Did a 10 here Very nice and polite staff. They have a sit down restaurant and a hot box by the register. There are many touristy things to look around at. Wow! The bathrooms are amazing. It was marvelously clean and spacious. There is a tv in the bathroom right by the door when you walk in. Each stall has its own individual sink.The toilet is a bidet. I have never sat on a heated toilet seat before. When it’s -3 outside that feels amazing. I felt like royalty. Unfortunately they only have these in the women’s bathroom. The mens is just an everyday average bathroom. I was not expecting this truck stop to be so nice. I would definitely come back!

Nice staff. Private shower rooms are VERY nice. Way better than the other major fuel stations. They had a large walk in shower, large area for toilet, sink, bench, wall hooks. It was extremely clean, I mean not even water spots on the chrome faucet handles, nothing on the counter, floors, i was shocked. $13 was absolutely worth it. I assume they have some fuel point reward system where they may be free? Idk. But my company wants us to only using flying j network for discounts which is unfortunate because I can get fuel anywhere but when I want to clean up, this is my new favorite place.

Nice store. Good staff. Really nice showers. Decent parking. They have a truck shop. You can get a room next door pretty cheap if you don't want to, or can't, stay in your truck (because of repairs). There's a nice steakhouse next door too with pool tables and good drinks.

This is one of the cleanest, friendlies places I've stopped. The showers are hot, non fluctuating in temperature, and have great pressure! They are also accommodating as well with blow driers, fans, and brand new towels! The showers are large and always super clean! They are well taken care of and are not run down or falling apart. I absolutely am recommending Sapps Brothers to fellow OTR drivers who appreciate a nice place to stop where you are appreciated by the upkeep of this facility! Thank you, Sapp Bothers!

This is my go to shop I live in Cheyenne, Wyoming and I use them for everything on my truck. They are always professional timely and they do the job right the first time. Also, they usually have the best tire prices anywhere in the country. I highly recommend them.

Great great great. Especially the showers! Great service and they are actually doing a customer appreciation thing where you draw cards and get something for free! Plenty of parking however it can get a little tight in some places. Overall a great experience though. They also have a service center here and looks like maybe Kenworth next door. Thanks guys!

Vegas-style shower (couples shower) with dual sinks, bathtub, and dual shower heads. Attentive waitress in the restaurant. Good home-cooked style food. Steakhouse/saloon next door with a great selection of Wyoming whiskies, excellent bartender, and a cowboy/locals vibe. I’d stay here before any of the other truck stops in Cheyenne! Will be back.

Very clean. Restrooms are super nice and staff is very helpful. Nice selection of convenience store items. Restaurant was clean and super fast service. Waitress was on it with the drink refills. Super polite and food was good. Shop staff were friendly, mechanic was a little pushy,but not rude at all. Overall recommended stop and plan on staying here often as it's a fuel stop in our lanes.

Wow this store-gas station- restaurant is Awesome! We went in and the store is equipped with gifts, food, drinks some clothing. I used the bathroom and it was so immaculate. The toilet seats had warmers. And the store associates were so friendly asking if they could help me. I tell you that place had me feeling so great to be there. Kudos to this place.

Sapp Bros is a really neat truck stop off of the interstate. I go there for food, gas, and the Amazon lockers. It's a really well run truck stop with lots of amenities. Great for truckers, travelers, and people just looking to get out of their house for a few minutes. Great place!

Hands down the best truck stop in Cheyenne!! Unfortunately, I've had the displeasure of staying at the Love's, Pilot, and the TA up the road. I can tell you that those places don't even compare to this Sapp Brothers. This location is clean, well organized, has a friendly staff, and the showers are awesome. Professional drivers--don't waste your time going to those other places-you will only be disappointed by them after stopping at this Sapp Bros.

Fabulous customer service, coffee is far better than the Corporate America travel bull! Want great tasting coffee that's hot? Sapp Brothers has it! The chicken green hatch chili cheese burrito was awesome, definitely will get again!! Restroom was clean, and the stall had toilet paper on the roll, not clogged in the toilet or spewd all over the restroom.

People are friendly. Showers are nice and updated. Just wish the Wifi extended into the parking lot and not just inside the building.

They have skull, dragon, frog, horse, and other nick nacs including salt and pepper shakers that are the coolest! They also have purses, wallets, knives and blankets. Beat bet is just go in and see what they got but their staff are very stuck and and very rude.

