I've bought all my clubs here the last 6 years. Excellent service. They recently re-shafted my driver. First round out I noticed a small split at the bottom of the shaft. I took it in and it was immediately swapped out. I won't go anywhere else for my clubs.

Heard of this place after going to epic mountain gear. So had a chance to check it out out after I broke my brake on one of my ski bindings. Was in and out the door with everything fixed in less than 5 min. The customer service was 100% solid!! I will certainly be back. They've earned a life time customer for sure!!!

Stopped in hoping to get a putter re-gripped. No problem. While waiting, I heard every single customer who walked in the door immediately greeted professionally by a staff who made all of them feel like they mattered and it was important and possible to get them in the right gear. I bought a three wood that I didn't really need just to hang out there and watch that crew a little longer... because my putter was ready in about five minutes.

Had gone to the PGA Tour Superstore to get “fitted”, but I felt like a sheep in the herd there, wasn’t thrilled with my experience, so I headed over to Lenny’s. This place not only makes you feel like respected and unique, but they know what they are talking about when it come to golf specs! I am continually blown away by the quality of the customer service at Lenny's. I was initially skeptical due to the size of the store, but those worries disappeared when I was immediately greeted and all of my needs were quickly met. The staff made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood what my needs are and how to meet them. The amazing service has been consistent on every occasion I have had to visit and I don't see any reason it will stop in the near future. I would give ten stars if possible! Wife and I getting back into golf and wanted to update clubs. A golf instructor from Saddle Rock recommended Lenny's go we gave them a try. What a great recommendation that turned out to be, best experience I've ever had in any golf shop. Totally personable and explain everything you need. We both set up a club fitting and worked with Jon, and he basically gave both of us golf lessons as he sized us for the right equipment. Just got back from the range and hitting my new clubs better than I can remember in quit a while. That's the only place I'll go in the future for my golf needs.

My husband and son have gone to Lenny's for years for all things golf so I ran over for a daily ski rental. Fitz hooked me up with a great demo package that was perfect for me! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful, and I will never go to chain store for rentals again!

I’m so happy to have found this store a few miles from my house. The workers are very knowledgable and they have an amazing selection of clubs. Specifically, they have the best putter collection I’ve ever seen in a store that wasn’t a pro shop at a course. Last year I bought some irons (from a different place) and due to covid I wasn’t able to schedule a fitting. I ordered them to my old specs and have felt that they were slightly off. Today, I was able to get a fitting and got the clubs bent 1° upright and it was painless. Andrew, who helped me, was awesome and made the process really easy. I recommend this place over any of the chain store both for clubs and fittings for beginners and experts.

Roy McAvoy himself would shop here if he was real or at least that’s what I like to believe because the professional services here are beyond spectacular. You can tell right away that Lenny, his son and their staff care about you and helping you out. This is my go to spot for all things golf when let’s say my gf breaks my drivers shaft and I need to buy a new one…..they have golf sims, instructions, fittings and great selection on new and used. These guys are outstanding. They have fantastic customer service and are true professionals. I worked with John to get my clubs fit, and he transformed my golf game in a matter of a few weeks. I had been spraying shots all over the course and couldn't figure out why. He fit me with a new set of irons that were a great deal and are the perfect club for me. It also turns out, in addition to needing new clubs, there were a few things wrong with my swing. He helped me clear up in about 10 minutes and was a night and day improvement for me when I golfed later that day. And when someone else in the shop fit my woods incorrectly, he was kind enough to fit them properly, and even replaced two of them. Everything I mentioned above he did free of charge. I'm gonna be shouting his name (and this shop) from the rooftops for a long time, and I'm grateful that a shop like this exists. Everyone should check these guys out.

Amazing customer service. I bought ski boots in October this year and I have used them many times already. After they packed in I realized they were way too large for me, and Lenny gave me a full refund. I was amazed and super impressed that they took them back. Would highly recommend going to this store for any need. Comforting to know that they actually care!

