I've been at this location several times and it's great. My MTO food is always hot and correct. I love that they have self checkouts. They have great ice (for my ice chewers).

Great place with a good location. I was able to be there on the day of the Grand Opening, (snuck out of nearby Thomas Memorial Hospital) they were releasing me anyway so I thought I’d go see the ribbon cutting and grab a bite while I waited for them to finish my release papers.

Service was good. It wasn't crowded. I was also able to charge my smartphone while I enjoyed a milkshake in the little dining area they had there. Its the little details you remember most sometimes. Very thoughtful of them.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and on point with doing their jobs. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food is and the variety of choices on the menu. I would highly recommend this Sheetz for a quick stop or a sit down for lunch or dinner.

Despite the rude experience from one of the employees, it's actually a pretty decent location it has a clean shopping area and also clean restroom. By the way who can complain about free air! Go sheets!

I stopped by to get some fuel and check a low tire that I had. They have free air which I think is wonderful and I would even spend more money just for that simple fact. Places that charge a dollar fifty and $2 just to put a few pounds of air in your tire are not worth your money in my opinion.

I've become a huge fan over the past month. I order my food with the app in the morning and pick it up on the way to work. In and out in seconds if there's no line. Food quality is surprisingly good considering it's a convenience store, and so far it seems that I can order anything at any time of the day. Definitely a superior breakfast alternative to literally every fast food restaurant in the area.

I really do like going to Sheetz however I do not like the fact that everything that I buy is overpriced buy at least 40%. I think the best thing about Sheetz is that you can get free air for your tires other than that it's impossible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner for two adults and one child without spending $30 or more if you order from there Made To Go menu, unless you order hotdogs but everything including a better bun costs at least $.40 extra. The food is good but it's not worth the cost.

This is absolutely one of the best convenience stores that you could hope to go to and all of Charleston. The staff are terrific they will help you with anything, they're very knowledgeable, and you couldn't ask for a better group of people. The food is always fresh and if they make a mistake, which is very rare, they will always make it more than right. I recommend Sheetz for all of your late night snacks, gas, any convenient store items, anytime you're in a hurry, or just anytime during the day that you need good food or friendly service. Also be sure to get the Sheetz card, it is very handy and has plenty of rewards it is well worth using. If I could give the store 10 stars I would.

Sheetz is a great gas station. Sheetz is the only one in our area that allows you to put air in your tire for free. Food in the store is always fresh if you want something from there and it's usually pretty good. They are comparable with gas prices to all other stations in the area

Food was really good and fixed fast. They are the fastest Sheetz from checkout to getting your order that I've seen so far. My only complaint is that cooked peppers and carmelized onions weren't even on the menu listing. This was the second Sheetz that didn't have them on their menu. Update: Cooked peppers and carmelized onions are on menu at Sheetz but now they charge you for them.

The food isn't the best but what you would expect from a gas station, so obviously i don't feel the price fits the product. As with most gas stations everything is extremely overpriced. I do enjoy their mto drinks and their mtg sandwiches/wraps. Sometimes they are very busy and checkout takes a while. If you are ordering food i find their in store kiosk to be easier to use than their online app for ordering but it takes a while to prepare each order so i would suggest ordering online before coming. Staff is always friendly and hard working, and you can't beat free air for your tires! The points are nice but i feel like I'd rather have more options of what i can get with pointz instead of mostly all junk food.

I love Sheetz! They have everything you need or want .. cashiers at this location are very friendly, the only cons are they dont have enough staff so lines are long and its always very crowded, hard to get gas, so if your in a hurry your gonna get delayed most of the time, other than those issues, this is my everyday stop!!

Like any Sheetz, it's a gas station with everything. Great made to order food, cold drinks, good gas prices most of the time, clean restrooms. There is a good seating area for eating with TVs on the walls. Great donuts, coffee and much more.

Decently clean, but the afternoon shift has no idea how to run a kitchen. Frequently takes up to half an hour to get simple orders. Food is still tasty, but partially cold by the time you receive it.

Sheetz has some of the best deals on Made to Order food and other random store items with a free membership card. I'd prefer to come here and save $0.03/gallon and chance getting a free drink or snack than go to another gas station where there are no rewards away from the pump.

It's a gas station. Drink selection in bottles is weak. Overall, since this place went in, I've felt Sheetz (Corp) just threw this one in to have another in the Charleston area. It is so small and amenities are so much less compared to Cross Lanes or Nitro/Rock Branch.

Great variety of coffee and quick, well-made food. Onion rings are authentic (not pieces of onions) and scrumptious! Try the new Dr. Pepper bbq sauce on a sandwich MTO (made to order). Sheetz is always clean and well stocked. They are my first choice when on the road. This particular location's only detraction is that it is particularly hard to turn westbound after your visit which sometimes makes me stop elsewhere when traffic is thick.

They are open 24/7 and have a small selection of most everything.You can download their app. and order a good selection of food 15 minutes ahead of time and then go and pick it up. There is no home delivery.
