Fair prices, honest with expectations and advice, and my service was completed WAY before I expected it. Going back for tires and recommending this to every neighbor. If you need any kind of service work on your vehicle, this should be the very first place you try. Mark's is the epitome of honesty, quality, and great value. The dealership tried to charge me multiples of what I was originally quoted here. Furthermore, I don't know anyone who has had a complaint about the quality of their work and phenomenal service yet. I love this place! I brought my car in before a big road trip to address the check engine light; I was given honest, efficient, courteous service and quite a deal on the price. When I was having car trouble on that same road trip, I called Mark’s for advice. Not only did their assumption of what was wrong turn out to be spot on, but the gentleman on the phone was extremely kind and reassuring and talked me through an otherwise stressful moment. I appreciate y’all so much! I would recommend this place to anyone.

The two Marks are super friendly, fair, and quick! I had a loose belt causing some steering issues that they tightened for free in the same day. Highly recommend!

Mark is a great mechanic!! He really takes care of his customers and is always trying to help them save on costs. I've been to him many times with my '99 Toyota Camry, and every time he breaks down the issue in clear terms and explains every cost. I always feel I can trust him to not only give me all the information I need, but to remain honest and trustworthy. Don't go to any other mechanic! Mark's is the best!

Mark is the best mechanic in Louisiana and a great person! I've been using Mark's Midcity after a referral from a friend almost 10 years ago. I recommend them to my friends and family and now you too! Autozone diagnostic told me all the coils were bad in my engine. So I took it directly to Mark Monday morning. He did his own diagnostic and only one coil was bad. They will never do unnecessary work and always beat the prices of larger shops. They were using Covid-19 precautions when I dropped off and picked up. I have nothing but the best things to say about Mark's Midcity! Take your car troubles to them and thank me later!

You know how they say you can't have all three, fast/good/affordable? Mark blows that notion out of the water. His shop is all three, consistently. Not only that, but he's honest and friendly too. I will continue to take my cars to him and I will continue to recommend him.
