Good prices but returns are a hassle, had to pay for extra shipping to send it back, especially after paying for shipping for the item to be sent to me. I’m surprised that shipping wasn’t free to begin with. Most other places at least offer that. I feel like if I have to spend 30$ for 2 way shipping something isn’t right in the world. Otherwise prices are good, especially for aftermarket shafts.

I purchased 2 putters in the same order. As noted, neither putter came with a head cover, which is fine. Just disappointed in the packaging for shipping. Both putter heads were laid against each other in the box with a handful of packing paper, not alternated with a grip on head, to be banged around a nicked up in shipping. I do believe there was cosmetic damage done to the putter heads in shipping, which could have been easily avoided by packing them correctly. Everything else in the buying process was great and there is a very large selection of items.

Outstanding place to buy/sell/trade golf clubs. Great service! My rep was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Bought another Callaway driver (Last year's) and a Ping 30 19°hybrid and traded my old Callaway XR1 driver, a Ping G400 19° I didn't like, and an old set of Callaway irons, plus $269. Good deal I thought.

Ordered a set of Titleist DCI irons online as well as a driver and fairway wood. I was worried because the price was super affordable which to me probably meant the clubs would be in less than great condition. I was delightfully surprised to get my order in a very timely manner at which time I realized that these clubs were in great condition. The faces of the clubs show no wear pattern or dent from repeated hits. There are little tiny dents on the necks of each club from the clubs hitting each other in the bag but that is to be expected. Overall I can tell these clubs were taken care of and I can't wait to hit them and take care of them myself. Will be doing business with them again.

Insane selection of golf clubs like no other. Prices are very good and the ability to try the clubs out deals the deal for me. I actually have to subtract a star for the stickers they use on every golf club for barcodes and pricing. They take up a 1/4 of the shaft and It’s really obnoxious to remove them and requires a gallon of goo gone… please use a different method, pretty please.

I purchased a used set of Titleist AP1 712’s irons (4-W) on Thursday and received them that Saturday with free shipping! The site said they were used and in “par” condition, so I didn’t expect a new set or anything. When I received them they were in really good condition! Much better than I expected! I cleaned them off with some soap and water and polished them with a dry rag and they sparkled! I couldn’t wait to take them out. Very satisfied and I highly recommend going through Mike’s Golf Outlet!

Ordered a shaft for my M2 driver and put in comments the exact playing length I needed. It was a used shaft and showed up perfect length and in really good condition, with the new grip I paid $8 for. Shipping to Calgary, AB, Canada took approximately 10 days total. Before ordering I phoned in to get specs of the driver shaft length and how to measure the current driver shaft length in my M2. They were very helpful on the phone.

I love Mike's for apparel and accessories. I always stop in whenever we are in the neighborhood, to browse the new items. The staff are helpful and the selection and prices are very good. If you are looking for used clubs, plan on spending some time, as they are plentiful. The nice thing is that they let you try before you buy.

AWESOME selection of used clubs, probably the most used clubs I've ever seen in person. They've also got a pretty awesome section for testing clubs that will give you all of your simulator readouts. One of the employees that I dealt with were not very friendly but may have just been my experience, not sure.

Had a great experience at Mike’s Golf Outlet. Was looking to revamp my set after having not gotten any new clubs in about 10 years. Alex the PGA member onsite asked me questions about my swing, what clubs I have been looking at and got me on the launch tracker. He picked out a set of TM M2 irons for me a ping g driver and TM M2 hybrid based on my swing speed launch angle etc. Even gave me a tip to adjust my grip slightly which helped me straighten out my irons a bit. Overall great experience, friendly staff and great value and tremendous selection of used clubs. Thanks again!!

Great service! I ordered the wrong shaft for a Ping G25 driver and called Mike's about what to do. They sent me a different shaft that worked with the G25 and sent me the prepaid shipping tag to return the wrong shaft. This was my error and they made it right! This was so easy and Andy was great to work with.

Typically do not write reviews, but I was blown away by Mike's. Ordering used online, I typically am a little wary because sometimes my descriptions are not the same as the seller. Mike's was spot on with their rating of the condition. Not to mention how quick the shipping was. I was blown away, and will be purchasing from them again.

I ordered some clubs online on a Thursday evening and selected the 'next day air' option hoping to get them in time to play late Saturday. They used 'next day air saver' which doesn't deliver on Saturday where the regular 'next day air' does. I didn't get the clubs in time, but when I let them know about the issue, they refunded me the $50 shipping charge.

One of best secret golf gems of the Northeast. They have a robust and reliable on-line presence, however, to truly experience Mike's shop you must stop in. Open to the public, the vast warehouse is full of every golf item imaginable. Vintage to modern, Mike has it all. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and they just added more hitting bays! I will never pay full retail again.

This place is a good source for used clubs and discounted pricing on clothing. Worth the trip if you're in the area. Not as organized and shiny as Golfers Warehouse around the corner but I like that there are some good finds there.

Recently took up the game again after retirement and a 24 year absence from golf. Didn't want to spend a fortune oufitting with all new clubs, etc. First off - they have tremendous selection of anything you could want. Thousand and thousands of clubs. (You can even select on-line). Got a real nice set of 4 or 5 year old Ping woods and iron set in near mint condition at a reasonable price. As my game improves I have been back several times to "trade up" to later model clubs (driver, twice and a Ping hybrid iron). The later had a lower price on-line and Mike's matched/beat the price (including internet shipping). I'll continue to shop/trade there until I win the lottery and can afford a current year complete selection of 14 clubs.

If ever there was a used golf club heaven Mike’s Golf Outlet is it. Mike not only has an unbelievable collection of clubs of all kinds and prices but everything else associated with golf. You could spend days in the place. And, Mike will buy your used clubs as well. They use their own pricing guide. I sold Mike a used Taylormade mallet putter. I accepted the $75 check but if I wanted store credit he would have paid $90. Stop in if you’re in the area.
