Mountain Branch was absolutely stunning 😍. I took my friend to eat brunch there and it was our first time visiting. We were greeted right away and were seated outside as the weather was perfect. We went around 11am and it was empty considering they had just opened. The pictures below doesn't do this place justice. It's a perfect location for a cute bridal shower, wedding or any special occasion to be frank. I ordered calamari, crab dip and honey old bay wings with a sweet tea. My friend ordered a salad and a shrimp salad sandwich. The food came out pretty fast and was very delicious! The honey used for the honey old bay wings was thick and very sticky, it was tasty but very difficult to chew through as it was causing my teeth to stick together. We stayed a little over an hour just chatting and watching a golf tournament that was occurring just below us. I highly recommend this place and am excited to return.

Tracers Golf Driving Ranch: great 2-level driving range, pay by the hour for unlimited balls and fun! Sensors and cameras watch everything to give you a digital read out of distance, speed, launch angle, curve, etc etc

Had a very nice meal. The tuna tartare was fresh, flavorful and delicious. The chicken chesapeake was a 10. Duet ( crabcake and lambchops ) were very good. Bread pudding was moist and decadent. The server Courtney couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. A very enjoyable night. Would definitely come back.

We had a private dinner for 10 people here following our wedding ceremony. The staff was very friendly and attentive and remembered every order and request we had with no issues whatsoever. Service was fast even with a large group. Every item we ordered was excellent with good portions and, again, no mistakes with any orders. Would highly recommend, especially for private dinner/events.

Went there on one of the weekend afternoon for brunch. Have a good variety in the menu and quality of the food was top notch. Do try their crab dip and crab cakes, you ll not be disappointed 😊 You can watch people playing gold from the patio which kinda adds to the attraction too. Will visit soon, highly recommended. …

It is a very nice place! Perfect for a small bridal shower or baby shower (the perfect event space in the rear) . Food was good. It definitely has a country club vibe. The wait staff are young and could use some disability sensitivity training. If someone is dining in a wheelchair, please pull the dining chair away. Other than that, i will return for sure. I want to give them another try. ❤️

The golf course has great scenery; The price is fair; and the golf carts have plush seats which is rare. The restaurant food was very well prepared and tasty. I got the crab cake and lamb chops. They didn't have mint jelly but offered us olives instead. The wait staff was amiable and attentive. The only reason I gave a four is because the building is dated and needs refurbishing/renovation. The ladies bathroom was large but was messy and very dated.

We love Mountain Branch, but brunch can be hit or miss with more misses than hits. As time goes on, it only seems to get worse. Some things we love are the ambience and the service. The food and drink are average. Some food was burnt, limited desserts, and mimosas had very little alcohol. Dishes need to be cleaned better. We got a spoon with something on it and lipstick on a coffee mug. The server was appalled and took care of it immediately, but this Should not happen. It was not the first time. It was discouraging enough that I’m not sure we will consider Mountain Branch for brunch next time.

Played golf here in a charity tournament, course had a fun layout and the driving range had the tracer portion open for use. Shame the range only extends to about 260 yards or so from what I could tell, hitting a few drives into the back net, so longer hitters won't really get the driver benefit of the on screen info. But for other clubs it was neat the see distance, carry, roll, and general flight on screen.

Very challenging and well maintained course with a great restaurant where you can soothe your wounds from a tough round. A solid value as well. As we kept saying during our round. This was big boy golf with multiple par 4's over 400 yards...and challenging. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at the course and at the restaurant.

Tonight Thursday Aug 19th. A real disappointment. I waited 2 hours for my food, and then order wasn't right! Tried Ike mad to get a pitcher of ice water, scored lemonade?? I was told there was ONE WAITER for entire outside tent area. Sorry but if you want to run a business you have to do better than this!

Held a 50th high school reunion event at the large tent. Everything was perfect...from the food, staff, planning coordinator. A good time was had by all.

