I am SO happy with the flower arrangement that Amy helped me put together! Amy was so cheerful, kind, and honestly just great to be around. My goal was actually a more gothic looking arrangement for a graduation gift and Amy nailed it! I’m personally more like a softer, peony kind of person but I honestly really loved this arrangement and so did my friend! I was really happy with this place and will definitely make it my go-to flower shop :)

Jennie's Flowers brought my wedding floral vision to life! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They were also able to stay within our budget which is always a plus. The flowers were fresh, fragrant, and beautiful, and the greenery was so lush and full. We had a venue that was pretty much a blank slate, and everything Jennie's added just made the space look so warm and welcoming, which was totally the vibe we were going for. I was so obsessed with my bouquet (and all of my bridesmaids'), it was everything I dreamed of and more. The staff were so easy to work with and knew exactly how to bring together all of my inspiration in a way that was special to my wedding. Thank you so much Jennie's!!

I returned home late in the afternoon on Mother’s Day. There was a knock on the door. It was a neighbor delivering a bouquet of fresh red roses on Mother’s Day from my son. Because I was not home at the time of the original delivery, the delivery man left them with neighbors because he did not want them to wilt in the hot, Florida sun. Not only did the delivery person have the kindness of this thoughtful gesture, but Jennie’s Flowers took the time to call my son, who is out of state, to let him know about the delivery. Accompanying the beautiful, fragrant bouquet was a lovely Mother’s Day card. My son was so delighted to send flowers to me and Jenny’s Flowers went above and beyond to ensure I received a fresh, beautiful bouquet. This is the second arrangement my son has sent from Jenny’s flowers. Both times, the arrangements were full, fresh, and long lasting. We were touched by the care Jenny’s Flowers showed. I am so incredibly grateful for Jennie’s Flower Shop. My dad is in the hospital and sadly only has days left. It is his wife’s birthday today and he was so upset he couldn’t get her anything. I was able to talk to him and get his blessing to send them on his behalf. Tampa General is very strict and does not allow deliveries to the rooms. I spoke with Mike yesterday who explained that they haven’t been delivering there due to issues with the hospital. After finding out my sister wouldn’t be able to pick them up, I submitted my delivery request anyway with special instructions to call when they arrived so I could have my step mom go down to grab them. I’m filled with gratitude. They were so accommodating and called me as soon as they arrived. They are beautiful. I will be forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I prefer to find local florists when I send flowers, but it’s important that it’s efficient to do so on-line. Jennie’s had a simple on-line ordering process without having overwhelming options. I liked that you could add a full card (bigger than typical), that was occasion specific and could be edited by me! It wasn’t a small, limited space. You could also add other items that didn’t fit my order but could for others. On the delivery end…my mom said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen. It was delivered early in the day, next day after ordering. Again, easy and exceptional fulfillment. She sent a photo and they did turn out great. Recommendation: change the “5” in your rating system from “good” to “exceptional”, it’s a more appropriate descriptor. Also…you have a good delivery confirmation email…adding a photo of the finished product would make that email exceptional. Thank you!

I'm completely thrilled with my delivery order from Jennie's flowers. I wanted to surprise a friend who lives in Tampa, which is very far from where I live. Blind ordering flowers is always a nerve-wracking experience because you never know how well the delivery will match the online photo. HOLY COW! I uploaded the professional photo from the website & what was delivered to my friend. The bouquets are near identical. The flowers were delivered on time and are stunning. I would absolutely order from Jennie's next time I want to send flowers to my friends.

I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have found and used Jennies Flowers for mine and my husbands wedding. Since meeting Paul, the amazing consultant I worked with, Jennies cared so much about my wedding day and how they could make it brighter and perfect. I placed my order about 2-3 months before my wedding and kid you not realized at midnight the day OF my wedding, that I only ordered 6 bridesmaids bouquets and not 7. I frantically emailed explaining my mistake and called them right when they opened as me and my girls were getting ready, I was ready to pay whatever cost but understood if it wasn't possible to get another bouquet made day of. Jennies assured me everything would be fine and made my 7th bouquet from left over flowers. They didn't even charge me for it. I am so thankful for them and their utmost compassion. They did an amazing job, I’m very pleased with their service and arrangement! I ordered online and had a request for delivery time. They can’t guarantee which was fine, they got there as close as possible! They were so nice on the phone when I called just to confirm an idea of what time they would deliver! I can't recommend Jennie's, and more specifically Paul from Jennie's, enough! If you're considering a florist, go ahead and use Jennie's, no question. I had an initial consultation with Paul about 90 days prior to our wedding day and he just made me feel so at ease. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and creativity made me feel like I was in the right hands. We had a very intimate wedding ceremony and reception, no bridal party, so tradition was not really what I was after. I asked him to incorporate white, green, and golden tones to my bouquet and the rest of the floral decor. Magnolia's are one of my favorites, but as they were not going to be in season on our wedding date, he made sure to incorporate the magnolia leaves which are also one of my favs. I also asked for "modern" styles in order to match our venue. Paul delivered and then some. I am extremely satisfied with the way our florals turned out and cannot wait to work with him again in the future for other events.