The airlines broke my 7 wood and my usual large golf store didn't have a shaft to replace it with. I couldn't even find one online. Someone recommended Lenny's Golf Shop. As soon as I walked in I was immediately helped and they were able to provide a new shaft for repair. At least 2 other staff members inquired if I'd been helped during my time there. The place was busy and it was Friday morning. Customer service may be disappearing but not at Lenny's Golf Shop.

I keep coming back to this place. My mom is new to golf but they hooked her up with the perfect driver and three wood, great clubs without the off the lot price tag of the new stuff and still better than what I currently have. I am more of an intermediate golfer who inherited some clubs, but I gotta say after getting a great pitching wedge from Lenny's I'm inclined to upgrade my whole line up. The staff is amazingly helpful, super friendly. They adjusted the loft in shop in order to give me a better feel, they know their stuff. They match the club to your style of play. I love this place.

Anytime I've ever gone in Lenny's I always get quick, professional service. Today I needed a sand wedge and the sales person showed me 7 different clubs and explained the difference of each club. It's the only place I go for a new club or a dozen balls.

Not usually one to write reviews but I had to. I stopped in last night to shop some drivers. I was immediately greeted at the door and led to the swinging area. A staff member guided me through a number of different drivers, adjusting each one to be right for my swing. I even got a great pointer on my stance. After trying about the 2 I came in to try, I got a number of others brought up at the employees suggestion. He found me the perfect driver to get me finding more fairways. 5 stars for customer service!

I really like this store. I went to a number of other golf stores before I arrived at Lenny's and no one really seemed to care about what clubs I "needed" vs. what they wanted to sell me. It was refreshing when Jon a.k.a. Fitzy took the time to understand my needs and diagnose my swing. He was very knowledgeable about the fitting process and got me setup with some new irons. He didn't over-sell me and he didn't under-sell me - he helped me get just what I needed. I'll certainly be back!

The minute I walked through the door an employee offered to take my skis for me ( I’m short and awkward). I came into get my bindings put on and they did an amazing job anything offered to bring my skis into my car :) He was incredibly efficient , thoughtful ,kind and pleasant . I received exactly the type of device I’d expect from a small shop which is iwhy I avoided going to epic. Prices are outstanding , can’t wait to be back for my golf needs ;). Go here. Don't bother going elsewhere, don't even look. I've been playing golf my entire life, am a total equipment junkie, and this is easily the best fitting experience I've ever had in 27 years of playing. Laid back staff that know what they're talking about, and customizing options you won't get anywhere else. They have the high-end equipment you won't get from any other store in the Denver area, and it'll fit you the way you want it to. I do wish their hours were a bit later, but I'll carve the time out of my work schedule and make the drive from Thornton anytime I am putting a new club in the bag. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I was thoroughly impressed.

From the busy Saturday that I walked in without an appointment and was still able to spend over an hour with Charlie, to the multiple additional fittings where I bought a single used club. This place is awesome. Mike spent time with me today to check the fit of the irons I bought a few months ago and ended up giving me some great pointers on different aspects of my game. Back in August,2014 I purchased a new set of Callaway X2Hot irons, great help from Brian selecting the right clubs and getting fitted. All was wonderful until early November, 2014 when hitting the 4 hybrid out of the rough the face of the club shattered. The next day I went into the store to see if anything could be done, before I could even tell Lenny the whole story he was getting me a new replacement club. Had always heard about how great this store was and now I have experienced it. Wow what a great place!!

GET A FITTING WITH MIKE MALONEY!!! I'm a 2 handicapper but a couple of times every round, I've been hitting it high right, off the golf course. I stopped by Lenny's and asked Mike Maloney to adjust the hosel settings. Then I hit range balls and still wasn't happy so I scheduled a full fitting with Mike. WOW am I glad I did! He dialed in a new shaft, hosel settings & weights. I'm hitting it great and have a lot of confidence. The high, drifting right miss is gone. THANKS MIKE!!!

I just recently dropped off my Big Bertha driver and my Ping 7 iron, both of which needed new shafts. All of the employees working there are golfers themselves and are very knowledgeable about the products and services they sell. When I picked up the clubs today, I was met at the door by Lenny himself, an engaging and outgoing man, who really makes you feel welcome in his shop and has a genuine love of what he does that shines through. Skip the big box retail stores where the kid selling you your clubs could be in high school (I myself sold skis and golf clubs part time at a sporting goods store in NE Ohio in the 80's and I never golfed then) and patronize Lenny's, a place that knows their business and truly earns yours.