Golf course is fairly challenging. It is somewhat sensitive to water during thunderstorm season so, if it’s been rainy expect cart path only rules on a few holes and a few soggy spots on the edges of fairways. If you can stay in the fairway you’ll not complain about the course. If you’re in the rough, that’s another story. I have heard on occasion the range isn’t open but it’s never happened to me. All in all, this is a good course considering it’s open to the public and not overpriced. The restaurant does great as well from the service, drinks, apps and meals. Sit outside - the view and breeze are fantastic. I golf with a group maybe a dozen times a year so there’s consistency in my overall high opinion. You won’t go wrong taking a friend, client or your kid to Mountain Branch for golf and a meal.

Only a review of the club house. Picturesque location with excellent view from outside patio. Clean venue, ample parking and seating inside.l for the number of people there. My company had their holiday party and the appetizers were well presented, varied, and delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bar was stocked and busy. When buffet was started, food was hot, tasty, but they did seem a little behind as the dinner wore on. They handled it, though, and options were refreshed.

I have been patronizing this restaurant for a long time especially when all they had was carry out .we had a wonderful meal including stuffed shrimp , chicken Chesapeake .to hot to sit outside so we were seated at a table close to bar area which was very noisy . The restaurant needs a total update . Manager , have you looked around lately. Upon entering their was handbags personal stuff ,soda cups all around the hostess station. . The hostess was pleasant and seated us . The carpet on steps has not been changed in years if not ever .It is black now and ripped . The lamps were missing lightbulbs and candles on the table needed new batteries . The beautiful fireplace looks old and they had a dirty rag and bucket on display . The lounge area when entering is boring . This place could be fantastic . Thank god the chef cares what he is cooking and wait staff is pleasant u need to keep on top of keeping restaurant clean and comfortable / details do make a difference management your restaurant is run down .

I took my Mom here for Mother's Day brunch. The food was amazing and it is always amazing when I visit. I have never been disappointed. It sits on a golf course and they have outdoor seating as well. Always a good time!

An early evening on the Terrace at the MB last. Saturday gorgeous view of the course Great full service meal of the Halibut Special and the Ribeye Special,House salads are top notch plus A grand selection of by the glass red wines Did i mention the bread plate is gratis and great. Stephen our server was charming and dilligent.wow update I just visited one of my favorite restaurants especially having wine bread and dinner on the veranda the tremendous view of the golf course makes it a wonderful evening or at least it has been in the past I think they've had trouble recovering from the pandemic. It seems their chef must be new or not as experienced he has been in the past. I had the stuffed shrimp and the stuffing was huge the size of my fist over three shrimp way too much filler though it did taste like crab typically cream is used not mayonnaise and not heavy filler quite disappointing. I can't fault the bread it was great as it always is my companion ordered the salmon and asked for it well done had to send it back not once but twice to make sure it was cooked all the way through. When I looked at the check I saw there was no place on it for a point of sale instructions on cooking it. Now this may seem like a simple thing to a lot of folks but we both enjoy the side orders as much as the entrees we both opted for the baked potato with our meals it was a sad day for both of us when we were serve steamed potatoes classy not the least bit fluffy inside we would have definitely ordered a different potato dish if we wanted steamed potatoes. The vegetable of the day which came with both was fresh green beans and they were fresh and cooked just right. My companion was rather disappointed that there were no rose wines on the wine by the glass list even though it's summer time. I can't tell you how disappointed as I have recommended this place dozens of times as a hidden gem hope they get their act together. And get back to the spectacular meals they offered in the past

Our waiter Joe was fantastic. We went for my birthday dinner. Tonight they started a Thursday night Date Night. Two meals, shared appetizer and dessert. We couldn't eat all the food. It was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Th golf course was in great shape. The food was good. Unfortunately the outing that we participated in did not have a rain date set up so we had to play in the steady soaking rain. I do not think this is a reflection on the course but a misstep by the planners of the event.

