This Love's surprised me. The fresh food/salad was pretty bare and it was really,really dirty by IMO normal Love's standards. The inside of the store, restaurants and bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly but the outside in the driver's area looks like a landfill. Granted you can blame lazy and nasty driver's for that but it was obvious that some stuff had been sitting there for awhile with some garbage cans overflowing with trash.

12-6-22 Great stop with friendly staff not just one but two different lady's were so kind. I appreciate it, the red shirt lady held the door open for us:) Store was nice and clean. Fully stocked except the soda machine is out of order. This store deserves some praise.

Good for a Loves. Remember they are always popular so very busy. For the non-trucker you can get prepared food, drinks, snacks, and even fresh fruit. Usually stop here on my I-65 travels.

If you come off the interstate you can’t turn left into the station. You have to go down to the next light and come in the back way. It’s not very well marked. The parking lot has lots of spots. There is a Subway and Chester’s, plus typical convenient store snack and drinks. There is a truck stop in the back.

Come here about twice a week. Never a problem. Good pumps, good showers, the usual food options. Staff is always cool with me. They now have dedicated bobtail parking next to the scale! Thanks guys/gals.

There's a Subway inside of this location. I went in to purchase a protein bowl. The people preparing the bowl were very kind service was awesome. Until I got to the cashier who was an older woman maybe about my age. She quoted my total, I handed her my money. She act like she didn't want to touch me from the way she received the money from my hand. When she presented my change, she slapped it on the counter. I looked at her a said with a medium tone and firm voice, "If I gave you money in your hand, then give it back to me in mine!". She said, "I'm sorry." I can't say if she was racist or not because I didn't notice how she handled the customer before me. But, it didn't feel good being treated like that. I'll be glad when that behavior dies off.

To everyone who is going to use their showers, I watched one person the the fan screens and it's blades out side by the diesel island and used non-potable water that comes out of their hoses to wash them in the ground. So now when you take a shower you have a lot of dirt, grime, diesel ect all over their shower rooms and will be on you! When I come here next time I will not use their showers. The 4 stars is for customer service.

This is a very busy , extremely busy truck stop. They should build another loves truck stop nearby, Probably 50 miles down or up the highway.Yesterday the bathrooms were really dirty, towels had brown stains on them.haur on the sink, toilet bowl and floor. Couldn't shower. Today it's clean just gave them 4 stars. At least they tried.

A for attitude B for effort C for execution Pros: Good parking, lots of fuel stalls & showers for size, not the dangerous trashy Pilot in Brooks, Dominos delivers here, has a great coffee shop & Mexican restaurant across the road. Cons: Cleanliness is lacking, Chesters (barf), can often be a cluster to get in/out of, Wal-Mart is up the next exit. Could use a facelift, including ditching the Chesters for ANYTHING else. Still grateful for a parking spot around here that is miles better than the pilot up the road, just could have been done better. Seemingly short staffed at times.

It doesn't matter what loves you go to they always have clean bathrooms. This one is no different. Because of this when we travel loves is our goto fuel stop and snacks

Lots of food choices here. They have subway, Chester's chicken and typical convenience store hot foods. They also have healthy snacking options like yogurt, sandwiches and such. The customer service is lacking. On more than one occasion I have seen them rudely speak to customers. I have also witnessed them using foul language when they discovered they needed to stock.

Very busy. Entrance is strange and past the stop. Women's resroom had 4 stalls, 1 was broken and 1 didn't have TP. It did have a changing table in the main part of the restroom so I didn't have to take up a stall changing my son.

The only thing that gives this place 3 stars is the employees. The employees are extremely wonderful people. The store is almost out of everything. No salads (except Subway which is not 24 hrs), no trays for hotdogs, very little "Good 2 Go" products. They charge you for ice even if you get the ice in your own cup but I guess they need to because they are running out of food to sell. Lol

We stopped for gas on our way back to Wisconsin on 12/11/19. The bathrooms were immaculate, which is rare when you’re traveling. There was a great selection of snacks, and more importantly, the cashier was very friendly. Will definitely stop here again.