Didn't look like much from the outside. I had some trouble with my gas pump, so I figured I'd just go in, use the bathroom and go somewhere else for gas, but the bathroom experience was AMAZING, so I just drove to another pump for gas. They had very expensive Toto bidets in every stall that had warm toilet seats, washed front and back, and even dried yer bum. The grab and go food was good also.

Live near the TA truck stop and tired with the food and staff and we decided to try the Apple Barrel and was very happy we stopped. The waitresses were awesome and the food was hot and tasted great. The special today was a chicken cordon blue and it was the best I ever had from anywhere after stealing half of my sister's plate. I ordered the club and it was also delicious. The rest of the food ordered in our group was also delicious and hot and fresh. From now on when we want a sit down meal we will go here instead of the TA. Thank you all today for your service and your food. We will definitely be eating here again.

Parking was suer limited, due to the time we visited. The staff was nice and very helpful. They provided information and the place was clean. I like the restrooms as they have heated toilets. This location was even nicer as it had individual sinks, soap dispensers, and paper towels in each bathroom stall. The store is always fun to window shop in as it has tons of trinkets to buy along with their regular convenience items.

Sapp bros is an awesome experience! They have very nice private showers that even come with towels! This was my first time at a Sapp bros and the customer service was amazing. Levi helped me through the process of how the whole thing worked and even helped me with a membership at the end of his shift, heck yeah! Will definitely always use Sapp bros when I'm in the area.

Good place. Diner is good. Pumps are clean. Store had lots of trucker goodies. Bathrooms are spotless and they take pride in making sure they are that way. There is a Roadway hotel on the premises and a great Steakhouse within walking distance that I have had prime rib at before and it is wonderful.

The gas I get at Sapp is of an excellent quality. The pumps work well. I am in and out quickly. There are great window cleaners available with wipes to completely get the job done. I am able to get my receipt and figure gas mileage and be on my way. Gas prices are generally good.

Always enjoy stopping at Sapp Bros truck stop/travel center. Friendly people, always greeting customers. Always seem to find something to buy when all I stopped for was coffee. The "alert" labeled coffee is the best they have. Just my opinion of course, but you really should try it. Gifts for all ages, and prices are good. Good fuel, coffee with a kick and gifts, nice people. I stop nearly every time I pass by. I'm a happy customer ! Great job Sapp Bros! Don't change a thing.

Omg if you are on highway 80 STOP HERE! You will not regret it! The bathrooms are five star for sure! Each stall had a heated toilet with Bidet included and its own in-stall sink. Amazing! Simply tremendous. The food smelled lovely, the gas was affordable and there was a TON of merchandise a smart traveler can save on as well as many many free local resources available (like Auto Traders..etc) FREE! F-in HEATED toilet seats ! Need I say more? There was a tip box in the bathroom and I am glad cuz those folks deserve a little extra for the little extra they provide us with ☺️

You have both the restaurant in the facility itself and T Joes right next door if you're wanting more of a steakhouse menu and alcohol. Both are very well run, reasonably priced, clean and worth the stop

Parking fills up fast in the lot, just swing around and park on the huge shoulder across from the place. Nice restaurant inside. One of the best steaks you'll ever eat at T-Joes next door. No longer have bidet toilets in the shower rooms.

Bathrooms are very clean (if there happens to be an issue, they are quick to fix), good variety of snacks hot or cold, employees are friendly and wear to take pride in their jobs. We go to Sapp Brothers frequently as we are on the road alot. This one in particular has very clean restrooms/shower room with nice heavy towels, the staff is friendly. We've eaten in the restaurant twice and I would say it's a little pricey. Meatloaf special today was $9.99 and $2.00 more for the salad bar; however you get the salad bar fee with the regular dinners. Thought that to be not so "special". Waitress was very attentive and nice.

This Sapp Bros has one of the best restaurants! I have been through here all hours of the day and night and the restaurant always has good food available. The store is big and has a trucker section that is well thought out. The parking lot is medium size, try to get there before 1900 at the latest. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the rodeway inn next door and stopped by Sapp Bros to pickup laundry detergent, turned out Sapp Bros had an excellent laundry facilities and lounge. Instead of doing the laundry in the frightening facility the hotel provided, we did the laundry comfortably at Sapp Bros. Staff was amazing! The laundry machines were new, clean and all working! The lounge was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms at Sapp Bros were amazing and clean. Thank you so much to the staff at Sapp Bros for such a great experience!

