From what I hear the current manager is new to the store. I've been here a few times I see them actively working to make it more appealing to the eye and to the customer. I think they could use a Denny's but other than that cut these people some slack. I've also heard that they're getting ready to bring a company in to do the tires again. A lot of mismanagement is making their job tough. The management that is in there now is doing a great job. give it a little bit of time. As one person stated I believe this location has a lot of potential and with the current management I believe it's going to turn into one of the better stops along your routes. great team. great experience. give them a chance

Ms Melissa, the manager, has a great store. Her team and herself make our experience enjoyable and unique each and every time. They've gone out of the way to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with each visit. Great job by Ms Melissa and her store.

Decent gas station, the parking lot was full to the brim with semi trucks and pot holes. The inside bathroom was clean and they had plenty of tables to sit at. The shelves were well stocked and the customer service was on point. Good overall visit👌🏽 …

Bathroom was clean. Lots of things to buy here. I've never seen so many trucks parked in one place. Only one lady behind the counter and she couldn't keep up with the demand. She apologized for being the only person there and she was working as fast as she could. Employees are apparently hard to get

It's as expected for pilot. It's not the best or biggest, but it's adequate. This location doesn't have a huge amount of parking. Some spots may be alittle tight, but not too bad. Parking lot alittle dirty, but it's after alot of snow. Womens bathroom was adequate. I had no issues with staff. Massage chairs, (working) washers & dryers, didn't use the showers, subway was there & I didn't order, but subway didn't appear open or staffed if it was open (maybe they were in the back?). The morning staff (the 1 person I could see) was very very nice. But besides coffee there was no breakfast sandwiches, hotdogs on the rollers, pizza, chicken - nothing prepared or hot to eat besides coffee. Again it was adequate considering. I did not shower there, and the choices for morning food was only prepackaged food that you can get at any gas station shelf.

It was a good experience, you can park your truck there but it'll probably be full. It has a lot of essentials and items for your truck, yourself and anything else. It also includes coffee, a Subway and a lot of other food, snacks etc. Very good place for truckers and travelers!

Normal truck stop. DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! Very clean inside and a welcoming staff. Bathrooms were clean. Stayed there the last 2 nights and there were always plenty of friendly staff working. Hot food was available around 8:30 pm both nights. Well stocked other items as well. I have no idea why all the negative reviews, but they are nowhere near an accurate depiction. GREAT PLACE THAT SERVES IT'S PURPOSE!!!

I have been in a lot of worse places than this, I took a shower and it was clean as any other Pilot/Flying J I have visited in the last 5 years, the food is good, the store is clean and organized, the staff is friendly, yes the parking lot needs a bit of attention like install more trash can and pick trash more often, maybe some line painting to indicate parking spaces but it is a 4 stars from me. Thank you.

Definitely not the nicest Pilot truck stop I've ever been to, also not the worst I've ever been to but it's close enough to see the worst from here. The parking lot is in dire need of repairs, the shower's were given a quick wipe down after each use, not cleaned just wiped down and not very thoroughly at that. At least the restrooms were recently remodeled.

Despite some truth to the previous poor reviews, I have to give these folks some credit. In the span of 10 minutes in the store I witnessed 2 of the least among us verbally harassing and being quite rude for no personal reason. Those folks were not the ones who peed in their Wheaties yet they got the brunt of it. Some of you truckers out there embarrass the hell outta me. It takes no effort to be kind to another person. Being rude does nothing to improve anything. Shame on you.

High volume store. Stays very busy. Store is clean and organized. Parking lot can use some up keep. Women's restroom is clean. Haven't used shower so I can't comment on that subject. Employees are nice and helpful.

Parking is insidious. If you're low on hours don't even pull in here if it's after hours. The guy the counter was nice and helpful the two girls were doing their job well but seemed rather miserable, I would be miserable if I worked there having to deal with the kind of people that I saw.

Rarely any semi parking spaces available. The bathrooms are clean. The subway is eh. They are out of something, including bread options, often. The have limited snack and drink options. The trucker supplies area is well stocked tho.

