Great food. I asked one of our servers for something different to drink than coffee, or ice water, at the table, and received a Pepsi within minutes of asking. Before I left, I found out 'her' name is Mary. Great name! Great service. Thank you Mary and Staff

You cannot find a more caring and professional staff for event catering! Jaimie is the best, and if the owner, Pat, likes you then you can sample their homemade Irish drink that warms your heart and loosens your feet for dancing! From our bartender Mark to our awesome servers we loved this venue for our wedding! They earned every star and will not disappoint!

Was there for golf course. Later in year but course itself is in bad shape. The layout here is very nice and if the course was better taken care of either probably get more play. While late in year the courses I played the week before were in best shape.

Absolutely an amazing experience! My fiance and I went to check out the venue for our reception and we're extremely excited to be working with all of the great people here! They are making this process super easy and memorable. We stayed for a bite to eat on the patio and it was the best chicken club I've ever had. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Love this place. Good food, nice bar with seating on the side. Fantastic relaxing atmosphere, and view. Jamie and Carrie are always there to take care of you. If you haven’t been, you should go and try. Call for hours, and days. You will enjoy your experience.

Palos Country Club did an amazing job for my wedding! Jamie is simply amazing and made this whole process a BREEZE! the food is amazing and the room was absolutely beautiful. this was not my original venue but i’m so happy I switched! this place is a hidden gem! thank you so much to the staff and Jamie for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!!!!!!

I visited here for a brunch and it was really nice. The food was very good also. I don't remember which room the event took place in but it was decorated beautifully. It was a nice size room and tables were spaced out appropriately. I truly enjoyed myself here. I highly recommend here for anyone's event.

We went to Breakfast with Santa. Fabulous food, plenty of food and great variety. Santa was very good with the children and adults. Definitely going back next year

The club house is nice and the staff is outstanding. The course is fun and the gives plenty of challenge. Unfortunately the up-keep of the fairways is lacking. We go there regularly because we love the layout and it is really a beautiful course, the price is easy on the pocket, it's just in need of better grounds-keeping.

Great staff, very helpful when booking a function there! Several choices of rooms (small, medium & large), all are beautiful. We've also gone there for business, and church functions. We never even consider going to other locations, because Palos Country Club is the best!

We were there for a benefit. The staff is very friendly, the food was delicious. We had ribs and coated pan fried chicken breast which was so very flavorable it did not need any thing to compliment it. Afterward we went to one of the lounges which overlooked the water in the park and had a few beverages. The establishment is classy and very comfortable. I would recommend going there for any reason.

I just had a work party there. The ambiance is very nice and the food was great. It did take forever to get the food though, usually I don't want to wait 20 minutes between my salad and the main dish. I didn't even get dessert because it took so long for them to bring it out that everyone was mingling and not seated anymore

I'm so lucky to have found Palos Country Club, signing that contract was the best thing I could have done for my Sept '13 wedding!! I worked with Pat and she was my saving grace through my year of planning. She is one tough lady and I knew from the very first day that she would fight to get everything we wanted done for us and make our day perfect (which it was and then some)! She'll give it to you straight, no bs, which I really appreciated. The day of, when our wedding cake wasn't being delivered on time the Palos crew made it all work out, contacting the cake vendor and fighting to get our cake in (which they did just minutes before we made our grand entrance). The Grand Ballroom & grounds are absolutely stunning, everything is kept in the best shape possible. Clean & beautiful, 100%. Other venues just cannot compete with their prices. I searched EVERYWHERE and you will NOT find a better deal in a better setting than Palos CC. Do yourself a favor & CHECK THEM OUT! Everyone was raving about the food!! SO DELICIOUS!! We had the Tenderloin of Beef served Chateaubriand style with Bearnaise sauce which was accompanied by Chicken Vesuvio. Best of both worlds- chicken & filet! The tenderloin was replenished at every table to ensure that everyone got the temperature they preferred and nobody left hungry. We even had a great time at the tasting! They allowed both parents to come and served us all the options as full plates with drinks! Much more enjoyable than meeting with a huge crowd buffet style. The bar service was awesome.. they had everything and the bartenders knew how to make all the drinks. Even with 225 people there was never a line at the bar, and everyone always had a drink in hand which made for great times on their huge dance floor! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!! THANKS PALOS CC CREW & PAT for the PERFECT night!!!! I just wish it could have lasted longer!! Also, we had a blast playing the course which they let my entire wedding party do free of charge. Beautiful course!! Very well kept!

A fine 9 hole course that will challenge your golf skills The course needs better drainage because some fairways are poorly maintained. Would not play after heavy rainfall, at least for a few days.

I love plan Palos Country Club because it is never crowded and you can play all 9 holes usually within an hour or so. They have brand new golf carts and it is a fun easy course to play.

Go here once a year for banquets and events, it's a nice venue but avoid rainy weather because it's very flood prone
