s but I think that's due to course design, since they are longer par 3s preceded by short easy par 4s.
Two things brought down the experience for me:
1. The grasshoppers, at least at the time I played, were a nuisance. They are particularly bad on the edges of the property (don't hit it left on hole #3 like I did). It's incredible sight to see, but much too distracting in my opinion. Spending the money this course charges to be pelted by them wherever you go and having to shoo/sweep them out of your putting line is not my idea of a good time. They get everywhere, I got some in my jacket hood, cup holders, I found some in my car the next morning. If you are at all adverse to bugs, do not come here until conditions improve.
2. Playing in November after the daylight savings time change like we did can be a ripoff under their current "peak season" pricing model. The rate for our 12:50 tee time was $229 and that is the rate for all tee times between 11AM-2PM. We were able to finish 14 holes before it was too dark/cold to continue. I was there to celebrate a friend's birthday so it was a special situation, but if I was just playing a normal round I would not consider a tee time that has no chance to finish 18 holes to be worth it at this price. Folks who teed off closer to 2PM would have paid that same rate and would have barely finished 9-10 holes, which is an atrocious, borderline predatory value in my opinion.
Long story short, well-manicured course, albeit a little too expensive in certain situations. Also, consider holding off until the grasshopper situation is under control if you don't want to be swatting them away all round.
Aaron Byun
Played wolf course! It was windy and I enjoyed mostly. The 15th par 3 hole is one of the most beautiful courses that I have ever played. Was told that the other 2 course are also great so hopefully I wish I could come back soon and play the whole courses in Paiute! ( Oh I am from Vancouver, Canada)
Mark Gay
Great course with friendly staff. Played years ago and the greens were like glass. Ten foot putts went thirty feet. Played last week and the greens were fast but manageable. Great conditions on every hole.
Roger Nicholas
Great venue for a wedding!
Wonderful views of the golf course and mountains.
Very friendly staff and nice facilities!
Enjoy!
Paul Brooksbank
Love this place, we played all 3 courses when we visited Vegas in 2017 so had to go back again when we visited in 2022!
We played Snow Mountain and it was as good as I remembered it, course and greens were awesome!
An absolute must play for anyone golfing around Las Vegas.
Hugh Kim
Absolutely fantastic course!! Condition and facility are very nice and luxurious indeed. It was pretty windy for the day so that overall course difficulty was quite hard but I did really enjoy playing here. For the Wolf course, if you visit here in the morning, you might feel hard to practice at the range since direct to the sun. Again this was a gorgeous course and highly worth to play here!
Fleur de la Fleurs
What a wonderful experience we had here! Just lovely!

If you're looking to play a true gem in the desert the next time you're on the strip, take the 20 minute drive out of town and head out to Las Vegas Paiute. We played The Wolf and it lived up to all of the hype. Challenging but fun, the greens were fast but a fair read. Plenty of risk/reward shots sprayed all over the course, just as Pete would want it. The par 3s all give varying looks and don't just play the same club all over the course. Loved how despite being in the desert on mostly flat terrain, it felt like you were all alone out there on many holes, making it easy for a hack like me to not worry about the guy on the next hole over making fun of me! The staff were all absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. Plenty of great tips to pick up about the course if you've never played, just ask around and they'll give you the inside scoop. Can't wait to get back out and play their other two courses (Sun and Snow), this place has everything you need for your golf-getaway trip!
Eugene Shmitsman
40 minutes drive outside of strip. Much cooler weather than in the midst of a concrete jungle. Great course, beautiful landscape, and just a bit windy. Definitely recommend.
Chad Ensey
I've played a lot of golf in a lot of beautiful places and on some amazing tracks. This was the best course conditions I've ever seen. We played the Snow Mtn course and it's immaculate from tee to green. The fairways are lush with ZERO bare or burnt or thin spots. So LUSH in the middle of the desert. The greens were firm, fast and perfectly manicured. No dead spots. The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance were the grasshoppers. Mostly they just get out of the way but on the edge of the course near Hole 4 they were locust biblical like swarms. Staff was great from check in to cart girl! Played TPC Las Vegas in Summerlin in the am before this course and I would rather play Paiute every time. We will be returning to play the other courses soon. Thanks for a truly memorable round of golf!
Chaz
I've played over 150 rounds on around 50-60 courses and so far this course is ranked #1 on that list. The condition of the course was perfect - bright green grass over every square inch, even in late September.
The layout of the course (a Pete Dye design) requires a lot of creativity and required using almost every club I had in the bag (and we played the easiest Snow course). It's a lot of fun to have to have to decide on a club and what risk to take off of every tee box. Also, despite being a desert course, I felt like there was plenty of room to not loose a large amount of golf balls.
The twilight round and breeze made for a perfect temperature with great views of the hazy blue mountains and pink sunset.
Will definitely be coming back next year to play the other 2 courses!
Matt Peppes
Some of the best golf I’ve played anywhere! Only ~30 minute drive from the strip and it’s worth every minute of the drive. The entire property was incredible and you could tell every one of their three courses was very well taken care of. We came here on two separate days and played the Sun Mountain course one day and the Wolf course the other. Both were very well maintained and challenging…yet still playable for even high handicappers. Can’t wait to come back again to play Snow Mountain!
Mark Levesque
Beautiful relaxing views from clubhouse dinning room . Appetizer Sampler plate is a tasty meal for 2/3 and goes perfectly with a cold glass of Guinness ! Whether finishing a round of golf or a visit to nearby Corn Creek it's a great place to stop by
Jimmy NGUYEN
Play at the Wolf Course. The Course, Layout, Fairway are very nice and challenging. But the greens is the best condition out of our 5 LV courses we play. But the WIND is just ridiculous. The gust would move my ball while was preparing to putt. Ball fell off the tee few times. This would've been a perfect course to play if there's no wind. We had to cancel our next round at the Snow course.
Rob Barr
Great course. Nice layout. Challenging when we played because of the desert wind, but highly recommend it. Great and friendly staff.
Tejas Shah
This is a must play course. I would like thank Jeff (GM) for making our trip so memorable. Hospitality is outstanding. Fantastic people. Love this course. I wish I could have played all three.
Greens were by far the best we played on our whole golf trip. Next time we are playing all three.
Amina Bhaidani
Beautiful place spectacular views exceptionally gorgeous must visit
Stuart Wilkins
A beautiful golf course and immaculately kept. Likely the best maintained course and grounds I have played.
The surroundings are beautiful, wildlife is abundant [as much as it is in the desert] and it is just a stunning experience.
The course is challenging in a delightful way... bring a few more balls than you think you’ll need. 😉
All around a great time and well worth the cost and the drive. We didn’t partake, but they also offer WILD AND CRAZY golf carts... like a Limo cart, an Escalade cart and some others for maximum fun.
Lastly, *respect the Out-of-Bounds markings*
... you’ll understand why when you see it.
Robert Rottiers
Great golf in a tremendous setting. Excellent customer service and helpful! Always in great shape. Plenty of bathrooms along the course!
Scott Toler
Great 36 holes just 30 miles from the strip. Definitely a course that's part of our annual rotation! Great layout and always lush fairways and greens. Friendliest staff of any course I've been to anywhere!
Michael Whitlock
Always in great shape So be prepared to have your game intact , because it will be challenged. The GM and the beautiful super helpful receptionist make the place AWESOME
eric richardson
Played Snow Mountain. Perfectly fair test of golf. This looks exactly like what I imagine a desert course should be. Absolutely painted into the scenery. Great deal for the price and I can't wait to play the other courses some day. If you are in Vegas you cannot miss playing here.
Brian F
Beautiful gold courses! I can’t even believe these courses are in the middle of the desert! What a treat to be able to play and have amazing scenery to take in! An appropriate amount of water and a lack of trees is a golfers dream! If you find yourself in Vegas... I recommend taking a quick Uber or Lyft out here with some friends to get a quick round in!
