Personally I love this course. For the money 1 of the best in the area. Greens are usually in great shape. Tee boxes most of the time are good. Just a FYI during the summer they have leagues Mon-Thur. So getting out after 4 will be a no go until leagues end. The staff is fantastic and friendly. They have those new electric carts most courses are using now. If your like me you might not be a fan of those cause they can get you stranded if you go out bounds.And then your pushing the damn thing. Buts it's a very walkable course carrying or using a pushcart. Hope this helps someone and see you out there

Forgot this course was 8 min from home. Great shape for a drought. Lots of longer holes straighten out your drive. But the food and service were Fantastic. We had a large group on a Monday and the young lady at the Bar- restaurant was efficient friendly and helpful. Think I found my new after work place to play a few holes. Don't pass it up!!

For the first week in March unbelievable grounds, just wish the yardage markers were a little easier to find. The greens rolled very fair. Can't wait to return.

Great course and has been for years. Trees and water make it a tough layout but still a lot of fun for everyone. Wear khakis and a collard shirt. They have a driving range, putting green, and separate chipping green with a sand bunker for practice. Also have great food and drinks.

After 9 holes of late season golf, decided to check out the newly renovated restaurant for lunch. Draft beer was ice cold. Grilled chicken salad sandwich with candied bacon was amazing. Will be back.! Back again! Can't beat the burgers here. Food is unbelievable!!

Fantastic course. Surprised this was my first but won't be my last. Layout is impressive, challenging but not overbearing. Missing a shot will hurt but not ruin your score. Carts are awesome, GPS enabled with connection to clubhouse(we found the "report slow play") button very helpful. Other amenities includr driving range, full clubhouse and mobile drink/snack cart. Has the feel of a private course but welcoming to the public. Will definitely be playing here again.

3.5 overall. Course was fun to play, lots of challenging holes. Always nice to have a driving range to warm up before hand. We made the turn at 10:30 and were looking for something to eat or a snack. They told us no one was there to help us, that's unacceptable. No drink cart either, also a big negative. The carts have GPS which is great, except when you have to stay "cart path only" when the fairways are in average shape to begin with. Then you have to walk to your ball, which slows pace of play down. Sprinklers not turning off, unable to hit a 2nd shot because of it. Groundskeepers are annoying and talk in your back swing. I was excited to play this course, however I won't be returning here especially for 65 bucks for mid week.

My three friends and I just completed a very competitive round of golf - the course was in fantastic shape. We were warmly greeted in the clubhouse upon our arrival and we had a delicious lunch after, and these framed a terrific golf experience - our favorite course by far!

1st time playing the course and what a wonderful and fair test of golf. Not too tough but not too easy. The course had it share of holes you can make birdies on and plenty of holes you can make a big number on. Most of the water holes are on the front 9 and more bunkers on the back 9. Some low spots so I could see it getting muddy after the rain but in good shape for the price. I can't wait to play the course again.

It was a little beat up in the greens will really slow for this course. They are charging way too much money to play here. It's $50 for a cart. No you did not read that wrong.

I golf here every year in a charity golf tournament and use if for my company golf league. Beautiful and challenging course for me as a casual golfer. Nice clubhouse that was recently renovated, proving a larger bar.

Big renovation this year, golf still great but now have 30 draft beers with best food in area. My new go to place to eat, I honestly do not believe the cook could make a bad meal if he tried.

The course was great and the woman at the clubhouse was very friendly and professional. The starter was unprofessional, rude and nearly ruined the day. Pulled in at 610 for a 630 tee time the starter told me to "hurry up your on the tee". Went in with the three others who were part of my group all of us paid and as we came out the starter used a radio to ask the pro shop if each one of us paid. Great course, horrible starter.

Nice course they have done a lot of work to it. I dont think the price of a golf cart is fair They should cost 20 for the day weather you have one or two people.

Beautiful and fun course to play. If you want to experience a true New England golf course this is it. Lots of trees, water, unique holes, and signature holes. Worth the price which is only slightly higher than other nearby courses.

Great layout, nicely groomed fairways and greens, no gimmick holes. Very friendly golf shop staff; they want everyone to enjoy the course. Pace of play was fine. Can't do better for a public course!

Everything was excellent, only thing that was uncomfortable was some very dusty Cart paths. And I know that is a minor issue. Overall course and all the employees were great.

A beautiful course that is in great shape. The holes are laid out the way I like, Not too tight our technical but reward you for correctly placed shots. You also get to use every club in your bag. Nice electric carts with GPS. They do use the gps in the carts to keep you out of certain areas of the course that are wet or are trying to limit traffic. Doesn't bother me.... Others it does. Nice layout as well regarding the Pro shop being right beside the first tee box and the clubhouse is nicely placed right between the first tee box and the tenth tee. Allows you to step in to grab a bite or drink at the turn and not waste any time. Clubhouse is nicely renovated and the food is excellent. I grabbed a grilled chicken sandwich and a house salad and was super impressed. They also have a nice dinner menu although I haven't tried that....yet. Definitely eat here!

The day we went was rainy but there had been significant rain prior to our play the tee areas were a little beaten up, the greens were very soft. Have played here before and it was in much better shape, the wet fall probably had a lot to do with it.

I always liked this course. In fact used to belong to the association there. Always a fair but challenging course for any player. Played there 4 times since the new ownership.... I have to be honest, besides the lovely woman whose names escapes me, the staff in general seemed to be less than engaging. I realize times change, but I think the new ownership should consider what makes this place so special.... You shouldn't feel as though someone is doing you a favor when you're ordering a beer. I hope they work on the small things as well as the large...

Made a tee time for Nov 7th, they wanted to charge $80 for a round of golf in November. What a rip off. Place is not worth $80 in peak season.

We had the crab cakes (2) and mussel and shrimp appetizers. Both were perfect. I had the lamb shank and root veggie with cherry sauce very good. My brother had scallops and his wife had shrimp with salmon in an interesting cream sauce. My mom had a small portion (available in 2 sizes) fish and chips. Everyone was happy. For every adult entree you can order a free child's meal. Appropriately priced food. Wonderful seafood. Will definitely go back soon.