I can't thank Mountain Branch and the entire staff enough for hosting us and helping us pull of an absolutely perfect wedding day. First, the GM, Caroll - a MILLION THANK YOU's for being so responsive and accommodating during very challenging times. You kept us at ease and made sure everything went as planned. We never felt like we were in the dark or uneasy about the wedding and we could not be happier with the end result. Secondly - Nick. My wife and I were so impressed by him at our wedding. He always made sure we had what we needed (drink in my hand) and made a huge difference in our event. Give that man a raise! We were being pulled a thousand different directions throughout the event, but we just could not help but notice his work ethic. The next day he also made sure we got everything we left behind (which was literally everything). As far as the venue is concerned, it is perfectly positioned on higher ground, looking over a beautiful golf course and the surrounding county. It's a perfect mix of outdoor and indoor space, which allowed for a enjoyable event for ourselves and our guests. Jaime and I are so happy we chose Mountain Branch and look forward to coming back for many years. Caroll also hooked me up with some golf passes - I will be back soon!

I attended an event on Saturday evening. The view from outside the tent was breathtaking. The staff from Mountain Branch was great; very friendly and polite. During cleanup, they were hardly noticed. Very professional. I would definitely suggest this venue to others.

Really enjoyed the course, it was in great shape. My first time playing it. The clubhouse is really great, it looks fantastic up on the highest part of the course, and its very quaint inside. There's a great deal of open space for tables and seating outside the restaurant and bar. It's a place that makes you feel like your getting a golf experience. The vista's from the back of the club house are photo worthy.

We've been going here on and off for years. We even had a 30 yr. Anniversary party here. We never minded paying extra for an extraordinary meal. Today's extended brunch buffet was a not what we've come to expect from Mountain Branch. We will be back but our expectations will still be high.

The brunch buffet on Sunday is wonderful. There is a good selection of foods all very well prepared. The poached eggs were perfection. There are ramps for those with mobility issues but the seats and tables are pretty tight in places. The view from the restaurant is beautiful and the wait staff very pleasant and helpful although a bit slow this last visit.

Just had an incredible meal with friends of ours. The manager, Aaron, was absolutely fantastic. Our waiter was on the ball. The food came out very quickly. The atmosphere was terrific. And , most importantly, the food was out of this world.

I hadn't been to Mountain Branch in about 15 years and I was surprised at how unkept the restaurant looked. Our server was great however the food was at best average. My Reuben was greasy, my sister's mashed potatoes were cold, Green beans were barely warm, the blackened chicken was dry. The bathrooms were disgusting. I hope this was an off day, however I am not sure I would go back.

Big group of guys booked a small tournament, arrived bright and early ready to go and realized we booked a tee time for the following weekend. Staff/GM was very accommodating and was able to squeeze us in later that day. Appreciate you fellas, we had some guys come down from Philly. Could have easily said no and instead helped us out. Course was in great condition, tough pin placement. Will be back.

I went there with friends to listen to friends of mine play music, Amy and Chuck, with Dream Ticket, and to get a bite to eat. The crab cake dinner was delicious. We sat on the outside deck and enjoyed a great meal, great music and a great environment overlooking beautiful land out back.

Sorry to say I will not come back again. The food was good and service was good. But when you are going to pay the high price for food you would hope the atmosphere would be pleasant. Was not the case last night. We had a group of 7 celebrating a birthday. There was a party in an banquet room next to all the seating in the restaurant. The music was so loud we could not hear our own conversations. The manager was not accommodating at all. This was our go to place for a nice quiet dinner in the past but not anymore.

The golf was phenomenal and the food good but was a little upset when the menu did not depict accurately what was on the dishes and bartender that we had seemed clueless about the food. For example, the bbq chicken flatbread is covered in blue cheese, not listed on the menu where they offer a list of ingredients and the bartender had no idea what was on the menu. I absolutely hate blue cheese so that was a bigger deal specifically to me after playing 18 holes. Overall, amazing experience, slightly brought down by the restaurant, although the filet was very good 👍

Had lunch there today 3/9/18 and was very disappointed in the MD crab soup. Good flavor but too many potatoes and barely a few "strands" of crab meat, if that. My mom had the chicken salad and it tasted good but had some gristle in it. Her Caeser Salad was good. Probably won't be eating here again anytime soon.