David Pattenaude
I didn't go here, just dropped off clients.
This place is beautiful on the drive in.
Can't imagine the actual property..
Clients say it's Awesome..
Tammy Liu
Love this golf course, with 54 holes. In the middle of the desert, each hole is surrounded by desert and the mountains. Fairways and greens were very well maintained, in great condition. The dining room has a fantastic view of the course.
Chris Lovato
My wife and I have played some exceptional courses around the country. Once we stepped into the clubhouse, it was special. We enjoyed a little bite to eat at the restaurant and then checked in to play the challenging Wolf course. We had our grandson with us and everyone was accommodating. We got paired up with a couple of Mounties from Canada and had an absolute brilliant time. The course was exceptional and the views wonderful. Greens were tough. You had to pitch precise but the course allowed you opportunities. The signature island hole was fun! Almost as fun as Coeur D'alene. The Wolf course was great, can't wait to return.
Jeff Barlow
3 great courses.
Played the snow course this time, was a great day to play for December 31st. 56 ° and sunny.
Michael Tedesco
This was a shocking surprise to us. The fact that such a magnificent golf course can exist in the middle of nowhere is a true testament to man's ignorance. Built on one of Nevada's largest water reserves, Paiute has water on all three courses. The tracks here are not only beautiful they are also challenging. This honestly may be one of the best public golf courses in the country. Took about 30 minutes from center of the strip to get here.
Donghyun Shin
The Wolf course is consistently seen on top golf course lists and I try to play this course if golf is an option on a trip to Vegas.
Conditions were great. Pace of play was good... Tee'd off at 1247pm and finished by sundown around 5pm
It does get cold around 4 so come prepared.
7000 yards from the black tees is pretty challenging, especially for casual golfers.
Jose Ferguson
This place never disappoints, hands down best course in Las Vegas, its always in great shape, it has great views and its just golf and nature out here. All 3 tracks are great but Wolf is definitely the better of the 3 and the one that challenges golfers the most. Wind is a factor out here and gold knowledge is definitely needed for the more competitive golfer to put up a score. These course challenge all levels of play with their different tees but it is also definitely enjoyable for any skill level beginner - pro. I did try to get a tournament here for an AM Tour coming to Las Vegas but never heard back from them after sending them a few emails. Its a shame as this would've been great to kick off the Tour's inaugural event in Las Vegas but oh well, as a local I enjoy playing here. Maybe next year I can get a response or might have to get there early one day and try to talk someone in person... the course is till too good to ding them a star for that as most people are not trying to put up competitive tournaments when they read this review so it stays at 5 stars.
nick chadbourne
On holiday from the UK we played Snow Mountain and it’s was honestly one of the best golf experiences I’ve had. All of the staff are super attentive and very helpful, from the pro shop staff to the starters and bar/restaurant staff nothing was too much trouble. The course was in amazing condition and just challenging enough especially with a little wind. Stay for a drink and some food after your round, the food was excellent and the view from your table is worth the money alone. Cannot recommend more highly.
Nathan Hale
Windy but beautiful! We felt rushed a few times while playing best ball but it was a lot of fun!
Billy Virgi
Loved this course as well as the layout by the notorious Pete Dye. Very challenging but the right shots are heavily rewarded where poor decisions are penalized. Hands down my favorite option in Vegas for this price range. Staff is ultra friendly and helpful. Loved my experience, just waiting for them to get some lodging so I can sleep on site and binge golf for 5 days straight!
Sean Fagan
Outstanding in every way. Beautiful views from the drive in, to the clubhouse and restaurant, to every single hole. With 3 professional courses and 2 full ranges and practice areas, this is a place you can play every week. Courses are all in pristine condition and if you can handle the desert wind, you’ll never want to stop playing here.
Harold Etheridge
Simply beautiful. Fun course and amazing scenery
Jesse Pittman
One of the better courses in Vegas, its a bit out of the way but worth the drive. Can get a bit windy, so be prepared. They really do keep the place nice, and services are pretty good. Hard to get a tee time at times, so book in advance.
Junhyuk Yoon
Unbelievable sceneries surrounding golf course that make you hard to focus on the game. Probably one of the best courses I have ever been to, if not the best. A golfer must visit Paiute especially if in LV area. Golf course condition was at their best.
Peter Hayes
My favourite course(Wolf), good test, immaculate condition, great scenery
Nino Azurin
Played the Wolf course, and wow! Loved the layout, conditions is amazing given that time of the year. Staff is welcoming and really helpful. The range and practice facility is awesome as well, worth the drive from the strip for sure! Loved the island green on the Wolf course (15th), dont go long! Will definitely come back this summer
Patrick O'Brien
Probably one of my favorite courses in the Vegas area. 3 great courses, all in great shape, with the Wolf being the most challenging. I highly recommend playing this course. Great, friendly service, great food and reasonably priced drinks.
Kevin Janton
Course won today, but I will be back with a better game. Staff was awesome and lunch for very good.
ThatDudeHemp
Very well maintained, greens were top notch. Had a little issue with the GPS on the cart. Worth the 25-30 minute drive.
Nik Rule
I’ve been to this resort twice, and thoroughly impressed each time. Paiute will be a stop anytime I’m in Las Vegas. I cannot recommend these three courses enough.
Mike M
Courses are beautiful but the wind can be brutal. 5 star course but depending on your golf you might want to consider your consistently in a 2 club wind
Scott Denoon
Played all 3 courses here. Although mostly similar, all 3 were very fun. Great staff who allowed us to leave bags overnight with us playing the next day. Facilities are excellent all-around. Worth the trip, even if you are staying on the Strip.
Chase Nielsen
Would definitely recommend to play. Challenging greens that will punish you. Well manicured. Nice employees. Great clubhouse (seriously). Will come back again.
Word to the wise, however. It's cooler out here because of the elevation change and we did not give that enough credit. In the summer months that's a plus, but in February there is a significant difference. Teeing off near the strip around 745 is cool but comfortable. Teeing off here at 745 is freezing, and it took us 5 to 6 holes to feel warm.
Tom Falter
Great facility and staff. Immaculate course. Challenging play. Worth a try if you want quiet golf away from the city.
Sparkle Blu
Curiosity lead me to the Pauites Golf course. It was a great open drive heading towards Mtn. Charleston. About an hour away from Vegas with the open road and fresh air really did me some good.
Michael Jones
Very Nice course. Fairways are not that wide but you can hit you ball out of the desert if you can find it. Lot of cross winds
Brice Harrison
Well worth the 30 minute drive from Vegas - great facilities and amazing golf. Played here for the first time February 2018. Recommendation is to do it up right and do the ‘golfapalooza’ deal which gets you 36 holes plus a really great lunch and draft beer for reasonable price. Will be back!
brian dale
Way, way too slow playing Sun. Played Wolf in past, no issues, Sun took forever and staff encouraged group of 25 plus to stage for pictures after finished round on 18th for at least 15 minutes while we waited. Several groups (actually all between us and them) quit before round ended due to very selfish (I believe wedding party) that were loud, drunk, and disrespectful to all others playing. On our 17th tee one male (not a gentleman) decided to urinate behind all his buddies while at least 2 groups playing their 18th more or less directly in view of anyone playing behind. I don't have an issue with public urination, it happens, just be extremely discrete, not a drunken fool. Course was in excellent shape and the greens where extremely fast, unfortunate that one (or 4 or 5) group could destroy an easy 5 out of 5 review.
Robert Peel
Have played all 3 courses (Wolf, Snow and Mountain). They are all well kept and beautiful with Wolf being the premier of the 3. Great prices too. A little bit of a drive to get there from the strip, but totally worth it.