Very clean store AND restrooms. Stop here instead of the nearby TA or Pilot truckstops! Both TA & Pilot are nasty (TA much moreso). We're supposed to be in a global health pandemic (although the science tells a much different story) regardless, it looks like TA hasn't cleaned their bathrooms in days, let alone the dirty floors throughout the rest of the store. Sapp Bros was super clean throughout with super friendly staff. I've found my new favorite stop moving forward. Thank you Sapp Bros! 🙏

Great truck stop. I've always had good experiences running their diesel fuel. Their equities are always filled and clean as well. They have a huge selection of chips, soda, candy, donuts, ice cream and all the junk food you can imagine. Their hot dogs are great. Really nice clothes and outerwear compared to a lot of other truck stops stuff you'll find. This places prices on costs and stuff is decent to.

Bathrooms are ALWAYS clean! Food is great here! If you ever have the pleasure to eat in their restaurant, you definitely want "MOM" as your waitress! She is a firecracker! She is always on top of things. She is a sweetheart! You wouldn't regret requesting for "MOM" to be your waitress! She goes the extra mile. Her job isn't just a job. She actually makes you feel that she cares about all of her customers. Doesn't matter if it's the first time you've been there, MOM makes you feel like you've known her, your whole life! Food could be horrible and I would still go back! Yep....it's all about customer service and MOM gives outstanding customer service!

The staff was very polite and efficient. I got a great deal on diesel. However, the chicken breast and bacon wrapped pork on a stick I bought at the fuel desk were way overcooked and dry as the desert. The chicken was tough as hell. I threw it out. Imagine trying to eat a towel. That's what it was like. Who ever was doing the cooking today needs to find a different profession, because he or she is not worth a damn at that one. Thank you in advance for addressing the issue. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

Clean truckstop with all the ammenities. A little over priced on snacks and drinks. Lots of souvenirs to choose from. Including leather jackets and vests. Very clean showers. I go out of my way to visit this place instead of the overpriced chains in the area. The restaurant leaves a little to be desired. I think a different cook would fix the problem.

You should stop here for snacks and great service. Our rental truck tires needed higher pressure than common air pump available at regular gas stations. We stopped at Few different truck stops that either had broken air pumps or no one who wanted to answer questions let alone help us! This place was was way better! A kind and knowledgeable worker took pity on us and fixed our tires and showed us how to do it in the future. Thank u Travis!

I used to like this particular Sapp Bros on my many trips across the US. There was nothing really bad about it, but it was more like the usual chain truck stops than it was a few years back. It was clean and kept up though and that seemed to be the same as always.

A while ago this place was ok, but after they remodeled and actually built showers in the building this place is awesome. Always clean , stocked with fried food ( not that I like it ) , got a great restaurant ( cracker barrel) and showers are big ,nice and clean . Between Cheyenne wy , york ne , peru il Cheyenne one is my favorite.

I kind of think of Sapp Bros is an old school truck stop nothing fancy kind of outdated. They're also more expensive than the other truck stops. I try to avoid them at if I can just because their prices seem a bit outrageous. I give them three stars because they have clean parking lots and the people that work there are very nice.

Where I passed through when I'm heading i-80 all of our trucks get fuel here if I had anything to complain about it would be they need to expand their parking lot but I think they know that besides that they're really good to us drivers if you're a professional driver or not they still treat you really good and the restaurant right next door is pretty amazing 👌 two thumbs up guys and gals you're hella good people

We have stopped here a few times. The chicken wings are great! We stopped st the shop to get a service done on the truck, and we were treated so well. The lady at the service counter was awesome, she explained everything great, and they were very efficient.

Not a bad place. Midsize parking lot, truck stop store is clean, well maintained, with a gift area as well. Fuel islands are set kind of funky. Can't pull forward on about half of them unless you want to block other trucks from getting out. Steering wheel holders dream, cause they can use that for an excuse to sit on the fuel island for an hr.

Very clean restrooms;and reasonable prices for a washer and dryer.Try $1.50-1.75 versus a Pilot that is:$2.50-2.75 per unit you use.The restaurant also burnt pork ends and rib tips!!That is if you like pork.