This location is awesome. They have a high volume of customers in and out and the staff greets them. I was watching both gas and disiel sides, staff was unbelievable. They know how to handle volume. Hot items on rollers were handled ok. Bathrooms were pretty clean. The store itself, very well kept and clean. All other locations needs to watch how this place handles store and customers. This location I am actually proud to say, I'll recommend this location to all travelers. This don't happen to often at a 'Loves'

This location isn't bad - showers are nice, finally have a shelf! Clean and surrounded by nice grass for the pups! It's a bit small and the lot fills up fast. We parked out front along the grass, out of the way completely, and were told to move, yet there was no parking left. Where to move? They couldn't answer. Would have been 4/5 stars if we didn't get confronted for nonsense.

Like many loves gas stations you get what you pay for. Some of their products are a little more expensive, but you get a clean travel stop and a lot better service along with a full service restaurant and showers. So all around a pretty great place when you are traveling. HOWEVER this particular Love’s gets 4 stars because of the way you pull into the place. You have to drive down to the light which a lot of people don’t understand so people end up making a uturn and blocking the road. Please put some signs up to correct this issue before someone gets seriously injured.

It's kind of up and down here depending on who checks you out. I will get names next time I visit but the older lady is very nice everytime i visit. If i dont go in for a couple weeks she ask how I've been and where I've been, very kind lady. Now the younger girl i believe is the manager acts like she hates her life, hates her job, hates customers. Two times now while I've been there they have had a problem with a customer. She makes it well known and everyone's business what is going on. The first time a customer was stealing a juice or some drink of that sort and she made everyone very aware of it. I asked if they had butter for the biscuits when she was working behind the chicken counter and she very rudely said no, but the time before and after a different worker gave me butter no problem.

Very busy, had a large variety of freshly made subs, fresh fruit cups and fresh fruit, plus the usual pop, chips, candy, lottery tickets. Also had a large variety of phone/computer/tablet accessories (cables, adapters, earphones, etc).

I had a good nigh sleep here. They need a better sign for the showers. They are kind of hidden, and I had to ask one customer where the showers are located. Men’s restrooms get CROWDED very quick as well and they need to add couple of extra units. Regardless of how crowded this location is, they keep it VERY VERY clean. Thanks Management: please put a better sign here for the showers . I like your dog park. This is Great addition to this chain.

While driving from Tennessee to Ohio a truck blew a tire and the tire flew back into my car and damaged some of the protective shielding underneath. It was dragging on the ground and I wasn't sure what to do as it was 8 p.m. I stopped here and asked one of the employees if they had a box cutter and she went out of her way to help me so I could cut away the busted parts that we're dragging. I came into contact with two employees and they could not have been more genuine, caring and sweet individuals.

Nice place to stop on a road trip... there is also a Subway here or you can eat some hot dogs, tornados or any of the other usual truck stop treats. Great selection of cold drinks, beef jerky varieties, candy, even some fresh fruit. Easy on and off the highway. Bathrooms were ok.

It's a truckstop. It has good days and bad. End of story. And if you truly can't figure out how to get into the place, you do need a brain transplant and you should not be on the road. There's a big sign that tells you to go to the traffic light and turn left. It's a shame stupidity isn't painful.....

It was ok! Get in, get fuel, something to eat (Chester's or Subway), take care of some business, and get out! Your not here to live. They do scores of people per day. Can't be Super clean. Some of us can't keep a restroom at home for 4 clean and we complain about a public restroom that entreats hundreds per day from every walk of life. SMH

Clean friendly people but LOVES in general lost my business forever by getting rid of biscuit breakfast sandwiches and replaced them with nasty breakfast burritos and French toast sandwhiches... Someone in the demographic deparmtent at Loves needs to understand that MANY PEOPLE do not like French toast sandwhiches

It's kind of hard to get a truck into the lot due to the City making the main entrance a no left turn which if you go to the traffic light just past the orginal entrance you can get into the lot they do have signs up. To help but they are not lit so at night are easy to miss. Aprox 100 truck parking spots

They did change the entrance and exit the one that you see normally it’s just come out the freeway is there right turn only . Go down to the bridge to the red light or light , turn left follow with in there . That was done to relieve traffic