Julie Helmer
The course was beautiful and very well maintained. Enjoyed the practice ranges as well!!
mallorie nelson
It’s a BEAUTIFUL course, we had such a great time playing, and everyone who worked there that we encountered was terrific. The service was fantastic. I would go back and play again in a hot minute.
John Armstrong
Great golf course. Golfed with friends and had a great time. I’ve golfed in Hawaii, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana and Colorado, etc. We will definitely be back
Convoy Piano
played for 2 days in a row at Sun mountain and Wolf courses. very well maintained courses and good layout. will come back in near future.
robert sigler
This is the best golfing value in Las Vegas! So quiet and peaceful out in the desert too. The 3 courses at Paiute are probably the best maintained public courses in Las Vegas. Yes, the greens can be fast -- and usually are due to the windy canyon -- but they are pure and challenge your putting and chipping skills. The fairways are generous, vistas fabulous, and native wildlife happy-campers to behold. Highly recommend the practice areas as they're just what they should be...a great place to fine tune all aspects of your game. (Pay a nominal fee for unlimited use.) The pro shop is one of the best in Vegas...fully stocked with anything you might need. Overall, this multiple course golfing complex is definitely worth the 20 minute scenic drive up 95 and well worth a five star rating! TIP: go early to feel the course wake-up as the wildlife start their day.
Charles Lee
This place is like an oasis in the middle of the desert. The club house is cool and a good place to hang out. There is an all natural practice range. The food and drinks are good at a reasonable price. Parking is close by the clubhouse. The green is true break green. The course is well maintained. I would come again for golf.
Gene Waggoner
Played Wolf course. Best round I have played in Las Vegas yet. Even with all the COVID-19 restrictions they manage to keep the fairways and greens well maintained. I will be playing it again this fall for sure!
Susan Ward
Lovely golf course! Very playable. Staff was helpful and friendly!
Federico Tinsay
Excellent friendly professional staff, played all 3 courses wolf, snow and sun in late Febuary, course is in great condition for winter, everything was green (not painted like some courses). Tough greens to read and can be fast. Worth the 30 min drive from the strip. Driving range, chipping and putting green are also good and there were 2 of each. Wolf is their signature course but sun was harder can be long if you play the back or even the men's tees but due to elevation shots go longer. Hit 2 300 yard drives and I am usually a 250 yard guy. This place can be windy if it's 10mph in the strip it can be 20mph in Paiute, was told that sometimes ball will not hold the green. When too windy check the weather.
Tom Smith
My favorite course in Vegas easily. Always in top conditions and great service.
Kevin Ireland
Best kept secret in Vegas. This is an absolutely wonderful course and operation. Great food too.
Kevin Iole
Three GREAT 18-hole Pete Dye courses and two huge practice areas. Always in magnificent shape with an awesome staff
Thomas Fitzpatrick
Beautiful. I didn’t care for the sand which was very gritty. Not the nice powered sand of other courses.
Sean 509
Great course with beautiful views. I played Wolf and Sun, both were incredible. Wolf is a must.
Tux Buttocks
great place to take the grandmas to breakfast on the weekend!
Tim Lagace
Played the Wolf Course which was Absolutely Beautiful and a Must Play if ever in Las Vegas. Pete Dye never disappoints!!
The CoolGamer184
3 great tough courses, luckily the wind wasn't a factor today. Staff is 1st class & top notch.
Connie Kolosvary
Tranquil view of the unspoiled desert and mountains while dining. The best service!
kroggs04
Good layout, service was great other than some miscommunication between the guys outside and inside. Was told a hour frost delay so we took our time then 5 minutes later the starter is hounding us to get on the tee box. As a non resident the $130 price tag is way too expensive for early spring golf in February for the condition the course was.
David Benning
The Paiute Golf is well worth the 40 min from the Las Vegas Strip to play a round of golf for 1/3 of the cost on the strip...course was beautifully maintained and the views are spectacular...golf clubs available for those who did not bring with them...staff are friendly...beverage cart around 3 times for us...without a doubt aust for the golf addict...sun mountain is the easiest, followed by snow mountain and then the Wolf. DON'T MISS THE CHANCE
Anthony Guarino
While visiting Las Vegas with my friends, the four of us played 18 holes at Paiute. This course is a bit of a drive off the Las Vegas strip - but definitely worth the drive. Beautiful layout, fairways and greens are pristine, and the staff was very good. Would definitely come back next time we are in Las Vegas.
David True
Loved this place. Facility was amazing, golf was fun, had the private feeling at a reasonable price. The cost to play $90, cost for rentals $70, Uber ride from the strip $45 we will be back. The course played was decent. I am a 15 handicap and I thought it was great.
Timothy McMillan
Great food, lovely atmosphere and the golf course scenery is amazing.
Hartmut Bendfeldt
Great Golf course. Played it in very windy conditions (25-30 mph with 50-60 mph gusts). Lightning fast greens. Absolutely a great place to play golf. Will come again.
Dick Atterberry
Played golf only Snow Course awesome track greens so fast
Chris Rankin
Stopped on the way home with friends for a round of golf, laughs and an adult beverage! Had a great time. The course is always beautifully manicured and, (for me) challenging. Thanks to the Starter(s) and team keeping play moving!
Pin Wu
For public courses, they are as good and fun to play as you can get. Plus the staff were professional and curtious.
Alejandro Jang
Wolf course is a one of the most tough course in vegas, but definitely worth it. Clubhouse has a great view and nice foods with a reasinable price. Cobb salad tastes so good!
Spencer Murphy
Beautiful scenery. Good value for resort golf. Greens rolled true. Pace was fine. GPS Carts are legit.
Greens are not receptive. With the wind - greens are rocks. So hard that your ball isn’t making a pitch mark with a wedge. Will not hold anything. Link style greens but set up for desert golf.
AJ McCrary
WoW...a beautiful resort with an excellent golf course & stunning mountain views! The perfect setting for a wedding!
Candyce Wehrkamp
Really beautiful atmosphere with a view of the golf course. Food is great and the wait staff is fun! Very nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Eric Klein
This course was beautiful. Excellent shape, variety of hole designs. The only complaint was the ranger that told us we needed to speed up our play. FYI we(4-some) played an 18 hole round in 4 hours and 3 minutes. That is not slow and we should not have been bothered by the ranger. He must have been bored as he watched us play every other hole. When you pay a good amount for a nice course my goal isn’t to be rushed off it.
Sole Mander
Worth every Penny. Come and enjoy any of the courses, played wolf and will definitely be returning this fall.
David Stone Santiago
One of the best golf resort in Las Vegas. It’s like 25 minutes drive from the strip. They 3 golf course always in excellent shape, greens are very fast. Be careful because it can get very windy. My favorite one to play is the wolf.
Kenny Joshua
Hands down one of the best courses I've been on here in Vegas . The wind was a lil crazy but I had a great time 🤙 …
todd palmer
Windy as heck..but fun. Great course. Great staff
Erik Mortimer
Beautiful... Amazing customer service from start to finish... The greens are PGA caliber...
Terri Lawrence
Great atmosphere, service and FOOD!
Reasonably priced goes great with a BEAUTIFUL view!😊 …
Chris Morris
this course is out in the desert but its an oasis. What a great golfing experience.
Amy Heald
Beautiful facilities... amazing that it's so near to the Las Vegas Strip (around 45 mins away). The location is gorgeous: a lush golf course framed by mountains and set in a remote area.
LARRY DEAN
Attended my niece's wedding for 85 plus people. Food and service was Great!! The views are Amazing!!
San Win Chein
Nice golf course
Las Vegas Paiute Tribe Area
Michael Konrad
This place is the best place to play golf in Vegas. There are 3 courses, multiple tees for all playing levels, and the conditions are always stunning. The staff is wonderful and very professional. There are two driving ranges combined with practice areas and there is not a mat in sight. Yep, all grass all the time which is huge for Vegas golf. Not to mention the food and beverage prices are reasonable. Here is a little local tip. Join their eclub before you go play for cheaper rates. Fairways and greens!
