Flowers by Frankie is an excellent service. I ordered two bouquets of flowers for the unfortunate passing of my Grandmother and they delivered both bouquets on time and exactly how they look on their website. I got a confirmation notification that the flowers were delivered two days after for both bouquets so they can be better in that area. Overall Flowers by Frankie is a great business and highly recommended for customers who are looking for highly quality flowers, fair pricing and amazing service.

So I never write many reviews but when it is necessary. I can not say enough positive things about Cathy at this flower shop and the service they provided. I trusted her creativity for someone specials funeral flowers and she not only came through but also sent me a photo before delivery. I recommend this place and Cathy’s expertises.

As for the gentleman on the phone , we all have an employee who is not the best. As for Cathy she was and is an amazing person, she help me above and beyond and provided me with her full attention. Flowers by Frankie prepared an absolutely outstanding "broken heart" arrangement for my sister-in-law's funeral. I have a picture of it and will never forget the amazing job they did. Great customer service and outstanding work! Thank you!

Business itself is great. Great service and beautiful arrangements! But the delivery person is ridiculously lazy and can't follow instructions. On 2 separate occasions he ruined the surprise. And both deliveries were to the same address both times. If they have more than one driver my apologies to the others, but the one that delivered my orders was the worst. Fix this and they are 6 stars!

I ordered a lily plant for a funeral. The product looked great, pricing was reasonable and they do not have a delivery fee. Other florists I looked at all added significant fees when checking out, which I absolutely despise. The card was handwritten. Not the best penmanship, but it is a nicer touch to see human beings participate in the process.
