Ever since I was a little girl this has been my family’s go to flower shop. Now as an adult I use them myself. I definitely recommend them. My mom always bought me birthday flowers here- my favorite roses with glitter! My prom flowers, wedding flowers, babyshower flowers, etc were all from here. There’s not one occasion we haven’t used them for. Orlando listens to what you want and always makes the most beautiful arrangements. He’s also very kind and goes above and beyond. During quarantine I couldn’t make it to the flower shop but he helped me over the phone put in an arrangement for my grandmothers funeral and it was even delivered. He doesn’t just see his clients as business, he sees his clients as people. That’s why we always return. This is a true gem in the neighborhood. Thank you Orlando! P.s. the flowers last a long time! I still have an arrangement my mom sent me when I gave birth last year to my second son. My son just turned one and I still have the flowers. They’re dry but still beautiful.

I was referred to this place by a friend and, what a great surprise of a place this was. It is a hidden gem in the Marble Hill section of the bronx. Truly hidden, you have to look good for it...and man, was it worth it. I dealt with Orlando throughout the whole process, went there with my mother, and the level of respect he showed us, the time he took to pay attention to detail, the suggestions he made and what the end product became, it was beyond what we expected. Never once did I feel pressured, or left with unanswered questions, or anything. Anything that I needed to know, he would answer and explain and go beyond and suggest more ideas to fit in with what I had in mind. I can't speak highly enough about Orlando. Even for requests I had that were to be added on later, he followed through without issue. I dealt with a few florists before, and Orlando/Flowers By Zenda, far exceeded any expectation I had. He was on time with the deliveries, everything was setup perfectly, everything was beautifully done. Even after all was set and done, he even told us if we felt more comfortable to shop around to maybe find a better price or anything else, it would be fine and he would understand. But after the impression he left on me, the respect he showed me and my mother, the view he had on the flower setup, I couldn't pass up and let myself hire someone else. I can't highly recommended him enough.

I stopped by shortly before closing and, on the fly, they still helped me put together a really beautiful bouquet of flowers for a master artist in the area who is turning 90 this weekend. Orlando went above and beyond and was really friendly and an absolute pleasure to chat with. The flowers were fresh and healthy and really gorgeous and he gave excellent advice on which would last the longest, among other things. All around, a really fantastic experience and, even though I live way down in Brooklyn, I’m certain I’ll be back by for flowers for any event or celebration uptown or in the Bronx

Best florists in town! My delivery of a dozen roses for my wife on Valentine's Day got stolen and the owner not only fully reimbursed, he also SUPER upgraded my order and personally delivered it to my wife. Business owners like these are rare and few in between. Cannot recommend them any higher. The flowers were gorgeous too : )

After sending them yesterday, I got a call this morning saying how amazingly beautiful the flowers were. "I noticed you got them from a different place", they said. By far THE BEST florist in NYC! I went through a tough time when I got diagnosed with cancer and so many people sent me flowers. One of my friends used Fowers by Zenda and they were the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received! They were customized and roughly 3ft tall roses. The arrangement was so beautiful that when I sent "thank you's" back to people I asked my friend where she got those incredible flowers from and she said Zenda! The only place i recommend!!!

Let me tell you something, don’t approach this business with hesitations; whether in town or out of town, they are not the type to stir your vision in a wrong direction no matter what your floral needs are. I literally called on a Friday and had flowers delivered within 3 hours that day to wish an awesome friend who had a crazy week a great end to her week. I got some flowers from zenda. I must say the arrangement was way more then I expected. Not only was the arrangement amazing the flowers lasted way over a week intact. Zenda ingratiated my fiancee & my request for a most beautiful arrangement of chrysanthemum flowers; red & purple. The arrangement was so beautiful & premium, everyone asked who did the flowers? Red was her favorite and purple was a traditional color as a purple heart of giving service. Little did we know the viewing was tinted in lilac, a tint of purple.