The store and showers were clean, the people were friendly and the parking lot was big. It was a nice little travel center. The only downside was the wait for a shower. When we paid we were not told how it works or that there is going to be such a long wait. We waited almost 2 hours which cut into our stopping time .

Dirty truck stop restrooms, dirty parking lot, needs to be rebuilt because this is pilot is in poor condition compared to most pilot/FJs, also, diesel pumps are garbage and either don't work or missing the tab to keep the diesel flowing without holding it. staff is nice and the food is hot though

This is always our must stop on the way in and out of the Twin Cities. We love stopping here for snacks. They have good hot food here too. Prices are reasonable. There bathrooms are usually decent. They have a bunch of fun knick knacks here to browse through. We love their corn dogs, pizza and burgers. Having a Subway attached on is always a plus, great for lunch.

Parking ok, I parked there with a bobtail. I took a shower in #1, water never got hot. The shower was out of soap. Water goes all over, no curtain. I ate soup there, was very watered down. Wasn't hot, either. Probably not to standards.

Love this Truck Stop. The showers are always clean. Staff is welcoming and very informative. Gas prices are competitive... and there's ALWAYS parking, FREE PARKING, FREE BASIC WIFI, and FREE SMILES!!!

I give the parking lot a 0 star huge pot holes and not many places to park. The showers a 3 star clean but the water got very hot when someone would flush. 5 star for the store clean and friendly

Good spot to stop and stretch your legs if you’re traveling for a long time on the road. Not as great for getting a meal necessarily. The subway we inside only had flatbread left and no chicken, which was bizarre for dinner time. No problem though, just had a flatbread BLT and was on my way. Again, not a bad stop!

Staff is super super friendly. I got a pizza made here, when I was laid over, and it was AWESOME!!! Showers and bathrooms were clean. Parking lot was clean, because they don't tolerate trash in Minnesota. Beautiful state!

I give it 3 stars. It is ok, limited parking but typical for big city stops. However, not having better food selection late night was a little disappointing. Diabetic needs could be a little more focused after 10pm.

Always a good experience at the pilot flying j usually things are kept up nice clean and well-stocked I believe the other day the paper towel dispensers were all empty. Cashiers are always friendly and delighted to greet you to the store

I was stuck at the Travel Center after I got a flat tire. I went inside to speak with the staff about what options may be available. Unfortunately they were not able to fix my tire, however, the employees were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make phone calls for me and offer suggestions about where to get the tire fixed. They had several food, snack, and drink options to choose from. We bought a fun book while we waited too. I'm thankful we were stuck at such a nice spot.

I'd like to personally thank this Pilot Travel Center for taking care of us when it was up to the hotel that had rebooked our room and were very rude to me when I asked how this was possible. I paid $150 for a super 8 motel in Bloomington MN across from the airport and when we arrived to check in for our reservation I was told that the manager personally removed my reservation (that was charged to my bank card and taken out) and rented it to another person. 30 minutes before we got there even. Now we are 2 and a half hours from home with no place to sleep. I was handed a piece of paper and told that I could try the circled hotels on the list. I called every hotel that Roxy, the front desk lady that was waiting for me to get there, had circled and said had available rooms. None of the hotels I called had any availability and had told me that there hadn't been availability the entire weekend. We shared a room with 3 other people, in a run down motel that was dirty, had one bed, was unkept, and absolutely the worst traveling nightmare you could possibly imagine. In despite of it all, the pilot center said they had showers and they were available to anyone for 12 bucks. So, I just wanted to personally thank you guys for taking care of us, and letting us shower and giving us the kind of care you expect from a hotel that was not given at the Super 8 hotel. So, thank you, we will always be stopping at a pilot if we need help with anything ever again. From gas to a shower they have it all and with smiles and friendly faces to make it 100x better. Not just for truckers. Pilot has everything you need if you're local or passing through on a long trip. Subway restaurant inside. They have a fountain pop machine that dispenses crushed or cubed ice. Courteous staff, clean amenities.

This place is very crowded, especially for a truck stop. Very difficult to get in and out, even hard to find the pumps or the store for that matter. It seems popular with the truckers though, the rigs are so thick that they're what's hiding everything.