I've been going to these guys for 18+ years and have had outstanding service every time. Shawn (sp?) is as knowledgeable as they come when helping you pick out equipment. I'm never disappointed when I leave there. Be sure to visit them during the Golf Expo! I'm sure there'll be great deals as always with these guys.

Got some help from a great guy named Andrew today. The best customer service I've ever had in the outdoors industry, let alone the ski industry. They made my winter the best that it can be and I'm sure they will do the same for you. Gotta recommend these guys! Skip Colorado ski and golf next door, much more expensive with nowhere near Lennys' level of amazing customer service.

Just got fitted by Nick. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and committed to getting me set up with exactly what I wanted and needed. I've had a couple fittings in the past, but they were in too much of a hurry and it never felt like they really cared. This experience was exactly the opposite. I am absolutely confident I will see a major improvement in my game and I can credit that to Nick. If you are on the market for clubs and considering a fitting, go here first. It's not that you simply won't be disappointed, you will be impressed!

I have been here twice and both times have been a wonderful experience. My first time there, I just went in to get my driver shortened and i ended up wanting to get a new grip. A "T" i believe helped me out and basically just helped me out a lot. The second time, since I enjoyed my first time so much, a Jon helped me out and he basically fitted me for free which was awesome. Something I definitely needed considering im a college student and just started playing in may. Jon was super helpful in every aspect and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place!

Great place to pick up a season snowboard rental. Staff was very friendly and welcoming to someone who is new to the sport. Answered all my questions and made sure I left with what I needed. Rental for the season was $200, and includes any tuneups or maintenance through the season. It's a reasonable price and I love the small, inviting, friendly atmosphere.

I was skeptical at first to go here, but a few golf friends highly recommend them, so in I go. As soon as I entered the door, I had the full attention of the staff. I let them know I was looking for a set of irons and off we went. I was asked a couple of questions, and I was set up with a few choices to hit with. Without putting my opinion in, I just let him watch me hit and he did his thing. After a few adjustments I was dialed in and hitting well. Once that was set, I said I originally wanted a set of Callaways, which cost more than the set I was getting set up with. Needless to say, I didn't hit them nearly as well. Mike knew what he was doing and I had the best time working my way to the clubs that worked for me. Will definitely make this a regular place for me from now on.

10 STARS! My first review on google, but I had to take the time to support this local golf shop. I had been shopping around for a new complete setup in the Boulder area. After walking into the Golftech nearby, and being ignored completely for over 5 minutes I left feeling inadequate for their lofty standards. I then called two more golf techs in the area, neither answered the phone, and when I did get someone on the phone they wanted $300 for the fitting, and didn't even carry the clubs I wanted (TaylorMade M2). Then I found Lenny's. They were 45 minutes away, and I was late to my appointment. I walked in and received a friendly greeting from multiple employees and then we got right down to business for my fitting. Charlie has so much experience with this and he guided me smoothly and efficiently through the process. He was more than willing to stay far after closing to ensure I had a quality fitting and had real understanding of my swing and style by the end of it. I have immense respect for this business and will only shop with them from now on. The drive is worth it, and I can guarantee they will take care of you the same way. You don't want the big box stores, or the to-good-for-you attitude from Golftech type shops, you want the local store that's been here for 30 years, who back up their products completely, and has respect for their clients. Thank you Charlie, Lenny, and the rest of the team for creating such a wonderful experience. I trust your work whole-heartedly. Not to mention the pair of shoes they threw in for free!