Nice truck stop, restaurant had delicious food and friendly staff. Only down side is the shower rooms. They definitely need a face lift and the place stunk of cigarettes. Staff was chain smoking in the lounge which is connected to the shower hall. Opened door to enter the building and smoke poured out. Not exactly what I wanted to smell like after taking a shower. 🚬🚬🚬

Got truck in for oil change and all complete in a timely manner. Nice people at the shop. Park truck , then go to restaurant. Nice waitress . She was busy and still cheerful. Odered pancakes, blueberry, they were good, BUT, ask for butter and got some sort of "Smart Balance, spread" 100% vegan. Now I ask you , who wants 100% vegetable oil on breakfast, Clue,,,,, oil is for engines,,,, butter is for pancakes. Cause no one ever put butter on a crankshaft that survived. If you leave it ( the cheap not butter oil product) there on the counter untouched long enough,,,,, u might get a chance to ask for the actual butter products. Which ARE available, but Clearly management wants to push the unhealthy cheap oil product. The waitress did quite nicely offer to warm the butter in the microwave so I could enjoy the last of the pancakes. She was very nice!

Pretty standard Sapp Bros. The lot is in bad shape the new showers are almost done. The old showers are in the hotel and they are small and moldy. The hotel isn't much better though the rooms are fairly nice. The Apple barrel restaurant is pretty good.

Pulled in for a reefer repair on my Carrier reefer. Found a bad sensor, replaced it and had us back on the road in just over an hour. Friendly and courteous staff!!! Always clean restrooms and decent food. A nice place to stop!!!

Sapp Bros. Friendly, helpful staff, nice store with good selection of merchandise and unique gifts. Truck fuel and gasoline station. Full truck service facilities at many locations. Most have restaurants with good food and great deserts, ie.. creme pies. Decent menu for meals.

There were no soups and other ready made cooked foods like I usually find at Sapp Bros. That's my only complaint- but I was really craving some soup! (The service and general store upkeep was impeccable.)

Had to buy steer tire to match one that I had to replace on side of rd. Check tire prices on that tire here at home and else where there price beat any of them by a 100 bucks set appointment for tire and 3 axle alignment for a Saturday 7 am Dennis the service manger was there at 650am opened up got me written up and in the bay quickly . They where more than helpful with questions I had and professional with there answers .. Not to mention the most important part the price! He gave me a quote over the phone the day before and that’s what it was. They have a restaurant I have liked in the past. However, the last 2 times I have eaten here, they wouldn't restock the salad bar, the vegetables were brown or mushy, and some of the containers were empty. Service was very slow, as well. Overpriced for what they offer in the condition they offer it in, but if they offered what they actually advertise they offer, it would be a deal! If you have an hour to waste, and don't mind MEH! food, and need a stopping point, this is it. Wish they would go back to how it was ran a couple of years ago.

The best truck stop in Wyoming. VERY clean restrooms, well stocked C-store, and the food at the Apple Barrel restaurant is surprisingly delicious. Plus, theres an amazing steakhouse right next door. Sometimes i go out of my way just to hit this stop because the other truck stops along the 80 in Wyoming really suck.

I had a bad steer tire inner seal and bad trailer airbag. Like the others have said they do take a bit of time but i still loved the repair shop. Prices are reasonable considering your getting done on the road and not from your hometown mechanic. Staff was polite and professional. Parking lot needs some work Bathrooms were clean. Travel store was friendly, clean restrooms. Restaurant on the other hand. Ordered Chicken fried steak and got chicken. They took it back and fixed it. Heard cook tell waitress "we are out of gravy unless someone knows how to make it". Then I never got a refill of Dr Pepper and they gave me a discount for the trouble. (Senior discount so $1.12 off.) Salad was brown n yellowish lettuce too.

I had a check engine light come on in my truck, went to Floyd's freightliner and told me they too busy couple days out at least. I was reccomended by Frank there to come up here to the service at Sapp Bros and they got me in right away. Took care of my light, fixed my problem off and on my way. I had a sensor changed by Sapp's shop. I told everyone I came into contact with, I needed the old sensor back for the core charge. They did the work well. When I opened the box to check the core, it was cut in 2. Cummins, understandably refused to give me the core credit. I went back to Sapps's, and spoke with the service manager. After he made a phone call to Cummins, and they confirmed they refused the core refund, the service manager credited my card the full core. I'll go back for service there again. Honest dependable service, is unusual in this day and age. Sapp's service is the exception to that rule. Thanks

Staff is friendly. Pumps often have issues like def not working, a cone in the lane, or you have to go inside to have a cashier start your pump. Usually there isn't a line for fuel.