Thank you for this beautiful present for my mother’s 50 birthday! The flowers smell wonderful! The staff there is super friendly and giving us a lot of flower options of what we want. They have reasonable prices for different flowers set up! This is very last minute, but I am very happy! I recommend coming here for your flowers! They also open super early and closed at a reasonable time! They also have many options of flowers to choose from that’s already finished for last minute flower shopping! Instead of wasting money at Publix or other market flowers, come here because it totally worth it!

I started sending flowers to my girlfriend from Jennie’s Flowers in 2019. I was stationed in Italy and my gf lives in Tampa. Jennie’s delivered flowers to her every two weeks for two months. They were never late and each tropical arrangement was better than the last delivery. It’s as if the florists challenge themselves to deliver a new “WOW” every time! Today, 11.11.22 is a special day for us and again, Jennie’s Flowers “rose” to the occasion. (See what I did there?!) The tropical arrangement my gf received today was spectacular and even better than before! I will only use Jennie’s Flowers and I recommend you giving them the opportunity to “WOW” you as well!

I live in another city about an hour away from Tampa, and even though there are several closer florists, I decided the drive was worth it if I got wedding flowers that I was happy with. I was a little nervous about the flower aspect of my wedding. I had a small budget and did not know very much about flowers. Lou was wonderful from the moment I met him. He is funny and very personable. He suggested which flowers to use with my colors, kept with my budget, and gave me great advice about how to save money in a few areas. Through the whole experience, he was always very quick to respond when I had a question. He made the flower aspect of my wedding so easy on me! My friends picked up the flowers the day before the wedding and I could not believe how gorgeous they were! The pretty flowers and arrangements that I’ve ever seen! I get a big smile just thinking about them. I cannot recommend Jennie’s and Lou more highly! He is the best!

I have never ordered from Jennies before. I contacted Jennies and spoke with an Employee and I wanted to order 20 tulips. The employee suggested that they have a bouquet called "Renewal" that has Iris and Tulips in the bouquet so I paid for the premium flower bouquet in order to get extra Tulips in the bouquet. I looked at the photo online and thought they were gorgeous. The flowers were delivered on time, however, when my girlfriend sent me a picture she sent me a picture of a bouquet of Tulips. They bouquet still looked good, but it was not what I ordered. I contact Jennies and spoke with the employee who placed my order. She advised me that they were out of Iris flowers so she decided to add 5 tulips to my order without contacting me and advising me of the change. I let them know I was dissatisfied with that choice and her not contacting me. They were able to give me $15 off my original order which I was satisfied. I was contacted by Shannon the very next week and she offered to resend the flowers free of charge. She was very apologetic and professional throughout the process. My girlfriend loved the gorgeous flowers. Thank you for making it right.