Neil Thomas
Fun course, was in great shape. Rental clubs were brand new. We had great time.
Ed Parrish
Very well maintained and a challenge for any golfer. Very fast greens.
Ashley Mintern
I had high expectations for this course, they were exceeded. First & foremost the Course Ranger went out of his way to help us out & trekked half way thru the course, minutes before his shift ended to help us out. The Wolf course was simply incredible, grass and greens were immaculate, view with mountains and wildlife in the back was also second to none. Can’t wait to go back.
barry cole
Interesting and fun. Expensive round of golf. Golf, cart ( for 2) and rental clubs (1) nearly $500. Winter golf, it was still in good shape, although dormant grasses. We had windy, rainy, cold, and a little sun all in one round , so that was dampening the fun. Not knowing the prices for in season, I'll see about it, and looking for sales or packages will help make my mind up.
B 4Man
Beautiful course beautiful pro shop great restaurant, I recommend steak and eggs for breakfast there.
Michael Flowers
One of my favorite courses to play when I visit Nevada! Fairways are clean and greens roll true!
Gary Senff
Amazing food and service. A first class place for any gathering
Vanessa Cruz
We were there to tour the facility for my son and soon to be daughter in law's wedding venue. Our guide was friendly, patient and was able to easily joke with our little group, making stressful wedding planning pretty fun for a little while 😀 The entire property is beyond gorgeous with the mountains, pond, green and desert! If they choose this place, the wedding photos are going to be amazing!!!
Mike Hesse
Course is nice. The only gripe I have is that they did not keep play going at a good pace in 108 degree weather. Course is narrow and we unfortunarely ended up behind a 2 some and a 4 some that spent way too long looking for balls. We sat on the tee boxes for 10 to 15 minutes in the heat. We paid for 36 holes and only did 27 due to the slow pace out in the heat. Never saw a ranger on the course except in the shade. Partial refund not given after voicing our displeasure with pace. There are just as nice and better courses closer to Vegas.
Gary Williams
Good customer service and resident rate is very affordable.
John Noethen
Played both the Wolf and Sun Mountain courses. Both courses were in beautiful shape and the greens were fast. Very scenic. Hats off to the course staff, who were all very courteous and helpful. If you are a golfer, traveling to the LV area, make the easy drive to Paiute GC
David Golden
A really great golf club. Immaculate condition. For a public course to have such perfectly manicured greens and fairways is very rare. The staff were welcoming and the food/service fast, friendly, and very tasty. And it's only 30 minutes from the strip. I will definitely visit again.
The Coaches Corner
Great golf, is all I can say.
Go.
Kc
john cunningham
Beautiful course. They say 4 hours 30 minutes max but they were pushing us even at 4 hours the marshall was upset with our group. I'm a bogey golfer and most of the locals are scratch golfers so be prepared to play well or get off the course. Lol
Luis Barrios
Great courses
Ian Knowles
Outstanding well kept course. Not insanely priced and just hard enough for a challenging day on the links.
Mitch Dietze
Get golf here, nice courses, in excellent condition. Highly recommend.
april perez
They keep the courses in such great shape. It was so fun playing last week.
Tiffany Hokett
Beautiful setting for a wedding. The golf course is spectacular. Mountains in the background and green greens.
Its a quick drive from the stip and worth it.
Mike Swanson
Played both courses last week with a group of friends. Covid measures in place and the clubhouse was exceptionally clean. The restaurant was open, the staff was very pleasant, the food was excellent, particularly their breakfasts(!), and service was 5☆☆☆☆☆. The courses were what we expected and prevented a great challenge at a great price!! &125.00 for two days. The carts were clean and seemed fairly new. The staff again was pleasant and helpful. I'll drive the 100 miles to play this again!
Jerry V.
Very nice, green course. Played the Sun Mountain course. It's Northwest of Las Vegas and cannot be seen off of the interstate. This is a hidden gem and definitely worth playing.
Anthony Alatis
Fun fun course...tough greens...excellent staff and food and beverage...great experience...best course in the area...fun
Kevin Schrank
Nicely manicured Golf Course hard to believe they can make it that green in the desert
Queen orlando
Always windy when i was playing but everythings r good
Kevin Moses
Beautiful views, course in good shape. The issue is pace of play, starter told us to keep at a 4 hour round. 2 1/2 hours for 9 holes, no ranger around. Waited on every shot.
Susan Hardin
Really fun course, but with the wind it was challenging.
Erik Lelevier
Very nice venue set up right outside of Vegas.
Kirk Stewart
Played yesterday (10/26/21)... first time.. didn't know what to expect... the wind made it difficult... but... the outstanding condition of the course, the unbelievable views and the staff all made it worth playing... and I would play it again in ANY wind condition... a true beauty
Neal Jackson
Everything about this place is great. The people, the clubhouse, all 3 courses in great shape. Never disappointed.
Matt Hales
Great desert golf course! Never disappoints.
Richard Bolen
This course was recommended by a friend as a must play when in Las Vegas. I see why the high praise after playing it today.
Greens are fast, but fair. Fairways are immaculate like walking on carpet.
Layout is difficult. But you can score if you are not greedy. Hit it out of the fairway the rough is thick and the desert is......desert.
This is one of the best courses I have ever played and I have played many Las Vegas courses and liked most. I have played Doral, Pebble, The Ocean Club Bahamas, Wailea Blue, and other great ones. BUT this is the first review I have written.
Paiute Snow Mountain is fantastic even in 40 degree weather.
Keith Ward
Professional, quick and friendly service. Course was in beautiful condition and beverage carts came around often. Always loved this place and highly recommend it! Great test of golf with really great conditions!
Andre Nakaso
Three beautiful 18 hole courses and a fabulous restaurant inside. Whats not to like. Oh and the staff, starting with the Director of Golf, David and his team are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Murray White
Good course in excellent condition. Very enjoyable 😉 …
Johnny Law
This Golf Resort is absolutely beautiful. It has THREE courses that are beautifully manicured and challenging to play.
Golf carts have GPS that have yardages to all parts of the green. Staff is exceptional, marshals are great, beverage carts staff and fun, a great restaurant that overlooks the course, and a great pro-shop with a good stock of gear.
Highly recommend you go play this gem.
Jeffrey Johnson
Stunning property and challenging course when the winds are blowing 50mph. There is nothing protecting the greens and approach shots can be impossible. Check the weather forecast prior to your round.
Tom Youmog
Played the wolf course and it was in excellent condition. An oasis in the middle of nowhere. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff, they took my bags and pointed out where I need to go.. the driving range is in fantastic shape, green unlike at other courses around Vegas. Played my best round, 18 holes in 2hr 15 min. Highly recommend. I will be trying out the sun n snow courses soon. Great experience
John Patek
Great courses and great staff! Worth the Uber out the course!
carol holly kloppenborg
For the folks. And awesome friendly saved money on smokes. Big ole really impressive dispensary. Go check it out . ..five stars across the board.
Mariusz Mazur
Awesome place.friendly staff....good food...golf course beautiful....⛳⛳⛳
Bryant Champion
Great course and in great shape! Greens are terrific. Good pace of play.
Boyce Reynolds
Beautiful course, fees not bad 65 bucks. Worth the drive. They put your club's on a cart and move it to the start. So you got to tip the guy. Nice inside everything you need.
T Phillips
A "Jewel" in the desert. Not easily seen from the highway but once there it can take you by surprise.
jack lee
The green was well maintained and it was good to play.
Thank you
Janet McElwain
Beautiful golf course! One of the nicest in las vegas. Great bar & grill restaurant which has the BEST cheeseburgers in town! Went for lunch last week with friends & they LOVED it!! Highly recommend!
