What a wonderful local business! Both the service that Stephanie offers (truly above and beyond!) and the quality and freshness of the flowers are fantastic! I could not have asked for more or better and I did everything possible (unintentionally of course!) to make that as difficult for Stephanie as possible on what is undoubtedly one of the busiest days of the year in the store. Twice before 730am on Valentine’s Day, Stephanie reached out to me first by email and then by phone because I had accidentally left out critical details in my emailed order. On top of this the flowers had been delivered before the start of the work day in spite of my bumbling! Stephanie, if you ever see this…thank you so much!

We had a member that found out she was ill and had very little time left with us. I placed my order late today 3/30/17 right before Stephanie was closing. I emailed her about the contact # for our friend and mentioned she could be passing on today or tomorrow and was very worried my flowers would not arrive in time. She then stayed late and personally delivered them to our dear client/friend on her own time! I strongly recommend this flower shop as you can tell they TRULY care about not only the customer sending the flowers BUT also those receiving! I'm not familiar with the Tampa area and chose this florist on a whim. My friend lives in Tampa and was going through a tough time. I spoke with Stephanie (super nice), and advised her that I wanted yellow flowers for hope and white flowers for friendship. When I saw my friend, her exact words about the flower arrangements were "they were f****** amazing". She said she's received flowers in the past, but none this beautiful and fragrant. She smells them every time she walks in the door. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you for brightening my friend's month ^_^.