We looked for a golf store that had a good assortment of kids clubs and the staff that knows how to properly fit them. We were very happy to have found Lenny's. The store has a large selection of new and used clubs for both kids and adults, and their staff is excellent at personalizing your set. Lenny gave me a great deal on a new set of Taylor Made burners for my 3 yr. old. I guess I'll be back since my boy now has better clubs than I do! I would highly recommend Lenny's golf. I've never written a review but my last 2-3 experiences at Lenny's totally deserve it. I've forgotten his name but last summer, one of Lenny's colleagues was UBER-patient with me for a club fitting. Plus, he and another long-standing employee let me meander through choosing a new putter... Meandering is a good thing. Putt-change-try this, repeat. Until I -- yes I -- was comfortable -- NOT when they decided it was time for a sale. These guys are AWESOME. It's all about getting you *the customer* to the right decision...augmented by their skill and experience your timeline, not theirs. ***Completely*** customer focused. No -- I'm not a paid spokesperson. Today -- 9ish months later was icing on my happy cake and cause for endorsement. I had purchased a travel bag on Amazon b/c I needed it in a certain travel window ...getting it to me required Amazon rather than checking out Lenny's late on a Sunday night. Anyway, the bag came today as scheduled -- it was huge. I was stuffed. I called Lenny's. Charlie -- consistent with others -- made it easy for me to be happy. He got me the travel bag I needed w/ZERO hassle. Go Here. These guys know their stuff and deliver the customer experience you remember from your local hardware store 50 years ago. Simply outstanding. Thank you to all (many of you) who've helped me every time I stepped in your shop. Lenny's is simply the bomb. ;-)

One of the only businesses still around that fully comprehend giving the customer MORE than what they expect and deserve. The wealth of knowledge particularly in difficult club fitting scenarios blew my mind. Even beginners will get what they need, not what most other stores want to sell. The absolute greatest customer service you will find in golf. After spending (wasting) an hour at the PGA store (go read my review of them), I came to Lenny's just looking for a driver head cover. Within 15 seconds of being in the store I was greeted, and offered help. I informed him I was looking for a head cover for my driver. Despite knowing this sale would only result in maybe $15, he showed me every available cover they had. After I found the one I wanted I told him I was going to just browse a bit. He then said "Ok great, just let me know how else I can help you, that's what we're here for." I wasn't in there to spend hundreds of dollars. I was in there for a head cover, and he still wanted me to know he valued me as a customer, and WANTED to help me with anything I need. These guys are amazing. They're the portrait of maximizing the customer experience. Every single golf need I have in the future - whether it's fitting, buying, testing, or browsing, Lenny's will be my first stop. Don't waste your time at the big stores. You'll be ignored, you'll condescended to, you'll leave angry. Just come to Lenny's and get a personal experience without frustration.

They have a place you can swing them too, and bring pretty naive towards golf, they were able to help me pick clubs up for how I swing. Top notch service. Will never go anywhere else. Absolutely amazing experience here renting skis for the season. Charlie quickly got me fitted customized the skies for my type and recognized the type of boots I needed based off the size of my legs. Very professional, king, helpful and charismatic. They offer maintenance throughout the season and said that all rentals could potentially be purchased as well. Ski rental equipment began Oct. 7th so hurry there before they sell out!

No nonsense shop, I landed in Denver looking for a place to get my skis waxed and edged. They got me in there, sharpened and waxed in about 30 min for super cheap. Great service and guys. Definitely more of a golf shop but if you need a quick tuneup, worth stopping in.

I love this golf shop. Of course you could go to a larger corporate store. They might even have twice the equipment or twice the selection. However, it's hard to replace the feeling you get by supporting a small business. Lenny's is one of the few small golf shops left. Awesome service and prices. I stopped over there after CO ski and golf told me that they might have what I was looking for. I was greeted as I walked in the door and told the guy that I wanted some Ptex. He said he would ask the shop guy if he had any. The shop guy went in back and grabbed me one clear and one black stick, exactly what i wanted. He asked how much I wanted to pay for it. I said $10 since that's what 4 black sticks cost at CO ski golf. He said he'd sell them to me for $2. Then he gave me advice for how to properly use them and also gave me advice on boots since I mentioned those too. I'll definitely be going here from now on. Nice to find a place with workers who genuinely want to help you out rather than overcharge you and leave you in the dark so you have to pay them to do work on your skis.

They were incredibly helpful and kind, they fixed all my clubs and got them back to me in 24hrs and even cleaned them and threw in a couple free balls.