Jennie's Flowers did an outstanding job on my son's wedding in October 2021! The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids flowers were EXACTLY what the bride asked for! They were gorgeous!! We met with Paul Gillispie and he was so professional and organized. He had so many great suggestions and made us feel so at ease, we knew he had this under control. They even built a wooden arch for the ceremony that was exactly as the picture we showed him! Very nice florist! At the time of posting this review they have a 4.7 rating with 652 reviews. That’s not easy to achieve for a florist no matter how good they actually are. Jennie's blew me away with their customer service and quality!! I called at 6pm on a Sunday not sure if I would get through or not, and the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful in getting my order placed and writing exactly what I wanted on the card that was so personal and important. I appreciated the professionalism and also being so easy to work with over the phone from states away, it made me very secure in ordering from a company I had never used before! When I needed a very special floral arrangement, I turned to the one place I could trust - Google. I was tired of FTD and 1-800 -- I needed something spectacular to say the least. When I called, I spoke with Rebecca and told her that I was in desperate need of help for a last minute arrangement to be delivered the following day to a local restaurant for a surprise birthday party. To my surprise, Rebecca said "No problem". I knew I had found the right florist! I briefly described what I wanted and by brief, I mean roses. I was ordering these to be from my dad for my mom's 65th birthday and I was lost on what to order. I had viewed the premium roses on the website but I knew I wanted something a bit -- more. I had asked them to take creative freedom, gave them right around what I wanted to spend and she suggested lilies and of course I said yes. I was told I would get a picture before delivery, and I did. They kept their word. They told me that they would be delivered, and they were - right on time. I wasn't certain what to expect because the picture was beautiful but it truly was not until I got to see the flowers up close when I began to cry. They were incredible. I was left, without words -- I just looked and cried, sniffed the roses and cried. This place puts their heart in to what they do, it is obvious. Their product, if you cannot tell from the picture, is amazing. Their customer service is so personal and they treat you like they truly care which is so rare these days. Thank you Jennie's Flowers. You took my incomplete thoughts and ideas and turned them in to a beautiful masterpiece. You more than delivered and just, thank you. UPDATE: 09/18/17: I ordered from Jennie's again for an employee that lost a loved one. I needed something immediately that would brighten up her day. Not only were the flowers delivered on time (sunflowers) they were so beautiful that it brought my co-worker to absolute tears. Thank you again Jennie's! I was in charge of ordering centerpieces for a bridal shower. After communicating with multiple florists, I chose Jennie's Flowers since they quoted me pieces that were closer to budget. I assumed that since they were less expensive than the other places, they would be smaller in size with less flowers. I could not be more satisfied with how these centerpieces turned out. Rebecca was outstanding with the email communication. I sent her pictures the bride showed me as guidance as in addition to pictures of the invitations since they had greenery on them to try and match the centerpieces. The flowers were ready on time, exactly the colors and style I asked for, and much larger than I expected. The bride was ecstatic and the centerpieces were a huge hit. Outstanding. I absolutely loved the bouquets and I actually was able to save the succulents from my bouquets and plant them in a couple pots and continue to grow them! This was at the suggestion of Lou and I love that I get to continue to enjoy part of my bouquets everyday! Lou was very friendly and helpful and was always available to answer questions. On Saturday (Dec 19), just before noon, I called from Boston to order an arrangement for our youngest daughter to celebrate her engagement. I’d expected to hear a resounding NO WAY, when I asked if it could be delivered that afternoon. But Laura brightened our day with an emphatic, OF COURSE! It’ll be there by 4:00. It was a beautiful arrangement of red & white roses with lavender that was absolutely gorgeous. Our daughter raved about how fresh the flowers were and they continued to get better each day. We celebrated my daughter's Bat Mitzvah this weekend and the flowers from Jennie's were absolutely beautiful. My daughter had a great time at the consultation in March with Lou Radwanski. At 12, it was obviously her first time picking out arrangements and he led her through all her options, ask her great questions and made the whole process fun. The results were perfect! She walked into the sanctuary and the first words out of her mouth were "Oh Mommy, my flowers are just perfect!". Lou and John Campbell brought a vision she didn't even realize she had to life. The arrangements were bright and colorful with just the right amount of "funky" and "unique" she asked for. The flowers moved with use from from the temple to the luncheon and the poolside evening party at the hotel. We got compliments from many of our guests and even some hotel guests who were not attending the event! This florist and Lou and John will definitely be our "go to" florist from now on!

The florist was very knowledgeable and the prices were very reasonable. The delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful. We called to book a wedding consultation and her attitude so was unacceptable that we just said never mind and ended the call that she seemed more than happy to end. I ordered a potted peace lily, the smaller size, for a funeral service. It was a very nice plant that was much bigger than I expected. The blooms were about to open so they probably opened the next day at the home of the deceased which I thought was very appropriate. I ordered the plant 30 minutes before they had to be delivered to the funeral home. Jennie's Flowers did an excellent job. Thank you to the people who filled the order and delivered it.

I would give them five stars but they can't seem to take orders for flowers over the phone from black men. Twice I've tried to order flowers from Jennie's over the phone and when ever I've spoken to a older/mature sounding white female there has been a problem. I tried to order a dozen roses assorted colors yesterday 2/12/18 to be picked up today 2/13/18 when I got there to get my prepaid $107.00 roses they looked dry and whether also in a vase I never asked for in a arrangement fit for a funeral and not Valentine's Day! The problem was fixed and the price was reduced accordingly but what if they had delivered that mess instead of me picking the flowers up? like the place, been doing business there for years, sending flowers in town and out of state with no complaints, but for some reason I can't phone in a order to save my hide! Also I'm not playing the race card cause if I was there wouldn't have been a second time trust me, just do a better job when taking orders over the phone from whoever and whomever...

He was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful! The past couple times I've been in since, some of the other staff has been rude. They stopped putting bulk flowers in buckets, and packed the flowers in boxes instead. When I asked about the buckets, they told me I would have to buy buckets from them for $5 each! I had buckets from my wedding flowers, but already returned them to Jennies. I find it hard to believe that after referring two people for wedding flowers, I can't even get a bucket, or at least good costumer service. When I said this to a bigger gentleman at the counter, he was rude. I Needless to say, I bought buckets from Dollar Tree.