James Norway
Cheap cigarettes and very convenient location friendly attendants good security not the type breathing down your back but making sure no one trying to follow you out the store to robe you and also very aware of everyone in the store just great prices plus no taxes!
Jeffrey Butzow
Golfers dream with large clubhouse with excellent food and iced tea. I've been there 5+ times in past month to just eat as the service and food excellent. Views from clubhouse spectacular.
Stephen Dolter
My buddies and I played the Sun Mountain and Wolf courses in November. We found them to be challenging but fair with plenty of variety in the layout of the holes. Unlike most desert courses, there is actually lush rough between the fairway and real trouble. Conditions were absolutely wonderful, likely owing to the unlimited watering. The starter told us that the Wolf was Pete Dye’s third best course. Spoiler alert—it’s not, but he was right about how the greens were rolling. Be sure to ask. When we go back to Vegas to play more golf, Paiute will be on our list of places to go back to!
Phil Grimes
My friends and I played the snow and wolf courses. Absolutely stunning scenery and very challenging holes. No way to describe how well they take care of these courses. I think there were more groundskeepers on the course than there were players. Do yourself a favor and play here.
Patricia Winkle
Beautiful club house
Enjoy a bite to eat at the restaurant
Challenging course
Dayle Varuska
Great courses the greens were good considering aireation 4 weeks prior. Fairways were generous to what I normally play.
Conditions on the day we played were tough to say the least, 20 to 30+ mph winds, not usual. About 10-15 strokes for slightly better than what I would consider average golfer. If you have more than 15 handicap and winds are 20 plus - save your money and find something else to do.
Still all in all a good time. Great staff!
Justin Ngo
Nice golf. I played the wolf course and it has a replica of 17 at TPC Sawgrass.
Taylor Hansen
We had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is so wonderful and our day went so smoothly. Pam was extremely helpful and it turned out even better than we were expecting. We can’t say enough great things about the Paiute. Highly recommend - the ceremony space is stunning and the reception area is open with a beautiful view of the mountains. We’re very grateful that we chose to celebrate our big day here!
Jessica Bear
Absolutely love this place. I'm not a golfer, but it's a beautiful course with lots of nice scenery. I take company there to eat in the restaurant and enjoy the view. The food is delicious, huge portions and reasonably priced. And, it's got easy access for people with walkers. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a hidden gem off the beaten path.
Loren Farrell
Great place. Great greens, fairways, nice course layout. Played Sun mountain course.
Staff friendly, helpful. Prices in the golf shop were comparable to Wigwam, talking stick and whirlwind golf shops
D G
Best Courses in Vegas, All the Staff was super friendly, The drink girls were fun as well!! Greens were fast, beer was cold and I shot a 85, not to bad!
Allen Kim
The three courses here are amazing. The best public courses I've ever played. The staff are all very friendly, the practice areas are very nice, the courses are maintained to near perfect shape, etc. I make it a point to play here every time I come to Las Vegas.
Will Hoang
Underrated course will friendly staff. Well priced and great pace of play
Jeff H
Always in fantastic condition. Courses can be difficult especially in the wind, but always fun. Played the snow and the wolf over two days. Lots of interesting holes on both, if you can only play one make it the wolf.
David Kiger
Great resort to check out while in Vegas. The General Manager, Jeff is one of a kind (he has his roots in greenskeeping). All of the staff were very professional and attentive during our two rounds at the course. High winds are possible but made for an interesting round!
Alyssa T
Got married here a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. Everything was beautiful and it was nice to just show up on the day without having to worry about the details. The wedding and reception staff were 5-star. We’ve made it a point to come back every year on our anniversary to enjoy a delicious meal with a stunning backdrop. The staff has even welcomed us back and wished us a happy anniversary, and even offered to take our picture in the same place we got married.
However, the restaurant staff has been less than pleasant the last couple of times. You can’t sit outside because they’ll never come out to you and the golfers definitely get priority inside. It’s unfortunate that our experiences haven’t been “up to par” because we enjoy making the trip to reminisce.
Steff A.
I golfed a round here for the first time in about 7 years. Paiute was in immaculate shape. A Korn Ferry Q school tournament is scheduled for next week and the pros will have a great track to compete on...
Clubhouse/Pro Shop/Bar & Restaurant- All are located under one roof in this massive open area setup. You can wave your buddies down in the pro-shop from across the restaurant. The staff everywhere is professional and friendly. From checking in your bag, to the pro shop, the starter and the Cart attendants...all is well. The driving range has plenty of stations for golfers to get warmed up on.
Sun-Ai-Kaiv (Sun Course)
We played from the gold tees which makes for 6,631 yards. The Tee Box appeared like it barely had any play like it was a private course
Fairways: Trimmed perfectly with no grounds under repair area.
Rough: Thick, but not tall. You can get out of here with a great shot and will struggle if otherwise.
Greens: Lightning fast (for me) but rolls so true. The higher handicappers (like myself) had a hard time holding approach shots coming in. The better players still had to hit good shots to get balls to check. The greens are tough but fair.
FYI. Their website has some great information of all the holes which I found informational and actually entertaining lol
The courses throughout my rounds here have always been phenomenal. They were on point again and I look forward to the another round in the near future. Fore!
Jimmy Smith
Our experience was perfect in every way. Course was in perfect condition tee to green, staff extremely helpful and accommodating. First visit and won't be last. We enjoyed every moment
Tim Openshaw
I play golf all over and by far one of the best facilities in the country. Great staff and good food, golf course is in impeccable shape.
See ya next year
US am tour!
John Burnsworth
Great course with numerous lies and challenges. Greens were fairly quick and pace of play was good even with steady 15 to 20 mph winds. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. A must play again.
Kenny Esajian
Greetings at the bag drop was positive and helpful. The starter was very helpful and positive as well. I played the Snow Mountain course. Fairways are plush and well manicured along with the greens which are smooth. I will definitely play again.
Tom Walsh
Excellent golf facility. Three 18 hole courses, all of which are very nice. We played the Wolf course and the Snow Mountain course on July 12th and both were in excellent condition. The courses are challenging, but fair. Top notch clubhouse and restaurant too. The staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend the Paiute golf resort.
Ben Oh
Played Snow Mt and Wolf Run so far out of three beautiful courses. All the staffs are very very friendly. Excellent services at the club house, on the course, and at the bar. Superior condition for tee boxes, fairways and greens.
Caution... Greens are very firm. Requires skillful approach shots, otherwise try to land at the front area of green.
Must try after round beer at the window side of the bar to view the beautiful lakes and mountains.
Only complaint.. no refill for my coffee. 😁
Chris Shank
Had a blast playing. If you are looking for a course that has a true desert feel, you need to make this one of your rounds in Vegas.
Sandy B.
Great big portions of food and incredible view
Sean Connell
Great 3 golf courses - must plays
Daniel Cash
I totally enjoyed the experience. One of my favorite golf courses to play. And I play all over the United States, and out of the country.
TeeJay Smith
A paradise in the desert. What an incredible 36 championship holes. Ever green due to unlimited natural springs from the Indian land reservoir. Pro shop and restaurant staff were superb and courteous. Had the privilege of playing Sun, Snow and Wolf mountain courses. Greens are fast like 12 to 13 stimpmeter. Great job!!!
gary hoskins
It's piute!!!! One of the best tracks in Nevada. Great pro shop. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Beautiful cart girls(and nice too) the wolf course is my fave. Just don't go ob... you're not finding that ball😂😂😂 …
Miles Curtin
Great course and great views. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Recommend.
Steven Gitis
The views were spectacular. The people friendly. The snow course is tough and the green complexes were tricky. We moved quick. An enjoyable experience.