Small lot for parking. Their website says one fuel price their pump says another and my receipt had a higher price than both. Only 4 fueling stations and 2 are closed with cones in front of them. Pump closest to the store the satellite pump you have to hold handle pump has no lock.

Well I like pilot j a lot because they seem to have an item or 2 or three that is hot food in their display case. And depending on which one you go to in the early mornings they have a Cinnabon station where they make them fresh each day. I can't imagine how much money I've spent at the Cinnabon station. I do like my reward points that I can use toward my purchase based on the amount of diesel I put in my truck. All in all I find the staff to be friendly and welcoming and interested in most of the drivers that come through the door if only to figure out where we're going or where we've been. And I like the fact that they try to remember who you are. That's a good feeling.

Very Helpful staff. Called in to get some help because we couldn't reach one of our drivers that was parked at this Pilot. Tory picked up and we asked to help us by taking a look in the parking lot and possibly waking our driver up. Thanks again, you guys really helped us to be on time with our delivery! Never parking available for trucks. I’m guessing many truck drivers live in this city and are on home time. Seen plenty of cars pulling up to trucks, which confirms my theory. I wouldn’t recommend this stop for trucks. Just keep going and look somewhere else!

Gas is usually cheaper than anywhere else in 10 miles. Good truck stop; easy off, easy on hwy. Subway at the stop doesn't follow national advertisements so is overpriced.

Friendly overnight staff... I flew in from Idaho, and stopped for a few beverages... and was greeted with that midwest hospitality... helped us find beverages we couldnt locate, and welcomed us to the midwest... It was a bit odd getting to the gas station but it was dark out... would reccomend stopping

Not there by 5 pm no parking. The little girl who works at Subway she was about as cold as my sandwich. Store overall is clean. ALot of abandoned bobtails there. Maybe not but haven't been moved in awhile.

I happen to be at this place quite a bit due to my husband being a trucker.....and the only thing i have issue with is that they have decided to place massage chairs right in front of the woman's bathroom... So everytime ...no matter what time of day...when a woman goes to use the facilities there is some man staring at her as she goes in and out of the bathroom.....its very creepy and uncomfortable.....other than that ...its a really nice place👍👍

Customer service was pretty decent, building seemed cleaned, bathroom was a little ghetto... One of their sinks don't work and you have to be careful with the water on the other sinks or you could burn yourself it gets super hot super quick.

Was a station sufficient to service rigs. Outing on a cycle ride,. Officials came to me sleep in a nearby driveway, ditch. THE MAN referred I stay here, Showers lounge. This definitely is not the only town the governor(GOVERNOR) Has woke me to say I CAN NOT. Near by the station there is a road closed; circumstanced to minimum maintenance regulations. If people would seriously consider the strife sometimes. If there isn't any harm, why dictate how the gum is under the table... So go ahead sleep at MY bar HE says, but try to remember take the gum with at the end of conversation _...

free overnight parking for trucks RV's and cars, laundry machines, showers, subway, convenience store and prices are relatively cheap in comparison to other truck stops. maintenance shop. CAT scale. Wifi internet. I give it 5 stars simply because it got all you need if you are on the road. now the bad for those who are picky: you can wait a while before someone answers you when scaling, showers can use a little upgrade when compared to other Flying J's or other modern Pilots, the place seems to me like its understaffed so expect long waits sometimes and lastly prices are cheap compared to other travel centers but off course it's more expensive if you compare it to food market

Too many local truck drivers parking over the weekend here, in preferred parking and regular parking. Difficult to find a spot in either. Staff are friendly. Always booked well ahead for a spot to park. And you will need staff usually to help you and finding that spot when you arrive

Parking is questionable, to many locals leaving trucks parked days or weeks at a time. Stop every week same truck always there, same spots. Parking lot needs attention, garbage and potholes. Typical Pilot on the inside.

From near by, I stop for gas coffee and a product that catches my eye. They bring in quality product I know. I love my camo hunting backpack. If you see something you like need or just want. Just buy it. The next time you stop it will be gone and not brought back untin the next season. This is the place that's stocks every type a digital equipment you would need on the road. Headgear charging systems, ECT ECT. Try their coffee boaster in the cream bends black container called Skol!!! Charge😊😊