This has been our go-to Sunday brunch for years, but today's visit was disappointing. Several items wearen't as fresh as usual, and we had issues with the cleanliness of our coffee mugs. The omelette station was excellent, as always.

Pretty good experience. Met a friend for drinks and dinner. I had the Greek salad with chicken (bartender recommended blackened so I said sure ... turned out to be a great recommendation!) ... and my friend had the shrimp salad sandwich with a side salad. Both our dishes were great! It was a little pricey... and there was a wedding party that had strolled in ....super intoxicated which you could imagine ruined the atmosphere ... Food definitely worth trying!

Not a place to seek out for quality gastronomy but if your too busy to cook Easter dinner yourself this year it's a decent substitute. The food lacked consistency between tray refills and the soup was poorly made. The chocolate fountain was very nice but the fruit wasn't properly ripe. The bread pudding was nothing special but it all made for a sweet end to the meal. Service was lacking as well. But compared to the totality of restaurant possibilities in the greater Baltimore area for Easter I have to give it 3 stars. For perspective.

This is a golf course rating only, although I will say the other amenities look as awesome as the golf course. It was my 1st time playing here while on a trip to the Baltimore area. Beautiful layout and in great condition. Multiple tee box options to best fit your game. Mostly big sweeping vistas, yet trouble abounds on every hole. Greens are tricky to put it mildly, yet even for never playing here before I'd say it's a very fair course with only a couple of holes where you have blind shots. Otherwise, you can see the trouble areas and if you find yourself in one, it's because you hit a bad shot. I definitely recommend the course and look forward to playing it again first chance I get.

My friend and I had dinner there for restaurant week. I ordered the Salmon dinner and she got the steak. My first course were the brussel sprouts that were delicious. Then my salmon came and it tasted like somebody dumped rock salt on it...with each bite I was crunching on salt. Her steak was to be medium well and it was pink with blood. So we sent our dishes back and they cooked a new piece of fish for me which was very good this time and fixed her steak. During this time the Mgr came over and said he was going to adjust the bill. So then for dessert we both jd the chocolate mousse...that was delicious. I am just a little upset that the Mgr would come to our table to say this and not do anything as a follow up. I would of at least thought a reduction in price or even a voucher for an appetizer or something for our next visit....just disappointing over the lack of follow up by mgmt.

This is only for the restaurant. The food was good, but the prices seemed high for what you got. Probably inflated because it's part of a golf course. I will say the view at the outside seating is really pretty and relaxing.

I don't think there are enough nice things that can be said about how beautiful this restaurant is. It is truly an experience. Not only are you being engulfed in beautiful scenery and a gorgeous atmosphere, but the food options to boost are beyond mouth watering. When you get your food, prepare for all of your senses to implode and explode simultaneously. My family have become instant regulars to this locations and it is always an exciting day when we know we will be making a stop here. The staff really love there jobs and believe in their food and really the atmosphere that is brought to each and every guest. You can see that by the way that they interact with every new or regular patron. My extended family lives out of state and they are always excited to go here when they come in town for a visit.

Great place to play! Course is kept beautifully. They keep the pace of play moving across the course. Cart is included in cost. Can hit off grass at the driving range. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent sunday buffet, wide variety of wonderful food. Could you please add something chocolate to your desserts though? Not a fan of bread pudding.... Staff was outstanding. Dont miss the all u can drink Bloody Mary Bar, $5 extra with buffet.

I played this course for the first time on the CBS Player's card so I was able to avoid the high weekend green fees. With that being said, I'd gladly return to play at the regular rates. The course was in incredible condition and I can't remember playing on nicer fairways. Fun layout, nice greens. Only drawback was the lack of ball-washers..

The course is actually a 4 star, however, I rated it a 3 star, because the green fees are a bit too high. Plenty of other courses around that are equally as good, if not better, and cheaper. To sum it up - It's in good shape, scenic, fun, yet challenging, but expensive. They don't offer 9 hole play too.