Patricia Winkle
Excellent scenery
Easy lunch menu
Covid compliant

Ben Decker
Amazing course with tranquil views at every shot. Best maintained course we played over 3 days of golf. Overseeding on the greens was unfortunate for our round, all putting was severely impacted but in weeks I suspect they’ll be rolling perfectly. Great accommodations for golfers from the pro shop to the carts with active gps and a great restaurant/club house. Would have liked for the restaurant to serve dinner and have enjoyed the sunset after our round (kitchen closes at 6P)
Greg Kaegi
Great place. Always in great shape. Prices are going up. Now $85 to play for locals. Was one of the best values in Vegas but it looks like it's fallen victim to inflation also. Too bad, will be playing less because of it👎 …
William Alford
Played the Wolf course. Great course and very well maintained. If you are on the grass - you'll always get a good lie on this course. The traps are numerous and deep. But the sand is very smooth and plays very fairly. Bring your A game and you'll love the challenge here.
Kevin Borillo
Without Ginny and Pam our wedding would not have turned out as amazing as it had. Every question, no matter how small or how big they answered in a very quick fashion. We must have stopped by the venue ten or fifteen times to check centerpieces, votives, lighting, colors, and more. Every single time they made sure to make time to meet with us.
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Can’t get more beautiful than a lush green golf course with the backdrop of mountains dotting the distance.
The food was a huge hit with our guests. We went with the mashed potato bar which was so much fun. Originally there was no food tasting dinner, but Ginny and Pam were able to work with management and host one. This was a huge help!!
Overall we are extremely happy that we chose Paiute for our ceremony site and reception. The staff was super helpful and made our wedding a memorable one for us and our guests.
Tori
I'm planning a Wedding here in 2021, the wedding and events teams was very accommodating with my time since I am only going to be in town for a week. They told me all of the ways they were continuing to hold weddings safely through covid. They have great prices and have an open bar, DJ and officiant included in their wedding package, and absolutely stunning landscape to look at while you envision your big day.
Patrick Godfrey
I absolutely love paiute! We come out to Vegas once a year and make it a point to take advantage of the golfapalooza. If your a die hard, this deal is 36 holes with lunch in between, anything on menu w beer or soda. Food is fantastic and the courses are always in fantastic shape. We play alot when we are out and Paiute does the best job of any resort!! You won't be disappointed!!
George Gonzales
Wow, what a great experience. I played Snow Mountain on 08/20/21 and the course was immaculate condition. The greens played true and All staff members were friendly. Must play course when in Vegas.
Karen Gauntt
Had lunch with 3 friends, prices were fair, food prepared well, took some home. Fish n chips, were yummie, easy on the breading. Our waiter Bonnie, server Antonio were attentive. Have been there before, will bring new friends next time. Hidden gem.
Jim M
We were visiting from out of town and played the Wolf Course
Liked the course, with good layout.
Tee Boxes, fairways and rough were in great shape
Greens were average, roll was inconsistent but not unbearable.
Nice clubhouse
What I didn't like.
Had to rent clubs. heads and shaft were great. Grips were like pulling out my grandpas clubs from the 70's
We seemed to get the "visitor" treatment. Didn't seem like we were welcome by a few of the staff.
Update the grips and some basic customer service would get this course a 4+.
Joseph Kim
Had lots of fun
Eric Sevy
Beautiful course! Lots of fun.
Bjorn W.
One if the best golf courses I played in Vegas (snow)... Only reason I don't give it a 5 is the club house area could be a bit more polished
Adam Guevara
Showed up late on a Sunday but all of the staff was still on their game. We were greeted warmly by everyone from the bag drop to the pro shop to the starter. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the Wolf Course was awesome. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back.
Michael Archibald
Great place outside of las vegas. We went here for my nieces wedding and it was really nice. The golf course looked like a great place to play on and hope to come back soon to play a round. Not sure if the whole wedding setup is done by the golf course but they did an awesome job on it.
Mario Guerrero
Beautiful desert golf at its finest. All 3 courses will test your shot making from tee to green. Very well maintained. New carts with GPS and USB ports. Excellent bar and restaurant. Indoor smoking lounge as well. Note: DO NOT attempt to drive cart into parking lot. They will be on you like the prairie dogs on your bag of Cheetos.
Randy Jones
Great course. Fair prices. Great customer service!
Robert McGlone
No place I would rather play. Three great courses. Staff is exceptional.
jason koontz
Played the Snow Mountain course today....simply amazing!!!! A must play.
Scott Yu
Very smart and kind management team!
I have to play as quick as I can, because my wife is waiting for me in Hotel. So Starter take me to start from #10 without any 4some in front of me. I only spent about 3hrs for 18 holes.
Of course, the condition of Snow mountain course is good.
Fairway is wide open, but Green is hard to read.
anyway, good course, nice staff!
I will be back for Sun and Wolf courses in the future.
Scott White
Amazing views golf course
Michael Pilko
This hidden gem was everything you could ask for in a golf course. As we were coming down the highway all you could see was desert desert desert and then boom lush green grass and amazing backdrops.
Ronald Matsuda
Great course. Challenging and fun. Staff is very friendly and service is excellent.
Alex Hume
Fantastic experience at Paiute. Our group played 36 holes in February and everything was great. I play ~30 rounds a year at various clubs across the country over the past 5-6 years now and this was the most care and attention I have ever seen on behalf of the marshals. They were working non-stop to promote pace of play and make sure everyone in our group was having a fun time. While the first 18 we played as a threesome, we never had to wait due to the hard work of the marshals. For the second round we added one to our group and played as a foursome, we still never waited and also were never pushed by the marshals. Great round of golf on two fantastic courses. I told my buddies that I would be happy to have these three courses as my home course and get to play them routinely. Great times and would be thrilled to do my full day over here again, except for the 2 hours of sleep....thanks, vegas....
Sammy Sprouse
All three courses are kept in great shape year round. Have not been disappointed yet. Kudos to the maintenence crews and Course Super for all the hard work.
Outstanding venue and views and well worth the trip to go play!
Christina Williams
Visited the resort for a wedding and reception. Beautiful scenery and friendly staff. My only drawback was that it was quite a drive, but I don't get it much! LOL!
Tony Grant
Great staff & great course. Played the Wolf...It was challenging, scenic and well kept. I'd play there again without question.
Elizabeth Mcmurry
It's a Beautiful place to go for a quiet meal. It has a Fantastic view of the mountains, golf course and a man-made lake out the window and it's a limited menu but everything we have ordered is absolutely Great! We've only been for lunches because we love the view so much!!
Josh Guse
Pretty sick courses actually, pleasantly surprised. Seems to be a hidden gem. Only complaint was pretty poor customer service. Staff was not very friendly and just not a great vibe.
Scott Henderson
If you like to golf and spend time in Las Vegas, then this resort is not to be missed. There are three courses to choose from - depending on your desired difficulty level. The Wolf Creek course is challenging but a fair test. The environment is incredible - far from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's just you and the amazing landscape. The facilities - pro shop, bar, locker room - leave nothing to be desired.
Jacob Parrish
All 3 courses are amazing. They do a fantastic job of keeping the courses in top-shape. Always great service from the staff.
Jeff Nash
One of the best golf courses we've played. Of the 3 courses onsite (Wolf, Sun Mtn, and Snow Mtn), we played Sun Mtn course and loved it. Wolf is considered the signature course for a few reasons; however, I'd rather play Sun Mtn. My wife and I played in March of 2020 and the course was in very good shape, the elevation change is minimal; however, the challenge is in flowing fairways and greens. This provided many uneven ball strikes (ball higher or lower than feet) despite being in the fairway.
This is a 40 minute drive from Las Vegas. The clubhouse is very nice, provides good merch options to purchase, and has an attached dining room with good food and drink options. The range is large and the balls are provided with green fees. The staff are friendly and willing to help as needed.
We would highly recommend the course. When golfing, take your time and don't rush, enjoy the moment. With our 9:30am tee time, there were several foursomes before and after us and many players behind us trying to rush through each hole. That's not what this course is about though, enjoy it.
