The professionalism, artistry in floral design, and the personalized attention to detail is GREATLY appreciated! The initiative taken to call the client to confirm any adjustments to existing orders testifies that this florist shop really optimizes customer service. In addition, the quality and freshness of the flowers is awesome! If you take care of them well, arrangements can last close to 2 to 3 weeks! Folks, there's a reason why florists provide the nutrient packets! I also ordered 15 boutonnieres in the last minute for next day event and florist graciously accommodated request. Order was expedited and ready by 9am! I have never been disappointed. If anything, arrangements have become conversation starters! I have made many people jealous of my mom at her job when I would send her beautiful arrangements through the services of this florist shop. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, ready and willing to provide their services if given the opportunity. Thank you always for the beautiful awesome floral arrangement coordinated for my mom's Memorial service.

My wife and I live down the street and had been to Daniela's occasionally for our home garden needs (lovely pot selection!) but they really came through for us recently on our wedding. Eugene was an absolute darling who was very patient with us as we stressed over our selections and he delivered on his assurances. The arrangements, bouquet, and boutonnieres were beautiful and we received endless compliments on them from our guests. Also the deliveries were prompt and professional, and they gave us quite a fair price. Great flowers from great neighbors :)

Daniels’s flower shop is a staple in the community. I was so excited to return to it after many years and it still being there, thriving. Brings back memories of being a little girl going shopping with my mom for rose petals that she’d use in her baths. While we were at it the owners always let me pick one of the flowers on the floor. I love to see all the variety they have now.

I am very very pleased with their service. I came by at 1:30pm on Friday 10/15/21, they were polite and friendly, asked what I needed, showed me different arrangements for funeral services. I was at a loss for words to write, and she made suggestions (that was great), Service was for 5:00pm, they arrived early, and the arrangements were perfect. Visited this lovely location this past weekend and the gentleman who's normally there was not, so shopping experience was different with the young lady there who felt interrupted while she was on her phone, the guy there who didnt speak english did try his best, and then after she interrupted rudely I continued to speak with him, not sure if shes new but shes not good. At any rate he made a lovely flower piece for me, so in the end it worked, this shop deserves the stars.

I love supporting and shopping at local plant shops. The plants I bought from this shop are beautiful. Unfortunately, I realized that they are all infested with spider mites when I got home and looked very closely. This is my first time ever encountering this. I can see the effects of the infestation on the plant's health. I am in the process of eliminating the infestation. I would love to feel that I am purchasing plants from people who care about a plant's health as much I do.

Been shopping here since I moved to the area about 3 years ago, cute shop, tommy the cat is adorable and sweet, only complaint I have is that now if you have a problem with a product you purchase there they are not willing to resolve it, in the past I dealt with Manuel and another young lady who were both so very nice and helpful but now I have been told they are no longer there, I bought a fiddle leaf fig and I saw some little white things growing all over and it wasn't looking healthy and when I went into the store a few weeks back and all the girl wanted me to do was buy an insect spray they have when I asked if I can bring it back she told me no because of their policy. very disappointing, but i will continue to support them as I believe in supporting my community.

Seriously, this has to be the best flower shop in NYC!! Kid you not, every time I buy flowers in this place, the women in my life(lol) tells me “how much they bloom” etc. the flowers are always fresh and they last long. Also, the owner is gorgeous! 😊 😝 …

Posting because this shop saved the day when my previous florist failed. I called in a panic about an hour past their same day delivery window, but the young woman who took my order agreed to personally deliver them since the location was a 5 minute walk away. Thank you for going out of your way.

They even include data on the requirements for sunlight and water, so you can keep your flowers and plants for a long time. Don't worry, they're fast in service and they're all kind, so they're going to be more comfortable.

Uptown Danielas does amazing floral designs for all occasions! I have never been displeased and their main focus is customer satisfaction and creating superb floral designs that will wow you each and every time! Had a wonderful experience at Danielas Flower shop. I went to pick up flowers for an engagement proposal and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They put together a beautiful fresh bouquet for a great price. Highly recommended.

I've visited this location twice and each time was a positive experience. The attendants were eager to help me create the right bouquet for each of the occasions. My mother even called them to thank them personally after she saw her birthday flowers. I would recommend it and will definitely visit again.

The second time I use them for valentines day and thank god I got Denise on the phone, I tried to order in advance of valentines day during the week and I kept being sent to their website, I asked for Denise and they kept saying she was not there so I took my chances and called on saturday and I got Denise and my grand daughter received her arrangement and what a hit it was, she was really happy. This shop is a very reputable place, and responsible, I placed an order for the first time on their website and didnt realize they have two stores, an employee at the first store is unprofessional and doesnt tell the truth, however just ask for the manager and she will get this resolved as she did for me on New Years Day, and apologized on behalf of that employee. The manager was professional and kept me up to date with the delivery status, If I remember her name is Deniece and seems others like her too. I will be using them again but not that employee.

Needed funeral flowers, just want to Thank you from the bottom of my heart great job amazing customer service I needed flowers and I had the wrong time for the funeral they rushed the flowers to get there on time, I wrote a special note to my loved one they went above and beyond to print it and make it part of the flower arrangment he even called the funeral home for me to make sure everything was in order. The arrangement was just beautiful as promised ... with a small plaque that my grandmother got to take home. Thanks again

I have to say this place was amazing - I was looking for flowers for a friends B-day at the very last minute - 15 minutes before we were to arrive. I walked in and they put together an amazing arrangement for under $40 bucks - with a vase and wrapped beautifully - I will not go anywhere else in New York -

Very bad experience. My husband ordered a flower arrangement for Valentine's Day, he ordered white roses and they did it with red roses, horrible flowers, my son would have done them better. It's not worth spending there. At the last minute, he had to go personally to pick up the flowers because the person at the front treated him extremely badly and told him that he had 165 Delivery and he couldn't waste time with him. The ugliest flowers of my life.
