Great store & knowledgeable staff. I went in 5 minutes before closing time & Mickey spent 30 minutes & lots of effort installing an umbrella holder on my pull cart. Always helpful no matter how small the detail.

Koosa is either fantastic, or really frustrating and I think it all depends on which sales guy you end up with and how busy it is. But if you can stomach the salesmen swarming like sharks, you can find some great gear, good prices, and fantastic advice. I went in once looking for cheap used irons and the sales guy there spent over an hour with me, on the simulator, trying different set ups, all on irons that were less than $200 for a set. I thanked him for the service, because I know that wasn't a big sale for him. He was gracious and kind and I appreciated that. But I was literally the only one in the store at the time. When it's busy it's easy to feel like you're being over looked, especially if you're a poverty golfer like I am.

Awesome place to get your golf clubs repaired and custom fit. It may take a couple of days to get your clubs back, however, it is well worth the wait. They removed and replaced a shaft in my 3 Metal and replaced a Grip on my 5 Metal. They did an excellent job. The employees are super professional and easy to communicate with. Thanks for everything!!!

and excellent shop (even for beginners like me!) there is a wide variety of clubs and balls here. the fellas working were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. there is a small putting area to practice (inside). they also provide fittings and private lessons using technology to measure your swing, ball speed, etc. would recommend shopping here!

Great selection of everything you will need for the golf course. Very patient, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Worked with Jim Conklin for the fitting and selection of equipment and was very pleased with his services and extensive time he allocated. Prices were average to little on the high side.

A great example of don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside just looks like a cheap place but inside is awesome and filled with a lot of really great product and lots of variety. The members were really helpful and gave me a lot of pointers that will help me get better as a golfer. I really look forward to going back in and buying more product from them.

Literally had the best experience here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, not pushy at all and they have something in there for every price point from the brand new model to used clubs from 10 years ago. I've never been fitted for clubs before in my life but I wanted to give it a try and was not disappointed! TJ was super helpful and listened while also giving me tips to improve my game! I really feel like they care about your needs and your budget and not about the sale! Would definitely recommend to anyone from the avid golfer to the guy that's just trying to get into it like me!

This is for the Lexington location. I had a great experience! I went in looking for a new 3 wood. Mike Arthur spent about an hour fitting me for the best club. The fitting system they use is fantastic. Mike even took time to show me a few things in my swing that could use some work. Can’t beat a free lesson from a PGA Professional!Wouldn’t you know it, I started hitting them better. I could have gone to one of the big box stores and gotten the same price on clubs. It’s the personal service and knowledge that set this place apart. I will definitely be a customer at Koosa for as long as I live in the area. If you’re a person that likes personal service, I recommend this place. No pressure or sales gimmicks. They will price match. Give them a chance. THANKS AGAIN MIKE!!

I've been coming to Koosa Golf for quite some time and the customer service there is absolutely spot on. Jim and Jimmy C are 2 of the the nicest and informative guys you could possibly ask for. Went in there today to look and test out the new Titleist TSi3 driver cause I felt my Mavrik Subzero (which I bought from Koosa) wasn't feeling right. Jim took me through the loops of fitting. Got a base off my mavrik driver and started on the Titleist drive. That's when he noticed something in my swing. Instead of continuing with my fitting he took the time to help me with my swing and get my mavrik driver back to where I would like it to be. To me that right there speaks volumes. He could've sold me the Titleist driver but he insist that I keep on hitting my mavrik driver cause I was getting better numbers with it instead of buying a new driver. Unlike most shops they are there to help with your golf game and not all about selling something you really don't need. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Kossa for your amazing service.

Regardless if you are just starting out in golf or shoot scratch, this place has everything for you. The staff is not only friendly, but they are knowledgeable in golf. They don't do this for money, they do this because they all love the game and enjoy sharing it with anyone interested. These guys will receive a follow-up visit for me whenever I need golf equipment, regardless of the hour and half drive I have to make. DO NOT go to another golfing shop. Give these guys a chance to blow you away.

I needed a driver and they were great. I am sorry but the older gentleman helping me was fantastic. He picked 4 drivers per my request and took me to the simulator. After about 20 minutes or so I had it down to 2 and with his advice got the one we felt was best for me. I haven’t played in 15 years and the first few times I teed off I as usual sliced and then duck hooked the ball. No worries it has been a while. Then 250 straight and then next 3 driver shots over 300 yards. I have never hit that far Don’t get me wrong I hit a few bad ones later but it was obvious to me I had the right club and flex thanks to the guys at koosa golf. Thanks and I will be back Doug