Really pay attention to wind forecasts as that can be a factor. Had to club up 3 clubs on second shots for the last 3 holes due to increased wind levels.
FoF Properties, LLC _Gary & Katy Miller_ Miller
Paiute is a true golf oasis that is an easy drive from Las Vegas. Our group of 20 played all 3 courses on our golf trip. Each hole presents its own challenge with no two holes being alike. All courses are impeccably maintained from tee to green. The tournament staff was also a pleasure to work with and truly met the needs of each individual golfer. First class golf resort!
Ken Bird
Just completed my second trip to Paiute with my golf group. Absolutely the best course and value in Vegas. You have to play their once!
Luciana Jones
Absolutely amazing venue! The sunset wedding was breathtaking!
Devin Sorensen
The wokf course is amazing. We played in 35 mph winds and still had a blast. The Marshall was very understanding about the conditions and the golfers throughout the day, which made it even more enjoyable. The golf course was well maintained, practically immacculate. For horrendous conditions, I felt like the course management did a great job ensuring fun and playability for all.
Justin Britton
My Bros and I golf every month in the Las Vegas area. Snow at Paiute has been hands down the best course we've played. We are looking forward to going back and playing Sun and Wolf in the next few months. Great service. Cart girl was there 4 different times in 18 holes and friendly. It's a little pricer than other local courses, but well worth it. Greens are immaculate, water hazards are crystal clear. It can get windy out there, and the desert will swallow golf balls instantly, so bring extra. Even on a windy day the course is beautiful.
Justin Wellman
Great early season golf resort. Sun mountain is challenging yet playable. Great condition in mid March
andrew nuxoll
Course is in top notch condition. Firm fairways and greens roll true. Couldn't find any reason to blame the course for any bad shots 😁 truly an awesome experience! One of the best courses around vegas
Mark Nealon
Super place. I only played Snow course but I'm sure the other 2 courses are just as spectacular. Half hour out of town, no houses. Just lush green grass and desert. Would love to play the other 2 courses at some point (next trip to Vegas).
Jeannette Peters
Best experience ever. Awesome food and generous portions. Service was also outstanding. Would definitely return.
Jeremy Middleton
Found this place on one of my random rides out to the dessert and I am SO glad I did. The courses are very well maintained with beautiful scenery and the staff is extremely friendly. I'm a cigar smoker so I appreciate the smokers lounge as well. I will definitely be back!
Shaun Talley
Spectacularly gorgeous setting into the mountainside. Very challenging but playable if your on you're game. Especially if you lay on a windy day like I did where half the shots were brutally into the face or crosswinds. Choosing the right iron was a crapshoot but it's easily in the top 3 courses I've played in Vegas so far along with TPC Summerlin & probably Chimera & Desert Pines. I played the Sun course at Pauite
MITCHELL Duckett
Fantastic facility, cart girl was hard to find. Breakfast was awesome and the service was incredible.
Anthony Alexander
Very friendly staff course is awesome, had lunch afterwards everything made fresh. Class act...
Robert Carruth
Very nice track, well maintained and groomed, the day I played was very windy which really increased the challenge of the course, I played the sun mountain course this time but have also played the wolf course years ago. Only downside was the cost of a hotdog 😆 …
Paul Taira
Phenomenal. Three courses that are kept in pristine condition. I believe they have special water rights so the courses are really green and the greens are very fast and roll really well. Definitely worth the drive there if you're in the Las Vegas area.
Will Hardenbergh
Impeccably manicured and WATERED tee boxes, fairways, and greens make this course a must-play. Interesting mix of bunkers and "gravel" add some challenge. The only ball mark you'll see on the green will be from your own shot. Awesome resort and top notch service/club house.
Tyler Edwards
Great golf course, a little far from Vegas and rather expensive, but a great golf course non the less.
Tim Christianson
This is a beautiful restaurant with spectacular golf course views. Highly recommended!
Rick Serac
Great Golf courses with superior guest services. The staff really makes you feel appreciated. Very good setup and anticipation of your needs. Probably best overall golf complex in Vegas. Courses alwaysv in top condition
Chris LaHaie
Beautiful golf course but play was very slow. Range is great facilities great but nearly 5 hour round. Three 18 hole golf courses. How can you have such slow play??
Lee Tallie
I literally cannot believe how beautifully outstanding this venue is indoors and outdoors. This venue actually is breathtaking. Isolated as to where only your event is around due to location. An event with close to 150 individuals can be easily covered comfortably. Lovely venue and not one guest had a negative comment.
Nathanael Martin
Literally might be the nicest golf course you'll ever play. Hole after hole is majestically beautiful. Every single blade of grass is perfectly manicured. That's not to say it's an easy course, the front nine at Sun Mountain didn't leave a lot of room for error. After you leave Paiute, you'll have dreams about this place and want to come back again and again.
Gabby Molina
The weather made for a perfect day. Carefull on the 9th hole you might unknowingly skip ahead. Every hole was fun & my crew as well.
Don Gadomski
Very good Pete Dye course. Played Wolf. Excellent shape. If there is one drawback to the course, it's that there is absolutely no drinking water on the course (only beer cart which did not come often enough). When I finished the round, snack bar on that course and main snack bar we already closed.
May Farrand
Beautiful course (Wolf)! Loved the 15th hole (islànd green). Hit from the tournament tees if you have a chance (high up above - incredible view!). Was not busy at all today - best kept secret in Las Vegas.
Bob Johnson
We love this golf course. Whenever we come to Las Vegas (several times a year) we make the drive out there and get a round in. There are 3 - 18 hole courses to play. I can only speak to 2 of them because of poor timing on our part we have always found the Snow Mountain course closed for the day.
Camila Almeida
Amazing place. So beautiful resort on the desert 🏜 😍❤️ …
Brian Terry
Great Golf!! Three beautiful courses, great margheritas, chips and salsa!! Staff is top notch. Play here if you can.
Dante Marinelli
One of the most Beautiful Golf resorts I have every been to. Absolutely stunning. Fairways were like carpet. Highly recommended.
Andy Cowan
Best courses in Vegas, perfect conditions year round
Wayne Murphey
Played Wolf in the strong wind.
Greens where in good shape, people were great, pro shop had everything you would need. If you can't or don't like playing in the wind think twice about coming here.
Thomas Storey
Played Snow Mtn in late April. Great time, views, greens and course. Epic views from Club house
David Hill
What a fantastic destination to get completely away from the glitz and the glamour of The Strip. The golf course (Sun Mountain Course) was a nice mix of challenging and fun to play for the various levels in our 4some. The staff and facilities are definitely first rate, and the scenery is really marvelous.
Bob Gomperz
A must-play destination for avid golfers. Located just north of Las Vegas city limits this three 18-hole Pete Dye designed complex has rolling fairways, greens, bunkers and water hazards to challenge golfers of all handicaps. With ample water rights these courses are always in lush condition. The Wolf course is the signature for Paiute with it's island green par three on the back nine. The clubhouse features spectacular desert vistas and friendly staff. Food is very good. Parking is never an issue and valet service gets your clubs safely to and from the bag drop.
Kyle Nunyabeezwax
Used to be my home course and it's a great facility with 3 Pete Dye courses and unlimited water resources so its in good shape year round.
The only bad thing about this course is bad bunkers that are rocky and unkempt so you don't really have a good chance to recover a bad shot. thats why I don't play here anymore.
Gigi B
I had the most wonderful 70+ year old waiter. He was very friendly and all around awesome. I ordered a chicken Cesear salad and it was also very good. Great atmosphere, clean and I would recommend going for lunch.
Glenn Miller
Very fair greens. Course in good condition. Food excellent. Staff also good 👍 …
Brandon Linden
Fun outing, lots of challenges and fun holes. Course makes you make some tough decisions, even with a scramble we had to lay up s but. Lots of water in play for a desert course. Hope to play a different 18 next year.
