Excellent experience with Pelham Manor Florist as usual! I am a repeat user and have gotten rave reviews about the floral arrangements from the recipients. This time the flowers were for my daughter-in-law's birthday (see photo). The website is easy to use; when I've had a question and called the shop, Lidia gets back quickly; delivery is on time; and the flowers super fresh! The shop is on speed dial on my phone!!

I reside in Arizona, but many of my relatives are in NY. When I need to send flowers for happy or sad occasions, I have tried all the internet florists but have never been completely happy with the final result. This time, because I was sending flowers to a wake for a relative, I decided to try a local florist. It made all the difference in the world. I was able to speak to the florist to describe what I wanted and she was able to communicate with me regarding options. She followed up and followed through on every commitment she made, including sending a pic of what the final product looked like. Highly recommend Lydia and Pelham Manor Florist.

Very professional service and beautiful arrangement. I got a call as soon as I placed my order informing me that the flowers for the arrangement I ordered would be in stock a day later than I wanted, asking me how I would like to proceed. Then a phone call and a picture verifying delivery, which was prompt and conscientious. Highly recommend Pelham Manor Florist!

I cannot speak highly enough of Lydia and Pelham Manor Florist. I called from out of state to place my order. I received a picture of the actual arrangement the day of delivery. It was exactly as ordered. They are incredibly careful with deliveries and make sure that someone accepts the flowers directly or by phone notice so that they are not left out unattended. I will certainly use this florist again in future.