Jae Chang
Wolf has fast green and can get windy at times but amazing view and well kept course
Bruce Millard
Awesome track! A bit windy but the course is in perfect shape.
Charles Stigger
Nice brunch. The bacon cheeseburger was quite tasty. Beautiful views of the mountains. I'd recommend
Nicholas Bochette
Played the Wolf course. This complex is everything golf should be. Not terribly high priced, but absolutely pristine conditions. A little ways off the strip, but that's what makes it so special. Nothing but golf course, desert, and mountains. No planes flying overhead, not even road-noise interrupts your experience. Although I only played 1 of their 3 tracks, this is a MUST PLAY for golfers who care more about the golf product than the glamour of the strip.
The Wolf course, itself was magnificent. I played the course from the tips (Blacks, not the tournament tees), which fits my handicap of 4. It's not "too much Pete Dye," but still has all of his markings and design attributes. Fairways and greens were firm and fast and you had to be weary not to use too much club on approaches.
Fred Clemens
Even if the food was bad ( which it is NOT)the ambiance at this course is the most beautiful....To me it's Georgia in the desert
Jake M
I played Snow and it was amazing. The course was in perfect condition even for being summer in Vegas. I played at 3pm solo and was basically the only one on the course. Probably because it was 101 but the conditions were amazing and it was a very enjoyable round.
Monkey Head
Great golf courses ....friendly staff ...great value
Tino Villamor
Great place to play golf. The fairways and the greens are well kept. Did I mention the view and the backdrops? Be there and experience it yourself. Enjoy!
Stephen K
Absolutely love this place. All 3 courses are great and are always in fantastic condition. The staff always offers grade A service and is very friendly! There are many great courses in Vegas but Paiute is my favorite!
Neil Hennigan
Played the Wolf and the Snow courses and they were absolutely amazing! Truly an incredible experience! I play all over and play big name courses and Pauite is as good as any of them! I will definitely be back!
LAS VEGAS MANIA 매니아TV
The green is very good even this season
Chris Crisalli
Beautiful courses and facility. Worth the drive
Jonathan Liu
Beautiful club house. Lunch was delicious and reasonably priced. Course layout is interesting and challenging. Condition was great. Overall excellent golf experience.
caleb grant (cgrant13)
Windy but worth every minute
Scott Madsen
The course was emaculate. Greens were firm and fast. Restaurant had great food.
MIKE WYNNE
I love this golf resort. Three great courses and good food.
JL Glover
I have never played golf at this course so I'm only rating it based on a wedding reception I attended. It was nice and clean and well-attended. For my friends that have golf there, I have heard good things from them.
Panju Prithviraj
Great looking place.. Golf course.. Had brunch at the restaurant... Good food... Place was being prepped for a wedding... Looked like...! It's just quite a ways off..!
Connie Black
Played Snow Mountain (there are 3 courses). It was great golf..... Great layout and sights. It was in excellent condition and the greens were great and screaming fast. We will be back.
Brian Bartsch
Played Snow Mountain and loved it. I have played 2 out of the 3 courses and can't wait to play The Wolf next time. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel like you're a member.
Suzanne Lenaerts (Where2Golf)
Rated 4-1/2 stars and just 20 miles outside the city, located in an undeveloped area of pristine desert, the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort is home to three fabulous desert-style courses and a spectacular, hacienda style clubhouse. Each course is a gem in its own right, characterised by an immaculately maintained, classically testing Pete Dye design. Like its two Paiute companions, Wolf & Sun Mountain, the Snow Mountain is a fabulous golf course from start to finish.
Ray Smiley
Great condition and friendly staff. Crazy fast greens.
Devon
Great experience here today. The service is top notch. For you traveling they will store your clubs for you free so book a second day.
Jack Shaeffer
I went there for Sunday breakfast. It was excellent. It was a buffet. Your olmettes were made to order. Juice was included. Eating breakfast and overlooking the golf course was outstanding.
Paco Oropeza
I am a wedding DJ and this is one of the venues by far that exceeds expectations for guests and venues. The view is beautiful, the staff is very helpful, the communication is extraordinary for the back of the house to get a job done the right way.
A.I. 808
The course was easy to find as its stands alone in the middle of the desert and is just a short drive from any location on the vegas strip. Their sales pitch "pure golf" is right on the money as there are no homes in sight, just golf, golf, and more golf. Friendly staff and a great practice range. greens are faaaaaast amd fairways are beautiful. wildlife everywhere. What a great experience! A must when in Las Vegas.
Jared Sickman
First off, the golf is excellent. I also just got married here on 5/5/13, and I can not say enough about our experience. Everything was perfect, beyond the amazing views and beautiful local, all of the staff was great, friendly, helpful, and made everything run so smoothly. Ginny and Brandi are outstanding, and were always so helpful with any issue that came up big or small. My expectations were exceeded, and am so glad we had our big day here. I really can't say enough, to say how happy were are. Thnak you LV Paiute!!!
Ray J
Always some of the best golf in Vegas. Great condition plus everyone is just awesome. Love the onsite grip guy.
Shane Simpson
Wolf course is awesome. Friendly staff but I cant stand the way the Vegas courses gouge tourists. Luckily for me, I played with a resident and had him pay.
Seth Tuckerman
This is top notch, unpretentious desert golf. So quiet you can hear a ball plunk. Not a house in sight for dozens of miles in any direction. No phony water or gimmicks, just straight forward desert golf.
Frank Johnson
54 holes of great golf with the Sun being my favorite. Normally not a fan of Pete Dye designs, but all 3 aren't "tricked up", just solid golf. AND local friendly, something not common for Vegas golf.
Harold K Lloyd
Beautiful course. Very well maintain. I shall return aga6 and again and again.
Rebecca Rhoades
Breakfast was good and done to my likes. Service good. Enjoyed being able to see outdoors to the course while eating. Thanks for a leisurely start to the day with good food as well.
Patrick Huff
Sun Mountain was so fun!
Steve Barnson, Ph.D
Always in great shape. Tough course usually made harder with the wind. Never have had anything but positive experiences with the staff. Just an all around wonderful place to play a round.
Duane Wandel
The weather might have been cool, but the golf was fantastic until my back went out.
yongxing tang
very nice golf course
Todd Bourassa

Thank you to the staff for a great event!
Ken Scheder
Great golf courses (3), amenities, and staff... Fair price for the caliber of golf, with a great replay rate... You will be happy you made the 30 minute drive north of the strip!!
Terry Gibbons
An exceptional set of courses, beautiful clubhouse, and helpful associates. Their fall maintenance is better than most, if not all, publicly accessible courses in the area.
Brian Bunnell
We had a great time, the snow course was in fantastic shape. Our foursome are already planning our next trip back to Vegas with at least one round at Paiute.
S.D. Johnson
Wonderful Mother's day brunch. Staff and food options were excellent!

Craig Brown

Justin Egertson
3 really good golf courses with some of the best public course greens around. Definitely worth the drive North!!
Sam Winograd
went there for a wedding site option to get a tour and what not. the lady who helped was really nice and answered most of our questions. however there were some things that she didnt know wich is not helpful as we need the information in making a very important decision. we were contacted a few days later by someone who did know the answer and they were very rude basically saying that they would not be able to host our wedding and were unwilling to work with us on the religious needs we had for our wedding. do not recommend for any jewish weddings as thye did not want to help in any way
Bill Heppner
A great place to play golf - challenging but fair - a good day of golf. I recommend
Manuel Sundiman
Great course put always pricey, unless you can get it under $50 then it’s a great value b/c you’re always going 2 play in the wind

Awesome and fun course.
Jeanne Sutton (Gknee)
I'm not a golfer. I was here to drive a cart for my husband who was photographing a golf tournament for his company. We were on the Snow Mountain and Sun courses and they were beautiful. An oasis in the desert.
